Dave has been embroiled in a lengthy legal battle with a group of his detractors, or progressives as they like to be called. Dave talks about the court's verdict, and how it should discourage any person from every serving on a public board again due to the personal liability.

Dave is still battling his detractors form his days as school board chair in a small Oregon town. The progressives in town continue to sue him personally and the district with what Dave calls frivolous lawsuits designed to cost this tiny district and its taxpayers more money for they greedy intentions that go well beyond the boundaries of Newberg, Oregon.
