Speaker 1 (00:00):
Down, Chuck Douglass, this is the power our six ten WTV.
And if a crik because you a crook, a criminal,
calls you a criminal, are you really a crooker a
criminal or are they? Yeah, I'm gonna get into the
Latitia James here in just a moment. A two one
nine eight six my number eight two one WTV. And
also welcome to Brian and Mitch, Mike, let me see
Michelle Vaughn, Chris and coach Bill Gonley, the most recent

(00:22):
additions to my Facebook family. Appreciate all of you. Thank
you very much. A two one nine eight six, A
two one WTV. And we're talking about the kid in
uh and he's twenty four, but I say kid over
in India, who's looking at five years. We're going on
an island he's not supposed to be on. It's illegal
to go. It's an indigenous people's island. Leave them alone,
that's the law. He broke the law. He's looking at

(00:43):
five years. And I compared that to the caning in
Singapore Michael Fay years ago for you know, spray painting,
personal property, vandalizing property, and Americans got up in arms
back then, as during the Clinton administration, we've got to
protect this care. We got to save this mark and
care quick. He got what he deserved, and if this
kid in India against five years, that's exactly what he deserves.

(01:05):
Sorry to be harsh, but real is real. Jim, You're
on subxtendably TV at.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
High Hi seuck great. No, always like listening to you.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Thank you, sir.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Regarding both of your stories, I got connections to both
of them or so or no about I remember both
of them very well. Regarding the caning incident, yeah, I
remember that very well because the kid actually lived at Dayton.
I can't remember whether it was at the time or
just left in Dayton, but he'd grown up there. His
dad worked for Trance World Airlines and had worked in

(01:36):
Dayton and then got in a promotion to New York
City and was working in corporate headquarters in New York
City at the time and dealing with the lawyers and
stuff and trying to get his son out of there.
I remember. I think he started out with like seven
strokes of the cane and they got it reduced to
three or four when they finally did do it, But
it what took several weeks or so to get it reduced.

(01:58):
But he did do that and got time. But yeah,
I was totally stupid. I go along with you that,
But I was getting in addition to this news over
the media, I was getting news through the trans World
Airlines employee news service and keep an update there through
his father's updates and stuff. So I do remember that.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Now, what did you do for What did you do
at TWA?

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Well I didn't. My father worked there for twenty two years.
Oh okay, grew up under the TWA banner.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
I mean, you know, I lost those days when the
airline industry was romantic and TWA and pan Am and
you know, it was it was the stuff feature films
were made of. And now it's just like people show
up wearing cargo shorts and flip flop shoes and a
Hawaiian shirt. I mean, there's just no there's no frill,
there's no dignity to the whole airline thing anymore. You

(02:47):
you were part of the glory days.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Oh yeah, yeah. I grew up in the fifties and
sixties when dad was working there, and then I got
a job with Alleghany Airlines which became US air which
became US Airways and retired forty after forty three years,
but nine years ago, and was in the industry that
many years, so I saw it all transpired. But then
regarding the other story in India, I've been through India.

(03:10):
I remember well that other story of a number of
years ago. The other kid that went over there to
the island missionary was trying to convert people, and they
never saw him again. They'd warned him and warned him
and warned, don't.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Go over there.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
There was a cannibal, don't kill you. And he never
came back. And this kid that just did it, he's done.
Lucky to be alive, to even get back.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Yeah, well they say he didn't make contact with the people,
so nobody saw him. Apparently, otherwise he probably would be dead.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Probably so because the other kid and they'd never found
that person.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
No YouTube post is worth that, Jim, I think we
could all agree on that.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
I'll go along with you on that, Pardoner, great.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Buddy, thanks very much for the call. I appreciate you
being out there. He two won nine six number He
two went up with ETV and let me get into
this woman. Latsia James, New York Attorney General. Latisia James
accues now of mortgage fraud. Now, let's remember the whole
reason you know you know the name Letitia James is

(04:07):
because she went after Donald Trump for banking fraud. She
she said he overvalued mar A Lago in order to
borrow money against mar A Lago. Was she the one
when she ran said her platform was to go after Yes,
she's been adamant about she wants to put Trump in prison. Now,

(04:31):
the thing with mar A Lago is what Trump said
it was worth, What the bank's appraisers said it was worth.
That's that's real. What she thinks it worth subjective. Who
cares what you think it's worth. It doesn't matter what
you think it's worth. And the banks that he borrowed

(04:52):
from Deutsche Bank, probably the largest, they said that our
appraiser said it's worth it. We loaned him the money,
he paid it back, he paid back the interest, he
paid it back early. We're happy. We don't have any
problems with this guy. But she still insisted he was
attempting to defraud people. Let me tell you about Letitia James.

