(00:00):
Welcome to the I'm Still Fun Podcastwith Fallon and Jenny. Hello. So
I told Jenny, I was like, I want to do a video.
So I texted her last night andI said, you know, dress in
a way you feel comfortable. No, she didn't. She told me to
look hot. I said, look, how you want to look for a
video because there's been a day beforein the past. We were like,
I'm not doing a video on aday exutle and I said, I totally
(00:21):
get that because we all have shitdays. And she goes, oh,
it's going to be slobby on Monday, but okay, and I was like,
oh, I'm sorry, do younormally dress up on Monday? You
bitch? Excuse me? Oh?I just was like gonna go full on
with like some lbones and all thatstuff, because like I am today,
Well yeah, because Dave's in Colorado, and when Dave's not here, I
(00:42):
just like to take advantage of notlooking as nice and not that I'm forced
to when he's here. I stillwear leggings every once in a while when
he's here, but like, Ijust very much don't care what I look
like when he's not. I wearleggings like every single day, so I
feel you, but here we are. We did. The reason we did
a video is because I've been Idon't know why. I'm not like an
ASMR person, but I love thevideos I've seen, like Kylie Jenner do
(01:07):
it, Lily ryan Hart who wasin Riverdale, and now this other girl.
I don't even know who she is. I don't think she's famous.
I think she's an influencer on TikTokand it's probably they're showing me the videos
now because I've watched the full Lenkvideo. Probably, but Lily ryan Hart
from Riverdale, she'll get like she'sdone other cookies other than Crumble. Okay,
she's done like Insomniac and stuff now, but she gets them and she
(01:30):
has like the little microphone specifically totry them and eat them, and then
she gulps her water in between. And I was like, I told Colt,
I said, do you want todo this? I go, I
mean, they're doing it with youor with Jenny, And he goes,
you'll get more views if you doit with Jenny. I hate to be
that person to say duh, butlike you probably will two women versus matter.
(01:53):
Yeah, but we I'm going topost the video on TikTok because it's
like five minutes long, and sothe full that I was going to go
faull in kdew b TikTok and I'lluh tag Jenny she doesn't have to repost
it, but she can't, andthen I'm going to try to like edit
it down on Instagram, yeah, because you only get ninety seconds on Instagram.
As we're like going and I'm likewatching the time and it hits like
(02:15):
three minutes, and I was like, oh my god, do people actually
watch videos like That's like they do, they're into that stuff, and I,
you know me, I just can'tdo the mouth noises. It drives
the insane. Well that's why Isaid, I go, we're not going
to do full ASMR. But wewere. We did a little bit like
quiet and but like, if it'syour partner, you want to kill that.
(02:36):
God, no, it has tobe someone else. No. I
shared a meme the other day andit was of like a dog eating and
I was like, oh, you'reso cute, Oh my god, and
then it's like, but you're partnereating, I'll fucking kill it. Literally
lot more time, I texted Jenny, I want to just get it out
of the way immediately. In thebeginning, I was living for Travis Kelsey
(03:01):
at the Taylor Swift concert. Iam. I know that some people think
it's so stupid, who cares? And get them off my timeline. Obviously
I'm a swiftie, but you know, I just love him because I love
what he represents. I love thathe is like like in a true man's
man world, like the King ofthe Mountain, you know what I mean,
(03:23):
because he is like a football star, the highest paid blah blah blah.
And for him to just go andjust like support her, We've never
seen that before. We've seen likeguys go, of course and attend the
concerts, but they stand there whethertheir arms crossed, and they're quiet.
And I know not everyone is anextrovert, so it's a little unfair to
(03:46):
like be like they should be socrazy. So I'm not saying like previous
boyfriends like Joe were embarrassed or ashamed, but they didn't like the attention.
I just like she loves the attention, So I like that he likes it
that he like is just like herfan. You can tell you this and
know every word every song. He'snot like crazy fanboy. Yeah, I
loved seeing that, like his brotherand his wife were I like two shows
(04:10):
back to back, but him goingon stage after she performed Smallest Man That
Ever Lived or whatever it's called thatblanking now, which is like her most
heartbreaking song to him, like carryingher to do. It's just it was
so cute. I loved it somuch. I had to go down like
a little bit of a rabbit holeof like trying to get it all explained
to me because I don't fully understandbecause that's like the new addition to her
(04:31):
set and I don't get what likethe songs are necessarily about and whatever.
