Speaker 1 (00:01):
I want to start off by first saying our thoughts
and our prayers are with everyone that has had to
deal with what has happened with this Hurricane Helene. It
is a gut punch to so many different parts of
the country. Many have lost their lives. I actually know
some people personally that have lost all of their belongings
(00:23):
in the path of this hurricane. They have nothing left
in their home, and that is really sad when you
talk to people and you hear the devastation in their voice,
and it's you see it on TV and you see
what happens. But the majority of Americans get to kind
of move on with their lives. And I can tell
you after talking with a friend and again, they lost everything.
(00:47):
Their entire house, all of their belongings of their time
on earth are just completely gone. It is ruined, and
it puts a face on it, and it's a moment
a reminder of how blessed so many of us are
that we're able to even spend the time right now
communicating and listening to the show right now. And I
(01:10):
just want to say to everybody that is listening that's
been affected or have a family member affected, We're praying
for you, our thoughts and our prayers. Get involved however
you can help, however you can. The Red Cross, are
so many different organizations that do great work that you
can get involved with. But I want to say at
the very beginning, our thoughts and our prayers are with
(01:30):
all of you with this devastation and the flooding that
has taken place because of this hurricane. It was a
monster and I just didn't want to start the show
without saying that. Now onto a lot of other major
important news, and there is some shocking news that has
broken the acting keyword. Acting ICE director has come out
(01:56):
and has told us the truth about what we have
all known. But we have it from the acting ICE
director who has now said that there are Listen carefully
and please take this show the podcast, share this everywhere.
The Borders are is a woman by the name of
Kamala Harris. Remember when the media called her the borders are,
(02:18):
and remember we played it for you when they lied
and said she isn't the borders are. She is the
woman in charge of the border. She was given that job.
Kamala Harris as the borders are, and the ICE acting
director has now said that she as the borders are
has allowed more than six hundred and fifty thousand known
(02:41):
migrant criminals into the interior of the United States of America.
These criminals have been set free in America, six hundred
and fifty thousand of them. Now, this is the part
that's even more shocking than that more than thirteen thousand
(03:02):
of them are murderers. So there are thirteen thousand plus
murderers who are running free in America right now because
Kamala Harris let them into America and let them go
free in America. What's even more shocking is there is
(03:26):
another one or no, let me make sure I get
this number right. Sixteen thousand sexual assault convicts, people that
have been tried and are convicted of sexual assaults that
she is set free in America. So you have thirteen
thousand convicted murders, she's set free. You have sixteen thousand
(03:48):
sexual assault convicts that have been set free into the
interior of this country, and six hundred and fifty thousand
that have actual criminal history. I'm going to break down
more of these numbers that should make every of you,
every one of you angry, But I'm going to ask
you now immediately take this podcast and share it everywhere
(04:12):
on social media. Now, let me tell you about our
friends real quick, Patriot Mobile Americans. If you're like me,
you are sick and tired and frustrated by a stalling economy.
You're frustrated by inflation, You're infrustrated by the endless wars
of the left and the relentless assault on our American values.
There are major companies that you are giving your money
(04:36):
to every month with your cell phone service, Big Mobile,
that are actually helping these things to happen. How because
they give massive donations to democratic causes, candidates including Harris,
including Biden, including Obama. The list goes on and on,
and they give money to organizations that pay for abortions.
(04:58):
If you don't want your money going there, you need
to switch to Patriot Mobile. Because Patriot Mobile was created
after there was a group of conservatives that found out
just how radical Big Mobile had gotten, and they believe
in America and our constitution. Now I'm proud to say
I use Patriot Mobile. I am proud to say I've
been telling you about them for years, and they are
(05:19):
on the front lines fighting every day for our rights.
Because when you pay your bill every month, at no
extra cost to you. They take about five percent of
that bill and they give it back to First and
Second Amendment causes Sanctity of Life groups and organizations, and
they give to our military, our veterans, our first responders,
and are wounded warrior heroes. So you can take a
(05:41):
stand with every phone call you make. And switching now
is easy because in twenty twenty four you're going to
use the same towers when you switch to Patriot Mobile
that you're using right now. They operate on all three
of the major networks in this country, and they back
their service with a coverage guarantee. So switching is e.
