Speaker 1 (00:02):
From the theme park Capital of the World, Orlando, Florida.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
This is the Theme Park Podcast.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Wait podcast? Is this a radio? Why does everything gotta
be so messy on this station?

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Anyway?

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Here's your hosts, Dickerman, Jimmy D and Scott Harris.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Hey there and welcome to the Theme Park Podcast. Dickerman
here there is Scott Harris.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Hi, Hello, what's going on?

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Jimmy D is out this week and I have it
on good authority as to where he is. Yeah, yeah,
he's in a He's in a secret boardroom. Huh wladding
a heists. Okay, steal the orange Bird trash can that
has been introduced at Walt Disney World.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Oh it's a trash can. I thought it was a
dinner table.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
It is a both. Let's be honest, it is both.
Sometimes sometimes at Disney you are so desperate for somewhere
to eat that trash can becomes your dinner table.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
I mean to be fair, there very clean trash cans.
They are clean enough to eat off of.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Do you remember right after COVID like there was there
were some time where the trash was overflowing at Disney,
which was very very uncommon at this part prior to COVID.
I do I have that worked out now? Right? That
is that fixed now? Yes?

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Yeah, you don't see it in any parks anymore. That
was the thing that was the thing, not to not
to put it all in one. That was the thing
that was happening at all of them. It was a
staffing issue. I have not seen that in years now.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
If Walt were still alive, he would have gotten up
and gone to pick up the trash himself. If he
saw that.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Well, you would still see the people with the grabbers
mm hmm.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Yeah, just the overflowing trash cans. It was. Yeah, it
was different, But that has been worked out. I think,
let's be honest, we're almost back to normal. It is
five years later and outside the reservation system, which is stupid,
we are we are back to full speed at the
theme parks finally.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Yeah, virtual cues are gone.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Good bye, see you later, losers.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
You can basically buy a ticket every day to go
do a ride or to go to a park. Um yeah, nothing, Yeah,
everything is status quo. I can't really think of anything that.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
That system, knowing reservation system. If you if you want
to go to the park as a passholder, so you
want to just drop in for an hour like we
used to.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
I mean there are I mean the thing is like,
because I've gone to Disney a couple of times, I've
been able to get a reservation day of.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Sure, you just shouldn't have to. It's it's it's the
principle of the matter at this point.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
I mean, there are some things that went away with
COVID that like haven't returned, you know, like original Launch
Bay hasn't really gone back to what it used to be.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
It's true, I do miss that. Did they ever bring
back that little barber shop in the front of Magic Kingdom?

Speaker 2 (02:53):
I don't know. Why are you hinting that I need
to need to get a haircut? Is that why you
brought this up?

Speaker 3 (02:58):
I used to take my dollar there when she was
little and they would do these little it was almost
like when the little girls would do the Bibity Boppity Boutique.
You could get almost like very similar hair and it
was like twelve bucks instead of like whatever the Bibity
Boppity Boutique cost.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Did you Every time you go be like this is
her first haircut, to try to make it like, you know,
like the button the special.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
Oh yeah, to get the button. Now, we only did
that once. I think, sir, she might have had her
first haircut there.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Sir, you've done this seven times. We have pictures of you.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Just give me the give me the button and put
the glitter in her hair and call it a day.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Okay, But yeah, I think everything is everything seems.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
To be back. Yeah, the Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster,
they took away the virtual cue. And besides defying what
you and Jimmy said, the world has not fallen apart.
People can ride the ride. I didn't. I was.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
I was never against getting rid of it. I was
on your side with this, Jimmy.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
Jimmy wouldn't fight against fight. He would literally fight me
on this.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
He who doesn't write it exactly.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
He would. Yeah. So yeah, it's like it's running. It's
not crazy. There's gonna be long wait. Sometimes there's long
waits for Tower of Terror sometimes too. It's just that's
just how it is.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Yeah, here's the thing. If it's a long wait for that,
go get in line for Ratitui, got in line for Frozen.
Go learn about the land more often.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
That's a nice one. That's a good one. Go do
soorn soorn used to be crazy long. Now oftentimes you
get there in like fifteen twenty minutes.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Or go do Figman seven times like I would do.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
That's another thing too. So this orange bird trash can
the start of the conversation. We saw photos come out
this week. Do we know if they're out in the
wild as of yet?

