City celebrated a memorable season at the annual End of Season awards.

The top prize went to goalkeeper Lukas Jensen who was named Player of the Season, while there was a special moment as chairman Clive Nates was given the Special Recognition award.

Ron and Andrew Fowler have joined the investment group at Lincoln City through Liquid Investments, Inc.

 

The Fowlers are long-time friends and associates of City board member Harvey Jabara, with Ron previously leading the ownership group at MLB outfit San Diego Padres. They've been over to Lincolnshire to meet staff at the Imps, and will attend their first game on Saturday when champions Portsmouth visit the LNER Stadium.

The 2-1 win at Cheltenham Town really sets up an exciting final game of the season - with one fixture left in the regular season, City know victory would secure a play-off spot.

The Imps had to come from behind at Whaddon Road, but goals from Joe Taylor and Freddie Draper secured three points - and in the end we saw out the win with a determined performance.
