Speaker 1 (01:17):
It's like drinking from a fire hose. Never a dull moment,
but yes, you'll hear the stories you won't hear anywhere else,
and we appreciate you being here with us form today.
I'm Justin Barclay. Welcome in to the After Show. It's
the show after the Show. That's why we call it
the after Show. Never a dull moment, never enough time

(01:40):
to get into it all.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
I'm gonna do some digging here.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
To see if I can get you all of the information,
the stories you won't hear anywhere else. Yes, the same day,
we have a story about FEMA over the weekend, he
caught busted. A worker there fired for telling responders to
avoid homes with Trump signs. Same thing we get that,

(02:07):
we get this other story out of FEMA and Michigan,
and yeah, people are a little concerned, and I think
you have a right to be. I'm concerned with FEMA
all together. One of the things that we've seen discussed,
and I think this is a fantastic, a very fair
point here is to remove FEMA out of the Department

(02:27):
of Homeland Security, out of their purview altogether. We will
we'll go through some of the reasons why I think
that should be. You know, ale Hendri Maiorcis is the
same guy that is overseeing FEMA, the same guy overseeing
the Border wide Open, the same guy overseeing the Secret Service.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
All of these things. That's a problem.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
It's the same guy everywhere you look, and there's problems,
It's that guy in the middle of it all. Trump's
false clip, by the way, two headlines to the New
York Times. Here Trump's false claims about the federal response
to Hurricane Helene. The former president falsely accused of Biden
administration of spending disaster funding on migrants, neglecting areas that

(03:14):
had voted for Republicans, and ignoring a call from a
Republican governor. October fourth, November ninth, just a little over
a year later, just a little over a year later,
and we get this headline, FEMA fires employee for telling
Milton relief workers to skip houses with trumps signs that

(03:39):
you can't write this. You can't make it any better
than what It's just impossible. It's impossible. Can't make this
stuff up. And yet here we are, with all of
the Shenanigans, with all the insanity. You can't make make

(04:00):
this stuff up, all right? So what is happening in
Michigan in Why are people concerned about it? Well, again,
I'm telling you, I think you have you have a
right to be concerned about this stuff.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Again.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
I'm concerned about FEMA and whether they're able to an
effectively adient relief after a hurricane. So forget what I'm
about to tell you about which has got people concerned.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
In Michigan.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
FEMA setting up three hundred and fifty semi trailers of
equipment at an old Air Force base, staging them for
quote emergency situations, specifically six counties in particular Macomb, kent Ionia, Eaton, Ingham,
and Livingston. Why is FEMA sending resources to Michigan. The

(04:51):
exact thing happened in twenty twenty three, even utilizing three
hundred and fifty trailers. When FEMA staged equipment at Maxwell
Air Force Base in Alabama for preparation for Hurricane Idellia
here Florida. In case you didn't know, Michigan does not
get hurricanes, this person writes on x. It does not
get earthquakes, It does not get landslides or even tsunamies.

(05:13):
The only natural disasters that occasionally hit Michigan are tornadoes
and blizzards, which are largely unpredictable and usually less severe.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Than any other parts of the US.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
So why is FEMA staging in Michigan for six counties
that rarely have natural disasters? The person who posted this
goes on to say, I personally live in one of
these counties, so I will keep you updated if anything
comes of this, but hopefully it's nothing, though. It's just
pretty odd, to say the least. So here's this is

(05:45):
This is this one right here. This is from one
of the township meetings, I think where they discussed this.
It's done a lot of fireworks here, but I'll let
you watch it anyway.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
We just notified that FEMA has chosen the airport facility
as a stationing hub or emergency services Through FEMA, they
will be serving six counties in this area and they
will be bringing in some three hundred and fifty semi

(06:18):
trailers with equipment park on the base. Also, if you
see a lot of trucks coming into the base.

Speaker 4 (06:26):
That's what it is. It's nothing, nothing to get scared about.
There staging for emergency situations in any of these six
counties that BEIMA takes care of. The airport was just
notified that they.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
Had nothing to see here. In other words, and who knows,
I don't know if there is anything to see here
or not. I so I can't you know, Look what
it probably is some sort of drill or something like
that that they're doing. I mean, if I'm just gonna
be completely honest with you, I don't know. But look,

(07:09):
I understand why people are concerned. I understand, especially in
this day and age, everybody's on right now, pins and needles.
And look again, I mean, the first one to tell you, like,
I don't blame you. The other thing is and I

(07:29):
think it's we've been so things have been so bad
for the last two years than any sort of quiet,
and we've had some quiet of the last few days
last week got us feel like our spidy senses are tingling,

(07:50):
like what's going on why so quiet and rightfully again,
rightfully so, I've told you even before this election, first
of all, but I'm gonna I'm gonna do my best
to kind of give you some comfort here if I can.
But first of all, I told you number one that

(08:19):
I I thought if Trump wins this election, he this
would be because of God. I really did.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
I I did.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
But I also told you that later on the day
of I think I recorded, we went back and pulled
the clip that it would be a landslide. And again
I think that's because I got So I'm gonna say
if Trump saved God saved his life July thirteenth.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
And multiple times, really we know, we know what they're
up to. We understand.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
I don't think God saves his life for him to
not win the election. I told that to Ben Carson,
I told that to Eric Trump, Donald Trump Junior. I'm
gonna tell you this is the next piece. I don't
think the Lord spares his life in order for him
to win the election and not go on to actually
become the president. So while I acknowledge and I think

(09:20):
we're right to to think about these things. While I acknowledge.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
There's a.

