Today we’re talking about something that might completely change how you think about fat loss after 50.
It’s not another workout. It’s something called NEAT. NEAT stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis.
It’s the energy you burn doing everything that is NOT: sleeping, eating, or working out.
