(00:00):
Hi there, Lon Skin of SportsPodcast. It is DJ Lops and I
guess so I got back in thestudio. I'm back. It's been a
minute, but we got them back. Welcome back, Nino. Not to
do back. Glad to be back, Like to be back in the studio.
Brother, you know, it's beena minute. Been a minute.
Family man and jobs and whatnot.Business people. Yeah, exactly. Now,

(00:26):
I mean where we've been, orlet's talk a little bit about you
because you know, we miss youa little bit over here on Skin Up.
Same same, just you know,a whole new gig this year with
teaching and whatnot, so a littledifferent, a little different chapter. And
then as far as my career,so that's all it's been, you know,
and then raising kids and doing thewhole family thing. That's good,

(00:47):
you know. Then a two yearold, doesn't, you know, really
keeps you occupied. So glad tobe back, Glad to be in the
studio. Higheart Radio. We're inthe mix. Absolutely, we got a
lot to talk about. We knowabout the this motherday with the Raiders at
the Charger game, it was likea JV game or something. I don't
know what was going on. Yeah, it was insane. And I do

(01:08):
have a story about that, sowe'll talk about that. Also, there's
a few I didn't know. Theydidn't know this, but there was Saturday
games happen right now. Yeah, yeah, right now. It's going down
right now. Well, usually becauseyour your typical college season consists of what
maybe like eleven games, twelve games, so bulling twelve weeks right right,
And obviously the NFL has eighteen weeksof football, so in order to have

(01:33):
more you know, TV coverage, the NFL decides to plug in some games
here and there on Saturdays, especiallyduring the holiday season. That's cool.
We'll deep dive on that a littlebit. And then this one surprised me.
I don't know if this is goodor bad with the Texans starting the
veteran QB. Yeah, I'm lookingat it right now. So you got
case Keenum. He's a good VETthat I know. He's like a vet

(01:56):
vet. He's been a starter,he's had a q a few backup ros.
So yeah, we'll talk about thatin a bit because I'm like,
well, Texas been doing good lately. They have, man, they've been
turning it around. So I don'tknow this is gonna be like a flip.
We'll see c J. Stroud isbottling. But injuries is part of
the game. You know, youwish your superstars can be healthy at all

(02:21):
times, but it's a you know, barbaric sport, so injuries happen.
I like that barbarics. Speaking ofbarbaric, NFL is adding another country to
the lineup for next season. Prettygood. Yeah, I like this whole
approach, like the whole International series, expanding the game, making it something

(02:42):
where perhaps maybe the world starts tokind of jump on it, you know,
like it's it's it's already hard tocompete with soccer, so I'm glad
the NFL is approaching it in thismanner. The last thing that we're going
to touch base is just to catchup on the games for Sunday. Oh
yeah, definitely tomorrow in there andall that. But we'll get into all
that and lasking a sports podcasts yeah, thank god, who we aren't back

(03:07):
the last couple of ones. Iwas doing a little bit solo just to
get some kind of content on there. I didn't want to leave the page
behind. Remember we said one hundredepisodes. I was just still going even
though they were sure, but Iwas like man, Actually I enjoyed them.
I was like, man, itwas like my own little diary.
Yea telling me I'm doing a littlediary, Eric, because I mean,

(03:31):
it's just something to talk about, and you know, I just go down
through the headlines talking about you know, have at it. And that's what's
pretty cool, like you know whatyou're doing. Also with your students and
how you know, they get anidea of podcasting and they tuned into this
one and like, oh, that'spretty cool. Yeah. I told him.
I told him like, hey, man, you know, podcasting is
fun and if you're really really deep, get a deep dive into it,

(03:53):
you can potentially make some money offof it. So yeah, with sponsorships
and all that, Oh yeah, for sure, absolutely, But let's get
into it. Let's see this gamethat freaked me out. I got a
story to tell you with the Chargersand the Raider game. Tough. That's
a tough lot. It was brutal, well, awesome win for the Raiders,
tough loss for the Chargers. Myquestion is who gave the playbook to

