Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning, kiss Hey,
good morning, Happy Thursday. We're creeping towards the back half
of the week here, which is always really nice. I
know it's kind of a mixed bag on who has
school and work even today tomorrow as well with the
Easter holiday. So as you move about your morning and

(00:21):
you're out of maybe your regular routine, you can always
search kiss one oh seven one on the iHeartRadio app
to feel a sense of regularity and normalcy because our
schedule keeps pushing, you know.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
I want to talk about sleep.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
I experienced janky sleep last night, and I always try
to like put it into perspective when I'm going through
something of hmmm, and this is how I experienced the world.
But I wonder how this person feels, or this must
be what this person feels when this happens, and I
thought of my like my mom, friends or any new

(00:55):
moms out there. I try to relate as hard as
I can to those because a lot of my girlfriends
are heading towards that stage of their life and I
don't want to lose out on connection and friendship with
them just because I can't relate. So I try my
best to, you know, put myself in their shoes. But
I was laying with my eyes wide open last night.
Brain was buzzing with good things. It wasn't like anxiety ridden,

(01:18):
although I know of a lot of people are feeling
that this way for one reason or another, whether it's
the cost you know, expenses or just you know, gen
zs in a constant state of depression. And I don't
say that lightly. I think that's legit. There's a lot
of loneliness. But I just could not sleep last night.
Typically try to get into bed for nine. My eyes

(01:41):
were wide open at eleven o'clock still, and I'm like,
this is what new moms must feel like. Actually I
said that at you know, four o'clock when my alarm
went off this morning.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Like, being tired is just a state for some.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
So if you got good sleep last night, I'm jealous.
If you don't, I know what it feels like. Hey,
we're not far off from the three things you need
to know to get your day started.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
And since he come up around.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Six to fifty, best way to keep listening is on
the iHeartRadio app Glynn.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
You need to know She's got you. It's three things
with tip on.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Hi, Good morning.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
You'll be able to see this guy in Cincinnati and
on television at the Emmys. I'll have that for you
in a second, but first let's start off with FC Cincinnati.
This broke towards the end of yesterday's show that a
former Cincinnati I'm sorry, FC Cincinnati forward died tragically and

(02:36):
what seems to be a bizarre incident in China.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
Former FC Cincinnati striker Aaron Bopenza died Wednesday at the
age of twenty eight. Turque Today reporting Bopenza fell from
his eleventh floor apartment. Police there are investigating three possible scenarios,
a homicide, an accidental fall, or suicide. It's also been
reported Beopenza's brother was in the apartment at the same
time or state the two argued, but it's unclear if

(03:02):
that led to the Penza falling. He was a member
of China's joan Jiang FC in the Chinese Super League,
that's the top tier soccer in China. In a short
time in Cincinnati, fans would shout boop there it is
every time the striker scored a TQL stadium.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
You know that's my guy. Lee Mawen from seven hundred WLW.
He played for us, just like not even that long ago,
in the twenty twenty three and twenty twenty four season.
You know what I thought of immediately when I was
reading the story. It feels like Liam Payne, I have
no idea. I mean just in the sense of falling
maybe tragically out of the UH building there. If there's

(03:40):
more on that, when we have the cause of death,
you know, I'll share it with you. Second in three
things you need to know this morning, you know my stance.
I want you to be so committed to your dreams
in this life that you are willing to go to
prison for it. Rigged The Fire Festival two.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Postponed. Could have seen this one coming that guys, I
have a fire update.

Speaker 5 (04:06):
The team is on the island and it is safe
to say things are already looking better than Fire one.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Guys, come on, you know.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Billy McFarland went on, I think it was the Today
Show months ago, saying I was given a second chance.
I'm so like looking forward to this Fire Festival too,
is supposed to happen in Isla, Mojires on May thirtieth,
and here we go. We found investors. Tickets can run
you up to fourteen hundred dollars plus on these experiences,
and she goes, well, who's going to be there, and

(04:36):
he's like, well, we don't know yet. Then fast forward
a little while later, the government of Mexico was like,
in the tourism board is like by ailily, we have
literally no we don't. We have no idea what this
person is talking about. We have like no paperwork. This
was just about last week, you know, or two weeks
ago that I had reported that. Then there was an

(04:57):
email that went out yesterday to ticket holders say this
event has been postponed and a new date will be announced.
We have issued you a refund. Once the new date
is announced at the time, you can repurchase if.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
That works for your schedule.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
I will most certainly be holding my breath because you know,
I'm hooked.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
I'm just hooked on his confidence.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
I'm hooked be so committed to your dreams, guys, that
you are you know, willing to go to jail for it,
spend four years for wire fraud and then come out
and try and do it again.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
All righty?

