I’ll share how Habit Stacking helped me manage my own energy, especially as someone with ADD who used to struggle with productivity. Habit Stacking isn’t about rigid schedules—it’s about stacking small, manageable tasks that help you stay on track and give you more freedom in your day. By aligning your tasks with your energy and stacking them strategically, you can avoid burnout while getting the important things done.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to start identifying the tasks in your day that drain your energy and begin stacking small, intentional habits that refill it. Take one habit, one small action, and start layering it into your day. Prioritize your energy, align your tasks with your natural rhythms, and watch how a little intention can give you the balance and space you need to thrive this summer.