Speaker 1 (09:26):
There's certainly a period of time from election day all
the way until inauguration, the moment that that actually takes place.
There's that period of time, and I think is going
to be a tense period of time. It's going to
be one that we ought to be very we ought
to be in prayer over this. It's one that is
going to be tense. But I think he becomes president.

(09:57):
There's a lot of questions out there, there's talk about
who's and all these and then and look, it's fine.
I don't have a problem with even discussing or thinking
about it. But don't get yourself too worked up over
the stuff. That's all I'll say. I don't know what
the story is on the FEMA gear. I don't know

(10:17):
what the story is on on the on the full details.
But again here's the somebody pulled up the map. I
guess this is a.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Guy that posted this thing online.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
So these are the areas that they say are affected.
But I mean literally, you could go anywhere in Michigan
for with any of this equipment, I mean or surrounding areas.
I don't know what the point is for it. We
don't really even know what the equipment is. I'm going

(10:50):
to tell you. I think it's probably some sort.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
Of drill or something like that. Now, why they're doing
it here, I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
So again, pray for President Trump, praying for our country.
We're in some very between now and then some very
interesting times. Here's Frank Tamarow. He's ninety five years old
on Veterans' Day. Just a reminder, he's one one of
the veterans who was kicked out of his nursing home
in New York City for illegal aliens.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
It was very disgraceful what they did to the people
in Ireland Shores. They gave us time to get out,
but they never said one and they never said they
will go and get the south. And then one day
there's a thing on the board and all the side

(11:39):
of the board. You gotta be out by March fifteenth.
I think that gave us like a month and a
half to find out where we're going to go. I
thought my suitcases were going to be on the curb,
because I'm not that fast. It wasn't for my daughter,
they would have been on the curve. But that's what

(12:04):
did happen, and.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
That was it.

Speaker 5 (12:09):
I said, no, no, no, no, you're not moving me,
and they said yes, yes, yes, we all and everything
was done behind closed doors and we didn't have a
chance to actually make any attempt to stop them because
it wasn't enough time.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
Just unthinkable. We got to undo all of this, folks.
And one of the biggest things now the next pieces
that Jimp in prayer about. And if you're anywhere where
you have a Republican senator, particularly, you want to pick
up the phone call and make sure you tell them
America's got the mandate. We came out in mass, mass
amounts to vote for President Trump. We want his agenda done.

(12:50):
We don't want any obstructionism, We don't want any of
that done. And fun in Corning don't seem to be
the type of people previously out there expressing that they're
not fans of Trump. We don't want them running the Senate.
Senator Rick Scott is the choice. He made the conversy

(13:12):
rate that I think the Fox News Fox and Friends
this morning they had him on where he said that
if he's elected, he's confident he's going to win it.
If he's elected the leader of the Senate, he's going
to help get Trump's agenda passed.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
I had a chance to meet him. He's a good guy.

Speaker 6 (13:29):
Here's what I bring to the table. I clearly believe
in the Trump Agenda. Number one. I'm a business guy
that has success doing exactly what we need to do
in the Senate. We need to have a plan. We
need to work a plan, We need to have a team.
We need to measure ourselves. If we want to get
all the nominees done, we've got to figure out plan
to get it done. If we want to get a

(13:50):
balanced budget, we got to start to day to get
a balanced budget. If we want to get the border secure,
if we want to get whatever policies we have to
get through through Congress, we have to have a plan,
just like what you do in business. I ran a
company with two hundred and eighty five thousand employees. We
had a written plan for everything to get it done.
My colleagues have told me they want change. They want

(14:11):
to be treated as equal, they want to be part
of its team, they want to have an agenda. They
want to have a great relationship with the House. They
know I have a great relationship with Speaker Mike Johnson.
So I'm very optimistic that I'm going to win because
I'm representing Trump's agenda and what my colleagues want. Here's
what I bring to the table.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
So then I have it.

Speaker 1 (14:31):
Look, I'm telling you this is you got to have
the Senate, You've got to have the House. We got
to have everybody working together to get this stuff done.
The most ambitious. We have an ambitious agenda here. President
Trump wants to move and we've got to.