(04:16):
the Raiders? They gave the playbook? Oh for the Charger, they knew
every play Did you see that onethe interception, the pick six. Okay,
yeah, that that one. Itwas it was it was. It
was a screen. It was awide receiver screen. Uh. And usually
there's there's a teammate that needs tobe that needs to block the primary defender,

(04:39):
which would be your cornerback because he'sthe closest to the ball or he
would be the most dangerous to theball and for obvious reasons. Right because
the Raiders, they demonstrated it.They got a pretty nice pick pick six.
So it was cool to watch that. I don't think I ever seen
that type of that type of howcan I put this anticipation? Yeah,

(05:01):
like with that kind of play thatread that knew what he was doing and
one headed catch and that was atouchdown, right, it went straight he
went straight in Yeah, it wasa pixel. Yeah, dude, it
was that. So I believe thatwas in the right before right after the
second quarter just started. Now,I was at a local bar here Oak,

(05:26):
so I had my my wings thathad my tackle. I wanted it
enjoy a game. Every time Itook a bite, there was like ten
more points, swear to you,And I was like, what's going on?
Is this on a fast track?Like moving through time. Well,
I mean it's the NFL, right, you would expect. I mean it's

(05:46):
because when people ask like, oh, what's the NFL about, Well,
everybody in the NFL is good. You know what I'm saying, it's it's
the best of the best. Sothese type of one sided scores, it's
not you don't really expect that, especially in the competitive you know, as
competitive as the NFL is. Exactlysixty three to twenty one. Oh my
lord. Yeah, that's what Iwas talking about with my boss earlier today.

(06:10):
It's like, dude, you don'tyou don't see that in these professional
sports. These are professional athletes.Yeah, there's something that happened or something's
going on. And how it gotto that point. I mean our Chargers
weren't weren't just having it there.It wasn't there night. Yeah, I
mean, you know you don't Imean from from an outside or just from

(06:30):
a fan perspective, right, oreven people that work within within the NFL
media. You you analyze and theirthese talents and the data, the data
analytics, and but you don't wedon't really understand what these individuals are going
you know, in their own personallives. Maybe they weren't feeling it or
it's just there's the coach right there. Yeah. So I had my buddy

(06:57):
Mario Superstar Souficide, he's a bigChargers fan, and he had posted this
right before halftime, and he's like, I cheered louder for Brandon Staley and
Telescope being fired and the general manager. Yeah yeah, he had a five
hundred wreck five hundred yeah percentage record. I think he was twenty one and

(07:18):
twenty one. But the thing isthat's frustrating with the Charges organization is they
look good on paper. Yeah, like they should be able to compete with
the best of the best, andthey're not right, So then obviously somebody
needs to get blamed. So coachingstaff would always be the first, the
first Yeah, when when you know, circumstances turned out to be the way

(07:43):
that they've been experiencing all season long. Yeah. But awesome quarterback, you
know, exceptional set in a tightend you have keenan Aden and wide receiver,
your your defensive stacked. So yeah, I mean it just comes down
to culture and then coaching and managingthe players in the right positions too for
them to excel. But I meanwith the NFL you know, you just

(08:05):
gotta keep moving on. When boththe teams came in, they were they
were five and eight, both ofthem Chargers and Raiders. Right now,
I did see a few games priorto this one. I mean, Chargers
look good, dude, But atthis game, they didn't have their quarterback.
Yeah, they didn't have Herbert. But here's the crazy statistic for y'all.
I think the Chargers have lost likesix games from three points or under,

(08:31):
so whenever they're in closed games, they just they can't finish. And
and and unfortunately, they have sixlosses of three points or less. So
they do compete, but they're justnot they're not finishing the game. And
I was telling you earlier, likeyou know, if the quarterback is off
or even the center is off,it's like a domino effect. And I
saw that with the Miami game wherethey lost their center and they brought in

(08:56):
the backup and that center was inthe quarter what's the name the quarterback over?
Yeah? Did you see that cut? He had? Well that but
he was dropping balls left and right. Yes, uh uh? Who was
fortunate because he has like incredible speedat the wide receiver position. You got

