Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Right here we go.

Speaker 3 (00:03):
Good morning, everybody, Welcome to a brand new day. Ricky
Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 4 (00:07):
A bill to allow.

Speaker 5 (00:08):
School districts to deny undocumented students enrollment has now been.

Speaker 4 (00:13):
Put on hold.

Speaker 5 (00:14):
Earlier this month, version of the bill passed in the
state Senate nineteen to thirteen vote, but it didn't make
it through the House before lawmakers ended this year's legislative
session on Tuesday afternoon. So their legislative session is done.
You're not gonna get him more news about anything happening
with that. The bill targets pleilo vers do a Supreme

(00:35):
Court of the United States decision that says that schools
cannot deny any undocumented child access to the K through
twelve education because it violates the equal Protection clause of
the Constitution. During a press conference, House Majority Leader William
Lambert mentioned that if they can find a way for
the bill not to impact federal funding, he does plan
to bring it back. So just know that that's in

(00:57):
the works for next time around. Wednesday season two teaser
trailer and the premiere dates have been released by Netflix.
Trailer shows Wednesday returning to her school nevermore and reuniting
with her very opposite from her roommate, as well as
some really strange other scenes, like some creepy dolls things
like that. We don't really have a full idea of

(01:18):
where they're gonna go just yet this season, but the
show is going to be released in two different batches.
First part's going to be released August sixth, the second
will be released September third, which I think is perfect
timing for Halloween time. Fall Fields totally makes sense. So
those are the two batches that it'll come in. And
this is really cool, and we were talking about this

(01:39):
on the show recently.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Duo Lingo is getting a chess course.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
So the platform's new chess course is gonna use short
puzzles as like a way to teach you how to
play chess. You will be playing with their character Oscar,
who's going to coach you through lessons. The course is
going to offer lessons for a wide range of skill levels,
so you know how to play chess or you have
absolutely no clue, there's different levels for you. A chess

(02:05):
course is launching in beta testing in iOS in English
in four to six weeks. You're gonna start to see
it pop up if you have dual Lingo, and then
it's gonna go to Android. It's gonna be available in
other languages down the line. This is in addition to
I had no idea about this. They have a math
course and a music course. I started taking their music
course last night. What yeah, because I had no clue.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
That they had that.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Do you have to pay for it?

Speaker 5 (02:28):
Well, you don't have to pay for it. Oh, it's
dual lingo, like it's you could do dual lingo. There's versions.
I pay for due Lingo because I also learned Spanish
because I'm not very good at it.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
I've lost a lot of it.

Speaker 5 (02:38):
At the time, so I use it to like help
me with my Spanish. And I also found the music one,
so I started doing the music one last night.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
It's very very cool.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
And whenever the chess one comes out, I will be
taking that course as well. Just so you know, we
were talking about chess this week.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
We were Ricky.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
I think I wanted to the two of my kids,
who are eight and six, they know how to play
chess and they always want to play chess with me,
and I.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Don't know how to play jazz.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Yeah, you should learn.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
I'm embarrassed that I don't know how, so I think
I'm gonna learn to do a lingo. Thank you for that, Ricky,
appreciate within ten minutes your chance to call and win
these tickets to see Nightly at the Rhyme.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
And we have those for the first caller of the day.
On the way on the.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning, Bailey.

Speaker 5 (03:17):
In Watertown, Good morning, Happy Thursday. Welcome to one of
seven five of the River.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
How you doing?

Speaker 5 (03:23):
I am doing good every Thursday.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
Come with I'm so excited for Friday. You have no idea.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
What are you doing today? What are you on? Way
to work?

Speaker 3 (03:33):
I am imadic to work.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
I'm working Lebmon, so I've got a little.

Speaker 6 (03:37):
Bit of a job.

Speaker 7 (03:38):
What do you do in Lebanon?

Speaker 1 (03:40):
I'm working as an oral surgery as this.