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Then, lastly, in three things you Need to Know, Nate
Bargatzi announced to host this year's Emmy Awards, and I
cannot wait.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
This is my favorite comedian. I mean I would that one.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
I don't know if i'd say of all time, but
anytime I scroll past a clip of Nate Bargatzi, I
love watching them.

Speaker 6 (05:41):
A pizza party is my nightmare. I'm a friends over
for pizza, so I'll be like, all right, we gotta
order pizza, and she goes, how much?

Speaker 3 (05:49):
I go order the most.

Speaker 6 (05:50):
I don't want her out of a pizza in front of
my friends, and she goes, just call and ask them.
I go, I can't call these forty year old dudes
and just be like, how much speech do you think
you're gonna eat tonight?

Speaker 2 (06:05):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
He always makes fun of his wife for how frugal
she is.

Speaker 6 (06:10):
I don't know anything about history, and I can tell
because every history movie I watch I watch on the
edge of my seat.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Speaking of history iconic.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Probably one of the more iconic SNL skits of this decade.

Speaker 6 (06:26):
Football, Sir Yes says four where you throw ball with
your hands, so.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
In football there is no kicking. There's a little kicking.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
I cannot wait, I cannot wait.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
He said, it's a huge honor to be asked to
host such an iconic award show, and I'm beyond excited
to work with CBS. Happening this September in Los angelesl
And by the.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Way, he's coming to Cincinnati.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
You'll see him October twenty fifth at Heritage. That is
three things you need to know the seventy of April
coming up at seven oh five, we're commercial free per usual.
Lock in on the iHeartRadio app by searching Kiss one
oh seven one.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
Good morning, You're waking up fifth in the morning, Kiss
one o seven one.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Cincinnati fell within the top ten list for Easter, and
when I saw it, I was like, okay, Like I'm curious.
You know, I'm a sucker for a list, not the
national holidays. I'm like, nah, I don't care there's a
national holiday for anything. But if Cincinnati falls in the
top ten list, I'm like, okay, yeah, let's go. I'm

(07:33):
here for We came in at number six as the
best place to celebrate Easter, and I was wondering, why,
why would we be in that category. Wallet Hub is
the one that does all these studies, you know, and
I forgot that we have this like massive religious population
here in Sinci right, which would make sense from all
our Catholic schools, et cetera. Was it the fileo fish

(07:54):
created here for the McDonald I think it was like,
that's why fish fries are so popular in Cincinnati, and
it led to the fileo fish.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Don't quote me on that.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
I learned that after a couple of drinks with a
girlfriend one time, so you can take that for what
it is. Coming in at number one, Birmingham, two, Pittsburgh, three, Buffalo, Orlando, Atlanta, Cincinnati,
number six, El Paso, New Orleans, Las Vegas. Coming in
at number ten as Saint Louis. Let's talk about Easter traditions.

(08:26):
I overheard a guy at the gym yesterday here in
the office building, and he was chit chatting with one
of his clients, and I was eavesdropping on the Easter
egg thing and he was dying the Easter eggs and.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
They they committed they went with real eggs this year.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
Even those things are like liquid gold, literally, and he's like,
I felt so bad for my nephew because he had decorated.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
Them and then dropped them on the floor. Thanks so su,
what's sad? Sarah Elisa is here from WVN.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
You know she usually pops in her in the seven
o'clock hours sometime to say, Hi, did you have anything
else you want to talk about?

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Do you want talk about Easter?

Speaker 5 (08:58):
He good morning? No, I wanted to talk to you
about something that you and I were texting about yesterday.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
Okay, hold on, let's wrap up the Eastern conversation. QUI quick, quick, quick,
quick Uick. My sister and I used to fight to
the death over Easter eggs.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Oh, my sister say it was an actual war. Yes,
an actual war.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
I mean there were bruises on my hip from that
adult woman hip checking me into whatever bush that the
easter money hid the eggs in.

