Seattle needing to get back in the win column following
a six to four loss to the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday,
four to two loss in Edmonton on Monday, Kraken had
lost three of their last four coming in. Uh, you're
trying the bank points, You're trying to stay in the

conversation out west, and I mean, say what you want
about the opponent, who it is. But I felt like
this is the type of game the crack and needed
everything in sync, all rowing in the right direction in
a full sixty minute effort.

isn't working with one line and maybe they get shadowed

weren't backing down from the physicality. But then I started
to look at individual guys and I'm looking for the
guys that tip play a physical game to make sure
they are Adam Rson five hits tonight, Ellie Tolvan who
had a big night tonight, four hits for him, And

when Ellie's playing his game, there's always a physical component
that seems to show up at the same time. And
so you know, nice to see from guys like that
that where physicality is a part of their game, them
using it tonight and the team coming out on top
as a result.

they just made a big trade moments ago, Morgan Frost
and Joel Farrabee coming over from the Philadelphia Flyers in
exchange for Andre Kuzmenko Jacob Pelchier, and then a twenty

twenty five second rounder in a twenty twenty eight seventh rounder.
So for the Flames, you're getting Morgan Frost Joel Farrabee,
who two first round picks haven't quite worked out the
way they wanted to in Philadelphia. You're looking at the
change of scenery maybe doing them some good. But one
thing I do know is those two are really big

culture pieces in Philadelphia. So it looks like the Flames
as they now hold down that second wildcard spot, they're
not waiting until the deadline.

They're trying to get better.

And for your the Kraken, you now have them twice
over your next four games. Sunday and then next Saturday
in Calgary. Those are two must wins for the Kracking
coming up.

Yeah, and you're gonna get a pretty quick look at
the effect that having that trade happen here has on
their their line. Sometimes it takes some games before things
get going and sometimes it doesn't. You can see the
effect that Capo Coaco has had with the Seattle Kraken
since coming here from New York. So I'm sure the
Calgary Flames are hoping for the same thing.

Well, first of all, a first period first goal.

Fantastic. Chandler Stevenson getting that first period goal was huge.
San Jose got one as well to equalize it, but
still getting that first one. Big blue line scoring tonight,
montur with two goals put Seattle tied with the Columbus
Blue Jackets for goals from defenseman. So fantastic there. I
knowed Chandler Stevens and Nelly told him having great games

I think we were ready from the start, uh, you know,
I think everybody was ready to battle. You know, get
a nice goal early on, and you know, I feel
like the confidence just kept building after that, and I

it's not that I'm going out there and looking for
a hits. Uh, it's more of a try to get there. Uh,

had stumbled. What kind of move were you going to
make this evening? The Kraken were ready that second period.
They played with pace, they feasted on San Jose breakdowns,
They stood up for brandon Montour. Remember that when you

got cross checked right in the back. Nast heard the
hornet's nest and the Kraken saw Vince dun dropping mits
with head rethrund at about six thirty nine in the
period two. They got a power play out of that
as well, Nikolai Kovalenko given two for roughing and then

go back to that scrum, because we've seen them kind

Well this year like tonight, wasting no time, jumping all
over the Sharks and one of their players was a
target of San Jose taking a run in brandon Montour.

a Kraken sensing and then going for the death blow.

saw what happened to Edmonton Monday. Or even if you

goals and see them going, it's nice. You know, it's
been a little cold the last I don't even know
fifteen to twenty games. But you keep creating, you know,
you're getting cold spells. You try to find ways to
you know, other ways to you know, help the team
and like where my game's at, and it's just nice
to kind of get hopefully a couple more keep coming.

start to feel a little momentum building and just kind

I think we you know, turned around pretty quick.

Those are just kind of silly plays that uh you

then you come and score those whatever number it was

just got to keep that, keep keep that, keep that going.