Speaker 6 (03:43):
Oh my goodness, you're in people's mouth all day long.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
It is I love people. I've always liked getting my.

Speaker 4 (03:49):
Footh clean, so it felt like a good job.

Speaker 6 (03:52):
Wait, let's rework to Bailey. You've always liked getting your
teeth clean.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
Yeah, it's a great feeling.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yeah, you don't like that.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Oh, I'm with Zach on this.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
I love it.

Speaker 7 (04:01):
Petrified of the dentists, now.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
Well, I get that a lot of people are.

Speaker 7 (04:05):
And I mean, we tried to make you as comfortable
as possible.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
I get that. I like you.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
I'm not scared. I just don't like the feeling of
having your mouth open that long. Your jaws starts to hurt,
and then they got their hands in there. They're trying
to talk to you. No offense, Bailey, but this is
not the time to talk.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
I don't know if that is so funny we do that.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
We catch ourselves and we're like, oh, I guess to
get out of there.

Speaker 6 (04:29):
Wait to answer that a old question as you're cleaning
someone's teeth, do you want the patient's eyes open or closed?

Speaker 7 (04:34):
Clo Okay, now we know.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Wow to stare at you, it's so awkward. Well, Bailey,
thank you for answering our weird questions and listening to
how scared both Zach and Kevin are. I'm learning this
for the first time. I feel like about Kevin. Zach
I knew didn't like it, so this.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Is a new thing for me.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
Comfortable, Bailey, You're the first color of the day, though,
on one of seven five the River. You're to get
these tickets to go see Nightly at the Ryeman on
May thirtieth.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Oh, well, that is awesome, awesome, awesome.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
They're a great mand It's gonna be a great show.
And no disrespect to your profession, because I do appreciate
you know, everybody in the dental field.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
It's just it's not comfortable. But I'm sure you're great.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Sure, No, you are fine.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
I'm good it.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I mean, that's why I'm trying to coach everybody, make
them feel better.

Speaker 5 (05:20):
You saund like you have a great like vibe and
that you do make everybody feel better.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Yeah, all right, hang on the one so we can
get your information. Hope you have a great day. Okay,
good deal, y'all too.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Thank You'll thank you. Hope nobody looks into your eyes
while you're in there.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
P see how that could be so awkward though.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
It's good to know, though, everybody, when you go to
the Dennis, close your eyes. Yeah, we have more of
these Nightly tickets tomorrow, same time.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Thanks for being a part of our morning.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning one O.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
Seven five the River. Zach has a bone to pick
with schools. I just want to mention he doesn't have kids.

Speaker 6 (05:53):
I don't have he's not going to school, but he
has a bone to pick with school I do. I
got a bone to pick with the schools here in
middle Tennessee.

Speaker 7 (05:59):
And I'm really upset about.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
What are you mad with whom? Heaven you? And you're
a kid going to school.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Now it's about right now, in this moment in time,
he's really upset with.

Speaker 7 (06:08):
Us and confused, like, why are you doing this?

Speaker 2 (06:12):
We'll find out what it is right after Gracie Abrams.

Speaker 5 (06:15):
Confused because you went to these public schools, Dangha.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
Ricky Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
All right, we're about to hear why Zach has a
bone to pick with a school system despite the fact
that he's not in school and he doesn't have children.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
It's Ricky Zach Amano in the morning on one O
seven five of the River. You're really confused about one
specific thing.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Can I make a guess? Did you get another ticket
for speeding through a school?

Speaker 1 (06:39):
So?

Speaker 5 (06:39):
No, Kevin, all right, that one's very confusing for him.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
It was no.

Speaker 6 (06:44):
So my niece is graduating from fifth grade. She's graduating
from elementary school and going to middle school. So they
sent around the family group text yesterday of the invitation
for her graduation. It is at nine am on a Thursday.
Who can make that?

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Yeah, as a parent with two kids in school, I
don't know who can make some of these events, Like it.