(09:18):
waddle and then you got Tyreek Hill, but yeah, no, it's the
center of an offensive line. There'sa lot of communication and responsibility within that
position. So obviously losing and Ikind of went through that like as a
Packer fan, I think we lostour all pro center. I think it
was Myers. He actually went tothis, He went to the Chargers.
He's the starting center for the Chargers. Got hurt, right, So you

(09:41):
do see a difference when those youknow, those those important roles on the
on the offense are are no longerthere. Speaking of Miami and and Hill,
I'm a big fan of Hill.I've been watching over on Max the
Uh oh Tyreek Yeah, yeah, man, he's funny. I was kind
of like super fast. Yeah,he's a cheetah. He was the fastest

(10:03):
in the NFL. I think somebodyjust beat him out on a pick six.
Yeah. They've always they've always Tucksmack and he's fast. He's fast,
And I did enjoy him on thaton over on Max and and No,
Well, what I was gonna sayis I've had he got injured for
a little bit during that game.Uh yeah, he took a couple he

(10:24):
took a couple of plays off.I think he was being evaluated and then
for whatever reason, I didn't thinkhe was gonna be uh. I don't
think he was going to come back, but eventually he did. Yeah,
so they lost. Who is Miamilost against? What was the team that
they just played? It was Miami. Yeah, so it was a hard

(10:46):
knocks and they had just lost againstoh my goodness, I have it right
here. I'll tell you right now, Titans. So they had so they're
they're on hard knocks right now.Yeah, it's that it's at mid season,
playing with U with the team, and Miami is the focus on right

(11:07):
now. And that coach he iscool. Dude, Hey, Miami's coach.
He's yeah, he's a he's agamer. He's a freaking like football
nerd to the max. Like thoseare the type of like coaches where you
know, if you're an upcoming coach, you really want to sit down with
those guys because their knowledge of thegame. He is a little out there,

(11:28):
but I think that's what makes it, you know, makes him different
and unique. And yeah, thethe Miami Dolphin players imprice him and they
fuck with him. They enjoy hiscoaching. But what I saw in this
game, which was kind of weirdor I don't know, it's just like
my element. What I was seeingis that they were playing too much,
like playing like dogging whenever they're it'sscore, like just being clowns. Yeah,

(11:52):
they're obnoxious. They're obnoxious. Theylike to express themselves, and I
think it bit them in the butt. It can, you know what I'm
saying. And every every team isdifferent, right, and every player is
different. Those there's those players whoare humble and you know you're you're Barry
Sinners Hall of Fame running back.He never celebrated when he scored. He

(12:13):
would just always go to the refereeand hand them the ball right where.
And in today's game, they freakingpractice celebrations in practice. Yeah. I
was looking at that. They weredoing the roller coaster. Yeah, I
haven't seen that since high school. And I'm like, oh my god,
I remember doing that in high schoolwith the you know, at the pep
rallies. Yeah, these guys, actually, hey, what celebrations are we

(12:35):
gonna do on game day when wescore? So it's fun, right,
it's fun, and it's new.But like I said, every every every
team, every player has their ownculture or personality to the game exactly and
I thought they were gonna win thatgame. But again I say, there's
been a little out there clowns andat the end, like what happened,

(12:56):
Titan's came back sidently and kicked themin the butte but when they asked a
little bit. But Hard Knocks withDolphins is fun fun one. Yeah,
but you can check that out onTuesday's nine pm over on Max. Right
now that it's in the season withthe Miami Dolphins, I believe there's two
or two more episodes left for threemore episodes, I man episode braid,
episode two. Okay, so I'mmissing three. Yeah, I think they'll

(13:18):
go up to well at the endof the season. So there's about maybe
like two or three more left asfar as Hard Knocks. But good luck
to the teams this week. We'lltalk see who they're gonna play, uh
this coming week or tomorrow on Sundaygoing into it. Texans, let's seem
uh So I'm a big fan ofShroud. Yeah, yeah, he's a

(13:39):
bother all right. He I meanwhen they brought him in Texans that have
been on this streak and my Texansare my Texans, bro, and they
be cooking butt And now they wantto bring back the veteran QB case Keenum
against the Titans on Sunday. Again, Look, Titans just came off this
win from Miami, so they gottheir head. It's up there, you

(14:01):
know. There there they can bethe dominant team, you know. And
then Texans, Yeah, it's ontheir streak. Yeah, and then it's
and then it comes down to youknow, any given Sunday. But Case
Keenum, he's he's a fifty tofifty quarterback. It's gonna be interesting to
see him in the center for theTexans. But man, c J.