Speaker 5 (09:28):
Girl, my sister gave me a black eye one here. Okay,
it was real. What is air pulling? Fighting over the eggs?
Because yeah, you wanted to see, like who got more?
At the end of it, you counted up on your money.
You're candy.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
We cannot be alone in this. No, but that grown
woman man, I mean and now as adults, I'd fight
just as hard for an egg that probably had five
bucks in quarters.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
To do my laundry, I would take life is expensive.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
Good morning, you're waking up with TIF in the morning
on Kiss one oh seven one. Cincinnati fell within the
top ten list of the best cities to celebrate Easter
outside of the whole religious aspect of it. Whilet have
put this thing together, you know what they said, cities
were raided on everything from egg hunts per capita to
brunch restaurants in the city. You know, at least we

(10:15):
have our priority straight. We fell at number six on
the list. Hi, good morning, you are on the air, Pati.

Speaker 7 (10:24):
My family was.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
So aggressive with Easter egg hunts.

Speaker 7 (10:27):
We had to color coordinate a kid so like I
was purple, my brother was blue, my sister was pink,
and you could only pick those eggs.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
Did it cause violence?

Speaker 7 (10:39):
It was so violent that were like, okay, enough, it's
a not the other day. This is like our hot
no fighting.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Uh, you're cutting out a little bit on that, Courtney.
But thanks so much for the call, Gal, I appreciate it. Yeah,
if you're just walking into the conversation, I had mentioned
that I don't know what's going on in your house
versus what happened in mine when I grew up. But
the bunny, the bunny and the Easter egg hunts led
to violence. My adult sister was a grown woman, and
she would hip check me into a bush. And it
really depended on what season Easter felon. Right, if it

(11:08):
was a little bit warmer, we'll be outside like it
is on Sunday, or if it was earlier in the season,
you know, those things would be buried in the house
street of broken dishes.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
We went hard.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
And then she eventually had a kid, so once my
niece came into the picture, you would think, oh, all right, yeah,
it's about the kitten.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Nope, we said, little girl, you are on your own.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
We still laugh about it, uh, you know, And as
an adult, I really cherish those eggs even more because
they usually have quarters in them, and that's the only
thing my building takes flaundry.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
In the meantime, we're still commercial free.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
Hey, if you want to share any memories, if this
triggered something for it, more than welcome to talk back
with TIF on the iHeartRadio app. The microphone is in
the top right hand corner. In the meantime, we're commercial free.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
Hun, I'm embarrassed. I'm embarrassed to admit this. And when
I'm in embarrassed. I text Sarah Elise and she's like,
she talks me down from something.

Speaker 5 (12:06):
Have you Sometimes it depends on what's going on. One
you need a little check here and there.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
But have you ever had have you ever DMed a celebrity?

Speaker 5 (12:17):
I have not, but I'll comment on celebrities photos. Yeah,
like that hot guy that was in the Master's Bryson. Okay,
he didn't win, he came in like fifth or six,
but I I commented on his recent photo of him
from the Masters, I'm like, you'll get him next here.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
Well, girl, he probably saw that because you have like
thirty five thousand followers.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
He doesn't.

Speaker 5 (12:38):
He doesn't know that though, Like, is he really if
you have more followers?

Speaker 2 (12:42):
I think it bumps you to the top of the list.

Speaker 5 (12:45):
Who knows. But he didn't even like the comment. But
so I've commented on the photos.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
It feels very pick me to either DM a celebrity,
which I've never done, or comments on their post. Yeah,
but I have a crush on a celebrity And when
I look at it, I know this sounds so stupid,
But when I look at him, I'm like, I think
there's a chance we would hit it off.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
And we would have a good time together. Oh it's
a little Delulu. But is it Delulu?