Speaker 6 (07:05):
Makes no sense to me, Like most people work, and
if you don't work, if you're a stay at home
partner or mom or dad, great, cool, find wonderful, you
can probably make that. But a majority of people, like
the other part of the family wouldn't be able to
make it.

Speaker 7 (07:18):
Like it's just so confusing to me.

Speaker 6 (07:20):
And then I feel bad now because I can't make
it to the graduation, Like, of course I want to
be there, but who can be there at nine am?

Speaker 4 (07:27):
What is she graduating from?

Speaker 7 (07:29):
Fifth grade?

Speaker 4 (07:30):
I don't think that that really matters.

Speaker 5 (07:33):
I'm gonna sound really mean by saying that, but I
just feel like kindergarten graduations, fifth grade grade, I don't
understand them. Again, I don't have kids. That might be
why I don't get it.

Speaker 6 (07:43):
Fifth grade is kind of a big deal because you're
going from elementary school to middle school, Like you're leaving
the school to go to another to.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
A different building, a different school.

Speaker 1 (07:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
Really, okay, I get that.

Speaker 6 (07:52):
So you're graduating from like this building and going to
middle school.

Speaker 7 (07:56):
It's kind of like when you graduate high school and
you go to college.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
No, not even close.

Speaker 7 (08:01):
To the building.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
Entirely different schools for entirely different reasons.

Speaker 6 (08:07):
But I'm just so confused on how they expect any
parent to act.

Speaker 5 (08:10):
I don't think they do expect every parent to be there.
I think they just know that there's going to be
a bunch of parents that can't make it. Also, Devil's
advocate here, as a fiance to a teacher, what makes
you think that the teacher, after working all day with
your kids, wants to come back at seven pm to
have a fifth grade graduation?

Speaker 7 (08:29):
I mean that is very true.

Speaker 5 (08:32):
Sure that every parent can go, or hopefully every parent,
because it's still not every parent's going to be able
to go.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
There's no winning that situation.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
There More parents can go these days, now that a lot.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
Of people are working from home, working remote, I think
it's probably easier. I will also say, Zach, I'm speaking
for Ricky now on behalf of the rest of your
team here. You want to leave on that Thursday at
eight thirty to make this graduation. You have our blessing go.

Speaker 7 (08:52):
Well, that's very kind of you.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
But I just think I want to take a day
to go to the fifth grade graduation.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
I will.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
I want to go.

Speaker 6 (08:59):
I just feel bad for everybody else, especially the kids
that doesn't that don't have anybody there to support them.
And then you have these parents that are like hooting
and hollering with signs and everything.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
So signs, yeah for a fifth grade graduation?

Speaker 1 (09:10):
People?

Speaker 4 (09:12):
Am I in the twilight? So is this a real thing?

Speaker 5 (09:15):
Am I that connected from kids that I don't know,
like from having kids that I didn't know that.

Speaker 4 (09:20):
That was the thing.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
I don't think people hold up signs.

Speaker 5 (09:25):
I'm just making sure that I'm not crazy because I've
never heard of that.

Speaker 6 (09:30):
Well, I'm going to bring a sign and you have
to bring like a bouquet of flowers like everything, like
a regular graduation.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Okay, flowers.

Speaker 5 (09:41):
I also might just have a totally different outlook on
this too, because like both of my parents worked, so
they weren't like around for any of these things for me,
and that was like normal to me.

Speaker 6 (09:52):
Yeah, that was normal for you at the time. I
just feel so bad for the other kids that won't
have anybody there supporting them. Of like, oh, I'll have
my entire cheering section. And here comes little Caleb walking
across the stage, and there's no one there for him.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
We're approaching seven o'clock here.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
We don't have enough time to unpack the fact that
Ricky's parents are never there for her.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
There is no other way to survive.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Lots to circle here in a future, a future day.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Three things.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
All right, a bit past seven o'clock here on this
Thursday morning, Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
The NFL Draft starts today, well tonight. The Titans have
the first overall number one draft pick, so they have
decided they will be selecting during that pick. They will
not be trading for anything. So the expectation is that
they'll go with Miami quarterback cam Ward. We'll see how
that goes, obviously, and obviously things can change from now

(10:49):
until then. But they have said in a press conference
that they are totally taking advantage of having the overall
number one draft pick, which I think makes sense. I
don't know why anybody would give it up when they can,
you know, get the best, so the best there. They
currently hold eight picks for the year's draft, but only
one between now and then the later on the draft.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
The draft takes days. This isn't just like oh, one
night and then it's done.

