They offer Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese options and are currently offering a rotating menu for their "soft opening" and they took full advantage. Our favorite vegan/audio engineer/kickass frontman, Jesse McCoy is back! We missed him so much that we took him to lunch at Julian's and Pueblo staple for Mexican cuisine that stealthily serves ONLY vegan green chile with their food. Kristin and Kriyah get Mediterranean as they visit Zorba's and Shah's Kabob & Gyro here in Pueblo! Located on opposite sides of town, these to gems  are serving up hummus, feta, olives and shawarma! (But no hot sauce for some reason...) Don't know what shawarma is? No problem. Just have a listen and be whisked away to a land of blue water and the freshest food there is.

In our grand tradition of being slightly late to the holiday that just occurred, Kristin and Kriyah talk about Thanksgiving food and traditions! It is the most food-based holiday so why wouldn't we talk about it? Just a reminder, it is totally legal to make a giant turkey dinner any night of the week, any time of year. Feast your years!