You do it all over the phone. Go to Patriot
(06:02):
Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
slash ferguson, and you're gonna get a free month when
you use the offer code ferguson. You can also call
them and just make the switch over the phone. Ninety
seven to two Patriot is their number. Nine seven to
two Patriot, call them and make the switch and make
a difference every day. Now, I want you to hear
(06:25):
this report as a shocking news broke that this administration
under the borders are Kama Harris has released the worst
people in the world into the US, and she knew
she was doing it. By the tens of thousands, the.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirms that more than
thirteen thousand illegal immigrants convicted of murder have been caught
at the border and then released into the United States.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
Did you hear that have been caught at the border.
So these are people that are not got aways. These
are not they're not counting people, okay, that that got
across the border legally. So we're not even talking about
those numbers. What the ICE director is saying, these are
people that we actually caught, and Kamala Harris said, let
(07:17):
them go.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
Letter here tells the tale. Alo. I'm John robertson Washington.
You believe this, Sandra, which.
Speaker 3 (07:23):
Means they are here and this is just an unbelievable development.
I'm Sandra Smith, and you are gonna be with you, John.
This is America Reports. Let's get right to Bill Malujin.
He's got this news for us. He's live out of Douglas, Arizona,
right now, where Vice President Kamala Harris is set to
visit leader this afternoon. Bill, the details of this News.
What do you have.
Speaker 4 (07:44):
Yeah, and Sandra, bear with me. We just got these
numbers moments ago. But it's a jaw dropper to say
the least. So to set the stage here, let me
just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called
a non detained docket. Essentially, what that is is it
means migrants who were in uned by DHS but are
no longer in federal custody. So who's on this non
(08:04):
detained docket. It's illegal immigrants who are caught and released
at the border, released with the court date years away.
They're in immigration proceedings, combined with illegal immigrants who have
already been ordered deported from the country by a judge
but are still here roaming the country. So keep that
in mind. This non detained docket. According to a letter
that the acting Director of ICE just sent to Texas
(08:27):
Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on ICE's non detained docket, they're currently
tracking four hundred and twenty five thousand non citizens who
have been convicted.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
Of a crime.
Speaker 4 (08:41):
Of that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens have convictions
for homicide and are on the non detained docket, meaning
they're roaming the country right now, on top of that,
there are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non
citizens convicted of sexual assault.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
These numbers should make every American, regardless of if you're
Republican or Democrat, infuriated.
Speaker 4 (09:07):
The ICE Director also says there are currently just under
nineteen hundred non citizens on the non detained docket who
have pending homicide charges who are roaming the country, and
another four thousand, two hundred and fifty non citizens who
have pending sexual assault charges who are roaming the country
(09:29):
on the non detained dockets. So people's eyes might be
glazing over right now with all the numbers we just
threw out, you just to put it in a nutshell
right here, what we've learned from the acting ICE Director
via this letter to Congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now,
there are over thirteen thousand illegal aliens convicted of homicide
who are roaming the United States right now. There are
(09:51):
another fifteen eight hundred and eleven illegal aliens roaming the
country right now who have been convicted of sexual assault,
and there are even more who are facing charges for
homicide and charges for sexual assault. So this just goes
to show guys, the non detained docket has exploded under
the Biden administration to over I believe it's seven point
(10:12):
three million. They're anticipating it could hit eight million by
the end of the years. But looking at the numbers
on this letter right here, there are currently over six
hundred thousand non citizens on ICE's non detained docket who
are either convicted or excuse me, six hundred thousand non
citizens on this non detained docket who are roaming the
(10:33):
country right now. Of that, four hundred and twenty five
thousand have already been convicted of crimes, two hundred and
twenty two thousand are pending crimes, and again the most
serious crimes we just told you about.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
I go back to the rate number here convicted, Well
let's start. We go back to convicted murder. So they
knew that there were murders, which goes back to remember
when Donald Trump said they are sending their worst And
we've done again to this and talked about this on
previous shows, and I'm going to ask you again, take
the show, take the podcast, share it everywhere on social media,
(11:09):
because this has to get out to the masses. These
are people they knew were convicted murder. Donald Trump said
they were sending their worse and he was right. He
said they're emptying out their jails. He was right. I
want you to understand the economics of this so that
that part is very clear. Imagine you are a country
(11:32):
like Venezuela. Imagine you're a country like Haiti. Imagine you're
a country like China, and you are having to take
care of all of these people Imagine Mexico, Guatemala, Okay,
at Columbia, and you have a tight budget. You are
(11:56):
a country that's many of these are Third World countries,
and you've got all these people in jail that are murderers,
and you say, hold on a second, I can get
them off of my liabilities, right because it's a liability
for that people person to be in jail financially to
(12:17):
the government, and the government's suffocating, and people in your
country are poor, and you're like, hold on, I can
take a murderer who I'm going to have to take
care of for a lifetime, and I could drop him
at the southern border and tell him to never ever
ever come back. And then I just saved Venezuela or Guatemala,
(12:40):
or Panama or Peru, wherever it may be China or Russia,
and I can save a lifetime of bills on this person.