Speaker 5 (11:11):
It's days of The draft starts tonight at eight pm.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
It's happening in Green Bay.

Speaker 5 (11:17):
Obviously, if you want to watch it, it's gonna be broadcasted.
But like I said, they have the number one overall
draft pick starts at eight that's when they're going to
tell you exactly who they're gonna pick. Max has announced
that they will start to limit password sharing.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
With extra member add on feature, So it's priced at
seven to ninety nine a month.

Speaker 5 (11:34):
You can add a friend or a family member onto
your primary account.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
That doesn't live in the same house as you. This
is something that.

Speaker 5 (11:42):
Netflix started doing because they wanted to get rid of
sharing because they want more money.

Speaker 4 (11:45):
All of these companies are like, we're not.

Speaker 5 (11:47):
Making enough money off of you, so now we're gonna
make you pay so that you can have people on
your account in other households.

Speaker 4 (11:54):
Max has just joined in on that, so.

Speaker 5 (11:56):
Expect everybody else to also follow suit very soon, which
is very, very depressing.

Speaker 4 (12:01):
I can't afford all these.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Freaking subscription service to keep track like.

Speaker 5 (12:05):
It's out of control. It's absolutely insane. Almost all of
gen Z and millennials have regrets about buying a house.
This was interesting when I started reading it because I
was not expecting this. But this is especially true for
buyers who took advantage of the very low interest rates
during the pandemic. I guess a lot of people felt
like they needed to just jump on it. If they

(12:25):
had parents like mine, they.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
Were like, buy a house, now, just do it.

Speaker 5 (12:29):
And then they realized that's not the house that they
wanted and they don't want to live where they're at,
and now they regret it.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
We're goal to state.

Speaker 5 (12:35):
Website open Door found that ninety four percent of gen
Z first time home sellers have regrets over buying a house,
and eighty six percent of millennial first time home buyers
said the same. Wow, those are high percentage rates. So
if you bought a house.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
And you regret it and you're gen Z or millennial,
just know you're not alone.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
I mean, I'm a homeowner and I just I'm miss
renting because everything breaks all the.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
Time when you're all the time.

Speaker 4 (12:57):
Yeah, all the time.

Speaker 5 (12:59):
And uh know, if you just like I said, if
you know you do that, you're not alone. I'm sure
a lot of you can't sell your house now, just
can't afford another house.

Speaker 4 (13:05):
So it's just kind of catch twenty two. You are
not alone in that feeling though. I'm Ricky Sanchez and
those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
Thank you, Ricky.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
This is Gigi Perez right after sailor song, Zach Woodward standing.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
By with a fact. We call it zaxvax. He's got
something for us. Next, we're learning together on.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
The river, Ricky second man in the morning.

Speaker 5 (13:25):
River next looking at me a very specific way. So
I don't know where this is gonna go right now,
but it's Zack spax on one of seven five of
the river.

Speaker 6 (13:31):
Well, your factor of the day is that Oregon is
the only state with a state nut. You're not even
gonna ask me what nut it is. I was getting there,
what nut is it? But it's the hazel nut. It's
the state nut of Oregon. Okay, And there's your fact
of the day.

Speaker 3 (13:50):
That's a state that I never feel confidence saying because
I don't know if it's Oregon or Oregon or again
organ Oregon.

Speaker 4 (13:56):
Who I used to say Oregon.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
Why Oregon. Yeah, Steve died of dysentery.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Dysentery, Yes, Mike died from a hazel note allergy.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
Okay, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.