(14:24):
Stroud, I'm sure Texans fans can'twait for him to come back because he's
he's he's been a big, bigpositive difference for I mean just I mean
not only the team, but thewhole organization. You know, they had
to move on from the Shawn andall that nonsense. So that was a
good pick with TJ. CJ.For this game. That's gonna be the
first one that he's gonna miss asa pro. Mm hmm. Yeah.

(14:45):
That's why I'm like it sucks nowthe rookies. You want to see him
go through their whole process and becomethe player. You know, watching reach
their potential. I mean, lookat rookies. I mean Party over the
Niners. It is still kicking butt. Yeah. Party has really really really
got comfortable with his role. Theforty nine ers don't ask too much from

(15:07):
him and too little. Yeah,he's he's he's becoming a real, real,
real smart uh general out there onthe grid iron. So he embraced
his opportunity and and he's doing avery good job. And it doesn't help
to have, you know, goodteammates around you. I mean the four
nine ers are just tan and wise. They're just stacked offensively and defensively going
from the Niners. And I stillcome back to the cat that beautiful Cowboys

(15:31):
lost, But I think after thatgame, Dak got his stuff together.
Yeah, Dak's been playing surprisingly andwe've said on the on the pod before,
how you know, cowboy fans arereal critical of him, But this
year even Aaron Rodgers has gone outin public and said that, you know
that Proscuest has been his favorite.Yeah, it's fairy quarterback to watch this

(15:54):
season. So he's really turned thingsaround. And once again, I mean,
when you got a standing talent toto support your skill set and help
you win ball games. Then, yeah, I mean it's gonna be it's
gonna be a fun ride. Itis the here we go season for the
Cowboys. Yeah, but you knowwhat, give it up to the team.

(16:14):
They're they're they're kicking, they're kickingback, they're kicking ass. And
if Cowboys are saying super Bowl thisyear and I don't, I wouldn't blame
them. They're feeling good about theirteam. I don't blame at all against
especially after that Eagles win. Ohwin. I wanted us to find our
boy Eddie Sizzle, but he wasnowhere to be found. His wings were
clipped. I'll give him a callsoon, see how he's up to.

(16:37):
Yeah. So anyway, well onthat thought, you won't believe who.
I actually reached out to ham Portertoday. He was barbecue tonight ed Porter.
We didn't get back. I toldhim. I told him, so,
I'll try to get him back soon. Absolutely. So, Yeah,
the Texans are playing. I willstart case skating on Sunday. I guess

(16:59):
the Titan's be something to watch. The NFL networks to James Palmer reported this
on Saturday afternoon. So this justhappened today. You know, we'll see
because he is gonna come with Houstonsitting at that seven uh win street or
what is it? Five five gamewin streak? Five game win streak.
But he's he's been there before.Yeah, like he's he's That's what I'm

(17:22):
saying, Like he's he's a batbad. He's just he's been around the
ropes and he's just he knows whatit takes to in the game. Do
you think it'll come down where youknow, he's say he does good,
great, leave him in there. What if it flips back and he's not
doing so well? Would you asa coach be like, well, there's

(17:44):
no contract or maybe there is acontract, I don't know, but boot
his ass or sit him down andbring strautback. In quarterbacks, No quarterbacks
is in the NFL. No,like like all their salaries is public,
you know what I'm saying, Likeit's sooner or later it goes out there.
So let's say him a backup quarterback, right, and the organization is
paying me three million dollars a year. Yeah, okay, the starting quarterback