Now do you understand why they're letting these people out
of jail. Now, they're not letting out jail and saying
just go romar country. They're saying, you have to leave
(13:00):
this country and you can go to America. That is
actually happening, and that's why we're seeing these numbers of
people that are convicted hardcore rapists, sexual abusers, sexual abusers
of children, convicted people of murder and brutal murders like
(13:25):
beating people to death, okay, torture. These are the worst
of the worst. And so when Donald Trump said what
he said, like, oh, you can't say that that's racist, right,
they're sitting their worse. These countries are in fact seeing
their worse, and now we have the numbers to back
it up. This is why it is so important that
(13:47):
we talk about this election the way that we need
to talk about it, which is this is the future
of our country and it depends on who if you're
going to vote for Kamala Harris or not, because if
you vote her in office, you're going to get this
on steroids for another four years, you will not recognize
the United States of America, or you put Donald Trump
(14:08):
in office and he shuts this down and starts supporting
these people. Like I think we can all agree that
the thirteen thousand and ninety nine illegal immigrants in America
that the borders are Kamala Harris knew were murders and
still let them go free in the United States of
America interior. That's what they're saying. This is not count
the godaways, folks. These are not the godaways, the people
(14:31):
that were not detained. These are people that were detained.
We knew they had convictions, and she let them go
into the interior of this country. That is the point
you need to understand. But of these thirteen thousand ninety nine, like,
it should be a massive man hunt and then we
should deport them, because we shouldn't have thirteen thousand plus
(14:52):
murderers that we know are murders out free among all
of us. Of the fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven
convicted of rape and sexual assault, I'm using the numbers
from the Acting Ice Director here, we should have a
man hunt and we should find every one of them,
(15:14):
and we should deport them. Immediately. Why are they not
doing that now? But this isn't all. We have a
six hundred plus thousand, as Bill Malucian described it, who
are either either have charges of murder or rape or
other horrific crimes against them that we knew about, and
(15:34):
they let them go. The ICE director is sounding the
alarm for the American people and telling you pay attention
to what we're trying to say to you. Pay attention
to what she is doing to this country now. Later
in the day from Douglas, Arizona, Bill Malusian did a
(15:56):
second report with even more details on what what'd I
just describe for you? And all of these people were
let into this country by Kamala Harris. I would argue,
this is treason because you knew that you had a
rapist and you let him go. You knew you had
a murderer and you let him go. Listen carefully to
this second report.
Speaker 4 (16:16):
Yeah, and Sandra, bear with me. We just got these
numbers moments ago. But it's a jaw dropper to say
the least. So to set the stage here, let me
just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called
a non detained docket. Essentially what that is is it
means migrants who were encountered by DHS but are no
longer in federal custody. So who's on this non detained docket.
(16:37):
It's illegal immigrants who were caught and released at the border,
released with the court date years away. They're in immigration proceedings,
combined with illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported
from the country by a judge but are still here
rolling the country. So keep that in mind. This non
detained docket. According to a letter that the acting Director
of ICE just sent to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on
(17:02):
ICE's non detained docket, they're currently tracking four hundred and
twenty five thousand non citizens who have been convicted of
a crime. Of that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens
have convictions for homicide and are on the non detained docket,
meaning they're roaming the country right now. On top of that,
(17:25):
there are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non
citizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the country
right now on ICE's non detained docket.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
They're roaming the country and we had them in custody.
The part that scares me even more than the numbers
that were laying out for you here is okay, So
there's another what fifteen to twenty million that were gotaways
or eight million or twelve million, whatever the number is.
(17:59):
How many rape are in those numbers? How many of
are convicted of homici are those convicted of murdering someone?
