We know there’s a lot of information out there about losing weight, and it can be overwhelming. So in episode 5 of Weight Loss 360, we’re going to break down what’s really going on in the body when we gain and lose weight, and why it can be a struggle for many of us. Spoiler alert: healthy weight loss can encourage many deeper, long-term positive impacts on our health.

This week, host Helen Thorn and resident cohost Dr Sam are joined by Boots Online Doctor’s Clinical Lead for Weight Loss Dr Anju Verma. Together, they’ll take a closer look at the medical benefits of weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes – including reducing heart diseases, diabetes and the risk of obesity-related cancer.