But yeah, it was very cute, and I feel like, Okay,
I wanted to ask you this becauseyou like love her so much and I
like Taylor Swift, don't get mewrong, but I'm not as much of
a Swifty. Yeah, don't youthink because he's been to a lot of
her shows now, not like Inot as many as I think a lot
(04:54):
of people would. I think alot of people thought since he's an off
season he'd be it more, honestly, because I'm just wondering, like,
is there a point where he's likeall right, I'm gonna go get a
drink. Now, I'm a littlebit bored. Like I've seen this a
million times already. You know,I've said that before because I was like,
it's different when you go to afootball game, because it's different every
time. But he really like hedid the like a couple of shows he
(05:18):
did, like his initial show inthe US, you know, in Kansas
City. Then he didn't do onein like South America, the super Hot
one. Then he didn't go toany for a long time until I think
he went to like an Australian show, okay, and then I don't think
he has gone to any others untilParis. And Paris is when she she
(05:42):
had taken a break for like amonth or two to release Tortured Poets,
and so Paris was the first onewhere she kicked off the new set where
basically she just cut a few, like handful of songs out of the other
sets, and then she added TorturedPoets Department, and so most of that
album the majority see me about Matti. Heally, it's a lot of heartbreak.
But her final one, the onehe preps her for, is I
(06:05):
can do it with broken heart, and that is like her song about how
no one even knew that she hadjust been destroyed by Matti Heally, like
people just didn't know it. Ithink they thought, oh, it's a
quick fling. They didn't realize itwas like this thing she pined for for
like ten years, where like itjust their their timelines didn't match up,
but they were into each other, and then he ghosted her, and so
(06:28):
she's going out there every night thatshe can perform basically like a puppet,
and no one knows she's miserable, and so it's I'm And also it was
like the one year anniversary of ourTwin Cities shows. Oh yeah, you
know, but all the celebrities werethere, like Tom Cruise, Greta Gerwig,
(06:48):
Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher the bestone obviously. Her hard launch on
her Instagram was with Prince William.Did you see that? She put William
his two kids in Travis, Sothe first time Travis was on her like
actual timeline, I like went toher profile after that because I was like,
when's the last time she posted likenot a photo that's like super professionally
(07:10):
like doesn't on her concert tour.So I was like dang. But did
you see the video of Prince Williamdancing? Yes, yes, I did
take it up yea, And Ifeel like rewatched it a couple of times,
but it wasn't sure which one hewas truly, I don't think it
was him, yeah, first, and the memes were like King Charles would
never like it's true, but youknow what, William seems so stiff these
(07:34):
days too. I was actually surprisedto see him let loose, so good
for him. I loved it.And I'm also very into, like everyone
else, Chapel Rowan right now.Obviously everyone's so obsessed with her and I
love her. I saw she shebroke down the concert a concert the other
night and was just kind of like, sorry, I'm having like off night,
(07:55):
basically admitting she's gotten so huge sofast. She's like, it's been
a lot for me, like, and it's like, I'm sure people will
be like, oh boo hoo,but she probably does feel like she was
a little bit in the obscurity andhad a very niche audience and now she's
being probably pulled in every direction.Yeah, because and you know it's funny.
Tina and I laughed because she openedfor Olivia Rodrigo. We didn't know
(08:18):
who she was. Tina and Iwere like, oh, we don't all
the openers, screw it, we'regonna go grab dinner. We skipped the
openers and now we're like, we'rethe dumbest bitches ever. We missed like
the next biggest pop star because wewere like, man, we don't know
them. And I discovered so manyopeners that like artists that way, so
why would I don't know anyway? So I missed my one opportunity to see
her. I'm the same way.I always skip openers. I think Noah
(08:41):
Kahan didn't go on till nine thirtyor it was like yeah, like nine
fifteen to nine thirty, So wegot there at nine like I was not.
I think the concert started technically atseven thirty, and I was like,
no, yeah, I'll go outget there when Noah kan gets there.