Speaker 5 (14:13):
Good old tax season is coming gone for some of us,
not all of us. We have the extension here in Tennessee.
But some of us did our taxes and have them done.
And uh, you know, when you get a tax refund,
typically you haven't planned what you're going to do with
that tax money. Man, Yes, you know exactly what you're
gonna do with that. It's typically not.

Speaker 4 (14:31):
The things you're supposed to do tax refund.

Speaker 6 (14:34):
We did get a call during those two songs. She
did not want to be on the air, which makes
totally sense when I tell you why, because she got
a tax refund. Doesn't want to tell her husband that
she got a tax refund. So she's doing the smart
thing and putting it in savings.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
Because do you think he would spend it?

Speaker 7 (14:50):
Would try and spend it.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
Okay, Hey, that's the right thing that you're supposed to do.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
Everybody says when you get your tax refund, you should
put it into savings or fund or pay off debt.
Those are the things that you're supposed to use your
tax That's just not fun though.

Speaker 4 (15:06):
That's not exciting at all.

Speaker 5 (15:08):
The main thing that it seems like a lot of
people do with it is actually go on vacation.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
Yeah, that's fun and exciting, but one day, you know,
when you really need that money, you're gonna wish it
was there.

Speaker 7 (15:18):
Or you have reminisciation memories that you had on vacation,
or either.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
Of you there.

Speaker 5 (15:23):
We are either of you getting a tax refund because
I think I did my tax is wrong.

Speaker 4 (15:26):
I owed the government money.

Speaker 3 (15:28):
Yeah, we're definitely not getting back in our house. But
if I did get it back, I'd probably just donate
it to charity.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
That's what I do. I'm just that kind of a guy.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
Okay, Zach, what do you plan to do? Are you
getting a tax refund?

Speaker 6 (15:41):
I am, but I don't even want to talk anymore
because I'm gonna sound awful after Kevin, what with your tax?
We're redoing our bathrooms in our house because we bought
our house almost five years ago and they still have
those ugly big build or grade mirrors and every single bathroom,
So we're just replacing all of the Mirrors Glee.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
It's also a good use of money, you know, charity
vers home improvement.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
Do his home for equity. I get it. There really
was no following off Keny.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
No, I'm gonna go donate, but back today you're trying
to steal your thunder is I'm not getting any bed.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 5 (16:21):
You got weekend passes to Pilgrimage Festival happening in September
the twenty seventh and twenty eighth. Kevin Manno's Game of
the Day, presented by Genesis Diamonds is.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
Your way in. We're playing a very interesting game this week.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Yeah, it's different. We've never done this before. It's named That.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
Tune Celebrity AI Edition, So we've got these celebrities.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
Doing dramatic readings of lyrics from songs. You would know
those songs. We play on the river here, popular songs.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
If you can identify the song from the lyric reading,
you call us the ticket to yours.

Speaker 4 (16:52):
Yes, we're gonna tell you the celebrity, so you don't
need to know.

Speaker 5 (16:55):
You don't need to guess the celebrity today, I guess
the song.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Ladies and gentlemen, we got her, the one and only
Taylor's she's doing the reading today. If you know the
song that she is reading, that's when you call us.
The number is six one five, seven, three seven, nine,
one oh seven. Don't start Dilan. Yeah, we got to
here at first. Today's audio clue for these Pilgrimage Festival passes.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
Here we go.

Speaker 8 (17:13):
But you didn't have to cut me off, make out
like it never happened and that we were nothing, and
I don't even need your love, but you treat me
like a stranger and that feels so rough.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
Thank you, Taylor.

Speaker 5 (17:25):
It's very it's very dramatic, and it kind of sounds
like Taylor. It's not actually hearn Ai, it's Ai, but
that's kind of crazy.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
Yeah, that was a good one.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
Some of them really sound like that.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
Glad you finally liked one six, one five seven, three seven,
nine one oh seven if you can identify that song.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
The tickets are.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Years one, O seven five, The River, Heikey, Zach and
Manno in the morning.