Speaker 2 (04:40):
I mean that is out in the wild. The picture
that I sent you guys is out.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
That was out in the wild.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
Yes, that is next to you there communicor Hall at Epcot,
which is the walkthrough area that they theme for each festival.
Because the Flower and Garden Festival just kicked off this week.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Do you see Jimmy trying to pull like a Rick
and Morty style heist to maybe put like a decoy
trash can there to slowly sneak out the other one.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Like it's orange and bluebird on the outside of it,
like he draws.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
I don't know, Yeah, I mean they did did try.
You mentioned this when we were talking earlier. They did
try to ban the giant strollers. That didn't work. So
maybe you know giant stroller full of a big orange
bird trash can, baby.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
Yeah, just you just pick it up, put it in
the giant wagon. We do not condone sealing of the
stealing of any theme park anything decor.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
We did see there's that store. What's that store is
out like somewhere in Kasimi, right, and like lake they
had some trash cans, and they have some trash cans available, right, Yeah.
I mean, Jimmy's talked for years about wanting a trash can.
I mean, at this point we just probably get one.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Well, he wants, yes, exactly, he wants that in like
a park bench.

Speaker 3 (05:59):
I think I thought he wanted the car the rug,
like the rug outside like the Polynesian or whatever. Yeah,
that's one of those big things I feel like he
can find in that store. Store seemed to have a
lot of stuff. I don't know where they got their stuff.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
I mean, Jimmy, you have like a vinyl cutting machine.
Can't you just make the the graphic to put on
a traffic can yourself?

Speaker 3 (06:20):
I know, Jimmy, and that's not good enough. He wants
the real deal. He has to have the real deal.
He will not settle for anything but the real thing.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
But the thing is, do would he use it as
a trash can? Or is it just like a show
piece in his living room.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
They better because we're gonna use it in the in
the studio and that'll be our studio trash. The way
he can make it a.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Rite off or it's his new dinner table.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Yeah yeah, I mean he should be writing off the
tee bogheesy boo studio. He should be writing off the
trash can I mean, he's got quite a few tax
implications there at the at the Jimmy de Home.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
We're trying to help him out.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
Yeah, for sure, that's that's what we're doing. All right. Well,
there's been a lot going on this week. Should we
dive into the breaking things out there in the world.
I don't know where we start. I'll leave that to you.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
Since we're talking about epcott and the Flower and Garden
Festival just kicked off, which means the Garden Rocks concert
series is going on now.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Yeah, and lineup of superstar artists.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
When we last talked about this, there was still a
bunch of like open dates. Well, right, all those open
dates that have been filled this weekend. It's Tommy DeCarlo,
the former lead singer of Boston.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Okay, that's a good one. Boston had a lot of hits.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
And then right After that, it's Air Supply for their
fiftieth anniversary celebration.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Good good for them. Another one. A lot of songs
you'll recognize. Whether you're a big air Supply fan or not,
you'll know the songs. All right. You've heard him in J. C. Penny.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Do you want me to run through who got added?

Speaker 3 (07:59):
Yeah? Please? All right?

Speaker 2 (08:00):
The Rico Monaco Band.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
I am not familiar with that artist.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
How about Icon Party Band?

Speaker 3 (08:10):
No, No, I don't know those either.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Sound up.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
The outside of my my my wheelhouse though it's not.
I don't have a very wide.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
Wheelhouse glass ceiling.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
Okay, No, I don't have you heard of any of
these bands yet?

Speaker 2 (08:25):
No, the M the M eighties.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
If you don't know, then I'm not gonna know them.
I don't know the M eights either. Somebody listening right
now is going, oh my gosh, you guys are so stupid.
You don't know the M eighties.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
Foreigner's Journey.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
That just sounds like a Foreigner slash Journey cover band.
I mean, I'm gonna guess that's what it is.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
That might actually be what it is.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
I guess. I'm guessing they do Foreigner and Journey songs.
I mean, they're good. It's fun. If you catch a
good cover band, it's good.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Yeah, this is true Foreigner's journey. It is exactly what
you think it is.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
Yeah, makes sense, that makes sense. Those manic for free.
You're not paying like, you know, one hundred and thirty
bucks for a ticket, So it's cool, you know, something
to do.

