(00:47):
Are you sure, though? Like, are you really ready? Let's do it.
I'm ready. I'm ready. You ready? I'm ready. I got my sleeves rolled up.
I'm ready to go. sleeves rolled up you got your ginger
ale yeah i got my hair pulled back okay that's
that's what i was gonna ask i was kind of getting there like gotta keep it
out of the face yeah yeah yeah yeah everybody thinks
(01:07):
that i shaved my head for the look but it's really just because i'm lazy
as fuck like i don't want to take care of anything it's just a a cheat code
you know like get out the shower dry my head off i'm gonna go yeah i mine's
just because i know my hair is thinning so much that i just don't i just said
i'm not gonna fight this battle i'm going down with grace.
(01:29):
I'm not gonna cling to the last vestiges of
my youth i'm not gonna i have i
have people i know people that do that i'm like it's not a good look bro
well i've got an oddly shaped head like
yeah but your hair also looks like fucking like sparse
chin cubes so it looks like the back of your head is trying
to escape through the hair like it's like trying to push itself out and
(01:50):
your hair is like holding on to it yeah i'm never
doing that dude you might as well put on the fucking glasses and
the pocket protector and just roll out yes sir shave
my head every shower every because you know
i don't want that like five o'clock shadow either no oh look he's going by you
could tell i'm sure but 100 no and then if if you get too lazy and wait like
(02:12):
two days then it's like fucking scrapes it is just thick it's horrible yes no
and everything people with hair that's That's lame. I'm not doing that. I don't like them.
All the cool kids are bald, so... Yeah. Flaunting your hair. That's right.
So, let me ask you. Do you...
Do you ever rock Lululemon? You know, I don't.
(02:37):
And I just that's weird. My wife just mentioned that brand today and in the car today.
I know of it, but I'm assuming the context in which she used it was bougie.
So I'm assuming it's a it's a bougie line.
Oh, yeah. Yeah. OK. Yeah. They're they're like if you're rocking some Lululemon,
(02:58):
man. And I mean, now there, the brand is itself is, is, you know,
about like mindfulness and it's like based around like yoga and athletic and stuff like that.
But it's, it's not, you're not going to get like clearance rack Lululemon.
I mean, you're going to throw some money at it.
Yeah. So. And it's made for men too?
I think so. It sounds like such a, like, I don't mean to be sexist,
(03:19):
but it sounds like a, like a ladies brand.
Oh, a hundred percent. But I think that all these companies now are like,
no, no, no, we will, we'll let the guys would rock this shit too because you're
like you're destroying half of your base of like profit you know sure yeah so
yeah i think they do i i'm pretty sure they do man and there's somebody listening
right now that's like absolutely they do or they're like no you're an idiot.
(03:42):
Oh no no i just looked it up lemon abc pants so yeah they're good to go already
been cocked what is that what does abc stand for i fucking don't know i i was
thinking like a liquor store so So I don't know, man. Our heads are in different places.
I'm not judging. I'm just saying like, I was like, damn, like this is what you
(04:04):
wear to the, uh, to go get the whiskey, right?
Like, and you know, they're all like slim fit.
That makes sense. Yeah. I'm not wearing that. So shout out to Lululemon.
Just kissing them all right. Hashtag.
Hashtag buy their shit. I'm just kidding. They would never sponsor us anyway.
So they would hear like five seconds of this show and just click.
(04:26):
Like, can you untag us in that post? Like getting cease and desist letters from their lawyers.
Stop atting us. We just get blocked.
That would be hilarious. You know what? Fuck it. That's my goal tomorrow.
I'm going to get blocked by Louie Levin.
Just keep sharing like pictures. Just let me stop.
(04:49):
All right. So let's go ahead and get into this, man. This is a gnarly story.
And what is kind of crazy about this story is all these so far that we've told,
this one's still different, right?
Like it's going to be different than every single one we've done.
And I was talking to somebody about this the other day and I said,
you know, we're, I'm kind of picking and choosing these stories that we do at
(05:13):
the beginning before we get to some really like heinous, crazy shit.
But I kind of creep some, some kind of graphic stuff in there every other episode,
because just to get people used to it before we go down that road,
because there are some that are going to get just, I mean, you know.