Don't care. Setlist dot FM islike the best thing that ever happened
to me. He didn't follow anyof us setlists. Oh, it was
(09:03):
really different. He started with dialdrunk with post malone, well not postmolone
wasn't there, but started with thatand like the last songs, he ended
with were not the ones that werelike part of his encore, and so
I was, yeah, it wasall over the place from what the setlist
had said. But okay, canwe get to your trip now? Are
talking about the other swift? Iguess, I guess we can be.
(09:26):
Yes. We we went went toband National Park. We also went to
Yoha National Park because they're right byeach other. Also right there are a
lot around that area. We drovepast another I didn't even wasn't even on
my radar. And then of coursethere's Jasper National Park that's an extra like
hour the couple of hour drives,so we just weren't going to do it
on that trip. But we hada really, really really lovely experience.
(09:48):
It really is as beautiful in personas everyone says, because the water's just
so crazy, like this crazy bluefrom the glacial runoff and the minerals.
But we like the first day,I had planned a ton, which is
what I always do. I tryto like you know, make the hardest
stuff in the beginning and then likewean it off a little bit toward the
(10:09):
end. So Day one was ourbest weather day too, So thank god
I booked everything because it was likekept showing that it was going to be
rainy. I was like, ugh, So how it would work is like
if you wake up in the morningand I need to get going, you
know, first thing, but it'dbe cold and kind of drizzly, and
then around like noon or one everyday, like sun would come out,
(10:30):
and so I was like, ah, like, I don't want to wait
to start my day till noon,So whatever, We're just going to do
it. But they're like day one, we did the sunrise, so you
have to wake up at two am. I saw you. Yeah, It's
like it's one of those things whereyou have to like get kind of like
a lottery, like you try toyou have to get the tickets in advance
to get like the they call itthe Alpine Shuttle. That's the first one.
We go over to Lake Louise. You get on that's almost an hour
(10:54):
away from Bamfftown. Most people stayin Bafftown. Then you get the shuttle
thirty minutes because they don't like cargo to Moraine Lake anymore. And then
you just sit there. So we'rejust sitting on this place called rock Pile
Hardstone. It was like a weirdangle. So my butt cheeks like leaning
down, I'm tetting to a girlfrom Detroit. She was lovely. She's
like, I've been in Minneapolis.I love High High and I was like,
(11:15):
great restaurant. I was like, the chef just won, like the
James Beard best Midwest chef. She'slike, oh cool, and she's speaking
a different language to her dad tellinghim that. I was like, oh,
okay, cool. But then wedidn't get the ideal sunrise because I
wanted, you know, the brightorange or pink to come over the mountaintops
and reflect in the water. Itjust didn't do that. Yeah, And
(11:35):
I think I would have sat therea lot longer not realizing it. And
Jake's like, ballin, we canmove on. If it does, it's
going to be like hours from now. When I was like, oh,
but by this point, everyone's astir because there's a grizzly bear. So
yeah, and so I we're like, oh, let's go, like let's
run to get the shuttle because theshuttle's weird too, so it drops you
(11:56):
off at like four thirty and thenyou have to get back on before five
or you don't get another shuttle untilseven. And I was like, oh
god, So we're like running down. We see the shuttle and this guy's
like stop and we're like what. He's like, there's a grizzly bear right
there. We're like, oh,oh right, so we stop and then
we're like taking pictures and stuff, and other people are waiting on the shuttle,
(12:18):
but we're like, what is theshuttle guy doing. He's like,
we can't go over to him.The bear is literally next to the shuttles,
Like we can't cross over to geton the shuttle. So we're like
waving the shuttle guy down. Hedrives around like okay, good, drives
past us and leaves oh no,and everyone's like kind of like cold and
like ready to go, and nothing'sopen. There's no cell phone signal at
(12:41):
Moraine Lake. So we stood therefor like another hour just watching the grizzly
bear until a shuttle came and allof us like hungry and cold. I
felt bad and having snacks or anythingfor because it was like supposed to be
a quick thing and all the snackswere in our car parked at the like
Lake Louise. But then we didthe big, huge hike and I'm not
going to go through every single thingwe did. It was little bee hive
(13:01):
and I don't know how Jake doesit, but I will say this hiking