(18:06):
is CJ. Stroud and he's gettingpaid twenty five million a year. Like
who do you think the organization theorganization wants to play. See you know,
the guy making twenty five million dollarsa year, so absolutely he knows
he as a you know, caseKeen was mindset right now is basically just
hey man, you know, onegame at a time. Yeah, Or
if I was him, it's thebase it's really like one snap at a

(18:27):
time because you know his careers,it's it's always been the backup bro and
and and you know, just fillingin, filling in gaps here and there
for at the quarterback position. Butyeah, if I'm him, it's just
it's one snap at a time.I think the well, the Texas don't
really have anything to lose right now, or do they not really? I

(18:48):
mean I think long term their futurelooks bright just because of CJ. So
it would just be up to thegeneral managers to to get talent around him
in order to build a Super Bowlcontender. You know, there's this deal
with a guy here in the NFL. Like the clinching scenarios. Oh man,
it's ridiculous because a lot of teamsare seven and six and depending on

(19:11):
how it goes down this weekend, you know, seven and seven. But
it's a tight race on both sidesat the AFC and the NFC. Okay,
so as of yesterday. Besides,I don't know what's going on with
this game right now, one ofthe NFL's four team playoff spots has been
claimed as Niners. Right by theend of the this weekend's action that never
could change the five Yeah, sothe Niners refers to clinch because the Packers

(19:36):
lost last week to the Giants thathelped them clinch. So you said five
teams, right, So five teamis Baltimore in there? Baltimore in Dallas?
Yeah, yes, okay, sookay, I'm looking at it right
now. So there are nine differentscenarios. I can see the Ravens clinch
in the spot. Oh my goodness. So the Cowboys clinch the spot with
a winner tie, but that's goingto be I think this game of the

(19:59):
week that is Cowboys versus the Bills. Again, these are scenarios, yeah,
yeah, yeah. And then Detroit'shaving an outstanding year. I'm actually
excited to see Detroit in the playoffs. They should get in the playoffs.
They see what happens with this gameagainst the Broncos exactly right, and then
the bird during the playoffs if theywin, re tire against the Seahawks or
Philadelphia. So these teams, youknow, the teams that are from what

(20:21):
I'm seeing mathematic wise. You know, if you're a team, if your
team has about three to four losses, then you're in. You know,
you're in contention of possibly getting aplayoff bert this week. But that's a
lot of scenarios. Nine different scenarios, thirteen sixteen, Like, that's a
lot. They have a bunch,Like just to look at the Cowboys,
Yeah, they have thirteen different scenarioson what could happen. Yeah. I

(20:45):
used to read these and I wouldjust get a headache. Afterwards. I
was just like, dude, it'stoo much. It is. It is
a lot, but I you know, keep it simple. Just win the
ballgame and you're in again. We'llsee what happens with my Texans. Hopefully
they knock it out of the parkwith case Keenum, see what happened.

(21:06):
We'll see we hear from from fromuh Eddie Eddie oh oh oh man.
He's on high notes this year, yep, because he's in Houston right now,
So we'll hear from him pretty soon. All right, So next up,
I really enjoy So before I getinto this one, I just finished

(21:30):
watching ted Or on Apple TV Plusand this kind of like gets me in
there as far as bringing NFL actioninto a different country, right, I
love it, whereas in ted youknow, bringing an NFL coach into the
soccer world, right. So Ilove how the NFL is doing all these

(21:52):
games in different countries. Of coursethe UK ones, which are pretty cool.
Then they added Germany, and nowthey have the Medical one. Yeah
that's take a stadium. Yeah.And then now they're making a decision on
the Brazil so get ready for that. The Brazil one is interesting because when
Brazil hosted the World Cup, itwas just one concern after the other.

