Speaker 2 (00:05):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four five.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
Hi, everybody, good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
It's actually in Jim Morning Show. Happy Wednesday, day after
the election. Everybody is just feeling a type of way,
whatever way that is.
Speaker 3 (00:23):
We still gotta go to work, we still gotta do,
we have to live.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
We Sam, I still have to sleep train. I'm pumping
right now, like we can't. Things gotta go on.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
I still have to take my cialis. Life goes on. Guys,
you guys.
Speaker 3 (00:35):
That's the truth. That's that's the hard hitting truth right there.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
We have a special guest in the studio, and it's
it's so crazy when you follow somebody on social media
and you feel like you know them and you're you know,
you're following this influencer and what they do, and then
you actually meet them in person. It's it's a it's
like a special weird feeling. I don't know how to
explain it.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
Well, it's better because I've met some famous people in
my tenure here, But like starstruck is an understatement compared to.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
The I always tell this story. Caitlin is joining us
in studio. You can find her on her social media
platforms at five ninety nine too.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
Damn, she's fine.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Santi comes in the one day and he goes, have
you ever wondered like, by the way, I don't know
why he asked me this, but he said, have you
ever wondered how it would be for like a bigger
woman to wipe? And I said, no, Santi, that's oddly enough,
not something I think about.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Yeah, but clearly I wasn't the only one who was
wondering this.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Oh I know.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
So he shows me this video of a woman being like,
it's a question that I constantly get how do I wipe?
And you broke it down? Video went absolutely crazy. You
and I had just had a little chit chat. I
asked you when you knew that you had kind of
become an influencer. You said, you went to bed one
night you had three thousand followers. You woke up in
(01:58):
the morning and you had.
Speaker 4 (02:00):
Over fifteen thousand.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Fifteen thousand, and now you're at like three hundred K
on most of your platforms.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
Your life is insane.
Speaker 4 (02:09):
So give everybody a little bit.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Of insight on you know, how you got to six
hundred pounds because you're not six hundred pounds anymore.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
You look amazing by the way down.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
How many I am down? Just under two hundred pounds.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Yeah, human being crazy and probably not an easy question
to answer, but how.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
Did you get to six hundred?
Speaker 4 (02:30):
So I've been big my whole life.
Speaker 5 (02:33):
But twenty twenty three was a really bad year for
me mentally, and I started actively gaining. I reached a
point where I felt like I was too far gone, yeah,
and that immobile and was my only destined And I
just started actively gaining. I joined a community, a king community.
(02:53):
It's feederism, and I just spiraled out of control. I
gained one hundred pounds and twenty two three.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
You were getting paid to eat. I was like, give
me a number, give me what you had to eat.
Speaker 5 (03:06):
Hundreds of dollars a day were being sent to me PayPal, cash, app, Venmo,
and I was doing fast food, multiple fast food places
a day. I was doing door dash, ordering two three
meals at a time to eat, and it was just
it was it spiraled quickly.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
Wait, but this was just to eat, not even film
it and eat it.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Sometimes I was filming.
Speaker 5 (03:25):
I did have an of and I was putting content
up on there and it was me eating cake and laingderie.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
People paying you right, Yes, wow, tell everybody, because I
think I'll never forget seeing it when you were at
your height, your highest weight, a day in the life
of you eating like and start with you go driving
into work because this blew my mind.
Speaker 5 (03:52):
So I would go to Dunkin Donuts and I would
get a large iced coffee with like extra extra extra caramel,
extra extra cream, extra extra extra sugar, two to five.
Speaker 4 (04:04):
Donuts at a time.
Speaker 5 (04:05):
I'd get at least one sausage, egg and cheese sandwich
and whatever, like specialty donut, like right now, that cookie
butter donut that's on Dunkin Donuts, Like that was my jam.
Like I'd get like three four at a time, eat
it on the way from work into my office.
Speaker 4 (04:23):
Nobody would know.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
I just went to Dunks and then I'd see what's
in the break room and start yeahing whatever.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
You would just pretend like you never had it. Yeah, yeah,
keep going.
Speaker 5 (04:33):
Lunch is multiple of fast food places. I know Santi's
local to the north Shore. We're from the north Shore.
But there's a road at the Liberty Tree Mall and
it is legit, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, and
I yes, and I can't tell you that.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
Like I would stop at all four of them, back
to back to back, and you know, just eat all day.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
You also said sometimes you would eat people wouldn't know,
and they'd be like, all right, we're going to order
lunch on Uber Eats, and you'd be like, okay, I'm
going to get something right.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:03):
I would definitely like get home when I would leave
work and i'd head home, I'd stop at all those
fast food places and then I'd get home and my
roommate would be like, so, well, what's for dinner? And
I'm like, I don't know. I'm starving. I haven't eaten
all day. And then it's like, wow, it's got to dinner.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Yeah, And did you have a hunger for it or
were you just doing it out of habit?
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (05:21):
No, Like I was hungry all the time. I was
talking earlier while we were off air about food noise,
and like I just constantly was thinking about food twenty
four to seven, Like I'd be eating and I'd be
focusing on when am I going to eat again?