How many of them are people that have done heinous
crimes against society who are also in the interior of
this country. Let's just talk about the bigger number here
(18:20):
for a second. You got six hundred one thousand that
you caught that are convicted criminals who then or suspects
who've been charged with things like murder or rape, that
you've let loose in America. You got thirteen plus thousand
(18:40):
for sure that have been convicted of murder, and they
were let out the worst prisons in the world, and
you then let them stay in America. You did not
deport them. You could have deported them by the way
you think about this policy of Harris and it's a
clear policy of just hey, we don't have time to
(19:01):
deal with the murderers and the rapists, so when you
catch them, just let them go. In the American interior
as well, because you could have had a process and
a policy like hey, you grab someone that's been convicted
of murder. Yeah, we're not going to let them go.
We're going to send them home, or we're going to
put them in our prison, whatever you want to do,
(19:21):
but we're not going to just like let them go
into America. That is what she did. Now there's two
hundred and twenty two plus thousand, and this is coming
from the acting ICE Director. There are two hundred and
twenty two plus thousand migrants that are facing criminal charges
that we knew we're facing criminal charges in their home country.
(19:42):
Many of them are heinous crimes, rape, sexual assault, sexual
assault of miners, right, child predators, and also murderers or
those that try to kill people.
Speaker 4 (19:55):
Right.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
So you have attempted murderers that have been charged with
these crimes, but they instead of going to their court date,
they fled the country and now they're in America and
we caught them, and Kamala Harris and Joe Biden said no, no, look,
we don't have time to deal with that, Like we
don't let them go too. The data says among those
not in detention, okay, not in detention, there are four
(20:19):
hundred and twenty five plus thousand convicted criminals. Representative Tony
Gonzalez from Texas putting this letter from the ICE out
there saying everyone you need to know. Quote. Your letter
requests a number of non citizens on ICE's docket convicted
(20:40):
or charged with a crime as of July twenty one,
of twenty twenty four. So this is old data. The
numbers have gotten worse, not better since this date. Okay,
there were more than six hundred and sixty two thousand
non citizens that we caught at the border that we
know have criminal histories that are on ICE's national dockets.
(21:03):
So we knew they were criminals, they knew the they
we knew they committed major crimes, and we let them go.
Of those I'm reading from the letter, now, four hundred
and thirty five thousand, seven hundred and nineteen are convicted criminals,
so there's not even like being accused. You're just straight
(21:25):
up convicted. And of those, that's where we get the
number the thirteen thousand, ninety nine murderers. And then there's
another two hundred and twenty six thousand, eight hundred and
forty seven that we know have pending criminal charges that
are significant. I go back to what Donald Trump said,
they're sitting their worse. It wasn't just sitting their worse.
(21:45):
They were clearing out their jails. They were emptying their jail,
saying go to America and don't ever step foot back
in this country. And we're going to let you out
of jail. We know you're a child rapist, we know
that you killed the child. We know that you killed
your girlfriend, We know that you killed your mother of
your children, we know that you killed multiple people. We
(22:07):
get out of our jail right Because this is all
a financial thing. We want to empty our jails, and
the people that are in our jails we don't want
to have to pay for anymore. So we're going to
let you out, go to America. The report also says
there is an additional two hundred and twenty two thousand,
one h forty one undetained migrants that are facing these
(22:32):
kerminel charges. Of those we know for a fact, and
we let them go. Kama Harris let them go. There
were one thousand, eight hundred and forty five homicide charges.
So we had eighteen hundred and forty five homicide charges.
In fact, I want to go back to the report
from Bibel Lujian because he walks us through this and
this is a second report, okay, when he got more
(22:53):
of the numbers, so he understood more of what he
was telling the American people.