Speaker 2 (14:47):
We don't.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
We don't have a lot of time. Folks, who got
two years until the election. We have got another election.
It's going to be House elections at that time. We've
got we got to get going. And if we don't
come through, forget twenty two or excuse me, twenty six,
twenty eight, not only are we going to be back

(15:09):
where we started off here, we're probably gonna be worse off.
Worst case scenario. Gretchen Witmer a gruesome Gavin Newso one
of those folks that'll be running as a Democrat. We're
gonna have to deal with that. Here's John Thun uses
the word disservice to describe Trump's messaging.

Speaker 7 (15:25):
But I think the fact that the president for so
long continue to, you know, try and convince people in
this country that the election was stolen from him. Was
a disservice to people, and it got people to believe
something that wasn't true.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
No, it was. It was rigged.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
And I think we'll even have more information now than
we ever read before.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Think about that.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
We had an opportunity to get an investigation done look
into this, and this guy was going to stand in
between the getting that done because he just doesn't think
He didn't think it happened. What about Hunter Biden's laptop?
Come on, man, this is obvious now. I don't know
how long ago this was, but it's somebody who probably
wasn't nowhere near near leadership.

Speaker 7 (16:08):
And I think that you could argue, I suppose was
partly the you know, at least at the beginning, the
origin of a lot of this.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
The Senator is also looking to us as the word
did there you go? Lots of these clips flying.

Speaker 1 (16:22):
Around online right now, by the way, lots of these clips. Hey,
where did all those votes go? That's another great point.
We showed you last week, But I didn't got eighty
one million votes or something like that. Where Where did
the where did the votes go? Where are those votes?

(16:45):
They just sort of disappeared out of nowhere be interesting
to see, interesting to see where they go? Hey, did
you see this?

Speaker 2 (16:55):
This is crazy?

Speaker 1 (16:58):
You know that the Kamala campaign now is in the hole.
I mean I think they owe like twenty million dollars
something like that, and so the all the election campaign
stuff is out there.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
Now did you see who they paid? Who they paid Oprah?

Speaker 1 (17:18):
Of all people, you thought she was just doing some
interview just to be nice. They paid her a million
dollars for this sec.

Speaker 8 (17:24):
In dollars to interview her in September. A million dollars.
Now she thought she was saving democracy. She should have
done it for free. Kamala scared donors by calling Trump
a dictator, got a billion bucks, then just gave it
to her friends and blew the rest on being a diva.
Kamala went on a podcast or remember call her Daddy,
but she didn't want to go to their studio in La,

(17:46):
so she made the host fly to the c and
used campaign cash to build a fake set in a
hotel room. She spent more than one hundred grand to
build it. That set, see it cha, here's a coffee
table and a bookshelf.

Speaker 2 (17:59):
One hundred grand for that?

Speaker 1 (18:01):
Oh my, could you imagine what she would be doing
with your money. That's six figures.

Speaker 8 (18:08):
Now we looked at the set, we probably could have
done it for around six grand, that's without labor. But
where'd the rest of the money go.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
We don't know.

Speaker 8 (18:17):
So she's still trying to soak folks for cash. Twenty
four hours after the election on Wednesday, Democrats got a
text from the campaign urgent, we need help donate now,
help with what he lost.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
They want recounts, by the way, but the reason why
they're asking not really to get recounts. They want to
help try and cover.

Speaker 2 (18:41):
Up that that money.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
Picked up that money, because there's lots, lots of money,
lots of do did you see President Trump came out.
Trump Trump said he was to help Kamada and because
you know he's hit, learned everything right, But he says
he wants to help the campaign cover that they have
some leftover money inside his campaign and.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
He'd he'd love stuff like this. Just oh man just
sends me.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
I'm very surprised the Democrats who fought a hard and
vyant fighting in the twenty twenty presidential election, raising a
record amount of money, then lots of money left over.
Now they're being squeezed by vendors and others. Whatever we
can do to help them during this difficult period. I
would strongly recommend we as a party for the sake
of desperately needed unity. Do we have a lot of

(19:34):
money left over in that Our biggest asset in the
campaign was earned media, and that doesn't cost very much.
Make America great again. I think it's dug at cheek.
I don't think it's real. By the way, if anybody
thinks don't give him the money, don't do it.

Speaker 2 (19:53):
Whatever you do.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
No, I don't think he's actually got to give him
that money. I think it's tongue in cheek again.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
All it is that, don't.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
Whoa?

Speaker 2 (20:15):
Everybody do it now?

Speaker 5 (20:29):
Don't need to now?

Speaker 2 (20:32):
Yes, yes, I said you're ready town.

Speaker 8 (20:38):
That don't mean.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
Come on, I'll say anything that's called doing the Trump.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
By the way, doing the Trump? That's what are you
doing that?

Speaker 5 (20:52):
Come on?

Speaker 1 (20:52):