Speaker 5 (17:45):
Trying to play Kevin's favorite time of the day, the
game of the day for these entire weekend passes.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
To Pilgridge Festival.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
So you'll be there both September twenty seventh and twenty eighth.
Robbie and Mount Juliet, welcome. Are you ready to playte?

Speaker 2 (18:00):
Okay? Good? Yeah, we played the clue a couple of
minutes ago.

Speaker 3 (18:03):
Today's audio clue, it was Taylor Swift doing a dramatic
reading of lyrics.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Will play it again for you in a second.

Speaker 7 (18:08):
But that did sound like Taylor, didn't it kind of does?

Speaker 4 (18:11):
It's weird.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Oh yeah, it's pretty weird.

Speaker 7 (18:13):
Yeah, you're usually flightly off, but that one was pretty
spot on.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Glad I finally got Ricky on board with this game.
She all week long has not thought any of them
sounded real.

Speaker 4 (18:21):
I don't know that I'm on.

Speaker 5 (18:22):
Board with the game yet, but let's see if Robbie wins,
maybe that'll change my minds.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
All right, Pilgrimage Festival passes, if you can tell us
the song again, like I said, we'll play one more time.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Here is today's audio clue. Take it away, Taylor Swift.

Speaker 8 (18:33):
But you didn't have to cut me off, make out
like it never happened and that we were nothing and
I don't even need your love, but you treat me
like a stranger and that feels so rough.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
Thank you, Taylor Swift, Robbie and Mount Juliet.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Name that tune, Gody somebody.

Speaker 2 (18:51):
That you're going to Pilgrimage Festival. Yeah, yeah, been kind
to go to this show for years. Oh great, this
worked out perfectly. Then we're happy for you.

Speaker 3 (18:59):
Did you do you know what the second you heard
it or did you have to think about it or
google it or what?

Speaker 7 (19:03):
I had to hear the part where it SI feels
so rough right at the end, and I was like,
I recognize the thought.

Speaker 5 (19:09):
Sure, congratulations, you're gonna have so much fun. It really
is a great time. I'm glad that you finally get
to go. And since Robbie's so excited and this is
something that he's been trying to do for so long,
I kind of do like the game of the day
right now.

Speaker 6 (19:23):
All right, finally got her.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
Yeah, thank you, Robbie. I owe you, man, I appreciate it.
All right, hang on, have a great day and have
a great time at the festival.

Speaker 4 (19:31):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
Yes, here we go just past eight o'clock. Wreek, He's
got those three things.

Speaker 5 (19:38):
Jelly Roll is one step closer to a pardon for
his past crimes.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
Davidson County Sheriff Darren.

Speaker 5 (19:43):
Hall said that about a year ago he asked Governor
Bill Lee to fully pardon Jelly Roll and now that
request has been unanimously recommended by the board and is
in the hands of Governor Lee. His most serious convictions
include a robbery at seventeen and drug charges at twenty three.
One of the reasons that Jellyrow needs a pardon isn't
he can't travel to certain places like Canada, makes it

(20:05):
really hard with a criminal record, so it's harder for
him to go and perform for people. And obviously he
had a lot of people come to his events to
say that he has completely rehabilitated himself and the ways
that he gives back to the community here in Nashville,
the ways that he gives back to those who are
still in the system and prison and jails, and the

(20:25):
way that he's trying to make a better impact through
learning from his past mistakes. So he's one step closer.
We just got to wait to see what Governor Lee
does with that. The National Predators announced plans to renovate
Bridgetone Arena. This is wild six hundred and fifty million
dollar renovation. Some of the things that they plan to
do is add a sixty thousand square foot rooftop and bar.

(20:50):
They want to relocate the main entrance to Fifth Avenue
and extending the.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
Roofline over the plaza.