Some people got to plug your ears or fast forward or whatever.
But like i said if you're if you're here you know
(05:36):
you're kind of expecting that so yeah it's not too bad but
it'll still throw you off because it threw me off so it threw
you off some of them man this is when i
first got into this shit yeah there was some that i would listen to and i'd
go i'll never forget there was one and
and this is one i want to do you know later on down the road
because i want to do it right but it it gave
(05:58):
me like i had to stop like i think
i was walking the dog or something like that and i literally had
to stop and pause it for a minute and go holy shit yeah
and that's never i mean that that like hit me to my core and
i was like that is insane like just the whole picture of
it and everything i was like oof so yeah there are some really gnarly.
Ones out there but i just let me know so i get my thunder
(06:19):
blanket oh 100 i want to be
prepared absolutely the thunder blanket
oh yeah i'll tell
you man so you can put your fucking in yeah my weight vest
just want to feel i want to feel warm i want to
feel tight and protected yes you know
like uh never mind all right
(06:42):
here we go so we're gonna we're gonna go ahead and set this up so we're in 2011
so we're not that that far back and it's march 12th and we're in bethesda Maryland
and Rachel is a manager at Lululemon and she's on the way to work and she's opening up.
(07:02):
Now she gets to the front door and she goes to unlock it, but it's already unlocked.
And, you know, we've all kind of been there, uh, the opener,
somebody forgot to lock it up, whatever.
Right. You say like, whatever, that's fine.
But the problem is, is the person that locked up the night before was Jaina
Murray and Rachel sitting there thinking there's no way she would she would
(07:25):
do this like she's one of the most responsible people i know so she says fine
so she goes in there she looks in the store and it looks,
chaotic it is thrown to looks like somebody came in there just destroyed the
store ransacked it you know got the money got got whatever and just tore it to pieces,
So she's walking through and she's trying to see what's going on and she gets
(07:48):
towards the back and she sees like bloody footprints on the floor and there's
just kind of trails of blood leading to the back.
And so she kind of stops a little bit and she's unsure if she should keep going
forward, but she thinks, you know, somebody might be hurt.
So she kind of keeps walking and all of a sudden she hears somebody kind of
(08:10):
groaning and she freaks out. She takes off, right?
Okay. And she runs outside. Now, at this time, they were right by an Apple store.
And back in 2011, the iPad 2 was coming out. So people were like waiting in line. So it was packed.
And she runs out and a guy sees her. And she basically is like saying,
(08:31):
somebody help me. Somebody help me.
So one of the guys in line says, okay, you know, I can go in there for you.
Just hold my place in line.
Exactly. Don't let me fucking lose the iPad.
So he goes in and he makes it a little farther.
He goes to the back and he sees two bodies on the ground.
(08:52):
He sees one face down in a just pool of blood and he sees the other one tied up.
She's been cut from head to toe.
She's zip tied her feet and her hands together.
Her hands are above her head and her pants are torn down the middle to To indicate
that there was some kind of sexual assault, right? Mm-hmm.
(09:16):
And at this time, I mean, he's like, okay, we got to call the cops.
He hauls ass out of there. And there's blood everywhere.
They said there was blood about six foot high on the walls.
It just looked like, it almost looked like somebody came in there with buckets
of blood, just dumped it everywhere. It was really bad.
So he takes off. He runs outside. They call the ambulance.
(09:37):
And they call the cops. The police arrive on the scene. And the first thing
they discover is one of the victims is, in fact, the manager from the night before, Jaina Murray.
She's the one that's face down and she is deceased.
Then the other one is another store employee named Brittany.
She's the one that's tied up and she's very badly injured, but she's still breathing.
(09:59):
Oh, wow. So they immediately get her into an ambulance. They get her with a
detective and they take off to the hospital because they want two things.
Is they want to make sure she's okay and they want to make sure they they find
out what happened as soon as possible so a little background if anybody listening
doesn't know what lululemon is i mean what the fuck but hey that's me oh exactly
(10:23):
you know what the fuck yourself.
I mean, I'm acting like I knew it was something because I work at a fucking
gym, but I didn't even know what to add.
I just assumed they were stretchy pants. They just sound like yoga pants to me. Okay.
So that's funny. So they're extremely popular. They're expensive.