was so much easier for me thistime. Like I guess having lost weight
makes sense, I get it.I just felt lighter. I don't know,
like I didn't feel like I hadto stop. I feel like the
only reason I was stopping was literallyfor Jake, because you know, he
needed a lot of breaks. AndI was just like, I wonder if,
(13:24):
like there were some harder hikes wedid, like at Yosemite that I
couldn't complete, and well, thankgod, Jake said he couldn't complete them
because he was like, I can'tdo this any further with all of this
one big one, and but Iwas, I wonder if I could do
it now, Jonson, I'm prettysure you probably could, And so that
made me feel good. But itwas awesome and people were like, is
(13:46):
it your favorite now? No,Glacier I think will just always be my
favorite National park because there are somany different I mean, sure there's room
for something to take its place,of course, it's just there's so many
different landscapes in Glacier, Like onespot will be like beautiful wild flowers in
a mountain, and then it willbe like a crystal But like bamf was
like, just so many beautiful bluelakes. And this is such a bitchy,
(14:11):
bratty thing to say, but Ifeel like, after like five or
so of them, I'm like,I'm good, you know. Yeah,
I mean, you don't see lakeslike that very often, so I feel
like when you do, you actuallyusually only see like one ish Yeah,
so I can understand that. Yeah, And it was so I was so
happy we did it and we allhave like such a good time. I
would highly recommend it. We accidentallygot there the week before school letout because
(14:35):
one of the guys was in Bamftownor the restaurant. He was like,
next week it'll be a lot busierbecause school will be let out here.
I was like, oh, youguys get out later than we do.
He's like yeah, and he waslike this and it had It was kind
of sucky for them, he said, this year because that cold, kind
of chillier weather with rain had goneon longer than it normally would. So
he was like, it's been alittle frustrating for us too, like we
(14:56):
are ready for this weather to begone. I'm like, oh, I'm
sure so it you guys look likeyou were bundled up for like all the
photos that I tell you. Ialso started my period day two. That
was a week early. I didn'twear a deal at the whole trip.
Yeah, you told you, tellme about this and you're like, maybe
I don't need it, and thenyou're like, no, I do.
As it turns out with the sun, I do need it, And yeah,
(15:18):
I don't know. I think itwas. I would definitely ten out
of ten recommend checking it out ifyou ever get a chance. We did
like a flight deal. That's likethe only reason we even booked it this
year because we weren't going to doany national parks because we just did Jake's
brother's wedding and that was like thefamily gathering this year. So very happy
we did it, had a greattime. It looks so beautiful. You
would love it, I know. And my younger sister has a work trip
(15:43):
in uh. I don't know whichCanadian city, but it's the one that's
like right above the border of likeSeattle, Okay, so whatever Whistler area,
no, because Vancouver probably, Ithink it's Vancouver. So she is
going to fly out early for togo to BAMF and then oh, okay,
fly from bamp to Vancouver, andI was like, oh really,
(16:03):
And I was kind of interested inlike maybe going with her, so we
kind of talked about it. Ijust don't think timing wise it's going to
work out, like where she's goingand stuff. So I don't know that
that's on the in the books forme this year, but now very pretty
and someday I'll get there. Doyou Did you end up booking a trip
(16:23):
Yeah, out to Levenworth over thefourth of July. It's like a cute,
little like German Bavarian town about twohours two and a half hours east
of Seattle. Okay, okay, into the mountain. It's gonna do some
hiking. Yes, we talked aboutlike your big hike you're doing. Okay,
Yeah, Levenworth. When you sayit, isn't isn't there a Levenworth
Texas or something? There's something likethat, because when you say it,
(16:48):
I'm always like Texas, and thenI'm like, no, this is her
Washington trip. Okay, No,I'm not going to Texas. There's literally
not a single ounce of me thatno offense to anyone who might reside in
Texas. Or love Texas except foras I heard, Austin's really cool.
Austin's cool, but nothing about goingto heat in Texas sounds fun to me.
I know that there's probably fantastic areasof Texas that are worth seeing,
(17:11):
but for me, that is onestate that is not on my like let's
get here lists. Yeah, I'vedone Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
Austin is the only one I wouldgo back to, yeah, for sure.