Speaker 5 (20:55):
They're going to grow the capacity from six hundred to
seven hundred seats, one hundred thousand square foot of new
restaurant and retail space for the area visible from Broadway.
It's a lot of different things. It sounds amazing and
it's really cool because obviously we're getting a new Nissan Stadium,
if you update Bridgestone. All of these things are happening

(21:17):
in Nashville to just make the city bigger and even better.

Speaker 3 (21:20):
It's hard to imagine how they're gonna get all this
work done because they're so busy over there bridge and
there's an event there every single day.

Speaker 5 (21:26):
Yeah, most of the construction is slated for completion ahead
of the twenty twenty nine twenty thirty hockey season, So
it's gonna be you know, bits and pieces for little
tiny things over the course of a few years, but
hopefully by that time everything will be done and we'll
have basically a brand new Bridgestone at that point.

Speaker 4 (21:43):
I'm really pumped about the rooftop that sounds sick.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Yeah, rooftop bars on Broadway.

Speaker 4 (21:50):
It's gonna be a really big rooftop. I think that's amazing.

Speaker 5 (21:53):
I'm really excited to see all of this and online
pet sort Chew. He has debuted a new wedding collection
for pets.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
This is adorable.

Speaker 5 (22:01):
So they got toxedos, little bridle gowns, they have Pet.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
Of Honor bandanas.

Speaker 5 (22:05):
They have little tiny ring pouches for pups and for kittens.
The outfits or priced under thirty dollars. The idea here
is that it works into people involving their.

Speaker 4 (22:16):
Pets in their weddings.

Speaker 5 (22:17):
So if they have their dogs walk down the aisle
with their rings or dressed up. They have these things
all brand new. You can find it at Chewy's online store.

Speaker 4 (22:26):
They're so cute the pictures. It makes me really happy.
Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
To know, Heiky, Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 5 (22:35):
You want to know what you hoard way too much
of in your pantry.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
Zach and I were having a chat.

Speaker 5 (22:40):
Yesterday about the things that are significant others are constantly like,
why do we have so much of this, or we
ask why do we have so much of this? For you?

Speaker 4 (22:48):
It's hot sauce packets.

Speaker 6 (22:49):
Every single time I go to Taco Bell, I'll get
more fire sauce packets. So my entire pantry is just
full of fire sauce packets from Taco Bell.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
Are you going to do with them?

Speaker 6 (22:56):
I don't know, but I saved them every single time,
and like soy sauce from Chinese.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
Restaurants, I'm guilty.

Speaker 7 (23:02):
I have all of the packets, and I don't know why.

Speaker 5 (23:05):
I had to kind of teach my fiance a lesson
in this, and I'll explain that.

Speaker 3 (23:09):
Don't worry, please, because I need that lesson as well.
Six one seven, three seven nine one seven. Whether it's
you or a family member, what are you hoarding? You
have way too much of one?

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Ricky, Zach and Menno. In the morning, Zach brought up
all of.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
His hot sauce from Taco Bell. What's it called fire stuff?
Fire sauce?

Speaker 7 (23:26):
I'm Talko Bell. I have so many of them in
my pantry.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
It is at least the best sauce that they have.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
It is you can't get rid of it. He's a
hoarder with fire sauce. We want to know what you
have way too much of in your pantry. And Easton
is calling us Eastern or are you throwing your mom
under the bus here?

Speaker 2 (23:41):
No, who's who's responsible for hoarding them?

Speaker 4 (23:47):
Twist right now?

Speaker 2 (23:49):
You got you better eat those fasts because those get hard.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
Oh peeps.

Speaker 5 (23:53):
For a second, I heard peaks and I was like,
what are pets? And I thought I was missing something.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Peep peeps.

Speaker 4 (23:58):
How many peeps do you have Easton that you're in
the pantry. I get them that Krogers for a dollar.
I mean, at least it's a steal.

Speaker 7 (24:08):
And everywhere everywhere.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
Have them under my pillows, under my bed, don't.