They're yoga pants. And they got other shit. But that's how they started.
(10:46):
They were founded in 1998, and their growth is huge.
So their market cap is like $56 billion. I mean, they're just crushing it and they're everywhere.
Yeah. Like they're not, they're not sleeping on shit.
Glad to know how to edit. So the dogs just sit there chomping in my face.
I'm like, dude, I can't do that.
So they're not going anywhere.
(11:09):
Right. And so Jaina, the, the manager that passed away, dude,
this chick was a badass. Like if I, I'm not going to list everything she did,
because if I did, you would feel like shit.
And so would I, she was 30 years old and she had done so much already.
Like she was an adventurist. She did like rock climbing and kayaking and skydiving.
(11:34):
You know, she traveled already. She'd been to like all these different countries and studied abroad.
Like she did all this bad-ass stuff. She was in great shape.
And one of the reasons she wanted to work
at lululemon was because of what they stood for right
like health and fitness and and bettering yourself and that was right up her
alley so she shined there everybody said she was one of the best people they've
(11:57):
ever worked with you know one of the best friends they could ever have most
you know it's never again it's never somebody that's like a piece of shit that
ends up like this it's always the best people right Right.
They're the idealists, man. They get put in the worst situations. Right. For real.
I mean, it's kind of unfair. It's kind of fucked. But and and the other victim.
(12:18):
So Brittany, I mean, she was same way.
She was a athlete in college. She played soccer.
She come from a big family. She was actually one of, I think, nine siblings. Yeah.
And she was kind of right in the middle. Yeah. And everybody said she was fun
to be around, just great personality, great smile, energetic,
(12:40):
you know, just, and she was the same kind of way.
Like she loved health and fitness and she was actually going to be a,
she was working at Lululemon, but she's also was going to get a job at like
a really upscale gym as a personal trainer.
So that's the kind of people that were working at these places and,
you know, that's what they attracted. But so now the detectives in the ambulance
(13:03):
and they're, they're, they're on their way there and they're talking to Brittany
and they're trying to find out what happened.
And, you know, she's obviously a mess. I mean, the way she's taught,
she's shaken, she's crying.
She keeps asking about her friend, if her friend's okay.
But she does kind of get the story out. Like she, she, you know,
is choppy a bit, but she tells them that what happened was they actually closed
(13:25):
up successfully and they, they went to leave.
And a couple of minutes later, Brittany actually called Jaina and was like,
Hey, you know, I forgot my MetroCard. I need to get back in the store.
And Jaina said, okay, well, that's fine because I actually forgot my laptop.
Like I need to go back anyway. So it was no, it was no big deal.
And Brittany needed the MetroCard because that's what she took.
(13:48):
She took like public transportation to get home.
And so they meet back at the store. And the reason she had to call Jaina was
because Jaina had the keys.
I guess she was like a management management and Brittany was like a sales associate.
So like only certain people had keys. Okay.
Well, as they get to the store, Brittany says like two men kind of come in right
(14:09):
after them. So they get to the door.
I guess the guys could see him unlock it. And like they pushed the door open.
As soon as they did, these guys kind of bum rushed them. Okay.
And the scene that she describes is horrific.
Basically they come in there and they just immediately get violent.
Like they are beating the hell out of these two girls.
(14:30):
And, you know, she's saying how they're not only assaulting them,
but they're screaming at them the whole time.
They are calling her horrendous racial slurs, like calling them whores,
all kinds of stuff. And just, you know, they separate them.
And then, you know, Brittany explains how once they get her in a different room, um,
(14:53):
They're still assaulting her. They're still abusing her. But then one of the
men takes a clothing hanger and violates her sexually.
Oh, my gosh. While she's tied up. Yeah. Yeah. It's horrible.
And she says the whole time this is happening. Go ahead. Just a quick question.
You had mentioned they're calling them racial slurs.
(15:16):
So, Jaina is a white girl and Brittany's a black girl. Okay.
Yeah. So, gotcha. So the racial slurs, they are pointed towards Brittany.
And she actually said, she said, you know, because she was trying to describe
these men to the detective. And she said one was very tall. One was kind of shorter.
They were all in black. They had black mask and they sounded white in her.
(15:38):
She thought they were white.