And I only went to Houston tovisit radio friends, and I only
went to Dallas to visit radio friends. I know. Yeah, I'm good.
So I this is a really randomthought that came up. Okay,
(17:34):
So I work out at a lifetimefitness that you're you used to train with
someone there, yes, And Idon't know why, but I was there
the other day and I started thinkingabout the fact that your trainer. I
don't know if I should get toospecific. I won't say their name obviously,
Okay, but how you had toexplain to them one time how women
(17:56):
have three holes? Yes, sothe first time you ever told me this,
and we're obviously we're talking about thelady region down there, So the
first time we're ever talking about thisand you're telling me the story. I
have to admit that I was veryconfused for a second. I was like,
what do you mean three holes?Like I felt like I was the
trainer in the situation. I didn'tunderstand it because for the longest time,
(18:21):
I didn't think you were considering thebutthole one of the holes. Yes,
yes, yes, so I anyways, I had to confess that because I
don't think I've ever confessed that toyou. And it sparked a memoris at
the gym recently and I saw him. He is like, because he is
such a he is so into healthand fitness, how are you so ignorant
to not know women have two twoholes in their vage area. Yeah,
(18:41):
the p hole and the sex wholeare different holes. People, It let
this be. You're like if youdidn't know that, my god, and
he and he's like, men don'tknow that. I'm like, yes they
do. So I was like fuckthat, you know me, I'm aggressive
yep. So I was like youto random dudes, I'm like, how
many holes does a woman have downthere? And they would be like,
we're talking about but hoole. I'mlike, yeah, three and Jerome's like,
(19:03):
oh man, and I was like, huh, it's Jerome. He
doesn't care. I think at thispoint he's just used to be roasting him
on the radio and stuff. ButI was like, see, Jerome,
men do know it's just you thatdoesn't know when it's not just him.
Lots of people don't know that, which is so bizarre to me. Yeah.
No, And I guess it wasn'tbizarre to me that he didn't know.
But I truthfully was confused for awhile because I did not think you
(19:26):
were talking about butthole included. SoI was like, wait, I know
that there's two. What is thethird one? Yes? And I think
I had to like actually google it. And so anyways, that just sparked
a memory that I don't think I'veever told you that I was confused by
that conversation for a while. I'mgonna call today's episode three holes. I
like that, and to continue onthat region of holes, Yes, gone,
(19:47):
I just have to vent about somethingthat I know cannot be changed.
But when you go to a coffeeshop, m h. Obviously there are
often times you're drinking your coffee andyou need to go to the bathroom because
that coffee is going right through you. Yeah, there's just like nothing worse
about being in a coffee shop, vibing, working on your computer, doing
whatever you're doing there, needing togo shit your brains up from the coffee.
(20:08):
Yeah, and someone knocks because it'sa one stall situation. I hate
it. I the one place thatshould maybe have a few stalls, I
would say, is a coffee shop. But I also know coffee shops are
usually pretty small, and restaurants well, yeah, but a lot of restaurants
don't either. They have the onedoor like thing too, and it's like,
come on, it's brutal. Ijust I had like, such just
(20:30):
an experience where this coffee shop wasvery slow. I was there a week
ago, and I'm like, someoneknocks. I had just gotten in there
and I knew what was about togo down and they were gonna have to
walk right into it. Luckily Iwas in there long enough that I think
they gave up. Oh my god, I did rush this. I don't
believe you. I did rush itbecause when I don't have access to a
(20:52):
bidet it it does rush the situationbecause you shouldn't been on toil longer than
five minutes for the record, Oh, I know, but my phone tells
me different because I get lost onmy phone on scrolling scrolly and that's how
you get roy. Oh my god, I know. I'm very surprised.