Speaker 4 (22:56):
Listen, it doesn't stop there. Those are convictions. The ICE
Director also says there are currently just under nineteen hundred
non citizens on the non detained docket who have pending
homicide charges who are roaming the country, and another four thousand,
two hundred and fifty non citizens who have pending sexual
(23:19):
assault charges who are roaming the country on the non
detained docket. So people's eyes might be glazing over right
now with all the numbers we just threw out. You
just to put it in a nutshell right here, what
we've learned from the acting ICE Director via this letter
to Congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now, there are over
thirteen thousand illegal aliens convicted of homicide who are roaming
(23:42):
the United States right now. There are another fifteen eight
hundred and eleven illegal aliens roaming the country right now
who have been convicted of sexual assault, and there are
even more who are facing charges for homicide and charges
for sexual assaults. So this just goes to show, guys,
the non detained docket has exploded under the Biden administration
(24:03):
to over I believe it's seven point three million. They're
anticipating it could hit eight million by the end of
the years. But looking at the numbers on this letter
right here, there are currently over six hundred thousand non
citizens on ICE's non detained docket who are either convicted
excuse me, six hundred thousand non citizens on this non
(24:24):
detained docket who are roaming the country right now. Of that,
four hundred and twenty five thousand have already been convicted
of crimes, two hundred and twenty two thousand are pending crimes,
and again, the most serious crimes we just told you about,
over thirteen thousand convicted of homicide, over fifteen thousand convicted
of sexual assault. And honestly, that is not a surprise
(24:44):
to hear given these horrible headlines we keep seeing popping
up in multiple parts of the country almost every day
now of a horrible sexual assault or a murder or
another violent felony committed by an illegal alien who is
often caught in release from custody. And the job dropper here, too, guys,
is all these numbers we just rattled off, they don't
even account for the nearly two million gotaways who have
(25:07):
crossed our border under the Biden administration. Those almost two
million got aways, they were never encountered by DHS. They
snuck in, they were never caught by border patrol, they
were never encountered by ICE. There's no record of them.
So they have nothing to do with the numbers I
just rattled off to you. These are just the numbers
of people that ICE has already encountered, that Border Patrol
has encountered, that DHS knows who they are. And we
(25:29):
just saw those horrible stories in Nantucket the other day.
ICE ran a week long operation in Nantucket and in
a single operation in a forty eight hour span.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
By the way, I want you to listen to this, okay,
because this was not reported anywhere else, and I'm going
to say it again. Please take this show, take the podcast,
share it with your family and your friends, put it
on social media, because this story in Nantucket, all right,
and I'm going to back it up a couple of
seconds because I want you to hear it. This story
(26:00):
Nantucket was not reported by the media at all.
Speaker 4 (26:04):
Encountered that Border Patrol has encountered that DHS knows who
they are, and we just saw those horrible stories in Nantucket.
The other day. ICE ran a week long operation in Nantucket,
and in a single operation in a forty eight hour span,
they arrested two salvador And illegal aliens who came into
the country as got aways and were arrested for child rape.
(26:26):
On Nantucket, they got a Brazilian guy who was arrested
for sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident, and then a Guatemalan
guy who was previously deported who was arrested for sexually
assaulting a Nantucket resident. So we keep seeing all these
headlines about migrant crime popping up in different cities all
over the country. This right here is the first time
we have ever seen specific numbers as to who and
(26:49):
what ICE is tracking when it comes to convicted criminals
who have crossed the border at some point and are
either supposed to be deported or are going through their
immigration proceedings but are not a nice custody right now
and are roaming the country. So I'll ping it back
to you.
Speaker 1 (27:04):
Guys, how is this not treason if you know that
you're letting in people and not like kind of note,
like you're catching them, you're running them through a database,
and it comes back this dude's a child rapists and
Kamala Harris and Joe Biden for the last three and
a half years like yeah, let him go into the
(27:25):
American population. And then a few minutes later, you grab
another guy and you run him through the system and
it comes back, Hey, this guy, like you know, killed
a lot of people or killed one person, or saw
someone's head off, or butchered somebody with a machete. And
they're like, yeah, we know, but let them go. Are
(27:48):
you Are you insane? The only type of person that
would do this and allow this to happen and see
the numbers growing, Like what you need to understand is
Kama Harris knew these numbers. She was briefed on these numbers.
Kama Harris's the borders are knew exactly what she's doing then,
and then she has the gall to show up at
the border wall for to take a photo op in
(28:08):
the last twenty four hours and says, I'm going to
be tough on the border. You're the one that let
in more than four hundred and twenty five, four hundred
and thirty one convicted criminals that included sixteen thousand rapists
and over thirteen thousand murderers, and you knew that these
are the crimes they had committed, and you let them
(28:29):
go to terrorize Americans. You want to know why this
election matters. This is why this election matters. I'm going
to say it one more time because it's so important.
Please take everything I'm giving you and share it with
everyone you know, because the state sponsored media is not
(28:53):
going to run this story. They don't want you to
know what they have done to you and your family
and how much they put your lives at risk