And it didn't help too with the racial slurs. You just kind of assume.
I mean, I don't think that there would make much sense the other way.
Right. They weren't mentioning Starbucks a lot.
Like Frappuccinos and looking for Lululemon.
Exactly, yeah. Just white noise. That's what we just call that.
(15:59):
Exactly, white noise. I love that.
So she's saying, she's like, yeah, they're using these registers. They're doing this.
And then she says that while she's in the room, she's getting assaulted on her own.
She said that she can kind of see out into the hallway and she sees her co-worker just getting,
you know just beat like she's getting assaulted and she's
(16:21):
you know she can't do anything about it she's also getting assaulted but
she can hear her friends screaming and she
said it's just it just tore her to pieces right like like hers was just as bad
but it seemed like the other was worse right mm-hmm and this goes on she said
for for a while she didn't know the exact amount of time but But she heard Jaina
(16:44):
screaming and getting attacked,
and then she said it kind of cut out.
Like she heard her getting attacked, she heard her screaming,
she heard her screaming, and then she kind of heard her fade out.
And she thought the same thing was going to happen to her. But one of the men
said, you know, basically, you're more fun to fuck. Like we're going to keep you alive.
(17:05):
Jeez. Yeah. Yeah. And some of the stuff they said, like, like there's actually
a book out there that you can read about this and I'll, I'll put it in the notes,
but it actually goes into detail about like the things that these guys have said.
And it's something that I don't even feel comfortable saying right now is, is really bad. Yeah.
I don't know. Did you hear that? I did. Fucking dog.
(17:30):
He's so pissed the door's shut. He's like, oh, cool. I'll just throw shit.
Oh, what a piece of shit. So now they do, you know, the cops obviously immediately
start investigating this and they're trying to find these guys.
And during this time, they do an autopsy of Jaina.
Now, she had sustained 331 injuries.
(17:53):
Injuries golly 330 fucking
one fucking 100
of them were defensive wounds okay now
her which just that blows my mind her attacker used the following things so
they use different weapons a knife a box cutter a hammer a wrench and a metal
(18:18):
bar from a shelving rack that metal bar is what had crushed Jaina's skull and broken her spine.
Her skull was broken to eight different pieces.
Wow. Are these all items? Not, sorry, not to, it sounds insensitive to go right
from crushed skull to asking a question, but are these all things that were just there? Yeah.
(18:40):
Like, I mean, so I don't know, like box cutters and stuff are,
yeah, box cutters, hammer, wrench, a knife, maybe, maybe not definitely the shelving rack.
Cause I'm already at like, just listen to it.
I'm already very suspicious of what's going on because they wouldn't have been
there if it weren't for a Metro card or a laptop being left behind.
(19:02):
And all of a sudden people are, people are there. there like
why why you know are why would they
be there if the store were already closed and then all of a sudden people show
yeah so it's just it makes me wonder like were they prepared
were they coming here prepared to beat the crap out of somebody or
you know rob i don't know like a different like rob and it went wrong or yeah
or just whatever was it a crime of opportunity i don't know obviously i'm sure
(19:27):
you're gonna tell me but this is these are the gears that are spinning right
now just wondering like where did he get i mean i might not tell you like i
said i could You can always throw it for a loop.
The old blue balls, huh? The old blue balls at me?
You're going to blue ball me, Chris? You're not going to fucking blue ball me, bro.
I can't unhear that now. I will stop this right now and I'll do my own goddamn
(19:50):
research if I have to. I'm not going to blue ball me, buddy.
It's funny to be on the other side. Like, you're not going to blue ball me. It's like, oh, God.
So I want to say one thing. Because this, this really, I said the number and
I don't think there's no way that
it really registered because it didn't register for me when I read it.
(20:13):
So 300 injuries, 300 injuries, right?
So I want you to do this. I want, I want, if, if everybody's listening to stop
what the fuck you're doing for a second, stop driving both hands up. I'm just kidding.
But I want you to just act like you have a fucking knife and just chop.
And I want you to like act like you're stabbing anything and count to fucking 20.
(20:36):
All right, so I'm gonna get ready in a second to do it. I just want you to swing
like you're stabbing something 20 times, all right? Everybody go.