I haven't gotten any since I thinkI had one in college. Yeah,
because I spend so much time onthe toilet. I mine's pretty much gone
(21:12):
inside of me, which is likecrazy because it was like I thought it'd
be triggered from all the traveling andstuff, but it's not. And I'm
like, thank god. And Jakewas like, I think I've had one
before and I was like really, and he's like, yeah, you know,
you just you could tell if youlike wipe or whatever. And I
said yeah. And today he waslike, going, by the way,
this is like because we're talking aboutholes and stuff. Yeah, today he
(21:33):
made me laugh so hard. Imade him laugh first. But he was
like going into work and he probablywon't want me to share this. He
didn't want to go in. Hedoesn't usually go into the office, but
he'll actively choose to go in,like maybe a Monday or Wednesday, so
he's choosing to go in today. And I was like, just act like
you like, are going crazy.I go just flash your dick. Oh,
just flash your dick, and they'llall be like, oh, Gottler's
(21:56):
fucking lost it. But he's likehe's having a mental break and I go
he's like yeah, and I go, are you more scared about them laughing
at your dick than them being He'slike yeah, because he's like I think
that they'd be like, what inthe chewed up gum piece of shit is
that? Like how many rounds andan ice bucket did he have to dip
(22:18):
it before to get that shriveled andinside of him? He's like not to
mention that chewed up piece of gum. He's like, I haven't groomed in
so long. It's like it's justhanging out of a horse's tail. Like
you're fucking sick man. Because yesterdaywe took a shower together very quickly and
I did. I go, Jake, like, trim your pube. You
are a hairy man. It's toolong, and he was like, you're
(22:38):
you're absolutely right, like this isinsane. I'm like, yes, it
is insane. It's despicable. Soyeah, I love it. That was
your idea though, of how heshould just get out of being in the
hotice. Well, he's a superprogressive company, so I said, they
wouldn't fire you necessarily. Yeah, they would look at it as a mental
(22:59):
brain They did talk, Yeah, and they'd be like all right, you
know, like are you doing okayright right? Did you back on like
the right track? And then theyfire him. Yeah, but he said
he might need to put in aticket to HR first, saying he's having
some like compulsive thoughts to get itlike on their radar before he does it.
And by the way, this isall sarcasm and jokes. Obviously we
(23:21):
talk about mental health on here,so I don't want to like completely pit
you. Now you talk about messedup stuff with your partner. Yeah,
yeah, that's some of our messedup stuff, my stuff. Okay,
I can't speak, that's okay.By the way, Jenny, this week
I should hit fifty pilates classes andat my studio you get to hold a
sign that says you've hit fifty andyou could just smile and get a picture
(23:41):
with it. Oh, I've seenthose signs, so I'm going to do
it before. Yeah, I'm readyfor it. You can post your picture
if I like the picture of me. Yeah, but also my way before
or after the class. I thinkyou have to do after because you have
to complete the fiftieth class. Peoplewill be like, can I please just
do it before so I'm not sweatyand disgusting in my pilates isn't a well,
sometimes I sweat, but it isn'ta super sweaty activity. It's like,
(24:03):
you know how, like you'll doan ab workout and it's not like
high intensity. You're not running, but you'll get like the sweat on your
brow because you're like for whatever reason, like I don't know, like the
holding a plank just makes you Idon't know if you do, but I
like, no, okay, that'sthe kind of sweat you get in pilates.
Yeah, So I don't know.I'm gonna like, I'm all about
it. I'm gonna get my I'mgonna maybe i'll say, you know what,
(24:26):
I don't want you to take it. I'd like to do a selfie
so I can make sure I likemy angle. I know, I seriously
don't know what it is. Butit's like I know, I'm not gonna
like the videos or pictures I getwhen someone's doing it for me, I
just hate it. I took videoof myself doing pilates the other day,
and the only video I showed itwas of my calves because the ones I
(24:48):
my like, thighs are so thickand muscular, and I'm sure that I
just don't like the way my buttinside of like my legs looking videos.
Yeah, like, I just don'tlike it. So I'm like, I'm
not gonna post it. I mean, I get that, but also I
don't need to post my workout anyway. It's not like I'm trying to be
a fitness influencer, so I aboutthat. I don't Okay, I don't
(25:11):
post my stuff because I want tobe a fitness and I kind of like
more your vibe though you do likeI use a more workout person. I
don't know. I do a lotof mine because I think it's for me.