(05:15):
In a letter, the Federal Housing Finance Agency FHFA referred
James a Democrat who has served as state Attorney General
since twenty nineteen to US Attorney General Pam Bondi and
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche according or alleging that she
falsified records to obtain a mortgage in twenty twenty three.

(05:38):
That's one mortgage. However, the story has expanded since Newsweek
covered this. Director of FHFA, William pull Pulti. I guess
that is said that James claimed on a mortgage application
in twenty twenty three that a house in Norfolk, Virginia
was going to be her primary residence, despite her position

(06:01):
requiring New York residency. It's a fourteen hundred and fifty
square foot single family home built in nineteen forty seven,
three bedrooms, one bathroom, according to the deed, purchased for
two hundred and forty thousand dollars with a two hundred
nineteen thousand, seven hundred and eighty dollars mortgage. Claims also
that she falsely stated the number of units in a

(06:23):
Brooklyn property she owns by saying it has four units,
not five. In twenty twenty one, she also claimed that
there is a purchased another property with her father as
a co signer, but she listed him on the paperwork
as being her husband. That was nineteen eighty three and

(06:43):
again in two thousand. She has intentionally, purposely, repeatedly lied
on federal loan documents in order to buy properties. Subjective.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
I don't think Mario Lagoas worked that much.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
That's your opinion. What you have done, falsifying federal loan
documents to purchase properties is criminal. If I did it,
I would go to jail. If Zach could write and

(07:26):
he did it, he would go to jail. This is
another issue that people are having. People.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
I understand a way. Democrat people, you're a gimmocrat. You
shouldn't like Donald Trump because of this kind of crap
right here. She is Democrat, she is black, she is female,
She's everything that is supposed to hate Donald Trump. And
yet she is right now the poster child for everything
that is right about Donald Trump because her black, female

(07:58):
Democrat self is a big fat liar. And she used
your government agencies and taxpayer funded agencies and maybe even
some grant money for all I know, maybe she got
some special consideration for a minority buyer or a female buyer,
a female investor.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
I don't know. She's not married to daddy, unless she's
sicker than we know. She outright lied and now wants
to say because they're coming after her. Donald Trump's president,
so he must be doing it personally, right, because you
know she said, all I want to do is put

(08:35):
Donald Trump in prison. But if he does something personally,
what's the claim? You know what it is? This racism?
Shut your big fat lion democrat mouth. There's no racism involved,
you ignorant woman. You lied, you manipulated, and just like

(09:00):
the kid in India, I hope you do time. People
are sick of this. It's not a black or white thing.
It's a left and the right thing. Remember Hunter Biden

(09:20):
did the same thing when he filled out paperwork a
federal firearms form to purchase what was a thirty eight revolver.
I think he lied. If you did it, if I
did it, we do time. But to the leftist, it's okay.

(09:42):
It's just a way of life. This is cool, It's
how we roll. If the Columbus Disgrace comes in here
tomorrow and does Chuck Douglas hoping to be drug addict,
and smokes, what is it today? What are they smoked today? Math?
Smoke's myth and his had cracked in his pocket, and

(10:05):
people go, oh my gosh, he's terrible. He said the
time Hunter Biden does it, it's cool. I got an
open container in my car with some alcohol. Edit. I
got a beer on a hot summer day in my car.
Whether my car is running, rolling or not, it doesn't matter.
I've got an open container in a car. I'm subject
to getting a ticket and probably having to appear in court.

(10:29):
Somebody throws a baggy a cocaine down in the Biden
White House. We don't know who it is. People of
all political ILKs, all religious backgrounds, all racial identities. Both,
I say both, not all. Both genders are quickly realizing

(10:54):
that there's a bunch of crap going on that they
should be tired of. And they're probably punching themselves in
the head right now asking why it's taken this long
for them to get tired of it. Letitia keep doing
what you're doing, girl, because you are helping. Like Senator
Kennedy said, it's called operation let aoc talk. Just let

(11:15):
them keep being what they're being. Let them keep doing
what they're doing. They are laying it out for us,
But you stay diligent. Nothing is ever easy, we'll get
a long way to go. Time for me to fly
back with Bliezer tomorrow at three on six' ten DOUBLE