And I want you to tell me when you're done. 20. Well, I wasn't putting a lot
of effort into it, though. It was just kind of. Right.
You weren't putting a lot of effort into it. Willy nilly slash.
Some people are probably still doing it. But that was 20 times. 300.
(20:59):
That, I can't, you know, how long that would have taken. Yeah. Is just horrifying.
Right. So when we're talking injuries, we're not just talking like broken things.
We're talking stab wounds. wounds stab wounds bruises
like a blunt force you know all kind of like
when the autopsy they broke it down each one and like i said a hundred
of those were defensive like like she was trying to fucking fight
(21:21):
it off which you know that's that's that's fucked right like i you know i hate
that for i can't imagine being like the family like you know you want to when
that happens like you're hoping i hope it was quick no it wasn't it was yeah
fucking an hour long like Like you're like, I just wouldn't want to know.
I'm just assuming. But, you know, you're just wishing that the damn attacker
(21:45):
had like a fucking heart attack, you know, while it was happening.
So the police started investigating this immediately.
And now Bethesda, Maryland, this town is a very nice area.
And their crime rate is actually very low.
So this immediately stood out huge. And so the cops had a big...
(22:06):
Kind of responsibility on their hands they had to get they had to go ahead and figure out
what the fuck was going on because people were just losing
their minds i mean places were i'm assuming closing
up early nobody probably wanted to work late
like i i can imagine you know they're on
that same block in that your shopping center nobody's wanting
to stay and close up they're like no i'm good absolutely not
(22:26):
so they check out some cameras that
were outside because like i said the apple store was right next to them and
they rewind it
and they go to the time and they actually see two guys
that match the description perfectly and
it's the same time frame and one guy's taller one guy's shorter they're dressed
(22:48):
all in black and they're like fucking find those guys like immediately so the
cops catch up with these guys and they show them the pictures they show Show
them, hey, why were you here? What were you doing?
Turns out the guys were hosts at a restaurant right down the road that you have to wear all black.
(23:09):
And they were like, dude, we were literally just working and we walked by there.
That's when we closed. Awfully convenient.
Awfully convenient. And I'm like, what are the chances of that shit?
First of all, that's some very unlucky shit to get pulled into that.
But it wasn't them. They were ruled out. It's also relative terms,
tall and short, right? Of course.
(23:32):
You're what, 6'1", I'm 5'11", you're tall, I'm short. I don't know.
Right. Standing next to one another.
6'3", but that's... Whoa, sorry. Sorry.
I just assume it was mostly shoe size.
I thought it was mostly heel. My bad. Well, they're called push-ins, buddy.
(23:53):
So they found the car. The car was like three blocks down. And this was Jaina's
car. So one of the cops found Jaina's car. And it was a couple blocks away.
And inside, it did have – there was blood inside. And the blood matched actually
both Jaina and Brittany.
So they find the car. They're not finding any more leads. At one point,
(24:13):
they tracked down a homeless guy that he was known to be violent, and it wasn't him.
But they were busting their ass. They were on top of this.
Now, at the time, they did a rape kit because, like you said,
Britney had been assaulted. Yes.
So the rape kit actually came back kind of weird.
(24:34):
It was negative, but they couldn't be 100% sure. Like it was one of those things
where like, you know, there was stuff found, but we can't prove that it was from that night.
So it was kind of like, you know, give or take, we're not going to put too much on that.
Isn't her testimony enough for that? I don't. That's what I would,
that's what I would think.
But I think they're just trying to, they're trying to cover every scenario here.
(24:57):
So they're just doing their due diligence on everything.
So I want to tell you this, and this is going to piss you off because it pissed me off.
Now the Apple store was right next to them. Okay, so they obviously they go
there and they use the cameras, but they also interview the staff.
The staff tells them, hey, yeah, we heard something that night.
(25:18):
And the cop's like, oh, what'd you hear?
Fuck. Oh, just wait. What'd you hear?
So one of the employees says, well, we heard screaming and what sounded like
big thuds and things getting thrown around and a female voice like screaming in agony. agony.
(25:39):
And at one point I heard a female say, stop, stop, please. Let's talk about it.
Quote, God, please help me.
So this employee goes and gets the manager. So I guess that's one step,
right? Like you did. Okay.
