good food too. I was stuffed. Yeah, of course, the Spiral,

(00:22):
honey Ham and then the day beforewe had another little gathering, you
know, so it was a fullweekend of Easter activity. Gonna mention because
sometimes we talk food, right, had a restaurant we went to Saturday night.
We went to a place very nearAtwood Avenue, was called Alchemy.
Oh, okay, I have heardof that. You heard of it.
Yeah, so it's a place thatyours truly would normally go. It's not

(00:45):
really my scene, my vibe, especially down there, but uh, it
was different. The food was reallygood. They had Now this is going
to sound od, but it wasSaturday night, but they had meat loaf
as especial. Sure it's meat loafnash potato was good. Yeah. Comfort
food is still back. Yeah, that's kind of the and I say it
lovingly. The hipster Dufus crowded, alluding to you. Yeah, on that

(01:07):
side of town, and I lovedthat place, and now it just escaped
my mind. I was just thereabout a month ago. That was on
North Sherman. Oh yes, youtold us about it, and see,
oh my gosh, now that I'vegot But after we went to Talcome,
we walked down a little bit andwent to Wilson's, which I hadn't been
to in forever. Very good.Dexter's Pub not far from that that always
gets rave reviews. It's a funscene, it is, Yeah, it

(01:30):
is. Once in a while.A woman wanted here in Madison for a
fatal hint and run crash on thesouthwest side over a year ago. Good
news, she is in Constady.Police in Peoria, Illinois arrested twenty one
year old tiambro Walker on a bunchof new charges. That sounds like she
got into it with a cop.Never a smart thing to do, Madison

(01:52):
police. So yeah, this Walkerwas the driver of a vehicle. I
don't know if you remember. LastFebruary been that sixty six year old man
Stephen outwalking his dog on Schrader Roadand struck and killed by a hidden run
driver. His dog also died. This is amazing to me that this is
a year later. Yeah, theywere able to find her. Yeah,
Yeah, she turns up in Peorianow. She was out on bail during

(02:15):
the time of the fatal crash herein Madison. She was out on bail
for another hint and run. Itwasn't a fatal, but still it was
bad enough, injured several people inthe parking lot of Whole Foods on University
Avenue. And she had some othercharges too. So initially Wires got crossed
with her lawyer trying to arrange forher to be in court for this charge,

(02:36):
and at the end of the daysomebody lost track and she was just
gone. Yeah. But now she'sin Peoria, in the county jail there,
and she'll be back here in Madisonsoon enough. Good The Dane cutti
Sheriff's office looking for a fella thatis quite possibly the oldest looking thirty nine
year old on the planet. Seriouslylook online. This guy's name is Richard

(02:57):
Williams from Mount Horeb. He cutoff his his GPS monitoring bracelet and has
gone a wall. He was orderedto wear the bracelet as part of the
Sheriff's Office diversion program. So,and he was serving a sentence for operating
in motor vehicle without the owner's consentand violating a domestic abuse injunction. And
I just tell you this guy,I swear to God, I'm just stunned.

(03:20):
He looks like he could be eighty. You were not kidding when you
said the oldest looking thirty nine yearold, and he just turned thirty nine.
It's not like he crush closing inon forty. An elderly woman here
in Dane County nearly lost thirty thousanddollars to a scammer. This happened last
Thursday in Verona. The scammer wasposing as an IRS agent, convinced the

(03:42):
woman her money was being used forcriminal activities. And yeah, he somehow
convinced her hand over thirty thousand. That'll prove your innocence and we'll get the
money back to you later. Shewas scared. She did. Luckily,
an anonymous tip led police to thesuspect, a twenty three years guy from
Chicago who was arrested on his wayback to Chicago had the money. So

(04:03):
the woman will get her money backand he's in jail well, and these
things are only going to get worsewith the rise in AI technology and how
they can recreate voices. The grandparentsscam, We're gonna have like family members
calling you and it's not going tobe them. It's it's really creepy.
It is all the stuff that's goingon. Let's talk about a positive here
to end our newscast. A bigjack pot on the line for Powerball tonight

(04:27):
because nobody won on Saturday night,so it's closing in on a billion dollars.
And a little advice, make sureyou get your numbers from a trusted,
legit source. Remember what today isApril Fools Dad. You don't want
to just get the Oh my god, I won you leave your wife,
you sell your house, you thinkyou got a billion bucks? And it

(04:47):
was all just a joe. Yeah, a very bad joke, that would
be. That's how, like Laine, April Fool's Day has become, at
least in my world. I don'tthink I really even realize it. And
so right now, I mean,we got a big email for management.
Don't do any April fools Day jokeson the air. What was that about?
Well, I know, and didn'tthat kind of tempt you. Well,

(05:08):
what I've always wanted to do istease a format flip, especially over
here, like you know, we'regonna go to like love stereos some people
did back in the day, orjust have people on the air saying they're
you, but it's not you,and then just kind of mess with people's
heads like why that doesn't sound likeyou know, there are so many things
we could have done, but wegot an email saying we can't, so
we won't. No, thank managementfor that. Okay, thank you,
Thanks ac dcy Chili Peppers, andHendrick's coming back. What a one point five