I always like to see different workoutsthat people do, and obviously my
trainer is always throwing like random shitat me, so I like, I
love to like share that, andI get messages from people being like,
oh, I'm gonna try this nowat the gym whatever. But I don't
(25:32):
know, I like to see thatstuff because I don't I've never done pilates,
So I'm always curious, like whatyou're even doing in those classes because
I know there's different kinds you shouldcome to. One. I don't think
I have the strength that you havefor those. Number One, you don't,
okay, because I'm much stronger thanyou. I can take you out
very easily. I throw you up, Jenny, I would kill you,
(25:52):
okay, but I am much stronger. But I should be after like forty
seven classes. But no, they'regood. I say they're like comparable.
I was talking to a woman yesterdayand she was like, I think that
like this new generation, they're lessand maybe you might disagree with this.
I feel like our generation went reallyand I'm older than Eugenny obviously, but
(26:14):
like we're really into the high intensityand their whole workouts. This generations more
of like the bar and pilates kindof thing. Not that they don't do
crazy ones too, but there islike there are always, you know,
the ebbs and flows, because likewhen I was in my twenties, it
was they like early twenties it waszoomba, was it. Then it was
(26:36):
like a little bit of spin andthen like it got really into like those
kind of I don't want to callit CrossFit, but like just the high
intensity interval training kind of like classeswere really really popular and they still are.
But I'm so happy, Like pilatesis popular right now, so the
back could be my thing that I'minto. Yeah, it's like it's I
also like it's like every age isin there and every body type and I
(27:02):
really like that. Yeah you knowwhat I mean, Like it's like everyone
feels good doing it. That's howI feel like a lot of the classes
I go to at Lifetime aren't likethat. That's good. Yeah, the
first certain like Warrior Skulp classes thatI just know are going to be so
hard. Yeah, it's a littlebit like more of you're a very good
at yoga kind of person, whichI'm not good at. But yeah I
(27:22):
do. I do like a classthat's very inviting. Since you had your
wrist surgery, yeap, is iteasier to do things like like yoga or
no? No, it's I wouldsay planking positions are still I can do
them, they're not like but Ihave a really hard time with grip now
is I don't know, I I'mso frustrated with my wrist surgery. If
(27:45):
I being honest, Like, Iknow that they did everything right, but
I just feel like I traded onepain for a different pain, gotcha,
Like I there are just so manydifferent workouts now that I can't do that
I used to be able to do, but then I can do ones I
couldn't do and now I can dothem. Like it's just it's really weird.
And so I've got people emailing theMorning show and talking about knee replacements
(28:07):
because I've got a really bad rightknee. Also I should get a knee
replacement, And I'm like, I'mnot doing another synarate in my body right
now because I just don't feel likeI really don't know if the one on
my wrist was worth it. Imean, I'm pretty sure the doctor said
there's a chance i'd get arthritis prettyearly in life if I didn't get it,
so like, I'm sure in theend it was worth it, but
(28:30):
yeah, it's frustrating. I'll dolike rdls at the gym and not to
make this a whole workout podcast, but I lose the strength to hold the
bar bell yep before I lose thestrength to do it, because it's hard.
That's how I like was when Iwouldn't do more like heavy weight training
with Drum speaking of him twice.Mine is, you know, my right
(28:52):
wrist and I still have issues. It's only when I'm doing like direct weight
into it planks, It's much betterfor me to do play. I'll either
have like my right hand and afist or I just do on my forearms.
But like, there are a lotof things and pilates, like on
the chair where you like kind oflike you have your hands on the back
of the seat and your feet areon this pedal and you like push your
(29:15):
butt in the air like into apike yep, And it's the same kind
of motion. It's basically just puttingweight directly into that wrist and it really
hurts my wrist, so I justdon't. And the same with like push
ups. Yeah, it's hard forme to push ups with my wrist,
my right wrist. Yeah, Iwhatever, I'm I'm over it. I
do what I can at the gym, and I'm just happy to be there.
(29:36):
Is where I'm kind of atouse andI'm just like cool. One thing
I have to say quick because Ijust sat started seeing them promoting it is
on Netflix. There's a new seasonof a show coming out, and I've
never talked about this before, butI auditioned for it. You have the
mole. I know the season iscoming out, it's been have been in
(29:56):
the season I was on. Sojust the quick story was, I saw
that they were looking for people signup, audition whatever, put in a
submission, submitted a video, whateverit was. It wasn't anything crazy by
me. So I didn't produce somereally awesome video. I just sent in
a video, filled out a bunchof stuff. Got a call one night
(30:18):
and talked to this woman. Shewas one of the casting agents for quite
a while and she loved me.So she's like, I want to get
you on a zoom tomorrow. Andso then I did like a thirty minute
zoom and that zoom was supposed tobe cut down to about like two to
three minutes for them to present tothe Netflix executives. Yeah, and then
that's where people were picked from there. And obviously I did not get picked,
(30:41):
but I like kept it really hushhush for a while. I wasn't
allowed to talk about it once Ifound out I didn't get picked. I
think I I don't know if Imight have told failin ahead of time.