Speaker 2 (09:18):
Then we've got the Hooligans, Hayfire, Hay Fire, No Dean
Diaz Southbound and you know, nobody's going to this park
just for these bands, and lady's going and they just
in Latin ambition.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
Okay, Well, the bands just happened to be there. It's
not like, well like Universally used to do some really
big bands, like remember when they would do their concert series.
I know, like thirty seconds to Mars played. I think
did they have Panic at the disco one year? I
mean they would have like big, big artists at Universals
sometimes that that was the draw. It wasn't the fact

(09:59):
they were going to the park and the band happened
to be there. It was I'm going to see the
band at the park.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
I mean last weekend it was Foster the people that
were there. Okay, everyone knows who Foster the People is.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
Yeah, I would say so sure, Yeah, you would make
a special trip out to Epcott to see Foster the People.
But some of these other artists, you know, unless there's
something that's super into your wheelhouse, they happen to be
there while you're at the park, but you're not going,
oh my gosh, I have to go see this band.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
According to Wikipedia, these are the heavily attended Marti Grock concerts.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
Okay, all right, Kelly.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Clarkson in twenty twelve.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
That makes sense. I mean she was a big star.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Fallout Boy twenty sixteen.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
He's Bob Boy played there, huh?

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Adam Lambert twenty sixteen.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
They had some big names come through.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
Fifth Harmony twenty seventeen and twenty eighteen.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
Wow, Maclamore, Okay, he was I know, he was like
a thing.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
Dan and Shay Country Act.

Speaker 3 (11:03):
Country Act yep Big one.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
And then in twenty nineteen, Sabrina Carpenter.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Oh man, she's a big star now right.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
She's like opening, she's opening for Taylor Swift and she
had two moments on the Saturday Live fiftieth Anniversary special.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
Yeah, I mean, if you get that slot opening for
Taylor Swift, that's like the Golden Ticket. You're fine, You're
gonna You're gonna do okay from here on out.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
I mean Paramore is opening for them as well, or
for Taylor Swift as well.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
That's an interesting that's an interesting combo.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
I think they're just I think they just like each other.
I think it's just a good vibe.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
Yeah. I mean, hey, good, good for them. They're probably
making some bank on that tour.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Yeah exactly. So yeah, that's uh, those are the bands
for Garden Rocks. So that's going on to.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
No giant, no giant announcements. But okay, well, I mean.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
There were I mean we've talked about it before, like
Flock of Seagulls, ninety eight Degrees, Simple Plan, Sugar Ray.
These were already announced.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
Online, the names already came out. Yeah, these are just
filling the slots. Yeah exactly, So that is that is
going on. Now. You can see these bands each weekend, right,
there's various artists playing.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Yeah, these are all like two day things.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
And the bands get to stay out at Disney. They
probably get put up in a great hotel, get fed.
So it's probably a win win win for these artists. Exactly.

Speaker 2 (12:22):
Yeah, that's great. Weather right now.

Speaker 3 (12:24):
Do you think the cover bands get the same treatment
or do they like put them over at like, you know,
a Disney sister resort. They gotta like lug their stuff
across the highway to get in.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
I think everyone gets treated the same.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
Oh nice, that's good.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
Oh oh look who one of the people is that's
watching the show.

Speaker 3 (12:41):
Oom jad Yes he's probably laying in bed. Uh he's
plotting his uh, his feeling of the trash can. Yeah,
we're not involved. We're not getting involved in this heist, Jimmy,
We're not gonna do it.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
I literally said to like, Hey, would you guys want
to do a heis? And Jimmy's like no, And then
I said a picture Gerty's Lake. Come on. Okay, that
was gotta be fun. So that's going on at Epcot. Okay,
over at Animal Kingdom. Uh, it's a fun farewell to
some decorations over Animal Kingdom.

Speaker 3 (13:18):
Tell me they did this in the dead of night
and not when anybody was in the park. I don't know,
because there'd be crying children everywhere as they took down
the big giant dinosaur everyone loved.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
Yeah, Cementosaurus m gone.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Just ripped him down Yep, destroyed him. It happened to move.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Wait, go ahead, it happened overnight.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
Okay, there you go. My children, no children saw the destination.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
There's a giant dinosaur at Hollywood Studios. You couldn't just
given Gerty a friend.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
And if you didn't do that, give them to that
roadside of traction that when you're going to Tampa. Remember that,
like dinosaur attraction. Like they just got big face dinosaurs.
Just throw it over there, toss it to their way. Oh,
get you some help.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
Oh dinosaur world.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
Yeah, give him the dinosaur World. They would have taken him.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Or give it to the place in Lakeland. Somebody would
buy that.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
Yeah, it's thrown the back of the F two fifty.
Bring it down the road and he just head towards Tampa.
You'll find a buyer.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
We can put in Jimmy's backyard.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
That's true too, we could have.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
I would take it for you. I'm looking at pictures.
I feel so sad because look at his faces is
so adorable.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
Oh Descrewty, gosh, I'm still useful. I still have lifelive.
Could be Nope, you know he's gone. They just destroyed
him right in the trash. Yeah, can you get a
chunk of him out of the dumpster if you go
for to Disney.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
Well, it's just like, what are they gonna do with
some of the bugs life stuff when they get when
they get rid of that, it's tough to be a bug.