Speaker 4 (05:35):
How am I going to eat? Again, how am I
going to pay for it? What am I getting?
Speaker 5 (05:39):
I told Ashley earlier, like I would go out to
eat and look at meals that would give me the
largest quantity and not the quality that.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
Comes out so crazy.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
Yeah, you're like, you want a bigger portion size not
you don't care.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
I don't care if it's going to be good. I
just want to make sure it's going to be a lot.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
And now you're down almost two hundred pounds. Yes, and
you have this social media following who like follow everything
you do, everything you eat.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
They want to know.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
Here's a clip from Caitlin's social media at five ninety
nine to damn, she's fine.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
It's pretty hard.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
Losing weight is hard.
Speaker 5 (06:13):
I don't care if you're one hundred and sixty pounds
trying to lose ten more pounds.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
I don't care if you're eight hundred pounds. I don't
care if you're five hundred and fifty nine pounds. Losing
weight is working hard. There's nothing easy about it.
Speaker 6 (06:27):
But I have to remind myself that living life at nearly.
Speaker 4 (06:30):
Six hundred pounds is a lot harder.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
And five point fifty nine it's still.
Speaker 6 (06:35):
Pretty and hard and life still pretty sucks, pretty sucky,
But five point fifty eight is gonna suck a little less.
And every pound that I drop, it's gonna suck a
little less. And that's what's keeping me going. That's what's
driving me. I know a lot of people following me
for like the sense of humor and the jokes and
(06:56):
the faces and but like, I know a lot of
people follow me because I'm real, I'm raw, and I'm
honest and like so this is definitely probably one of
the more serious videos.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
People don't realize, you know, when you hit a certain weight,
like doing just everyday things aren't comfortable. One of your
videos that stuck out to me is you got to
go trick or treating this year? I did, and you
were unable to go last year because you were too
heavy and it was like it hurt yep.
Speaker 5 (07:20):
A thing I talked about a lot on social media
is you know I couldn't walk from my parked car
outside my house without rushing into my house to sit
at the kitchen table. And now you know, I walked
Halloween night for an hour and a half with my kids.
Come on, my son, I at the end of the night,
like for the TikTok I, you know, interviewed my son
(07:40):
and I was like, did it feel good, mummy walking
with you all night? And he was so happy. He's like,
I'm proud of you, mom, like you're doing it. And
my kids, my kids are my biggest cheerleaders. And you know,
one thing that I did admit on social media is
my weight was affecting the quality of their lives, you
know what I mean, Like it wasn't just affecting my
life anymore. It was affecting their lives. And you know,
(08:00):
I'm so happy that I'm getting this chance to show
them that anything is possible. Yeah, you can do whatever
you put your mind to. And you know, Mommy's going
to take you to the park and not sit on
the bench. Mommy is going to take you to the
beach and walk in the sands.
Speaker 4 (08:13):
It's it's it's been kind.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
I mean, they see, you know, what we eat and
what we do and how we live our lives, and
that's what they then know, you know, And I think
it's so important for you, especially when you'll show, like
now what you eat in a day, Like they're seeing
that they're seeing that change and that you're trying and
that you're putting in the effort. That's it's it's amazing
now being that you're a social media influencer.
Speaker 3 (08:37):
What is like a crazy request that you've got.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
Have you ever said like the money was so good,
but the request was so crazy that you had to
tap out?
Speaker 5 (08:47):
So on Wednesdays, I do away in Wednesday and I
stand in front of a full length mirror and I
just have a tank top on that I have rolled up,
and my stomach's hanging out, and my stomach hangs down
to my knees, and I wear my underwear under my stomach,
and I get a lot of dms asking if that
underwear can be purchased.
Speaker 1 (09:06):
How much they're offering. I can manage it.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
You leave car It's like I'll take a cut, but
I can definitely manage.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
You can make this happen.
Speaker 4 (09:14):
That is crazy, you know.
Speaker 7 (09:16):
I do want to ask though, And I know you
said this earlier that you had a hard twenty twenty three, right,
like the mental side of it, right, Like it's great
to see that you're overcoming it, Like how would you
could you speak to how you kind of came over
that to realize like, hey, yo, I gotta change my life,
and I got to get out of this headspace because
I'm assuming that's where you had to start this journey
from what's from within right before you kind of started saying, Okay,
(09:38):
let me get my thing together.
Speaker 5 (09:39):
Yeah, So to be like really fast about it, I
almost died at the end of twenty twenty three. I
was driving in a car that I no longer fit in,
and I have a C section on the top of
my stomach that is six years old, and the steering
wheel was digging so deep into my stomach while I
was driving. It was irritating that sea section scar and
I ended up in the hospital and I went septic
(10:02):
and I had cellulitis, and it was Christmas.
Speaker 4 (10:05):
And I was in the hospital.
Speaker 5 (10:07):
Alone without my kids, and I spent about a week
there and I was just like.
Speaker 4 (10:12):
What are you doing? Like what are you doing?
Speaker 5 (10:15):
Like I have a six and ten year old, and
like I don't want my kids to bury me. And
if I kept living the way I was living, my
kids were going to have to bury me.
