Gentle portraits of people feeling the pressures of societal abandonment, while still finding a way to find beauty and meaning in life.
The first episode of High Risk features Mira, someone very accustomed to navigating the world as a person with chronic pain and fatigue. From all appearances, she should be able to handle what the pandemic brings to her life. But she finds herself unprepared for the way the people around her changed.
