and it was almost too good to be true. Yea,

we have we don't have a lot. We don't have it.

You know, we need to.

We need to have the same attitude here that we
have at camp house, where we have everything we can
possibly need.

Yeah, so yeah, so we got to So Lisa has
swergan on mina. Lisa has sent breakfast. So Terry has
made us breakfast. Now Lisa has made us breakfast. This
is good.

I'm going to be This gives me a little lot
of leverage here, so I don't want to just pile
in and start eating now. But I'm kind of hungry.
I am too. What is it about the fact we
know it's in there?

Can I tell you this?

Let me say, I was the picture last night you
sent made me hungry. I got here today fully convinced
you have gone off and left it, which is you know,
very possible.

Then I went not.

Hungry because I didn't want to disappoint myself because I
knew Greg had left it. And then when you said no,
it's in the refrigerator and I made eye contact on it,
got hungry.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
Because I am made threat.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
To leave something, especially in the morning when I'm coming
I was supposed to bring. I've made myself like a
cup of coffee and said it on the counter.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
And leave it.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
Of course I'm driving. I left my coffee in the kitchen.
Do you get Do you get mad at yourself when
that happens? Yes, I get mad at myself. I left
my wallet at home one day.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
I was over here, no wallet and none like Speedy,
not on purpose, Speedy never carries one. But and looking
it was like on a Friday and I was staying
over for a ball game. I mean I needed oh.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
Oh absolutely before we got the text that that Lisa
had done that, which was very exciting. Uh, Terry was
making some breakfast balls. It's not protein balls. It's just
like she calls them breakfast bag. Yeah, there's some stuff
in there. I'm not too sure it.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Like is it a ball of egg and then inside
there that might be bacon, cheese, sausage anyway, as a
poster a sausage ball that has biscuit, I think they
make them with egg. Okay, I'm out on a limb.

Speaker 5 (06:48):
But there's just a pan of these breakfast balls, and
she was making them for self, and she's like, hey,
you can take a couple in if you want to,
and so I so when I woke up, there was
a sticky note and it had had balls and protein
on it. And there's a protein it's a protein shake
and the breakfast balls and that that was just her
way of reminding me, kind of like Lisa had a

note to remind you. So I have like maybe five
or six in a little bag for a little happy
after y'all or do you after y'all? It was just
for you or well they kind of were. But y'all
can grab one, just don't grab two.

Well, don't worry. I won't be grabbing two, I promise you.

I don't know that I ever made a school picture
that was worth two cents? Remember the centennial and they
made you posed with the liberty of course? What was
eleven ten, ten years old? I was seventy six, Yeah,
and I remember it was a centennial. Everybody's cranked up
about it.

has got its two hundred and fiftieth birthday coming up?
Was it in two years or and it's coming up
close because I know we started a three year preparation
for it. And so there's things that and y'all would
just have left me on a limb that that I

Sure, and so I'm like helping with that, help promote

some for today, and I see this one. Three star quarterbacks,
including the top MVP candidates, will take a skip on

the probo after failing to make the Super Bowl.

I don't know what to do about the Pro Bowl.

This thing, this thing has yeah, this thing has turned
into I find the flag football thing to be embarrassing. Yeah,
And you know how sometimes you go like, right in here,
we're always very careful. There's certain things you don't say
in this room unless you want to be pummeled for
the rest of the day. Now, can you imagine you
go into a room with veterans with their gold jackets on,

Hall of famers standing around telling stories of when they
played football in the in the sixties, seventies, eighties, nineties, okay,
even even the early two thousands, and you walk in
and you're in the time where the Pro Bowl is
a flag football game, and you're gonna walk in the
room with them.

And JJ Watt and others have been kind of critical
of those that have the honor to be named a
Pro Bowler, But I'm like y'all, especially some of those
guys that are just wrapping up and are just worn out.

Josh Allen, he said, I'm out. You've got Lamar Jackson,
I'm out, Jaden Daniel says, I'm out. And even running
backs like Derrick Henry are not coming. James Cook is
going to replace him. So it's just I think a
lot of them is like, look, we've got competitions, We've
got the flag football game. Not really into that. I'd
rather take a vacation and just chill or something.

We've said it, I think years ago, and I think
we need to say it again here. It's time now
for it just to become which I don't really have
a problem with a very very honorable plaque that you have.
I was an All star among the greatest football players
the world has to offer, and I made the promo

tam Pro Bowl Team. I have my maybe we have
a banquet like you do for the sp Awards, and
we have a Pro Bowl banquet and we award the
Pro Bowl team or something, or maybe it's just something
you just get and you put it up in your house.