Speaker 3 (14:51):
Them little chairs that rub your back and your butt
when you're in the.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
I'm talking about like Flick when he pops out from
the ceiling.

Speaker 3 (14:58):
Yeah, throw him right in the trash, through him right
in the trash. Just dump him in the dump them
in the brand new orange Bird trash.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Can Okay, very quickly because this actually ties in a
little bit. Remember when Buzzy got stolen from Cranium command.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
I do remember this? Yeah, and it ended up like
a basketball player right.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
Well, he didn't know it, he didn't know.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
No, he bought it, but he didn't know it was stolen.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
Correct. Well over at the Enzion coming up the movie
theater in Maitland. Oh yes, do you know about this?

Speaker 3 (15:30):
Head about this? Yeah? Tell the audience.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
In April, the twenty fifteen or the twenty twenty twenty
five Florida Film Festival will be going on and the
opening night movie with the East Coast premiere is a
little film called Stolen Kingdom. Yes, and it is a
expose into the history of scandal and thievery at Walt

(15:55):
Disney World in the black market underground that leads to
the theft of an animatronic valued at nearly half a
million dollars.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
Do you you're a winter park guy, do you have
a contact with the enzon Maybe we can get press
passes and attend that as a press screening. I would
just think we need to do that.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
I would pay to go just so I can support
the local theater. If I'm being honest.

Speaker 3 (16:20):
Pay to go too. But I mean if I can
go free, I'm gonna go for free. The park podcast.
It is a theme park movie. Come on, hang on,
let me. I will them free publicity right now.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
I will buy you tickets if I have to.

Speaker 3 (16:33):
We just sold five tickets by talking about it right
now that I have tickets that I have tickets they
wouldn't have sold otherwise.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
That could that that very well? Because true, But six
o'clock on April eleventh at the end Zone and then
seven o'clock on April eleventh at the Regal Winter Park,
so both of those theaters will be showing it that night.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
They're going to go to a Regal winter park. From
being honest, people in the Enzon are little snooty for me.
What do you?

Speaker 2 (16:56):
How dare you? You just asked for free things from them?

Speaker 3 (17:01):
That's a fair point. Never mind they're not too studio
for me. I go there, how dare you You're oh, yeah, yeah,
you got your your little fancy for me. You know,
I'm I.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
Will be going to see a silent movie there in
like two weeks.

Speaker 3 (17:16):
See. That's see, that's fancy stuff right there. I can't
handle the fancy stuff. Give me Regal Winter Park with
you know, some popcorn and some.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
Not just I will say, the enzi And has the
best movie theater popcorn I've ever had.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Really, yes, I haven't been up. If I'm honest, I
have not been to the Enzion in god a long time.
I have more years than I care to mention, more
years than I would like to mention. I saw Harold
because it would make you smell old.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
I saw Harold and Maud there like two weeks ago,
and then I saw The Brutalist there like a month ago.
I go there very regularly. At this point.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
I remember one particular trip to the Enzion and this
will age me greatly. I went there to see the
original South Park cartoon okay, and a clause versus Jesus. Okay,
it was it was the first time that aired anywhere.
It wasn't it was before they had even a Comedy
Central deal. Oh okay, So this was like the only
place you could see it was by going to this

(18:13):
animation festival at the Enzyon and I sat through all
the other terrible garbage animation to see this like five
minutes short.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
And it changed your life, didn't it.