I don't know you were telling me, but I wasn't telling anyone because people
I wasn't supposed to be talking aboutit, but I knew it was been
Las summer. I would have hadto leave to go film it. And
(31:03):
I just like, that is likea show I would absolutely love to be
on because it's about challenges, ifyou win money whatever, Like I'm obsessed
with Survivor right now, but Iknow for a fact, day one I'd
be like, take me out.Yeah, I fucking can't do this.
I cannot sleep on bamboo while therain falls on me and freezing my ass
off and there's dirt underneath my nails. No, I can't do it.
(31:26):
The Mole, yeah, you getgrimy in some of the situations. But
and also I know that like theold school version of The Moles. I
think it's a decently different than thenewer one that's on Netflix now because we
just did one season that came outlike two falls ago or something, So
I'm really curious to see how theseason is to see you by potential competitors
spend. But also they do haveto cast that show specifically on looks for
(31:52):
a lot of it. I thinkbecause they ask questions of who do you
think the mole is? So it'slike does the mole have green, brown,
blue eyes, color hair, whatcolor skin? Maybe they don't ask
skin, they might honestly. Yeah, So it is a very wide variety
of people. But I kind ofwant to be like, is there a
blonde on there? Who's the blondethat like got my spot? I didn't
(32:12):
get it? But exciting process andso I'm very excited to watch it on
Netflix just to see what I maybeI want of this season because I've never
watched it. I know like alot of people like it, so maybe
I'll check it out this season becauseI haven't seen it. Yeah, it's
I mean, I think it's acool show. It's like obviously not like
your drama reality TV shows. There'ssome drama because people like purposely sabotage to
(32:35):
lose money to pretend like they're themole and stuff, and you get frustrated
because you're like, I want towin this money. But really quick,
as we wrap up the episode, have you watched the second episode of House
of Dragon? No? I didn'twatch it. Okay, what did you
think? So there are two episodesout? Now, what did you think
about episode one. I mean, all I can think about is the ending
(32:58):
and how awful it was and howI mean, I still heard what happened,
but I immediately put my hands overmy eyes. Things started to happen.
But I guess I'm a little confusedbecause I thought that they were trying
to kill the guy who killed Yeah, but they were kind of yeah,
they were, But then I thinkthat they were like freaking out and they're
like, let's just get one ofthem. Oh, okay, that's the
(33:20):
vibe I got. Well, Idid think episode two was better, but
the first episode I was like,I did not like it. No,
And I was like, I haveto give up hope that it's ever going
to be as good as Game ofThrones. It's probably just not. And
also they take so long that likeI forgot half the storylines and the people
I know, we yeah, whenwe sat down to watch it, literally
(33:43):
we were like, we don't rememberany of this. So we pulled up
a ten minute YouTube video. Yeah, and literally did a full season recap
real quick on like this ten minuteYouTube video. That still was kind of
confusing going into the season winner. And I know that one of the great
things about Game of Thrones in thatwhole thing is the shock value of like
anyone can die. But maybe it'sbecause I'm a parent now, I don't
(34:05):
know, but the ending of thatepisode I thought was very unnecessary. Like
I thought it was like that waslike why yeah, and so I just
kind of was like, we bothand usually Jake is more open that like
not death but like the shows thanme, and he was even like,
yeah, just not gonna be asgood as Game of throunts. I was
like, no, So I didlike the episode two better, so I
(34:27):
hope it continues to get better. But yeah, that was I just wanted
to get your thoughts. We actuallyboth watched that shot. Watch. I
gotta watch the second episode. I'llprobably do it tonight. All right,
Well, thank you so much forhanging out with us, and I'm glad