Speaker 4 (10:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
So yeah, it is just your story is insane. Do
you how much you weigh right now? For by the way,
I would never ask that's a question about you shut
the hell up.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
You post it.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
So I'm asking because I would never ask a female
that sant to ask me that I want to slap.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
It every day.
Speaker 6 (10:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (10:43):
So January first, I was five hundred and ninety eight
point two pounds and today I am four hundred and nine.
Speaker 4 (10:50):
Let's ride.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Do you have a goal that you yeah, well this
is a goal.
Speaker 4 (10:56):
I'm sorry. Do you have a goal? So I do
I have.
Speaker 5 (11:00):
I have no desire to be skinny. I've been a
big girl my whole life, and I'm a confident big girl.
My goal is two hundred to twenty. I want to
be healthy, thick. I want to have curves.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
I want to be able to get healthy fick.
Speaker 5 (11:12):
I want to be able to get grabbed like and
I have no desire to wonderland like I think two
hundred to twenty. I'm going to be absolutely happy when
I get down to two sixty.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
I get to start the process.
Speaker 5 (11:24):
Of skin removal, and they believe that I'll have about
forty pounds of skin. So that's going to put me
right at that two hundred two twenty.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
Have you had any moments recently where you, I know,
we were talking about your clothes, like clothes are fitting different.
What's a what's a moment you had where you looked
at yourself and you were like, okay, like you're really
proud of yourself.
Speaker 5 (11:43):
So I no longer use filters when I take selfies,
and I think that's really yes, that's I used to
only use the Snapchat camera to take selfies and now
I'm using like the camera app on my phone.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
Yeah that's a big deal.
Speaker 5 (11:58):
Yeah, just little things like that. And I'm like, okay, girl,
like you're looking good.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
Yeah. And by the way, you have a.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
Man's I do have a man's. He's very good to me.
Speaker 5 (12:08):
It's my first relationship where I don't feel like I'm
being fetishized or sexualized.
Speaker 4 (12:12):
I feel like he's with me for me.
Speaker 5 (12:15):
This is also my first relationship in my journey where
losing weight isn't a requirement. Someone made a comment I
recently hard launched him on social media and someone commented
and said he pre ordered me, and that really affected me,
and I was like, so is he only with me
because he knows the end prize is going to be great?
(12:36):
And it's like, no, kiln, Like he likes you for you, Like, yeah,
doing the damn thing. Like, he's proud of you. He
likes me at the size I am. Now he's gonna
like me at the size that I'm gonna be. Yeah,
And he's just super supportive, and I'm really lucky to
have him.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
I have seen, you know, there's TV shows and all
these things where there are some guys who date women
that are say they're a little bit bigger, and they
start to lose weight, and the guys are like, uh
uh I met you at this weight. You have to
say it that weight. Does you ever get that vibe
from him or do you feel like he is he's
supportive of what you're trying to do for your life
and for your kids.
Speaker 5 (13:08):
I don't get that vibe from him, but I do
have experience with that. This isn't my first time losing weight.
In twenty nineteen, I was five oh nine to damn,
she's fine, and I lost one hundred and thirty pounds
and it ended my relationship.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
With my son.
Speaker 5 (13:21):
That's yes, very yes, he became very insecure. He started
self sabotaging me at the end of losing all that weight,
and he just wasn't supportive anymore, and our relationship ended
because of it. And then COVID hit and all that stuff,
and I gained all the weight back plus an additional
one hundred pounds.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
So now we're five ninety nine to Damn.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
She's not anymore.
Speaker 4 (13:43):
I'm curious, do you get the reference of my user name?
Speaker 3 (13:49):
Damn, she's fine, so get low three six nine.
Speaker 4 (13:52):
Damn she's fine.
Speaker 1 (14:04):
It is.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Damn Well listen you you you you're on the way.
You're crushing it. I hope you stay strong. How this
man supports you. I know, being a content creator just
in general isn't easy. I've seen your comment section, which
is as a wild West.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
You have to have.
Speaker 3 (14:23):
Thick skin to get through that.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
But the pere makes it feel better, right, Yeah.
Speaker 5 (14:28):
I mean my first month that I went viral was February.
How TikTok works, it's monthly, So I went viral on
February fifteenth, and then from February fifteenth to February twenty ninth,
I made over seven thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
Get it, let me me googling feet him after the haters.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
That was my best month so far. But now I'm
getting like.
Speaker 5 (14:55):
Brand deals and it's really cool. Yeah, I'm nervous about.
Speaker 4 (15:01):
Text, you know. Look a little different.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
Well, my last question because of the video that Santi
showed me. You you're down so much weight? Do you
do you still have to use the tool?
Speaker 4 (15:12):
I don't and I got rid of the chair in
the shower, So like.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
Kaylin, thank you so much at five ninety nine to damn,
she's fine.
Speaker 3 (15:26):
You're gonna have to change it again.
Speaker 4 (15:28):
No, I think I'll always be five ninety nine.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
Tells the story true.
Speaker 3 (15:33):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, Well how much do you weigh?
Speaker 1 (15:38):
Ashley?
Speaker 3 (15:38):
God, damn it.