Speaker 3 (18:23):
Yeah, we'll it changed a lot of people's lives, especially.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
Drey Parker and Mett Stone.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
Oh god, those guys are so rich now.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
So that's going on.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Yeah, that sounds good. I want to see that.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Let's see popping over to Universal. Uh, they've already started.
They said that they're working on expansion for Epic Universe.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
It's not even open yet.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
Already. If you look, if you go to CityWalk and
you go to the Preview Center and you look at
the giant map that they have, you can see where
the green spaces are. Oh, there's something that they could
put there. There's something you can put there. There's something
you can put there.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
So I think the hype is like real on Epic Universe.
Everybody's like super geeked on it. We've already started to
see some word from this the team member previews, right.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
Yeah, so the team member previews. I don't know how
much they're being allowed to do because everything that I've
seen on social which might just be what they're allowed,
what people are allowed to say, it has been about
the Universal Monster Dark Ride.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
So you think maybe they might be letting them only
into one universe at a time.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
Possibly, or it's just like, hey, you could come see
the atmosphere of this area. We have one ride that
is open for you to test. But everything Monster's Unchained
is apparently being called like the Pinnacle, it is the
top it is you know their Rise of the Resistance

(19:51):
is it now?

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Is that a roller coaster or what is that one?

Speaker 2 (19:54):
It's it uses this the newest generation of the ride
mechanism that Forbidden Journey has. Okay, so it's that, but
the new version it's really the first time that they're
doing real animatronics inside of a ride, okay, because that
has mainly been a Disney thing.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
Yeah, that's true. So Forbidden Journey, that's the broomstick one.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Right, that is the broomstick one.

Speaker 3 (20:20):
Yes, okay, yeah, so they had they had like some
like action items in there, but they weren't really animatronics.
They had like the the There's spider and yeah and
the spider yeah, but not not the same.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
And then I saw this and it might not be true.
The best part of the ride is at the end
when Franken sign thanks you by telling you your name,
saying your name to everyone in the cars. So got
not sure how accurate that is, but it'd be kind
of cool if I'm being honest, that would be pretty cool.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
Yeah, a nice little nod to eat. They do love
to give not so that is one thing you have
to watch for when you get to epic universes like
least Eggs they do throw in their parks.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
I kind of like, I'm like, try, I'm really itching
to buy my tickets right now, and I'm like, I
feel like I would want to buy like a weekends
worth of tickets, like one day. I would just do
it one one portal a day mm hmm, and then
get like an atmosphere day of just hanging out in
the park and not doing anything.

Speaker 3 (21:22):
Soaking things in and taking note because there are so
many little things you don't see when you're rushing to
get down on a ride, and so much to really
appreciate as far as the technology and the work put
into things.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
And that's one of the benefits of a living here,
into having an annual pass to these parks is you
can go and not ride a single ride and still
have a great experience.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
That's true. Unfortunately, you won't be able to buy an
annual pass for Epic Universe for at least a year anymore.

Speaker 2 (21:48):
Right correct, They still have not said when any of
that will be roped in or be an add on
to your annual passes.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
I think they have to like get a gauge on
what it's going to be like know two three months
in what the summer looks like, you know, what what
we look look like going into the fall, because obviously
they have people that crunch numbers and they have an
idea of what a tendance will be, but they don't
truly know until they open those gates.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
And you have to wonder how much they're worried about.
Like you remember the opening of Volcano Bay and how
big that was and how it was hours waight to
park Ours waight just to get in or when the
when the first Harry Potter Land opened up at Island's Adventure.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
Oh oh yeah it was eat on that thing.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
It was a ten hour wait just to get into
the land. Yeah, they don't was for real. They don't
want to repeat of that. So I think they're very
much like I think they're doing this very smart with
how much they're how they're distributing tickets and who is
able to buy them, and you know, when is it
a capacity and when is it not.

Speaker 3 (22:57):
Yeah, that makes sense. And right now, the only way
to get a ticket as if you buy tickets for
the other two parks, right, so you got to buy
all the tickets and then that's an additional option to
buy a ticket, right.

Speaker 2 (23:07):
Or if you're an annual passolder, you can, so you
could buy a ticket.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Annual passolders can get tickets. I mean, if you were
thinking about getting an annual pass, now is probably the
best time to do it. Exactly, Yes, yeah, I mean
that you'd be able to get that Epic Universe ticket
and just at least experience the because when you go
when park first opens, it is something special. Even if
you're waiting in long lines. You're part of something special.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
I can still remember the first time I went into
like Galaxy's Edge, Pandora at Animal Kingdom. I remember the
first time going to Islands of Adventure. Like I was
a little too young for remembering my like Disney trips
and my Universal trip, but those other things I very
much remember walking in for the first time.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
Yeah, you're part of history when you're there for the
first time, when that park is just opening too. Yeah. Absolutely, Yeah.