Speaker 1 (13:08):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (13:09):
Because I think.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
Because I'll be watching Draft Day with Kevin Cosner who
number one Zaddie, And I'm like, you know what, I
think Kevin and I we could have a really good
time together at a Bengals game.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Like totally Delulu.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
So Sean Evans is the guy, because I know you're
asking yourself, like, who, Tiffany, who Sewan Evans. He's the
one that hosts the show Hot Ones and I watch
it every week when it comes out on Wednesday. It's
top tier content, top tier interviewing. And the more I
watch it, the more i feel like I'm getting to
know him. And I'm like, wait a minute, do I
think that? Do I think that we could go out
on the date and have a good time? And so

(13:46):
I say to Sarah, I'm like, honestly, honestly, check me
should idea? How does one I think it was quote?
How does one get in touch with the celebrity? Like
where did they have a crush on?

Speaker 5 (13:57):
This type is so different by the way, I know,
like you love the bald men, it's not bald.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
It's personality driven. For me, one hundred percent. The last
people that I have happened to have a crush on
were bald. Okay, I'm a personality higher one hundo, yours
is what.

Speaker 5 (14:13):
Sixty enough life alert, LFE alert, LEFE alert.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
Okay, So Sean Evans Hot Ones? What am I supposed
to do? Do you think I should comment? Do you think
I should DM?

Speaker 5 (14:24):
If you think there is a realistic shot you I know,
But if you think that you and Sean Evans from
the hot Ones could potentially end up.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
Together, then I say go for it.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
Send the DM, make the comment on the post, because
guess what, life is too short?

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Should have, would have, could have? You never know, you
never know, shoot your shot.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Like imagine people are dming Joe Burrow all the time,
probably like you know, like we could be together.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
I don't want to be that girl, but you know.

Speaker 5 (14:52):
I feel like i'm a little I don't know a
lot of people are comment.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
All right, here's what we're gonna do. I can't.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
I don't know if there's a world in Cincinnati where
maybe you have DMed or commented on a celebrities post
and they've actually gotten back to you.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
Anyone. I don't care who it is.

Speaker 1 (15:11):
It could be like Z list celebrity if you've DMed
them and it's worked out, even if it's just to
like connect and not necessarily as a date like me.
But five one, three, seven, four nine, one oh seven one,
I need someone in the tri State to prove to
me that this might actually be worth it or I
might be delusional.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
Good morning.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
You're waking up with Tip in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one. A theme of my show in
My Inner Circle as well, is putting yourself out there,
shooting your shot, leading life with confidence. But I feel
like sometimes there is a fine line between confidence and
pick me.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
And that's where you're coming in this morning. High you're
on the air.

Speaker 7 (15:51):
Good morning. So for the celebrity that I have commentator
talked to. So when I was in high school, I
tweeted Tana Mojo, my best friend and I were really
into her videos, and she responded and said that we
were like best friend goals and that made my life.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Okay, right, it feels good getting validation from most celebrity.
So one to ten, do you think I should reach
out to Sean Evans of Hot Ones and be like, hey, like,
I don't even know what to say.

Speaker 7 (16:22):
Like twelve one hundred, Yeah, she should do it. I say,
shoot your shot.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Well, thanks for the call, Gal, I appreciate you if
you're just walking into the conversation. I had texted Sarah
Elise you know, and I said, Hey, I have a
crush on a celebrity.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
How do you think I should get in touch with them?
And She's like, Girly, you got a DM. I said, oh,
I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
It does feel nice when a celebrity does respond to you.
Like Heather McMahon, the comedian. I posted one time that
I was going to her show and she reposted my
post and I was like, oh my god, I'm losing it.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
By the way, if.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
We're not connected on social I'm at the TIF two
f's pot are like the wizard, give me three minutes.
I got the three things you need to know to
get your day started in Sincy, Snoop Dogg's coming out
with a new album before he comes here. Good When
you need to know she's got you, It's three things
with TIF on Good Morning. Snoop Dogg's got a new

(17:18):
album coming out before he gets here, So will he
sing any of this at Great American Ballpark.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
I'll get to that in a hot second.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
We are just before eight o'clock on this Thursday, with
your chance to win Nelly tickets coming up at eight thirty.
Before we get to Snoop Dogg, let's talk about the
convention center. You know, Duke Energy has been working on
this for the last eighteen or so months. When will
it reopen and what what will it bring when it does.