Speaker 7 (24:14):
Oh you're going to all your secrets now.

Speaker 4 (24:18):
Got to make sure mom doesn't eat the peeps.

Speaker 3 (24:21):
Ye, well you better get to eat the Measton, because
I can tell you first hand. We've got peeps at
our house right now, and those get.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
Hard like that I snapped.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
I don't if you could hear the snap, but they
get hard real fast.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
We hoard like probably ketchup.

Speaker 3 (24:35):
Yeah, it's hard with the packets of stuff that come
in delivery items, so you don't know what to do
you don't just awsome.

Speaker 4 (24:41):
I don't like to taco bell hot sauce.

Speaker 6 (24:43):
That's nast Easton, Easton, you really woke up and chose violence.

Speaker 4 (24:50):
We are shocked and appalled.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
Thank you guys for calling. Have a great day you too, Bye.

Speaker 7 (24:55):
Guys.

Speaker 4 (24:57):
See.

Speaker 5 (24:57):
I hoard things in my pantry and I had to
like kind of teach this to aj my fiance.

Speaker 4 (25:04):
I hoard cans of stuff.

Speaker 5 (25:06):
Oh, because whenever there's a situation where we're like, oh,
we don't have anything that we need to like that
we can cook, or we have a few ingredients and
not a lot of things, I always go, We'll look
in the.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
Pantry, what do we have in cans? Because I have
like cans of black beans, chickas, all.

Speaker 5 (25:19):
Sorts of stuff, and it's easy to throw something together
when you have it all sitting there, it doesn't go bad.

Speaker 2 (25:24):
Yeah, that's what they tell you the stockpile. In case
of emergency.

Speaker 4 (25:27):
You'll see a lot of cans in my pantry.

Speaker 6 (25:30):
So if we ever need anything, go to Rickey's house.
They're all in her pantry.

Speaker 7 (25:34):
All of the cans that you can't find at Kroger,
they're at Rickey's house.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
Haik zach and in the morning.

Speaker 5 (25:41):
Today's daily double tab on one O seven five the
river goes out to all the dads who have just
had enough with their adult children.

Speaker 4 (25:48):
Because this dad is over it.

Speaker 2 (25:51):
Can we just take out the word adult? Please? Children?

Speaker 5 (25:55):
We're talking about his specifically adult children though.

Speaker 4 (25:58):
And Easter.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Okay, today's daily double up here we go after East.

Speaker 4 (26:01):
Everyone kind of aggravated with these gifts for these kids
twenty two and twenty It's a joke. When does it
end for a father?

Speaker 1 (26:12):
Never in a father just do something for himself for once?

Speaker 4 (26:17):
How much longer does this need to go on?

Speaker 2 (26:21):
I pray for all the father Thank you struggling.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
What about the mothers?

Speaker 6 (26:26):
The mothers are.

Speaker 5 (26:27):
A nightmare.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
See again, Rick can't be having them all the day.
Thank you for choosing this as today's the other day,
I mean Mother's Day. Ride around the corner show, this
is what we went with.

Speaker 5 (26:36):
I also I understand that you know the mothers are
a nightmare thing just because moms will hold on to.

Speaker 4 (26:41):
That forever, like they're Easter baskets.

Speaker 5 (26:44):
They're twenty and twenty two, Like mom, stop letting the
Easter bunny know, like you know the Easter bunny stops
at a certain point.

Speaker 6 (26:52):
I feel like, unfortunately, you will be in that boat
of which of what your wife will one hundred percent
still get your.

Speaker 4 (26:58):
At Easter Bunny.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
I mean, I kind of that's sad for me to
think about the day that my kids don't get an
Easter basket.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
So I'll probably be right there with her. Oh, they'll
get baskets when they're adults.

Speaker 5 (27:09):
Where Aster money can only go to so many places.

Speaker 2 (27:12):
For the hundredth time, you are not one of my children.

Speaker 3 (27:14):