(22:18):
Oh, because because of the drinkingthing that was no that was in Dubai
Dubai yeah, yeah, yeah.In Brazil, it's more of a safety
issue as far as maybe tourists beingtargeted, you know by malicious people,
you know, stealing items and whatnot. So that was one concerns in the

(22:40):
World Cup. That's why I wastelling Loops earlier, like I'm all for
the NFL expanding there, you know, the market, and and I'm actually
selling the brand, yeah, andselling the brand, and I actually want
to see it, like as aworldwide type of deal where different countries have
their own countries are starting teams.Yeah, well it'll be differently, but
it's a it's a football league.Imagine like a World Football League. I

(23:03):
think that would be awesome, right, I think you would say kick ass
for the time, but but somethinglike similar to basketball. Right, So
like in the eighties and nineties, like the NBA players are kicking everybody's ass
and then as they started to expand, you know the brand. Now if
you go to statistically in the NBA, there's about like one hundred and twenty

(23:26):
you know over the c player overseasplace nationally because because the game has just
grown internationally at a at a goodrate. So I think the NFL's is
kind of piggyback, not piggybacking, but like kind of Yeah, I guess
copy in that business model the NBA, and it's just trying to implement it
with with football, right, thatmakes sense. Well, the Brazil that

(23:49):
they're trying to add it will behappening or played in South Ballow and the
Corinthians arenam so and I'm sure thatarena is big if I look it up
right now, like how many canfit in that arena. Let's find out,
because I mean in Brazil you haveRio at least forty thousand a Steca

(24:14):
stadiums over one hundred thousand. Butthat's you know, the Mexico the international
team plays in Mexico America. Thereyou go, fifty thousand, three thousand
seats. Look at that arena itis it's a soccer field. It's nice,
nice, very nice, very nice, very nice. I want to

(24:34):
go. I want to go toan NFL Out of the Country game,
just for the one in Germany's thoughthe London and by all means London.
You know, they got to haveone in Paris and they just got too.
I think that would be pretty cool. I'm glad, but I'm glad
they have Mexico in there. Doyou think Japano will probably jumping on it?

(24:56):
I think that would be insane.I think with Japan it would be
too complex. Maybe political indifferences, yeah, that could kind of fall into
play. Or maybe Spain. Ithink Spain would be embraced. Yeah,
yeah, especially if if if Mayit is embracing. I don't know.
Oh, look, yeah they are, they are thinking about anyone in Spain.
Oh there you go. Yeah,Wow, look at that. It

(25:18):
just popped up. Hello. Yeah, like maybe the NFL just took a
while to realize, like, ohshoot, like you know people around the
world actually enjoy our game, dude. I mean I would have thought,
you know, the franchises, Imean, the brands sell I mean,
you got all the logos all overthe world and they're selling them the knockoff

(25:41):
you know, jerseys and stuff inall these countries. Well when you look
it up the top team, youknow, the top sports teams in the
world, it's it's a Bartcelona Madridand then they're always in third places in
Dallas Cowboys, Yeah, all thefreaking time. And I think if you
go like the top ten, there'sthere's any team's on there. So yeah,
by all means, then then takeover the world. They love they

(26:04):
love them boys, them gameboys, man, them Cowo fans are on the
high horse right now going into let'swrap it up in just a bit,
but let's talk about the games happening. Manena, Oh tomorrow's interesting. Get
ready, ladies and gentlemen with thesixteen thousand playoff scenarios, Jesus h kicking

(26:25):
off the afternoon on your Sunday, get your barbecue. Pay it, Brady.
You got Falcons at the Panthers. That's gonna be over on Fox.
Yeah, you got the Falcons. So the Falcons are six and seven,
but like they're fighting for a playoffspot. The Panthers, well, you
got Bryce Young in there. They'vethey've been hit with the injury bug,
so they're one and twelve. Idon't hopefully the Falcons can pull it off

(26:48):
because at six and seven they canactually still win their division. Or would
the Panthers pull a Raiders win?Like, no, no, going into
the next game, you got orthe same time in the twelve o'clock slot,
you got Chicago at at Brown's atCleveland. Browns have been surprising everybody

(27:08):
this year, and that's because they'vebeen having quarterback issues. I think they're
down to their fourth quarterback with JoeFlacco. They're they're sitting pretty at eighty
and five. If they pull thisout, they're nine and five with a
four steen quarterback. I think they'llthey'll get a spot in the playoffs for
sure. Well, this was gonnabe interesting. Bucks at Packers. Yeah,
and they're both fighting for spots,so they're in the hunt. Yeah,

