You aren’t alone in feeling overwhelmed and insufficient toward getting your loved ones the help they need with their eating disorder. We know what it’s like to desperately want to help them when everything you do seems to push them further away. This show is also for those struggling with an eating disorder. Your feelings of hopelessness as you slip further into isolation, disappointed with your own reflection in the mirror, are safe here. I’m your host, Deena Lewis, and my husband, Brian Lewis, will join me for most episodes.
