Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, I'm really excited about talking about to this next guy.
He was big on social media over the weekend. He
is a citizen journalist named Jason Goodman. He is the
founder of a website called crowd Source the Truth.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Now.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
He was out at one of the Tesla rallies in
front of a dealership and when he was there, he
ran across Zorin Mamdani, who is second in the race
according to the Poles, second in the race for mayor
right now. As you know, he is a socialist and

(00:34):
he was out there, I'm sure in support of the protesters.
Jason can tell us in a moment, but Jason had
a little back and forth with him. Jason tell us
what happened.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Well, he was just sort of popped out of the
crowd talking to people, and I asked him, you know,
how can you support this? Isn't this economic terrorism? And
he said, well, it's the first Amendment. I said, no, no, no,
they've shut down this business for the past three weeks
in a row. That's that's a kinetic action. I mean,
that's the first amendment. Would be they go to the

(01:07):
park and say we don't like Elon Musk for this,
and that reason, they start a podcast, they write an article,
they investigate Elon Musk, find out he's manipulating stock. Do
it you will, that's the First Amendment. But when you
crowd out the street in front of the business and
intimidate anyone driving up in a tesla and make it
just an intractable you know, nobody wants to go in there.

(01:27):
They've closed the place for the past three weeks. How
many businesses in New York City could even continue if
they were forced to close three weekends in a row.
It seems like it shouldn't be allowed to me. And
he just, you know, brought in some six and a
half foot tall guy to you know, bump me out
of the way, and he walked away. It was terrible.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Yeah, I remember when a guy came in. I didn't
even know he had that kind of security around him.
As a matter of fact, let me play this, uh Jason,
because I have the clip of it.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
You're running from there.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Yeah, isn't this not first Amendment activity?

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Shutting down a business three weeks in a row?

Speaker 3 (02:04):
How many New York City businesses could tolerate to close
their location three weeks in a row. This is an
economic attack on Tesla, How can you sanction this? You
will never be made. This is nothing, which is the
first amendment.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
This is step away from me.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Don't advance towards me right now?

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Yeah you did.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
You just came up to me in a threatening manner
and you're advancing towards me.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Back up that. Did you see how many people he
had working there telling him to get away from you,
and then that guy came right up on you. You
were absolutely right. He was threatening first of all. Heed
he did.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
I didn't know.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
He pushed me back into that guy standing behind me,
and he was like yeah, and he just walks away.
But what am I going to do?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
I mean he's half a foot taller than me. Yeah,
he was enormous.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
He was like out of a movie. He was a
movie bad guy.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
He was that big.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Did you see him? I mean, I didn't know the
people from mom Donnie seemed to come out of the
woodwork after you went after him. Did you notice that,
you know there was a woman that came and grabbed
his arm.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
I noticed it on the video playback, of course, I
didn't notice it at the time that it was happening. See,
I've been doing this for about eight years. And most
recently around this Tesla dealership. I have been going there
for the past three weeks on Saturday and observing what's.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Been going on.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
And there's a unit of the NYPD called the Community
Affairs Unit, and they wear a different uniform than regular NYPD.
They wear a very almost iridescent royal blue, much more
casual kind of like fleece or depending on the season,
but it's always.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
A very, very high viz royal blue.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
And what I've noticed even before this Tesla incident, is
that there are certain individuals who appear around New York
City who will have an article of clothing that matches
that high visibility royal blue. And due to that and
other evidence, I believe those people are somehow associated with
this Community Affairs Unit. Now, what I've noticed in these

(04:09):
Tesla crowds are people wearing that high visibility color. The
guy who comes in body checks me is wearing high
viz orange, so it's not what I'm talking about, but
they do seem to have color coding. There were people
with the Extinction Rebellion logo, which is one of these
nonprofit organizations that gets behind these things.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
There was one guy walking around.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
With three different colored flags. One was this high viz blue,
one was high vis yellow, and one was white. And
so I suspect these are signals to people in the
crowd and people wearing different clothing and these color coded items.
Go back and look at the videos. You'll see what
I'm talking about, high visibility blue in this crowd, and

(04:53):
particularly if people go to my ex.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Account, if I you don't mind, if I should.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
At all, I want people to come and find you.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
Yeah, if they go on there at JG, like Jason
Goodman underscore CSTT like Crowdsource to Truth, so on X
at JG Underscore CSTT. You look at these encounters I'm
having in the crowd, and you'll see who gathers around me.
They're wearing, you know, Mets caps, and they're all conveniently

(05:22):
wearing this high visibility blue. When I start and certain journalists,
you'll see certain people wear a hoodie. And when I
ask the police a question. I don't know if you
saw this other video, but I walk up to these
two police officers and they say, here's someone holding a
sign that says burn a tesla. I mean, this is
a public incitement to violence. You're police officers how are

(05:43):
you standing here and allowing this to happen. This sixty
two year old, fat, bald dude who looks like he'd
be like a news photographer for the Post, he's just
you know, strides up to me and he's like, oh, this.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Is First Amendment blah blah blah.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
And I'm like, why are you getting involved in my
conversation with the police. It's the most bizarre thing. So
I walk away. This guy's following me. I'm asking the police,
why tell this guy to get away from me? Why
are you protecting him? And then this crowd of people
were wearing high visibility blue hats, crowds around me. So
it wasn't just our beloved mayorial candidate. This is a

(06:23):
coordinated incident.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
In my opinion, Yeah, I get it.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
And so the question is who's coordinating it? And the
question is who's at the top of this, And the
question is how does it all happen nationally at the
very same time. You're absolutely right, there is someone running
all of this and organizing it, and that's the big question.
And Jason, it was a pleasure to talk to you.
I would love to talk again because you're a wealth

(06:48):
of information. I love your site. Crowdsource the Truth is
it crowdsourcethtruth dot com.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
Yes, that will get people there, and thank you very
much for having me on.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
I'm happy to come back anytime.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Yeah, I'd love to talk to you. Jason Goodman, founder