(27:30):
they're in the hunt. Yeah,Buccaneers of six and seven, they
can still win the division. Packersmy Packers, they're six and seven as
well. But the Lions are kickingass this year. They're in our division,
I think the nine then the Lionsare nine to four, So if
the Packers were to get into theplayoffs, it would just be strictly off
of wild card purposes. So they'reI mean, I kind of see them

(27:51):
in either the sixth or seventh spot, but you know, we'll see.
But it's gonna be tough for theNFC Nord, especially the way the Detroit
Lions are playing this year. Iwill light and green candle for you with
thea Brendaa like the Boys comedian bigfan. Yeah, that's the SuperM and

(28:14):
and I forgot going into the nextone. You got the Jets at the
Dolphins. The Jets are just afreaking novella right now. Aaron Rodgers wants
to come back from Chela's injury.I actually saw him practicing. I don't
think he should, Yeah he should, but he feels he feels so bad
because they Jets gave up a lotfor him and then for him not to

(28:37):
be you know, healthy once again. It's part of the game. But
it's Aaron Rodgers. It's out ofhis reach. Not not to say it's
out of his reach, it's likethe Cards didn't play the correct hand for
him. Nola, it's a novella. You went into it with hard knocks
and then you take four snaps andand it's a freaking novella. New York.

(28:59):
Yeah, you're you're right, becauseit was drama. It was like
yes, and then they got theygot all, they got everybody hyped up
in New York super high and thenjust to mm hmm jump jump off.
Later the next up of the twelveo'clock lunch spot, you got Giants at
Saints. Get ready and my Manitais gonna be yelling at that game.

(29:22):
And like I said that, thatdivision, the NFC South is up for
grabs, like three teams are sixand seven, so the Saints at six
and seven they can take it aswell. So big games for them this
upcoming weeks. Yeah, this isgonna be good one too. Texans and
Titans. Titans again just coming offthat win against Miami, so they got
their heads held high and then Texanson the wind streak. But again they're

(29:45):
gonna have the have the quarterback,so that should be a good game to
watch. And he's playing away inTennessee. Yeah, it'll be at Tennessee.
This one's interesting, to be honest. We'll see what happens. Uh,
the Chiefs and Patriots. Hopefully it'llbe an easy way for Chiefs and
make sure and get everybody out ofthe wave. They're going to be slimming

(30:07):
helmets. I mean, well, what is the helmet? Dude? Dude,
I mean, if you're gonna getmad, at least do it in
the locker room, not in public. It's because the game of football there
is just so much emotions into it, because these players just I mean they
grind every single day and they lockin and you know their livelihood is this

(30:33):
so well, things like that happen. It's just you know, their emotions
take over. But overall, keepit cool. Yeah, you have to
keep her cool because I mean withmy homes, you have kids looking you
know. Oh look they got fineone hundred and fifty grand for criticizing the
refs. Yeah see, and itbites them in the button. One hundred

(30:56):
and fifty grand. Loops, somebody, it's gonna caught fut that money or
getting suspended a combined, so thehead coach and the red and Patrick Mahomes,
so both of them combined one hundredand fifty K. What I was
saying is you have new viewers lookingat this game. New viewers. I
mean, like this whole Taylor Swiftand Kelsey thing. She brought all the

(31:19):
swift so you have little girls watchingthis game. Yeah, now, and
and I'm cool with all that, but I think it's getting like overboard,
you know, with the whole Taylorthing, like especially you know, your
typical average Joe us. I wantto see football. Do you want to
give a shit about Taylor's drive? The sweet but cool Kelsey you're dating there

(31:42):
you guys, are you know, all happy and stuff, But dude,
I want to watch football, notevery time Taylor Swift cheers and the goddamn
sweet. But again, you can't. This is the drama part. They're
bringing all these new viewers in anew audience, and I get it and
money, but don't forget about us, the freaking average, the originals,

(32:05):
the ogs who actually you know, enjoy the game, not just because a
celebrity singer comes upon and makes ita big deal. But anyways, yeah,
so that Chiefs and Patriots are stillin the tweve o'clock slot going into
the midday or the afternoon games.Three pm. You do have Niners at
Phoenix at the Cardinals. Oh yeah, Niners are rolling, they're playing well,