Speaker 6 (17:46):
First show we'll be in the very first part of
January will be RedFest, So we're excited to work with
the Reds on that.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
That was three c DC's Steve leepern so this thing
in July last year, we'll have our first opening Duke
Energy Center. Opening event will be Reds Fest in January.
So one that's coming back and two that's the first
event to look forward to. I also learned that we
will see some holiday events sprinkled in on the outside

(18:17):
through December into January, and the goal there is to
expand what we do with the ice skating rink and
such from Fountain Square all the way to the Duke
Energy Center. Now this year, what's another big event that
happens at Duke I know there's a million of them
I don't is the Flying Pig usually like Runners Expo right,
Unfortunately not happening at the Duke this year. It's over

(18:39):
the bridge there, and that's going to be a little
bit of a different process when it comes to packet
pick up, So kind of be aware of that if
you do plan on running the races. They are nearing sellout,
by the way, I did see that on social media,
So if you are a last minute person, get on it.
We're about two weeks out, all right. The second and
three things you need to know. Snoop Dogg is coming
to Cincinnati and August for a postgame concert with the Reds.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
I believe August twelfth could be the eleventh. I think
it's I actually think it's the eleventh.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
And he made the announcement yesterday on social that he's
coming out with a gospel album as we head into
Easter weekend.

Speaker 8 (19:13):
Good Afternoon, Love, Lawrence pay for twenty seven. I'm dropping
a gospel out on death Row Records. It's called All
to Call You heard it first, A gospel house.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
God is Good.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
We're getting a gospel album from Snoop.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
By the way, Snoop acquired death Row Records in February
of twenty two, just kind of like a full circle
moment for him because death Row is where he started
his career.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
Now he owns the rights to it all.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
Right.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Then, lastly, in three Things You Need to Know this morning,
Time magazine released It's one hundred most Influential People. Donald
Trump's in there for sure, Elon Musk as well, and
if you're curious about him, the chief executive Officer, Jessica
Sibley said, the twenty twenty five Time one hundred list
of the world's most Influential People recognizes leaders shaping the

(20:00):
world today and defining its future. Times founders knew that
focusing on the individuals who are transforming the world is
the best way to help readers understand it. That belief
animates much of what we do at time. What does
the twenty twenty five Time one hundred tell us about
the forces shaping our lives? While it includes six members
of the Trump administration, sixteen corporate CEOs, a record a

(20:23):
sign of the emerging class of business leaders who are
filling a leadership void. Nine leaders who are fighting for justice,
equality and democracy, and so on. Some of the names
on there, Will Ferrell Louren Michaels, Simone Biles.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
By the way, Simone Biles will.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
Be at the Kentucky Derby this year, giving the writers
up call if you happen to me making your way
to Kentucky. Noah Kahn, Hosier, Amy Poehler, Rashida Jones, Derek Jeter,
Jalen Hurts, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Ali Wong, Nicki Glazer,
Diane Sawyer, Keiki Palmer, Becky g Reese, Witherspoon, Trump, jd

(20:58):
Vance from Cincinnati, Musk Snoop Dogg, Ed Sheeron, Demi Moore,
and Serena Williams. And those last three or four of
them are all going to be on the rotating covers
of the Time magazine Influential List. Okay, that is three
things you need to know over the seventeenth of April.
Happy Thursday. Coming up at eight thirty your chance to
win Nelly tickets. The best way to keep listening to

(21:19):
Tiff in the morning is my Searching Kiss one oh
seven one on the iHeartRadio app. Oh well, that is
certainly a way to wake up, especially as we creep
towards a Friday. You're listening to Tip in the morning
on a kiss one O seven. When did you see
the announcement that Nate Bargatzi is gonna host the Emmys
this year.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
He's my favorite comedian.

Speaker 6 (21:39):
A pizza party is my nightmare. I'll have friends over
for pizza. So I'll be like, all right, we gotta
order pizza, and she goes, how much I order the most?
I don't want her out of a pizza in front
of my friends, and.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
She goes, just call and ask them.

Speaker 6 (21:55):
I go, I can't call these forty year old dudes
and just be like, how how much speech do you
think you're gonna eat tonight?

Speaker 2 (22:07):
I love it so much.

Speaker 6 (22:08):
They have a real they have a family. He worked,
