is going to emerge in Tennessee and Kentucky, as well
as Virginia West Virginia there's going to be obviously a
bunch of them. They come every seventeen years. Just be
ready for the cicadas.

I honestly truly had no idea they're coming back this year.
I thought we had them last year's.

We were done for a while.

But this surprised me yesterday. But apparently we're getting more.

It doesn't seem to be as big of a deal
as last time. Last time there were two broods at once.
Oh okay, so there were a lot of cicadas. If
you remember, you couldn't like walk outside of your house
without a cicada flying in your face always. So it
seems like that's why a lot of people don't know
about it, because it's not supposed to be as dramatic
as last time. But there will be cicados though, so
just keep that in mind. And Meta has added new.

Teen safety features for Facebook and Instagram. These are great.
These are all things that they're.

These changes are for under sixteen users. Teens now need
a parent's okay to go live on Instagram, which is amazing,

all the things that you can do in Nashville, because
obviously it's hard to keep up with so much always
happening every weekend here.

Let's start with up in Gallatin, they are doing a
market in the park.

It's at Triple Creek Park.

So it's happening both Saturday and Sunday, I mean today
and tomorrow, so Friday and Saturday, and they're gonna have
like eighty different vendors.

You can tap your toes to live music.

They say, toes, tap your toes.

They got a bunch of different food trucks all under
the sunny skies of Triple Creek Park. So it's like
this beautiful market that's happening in Gallatin. Also, I love
that this is happening in Hendersonville. It's the Autism Awareness
and Acceptance Fair. So you can go and join the
community and celebrate neurodiversity, and you'll hear from different agencies
that serve the autism community. You'll hear presentations about relevant

top and use a sensory space. Like there's so much
to go and learn more about autism. And if you
have an autistic child, you can go and meet other
families that are like.

So that's happening at the Henderson Public Library tomorrow from
ten to one thirty. And then also is the Nashville
Cherry Blossom Festival. It is tomorrow at Public Square Park.
So this is where they go celebrate the Japanese culture
and so there's gonna be various vendors, there's gonna be
martial art demonstrations.

Also have the Pups and Pink Parade, Yes, I think

The National Weather Service will no longer translate weather alerts
to other languages. The Weather Service has paused the translations
because it's contract with provider that they had has lapsed.
According to the National Weather Service, a spokesperson who is
talking about it, nearly sixty eight million people in the
US speak a language other than English at home, including
forty two million Spanish speakers, according to a twenty nineteen

census data. So a lot of experts are warning that
this is a life or death situation here and if
they don't reinstate the contract soon or figure out another
way to make this happen with all the budget cuts
that a lot of people.

Are going to unfortunately pass away because of.

It, So hopefully they got this figured out very soon,
especially with the fact that we are getting more and
more severe weather in so many other areas that they
don't typically get severe weather, and in areas that do

to do and how to handle those situations.

Dolly Parton Journey of a Seeker opens in the Country
Music Hall of Fame and Museum This may so next month,
on Tuesday, May twentieth, to be exact, is when it's
going to open. The exhibit is going to feature personal artifacts,
handwritten lyrics, and more from Dolly's six decade career. Oh,
I just love her so much. You'll be able to
check it out through September thirtieth, twenty twenty six. But

forty two million Spanish speakers, according to a twenty nineteen

census data. So a lot of experts are warning that
this is a life or death situation here and if
they don't reinstate the contract soon or figure out another
way to make this happen with all the budget cuts

In a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday night, they decided to
start the building process. So they plan to grow tomatoes,
kale and grow the community. So everybody's welcome to join
in and help grow all of these plants. But I
think this is an amazing idea, and like I said,
I would love to see this in more and more
communities across Nashville because it's a great way to get

involved and also so helpful for those who need fresh items,
fresh fruits, fresh veggies, all those good things.