(32:29):
man, They're gonna be tough tobe in the playoffs. So it's
interesting. It's gonna be interesting tosee who wherever they play. But that's
really easy win for the Niners thator are they gonna keep it cool because
they already got a spot? Soall that too? Right? So now
from a coach perspective, do werest? Yeah, you know, and
then that's gonna be interesting how theymanage that. Now, that's a good
point loops. Next one Washington atLa Rams. I like the Rams,

(32:52):
but Washington's been turning it up lately. Washington's Washington Rams at sixty seven as
well. It's gonna be type playoffraces, man, especially anything he's seven
and seven, six and seven, seven and six, you're in the mix.
Yeah. The last one for thethree o'clock games, you got Cowboys
at Bills. Everybody bey's gonna bewatching this game because the Bills they just

(33:16):
came off of win from who theyplayed last week. They came off the
win off from I saw this game, so it flipped on them against the
Chiefs, right, So just justI feel like this is gonna be an

(33:37):
interesting game where you don't know what'sgonna happen. Well, Cowboys have been
playing, well, you gotta goto Buffalo, Buffalo has momentum, and
then they're at home. I couldsee Cowboys losing this game, to be
honest, I know, just tokick them off the high horse, I

(33:57):
could see them losing this game. But Dak has been playing exceptionally. Well,
yeah, so it's it's fifty. If they keep their cool, the
Cowboys, they will win the game, I feel. But if they're overconfident
and being you know, little queensdrama, queens aggressive, obnoxious, which

(34:22):
they haven't been, but say theydo at this game, I think it'll
take him in the butt and Billswill win this because Bills want to win.
Yeah, they need it. Theywant especially at seven and six,
they need it more than the Cowboys. Yeah, they're gonna they're gonna fight
for it. But if they givethe same fight they did against the Chiefs,

(34:42):
well, okay, let me putit this way. Who's gonna come
play, either the refs or orthe teams. Now that whole thing with
the Chiefs, I mean he wasclearly offsides. I don't even know why
they're making a big deal out ofit. But three twenty five kickoff game
of the week, big game forboth teams. It's I'm glad this game

(35:05):
of the week. It's it's avery good matchup, playoff, playoff positioning
on the line. So it doesn'tgetting better than that. Yeah, that's
good. That's gonna be a hellof a game. That's gonna be it's
gonna feel like a super Bowl gameor divisional game. Yeah, it's gonna
be big. I think playoff atmospherefor sure. Last one for the night.
To wrap up your Sunday over onNBC at seven to twenty, you

(35:27):
have Ravens at Jaggs. Look atRavens, dude, Ravens are kicking asses
here. You got Lamar Jackson ballinJaguars young, exciting to watch obviously,
Trevor Lawrence, this is a goodgame too, Loops. I mean,
this one should not get overlooked.I mean, this is a ten to
three team against an eight to fiveteams who's young. Hungary been playing well
lately and then in Jacksonville, soit should be a packed house. Get

(35:52):
ready. Last one Monday Night footballover on ESPN, ABC, ESPN two,
ESPN Deportes Fly Eagles Fly against theSeahawks. Seahawks another team six and
seven who is in the hunt,so you know they're gonna bring their best.
And then the Eagles has just beenkind of very complacent lately. Yeah,

(36:12):
I agree, you know, they'rejust kind of there were ten one,
a couple losses here and there,so we'll see on this one.
Yeah, yeah, I mean theEagles really got to balance back on this
one. If if they were togo ten to four, I mean,
it's still a good record, butit's just it's unacceptable for them to be
on a losing streak, especially ifyou're considered one of the best teams in

(36:35):
the league. They need to beaggressive on this one. They they they
need to put their guard down, they need to bring it back up.
That's what happened. They need somethingsomething that'll be Monday Night. That's the
game Monday Night. Definitely, overall, this week is gonna be very interesting
again. We'll see what happens withHowe for the playoffs. Yeah, give

(36:55):
up us. Get ready. Anyways, we're gonna wrap it up. Thanks