You're a pro bowler. It's a big honor.

Speaker 4 (16:24):
But us trying to tie these festivities around and have
them all go somewhere again after the season, it's obvious
they're not into it. We keep extending the season their
war out. I don't think they Obviously they're not interested
in it.

Getting hurt, even playing flag you can get hurt. Yeah,
we don't. We're not interested in it.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
I'm not interested in watching anyone play flag football, even
the best. I'm not saying flag football isn't fun, and
I'm not saying that I didn't enjoy what you know.
And I'm glad that that women are to have a
flag football league. I think that's great. But if you
asked me, do you want to get tickets and I'm
get us some good seats for the flag football game.

No, I don't care think about that.

I think it's good to have it, and I think
it's a good thing for little kids, and like I said,
great for females to have, you know, a version of
football that doesn't include contact.

But it's it doesn't interest me as a fan, and
I don't think it interests them obviously, even as players.

Yeah, on a resume, you know you've got people that
you know, you go a two time Super Bowl champ, three,
three time Pro bowler or whatever. If you turn it down,
can you still call yourself a pro bowler?

Yeah, we break it down. You have a pro bowler?
And what's the other All Pro? All Pro? Is that
the same thing? I don't know. I thought it was
two different. I thought it was the same thing. There's
two different. Am I not if I make All Pro am,
I not in the Pro Bowl? I don't think so. Really,
I think there's there's we've discussed this before, I know,
but I can't remember. Yeah, I can't remember. Believe there
was all Pro and then there's pro bo hm hmm.

But I mean football is just different. I mean all Pro,
all all.

Start, All Pro is the top players at each position
for the whole league. The Pro Bowl is the top
players at each position for each of the two conferences.

That a f C, NFC. Well that's just weird. Yeah.
So if you're pro, if you're all Pro, you're for
the whole league. I got you your position by condition,
I got you got it.

All Pro is generally more prestigious, Uh, generally considered more
prestigious than being selected to the Pro Bowl.

So we really don't even need the Pro bause we
have All Pro and we've tried to tweak it.

Remember we had yeah coaches, we didn't go a f
C NFC. You know, they got to pick the players.

And I think the Mannings are still going to be
coaching the flag football teams.

Uh they'thing. Yeah, but it's just it's just such a
different sport.

I mean, now everybody's subject to injury, Like you said,
I mean baseball, the All Star game you could have,
you know, you could get injured in that hockey, you know, basketball.
It's just you know, but football is just so different.
It's so physical. You know, guys I think are just
saying it's not worth it.

Well, it was the running back from Georgia that made
it was a Pro Bowl week and they head and
Van on the beach and he clows his knee out
and it just was never the same.

Yeah, oh wow, what was in the Edwards get ready?
He's a running back in Georgia. Well, well you touched
on it. Too speed. We've hit it before. Some sports
just don't really lend themselves to an.

I loved this line. No opening acts with the Man
Church conference and look at this. Seeing men in the
hotel lobbies reading the Word of God and having discussions
past midnight on Friday and then getting up and starting
again on Saturday was incredible. My hope is that we

can take it with us, and we didn't just leave
it there. Can't wait for next year's conference. So and
then here's another one that got from Jack. Jack says,
I attended the conference this past weekend. It was probably
the most incredible thing I've ever been a part of.

our favorite topics has always been food.

People commenting on sausage balls being made with the mix
from Red Lobster, Red Lobster. Yeah, well it was a
little bit everything. Yeah, most of it was that it
was good. I think we I'd like to try it.
I think we spooked the person who's coming. I think
we spooke to her going to back back to more
traditional But well, I didn't mean to do that.

We were extremely open minded. But I mean, it's.

that's fine, and this couldn't be disconsidered something a little different.

You know, I've told my kids this and I remember
was a little different way it was told to us,
and we were growing up. But but but I remember
the famous try new things and and this.

Was always my deal that growing up, Yes you were.

I was always as a parent now and it's kind
of where were not a not a big disagreement on
parents between the dad and the mom, the husband and
the wife. My deal is, I totally agree we need
to try new things.

I need to practice that in my own life, and
I am and I have. But I am not a
person that if the person tries it and then doesn't

But if you remember, he also was going to do
that in his first term, but then he decided not
to and he said, remember this quote, I have no choice.
He cited potentially irreversible harm to national security if he

everybody knows, this is not the first time that the
JFK files have been expected to be released. Congress previously
passed the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of

any postponements for security reasons. So we've been trying to
get these out to the public for a while now
and it still hasn't happened. So I think the warning