The manager comes and you can see this shit on the video. So I watched a documentary
(26:01):
about this. You can see this on the video. The manager then goes up and he listens.
He hears the same shit and he
hears what he thought was like you
know breathing that was just you know it's called like
agonal breathing or something like that i'm gonna get shit on for not knowing that term
but basically like where somebody is is struggling to breathe and instead of
(26:24):
it first of all they had a security guard there too who had his head oh my god
i don't know what the fuck this guy was doing worse than you sitting up against
the wall too because he's like wow Oh, it sounds like someone's getting the
shit kicked out of him over there.
Huh, guys? He's over there. He's over there listening to like fucking Skrillex
and shit being an asshole.
So fucking ass.
But, you know, and I'm gonna leave him alone because they didn't even ask him to go look.
(26:45):
You know, he was just being a bad employee in the first place.
So but this fucking manager says, oh, not our problem.
Holy God. And so the cop says, hey, man, what what did you fucking think?
Like, why did you not call 911?
Why did you not? He goes, well, we just thought it was drama.
Jesus even still you would call the police over that that's what i'm saying am i right like,
(27:11):
what that bro yes if i heard that shit yes you
call the cops like if it's you're in an apartment a house whatever exactly if
you hear that like they could be my best friends they could be my neighbors
and best friends and if i heard that i would still call the cops and i'd blame
it on another neighbor sorry we just thought you guys were having a little fight
somebody else must Plus, I thought it was more serious. But yeah, no.
(27:32):
Jesus Christ. Talk about really the wrong term, right? Drama.
Bro, you can get fucked 100 times.
That's the worst shit ever. It was just some drama.
Oh, okay, guy. Yeah. All right. Yeah, they were watching The Departed over there, we thought.
It just seemed... I thought I heard Mark Wahlberg's voice, and I just wrote it off.
That's a fucking great movie. That's how everybody up there sounds, right?
(27:57):
That's how I pretty much base it off of that. I know...
Yes i know everything about boston from that movie that's all
you need to know those oh okay yeah it covers all the bases oh so i'm good yeah
i figured out oh and the town you don't even need to go that was a good one
oh the town is a good one yeah ben athlac like if if if it's ben athlac or like
matt damon or you know mark what that's that's it that's that's boston so and andy.
(28:25):
So so so they they keep looking for
this and the cops are on it and you know they say hey apple
employees go fuck yourselves like i don't think they said that but i i am
but yeah they definitely should have and so
at this time the store obviously everybody's tore up you know all her co-workers
all that everybody's just at at odds and and you know just confused about what
(28:49):
happened and they're sad i mean jaina was obviously a huge deal to that entire community and so,
The store at the time puts together kind of a, I don't know what you call it,
like a remembrance, a memorial, you know, something for her just to remember her by, like a ceremony.
And they do like this special prayer and they have this lady come out and do like a meditation.
(29:12):
And it's just like really nice ceremony and everybody was really moved by it.
And there was some, as they're doing the ceremony, there's kind of like a murmur in the crowd, right?
This was seven days after this happened. That's quick.
That's very quick. They were just on it.
And you know what else is quick is as people are talking in the crowd,
(29:33):
it's because they find out.
Yeah, I know. Sorry. Just so you all know.
Two minutes, my guy. Wink. Yeah. I got shit to do.
So they hear a little murmur in the crowd and come to find out the police had
made an arrest. So during this ceremony, breaking news, the police arrested
(29:57):
somebody. Who did they arrest?
Brittany fucking Norwood, the coworker. Fucking knew it, dude.
Yeah, I knew you did. I fucking knew you did. You're trying to bury the lead,
dude, but I'm like, no fucking way.
I forgot my MetroCard. You forgot to shut the fuck up, bitch. There's no fucking way.
No. No. Nobody forgets their MetroCard when they're leaving.
(30:18):
Where did you forget it, bitch? Where did you forget it? In your pocket?
No absolutely not so
it's funny because what gave it so what you kind of call
is you were like all right you you picked up on
the on the items you're like it's you know
the shelving unit and the night you're like oh all this shit's in there when
i first read this story honestly what kind of got me was how she described the
(30:44):
the assailants because she was like oh now i will I will say this real quick,
but there's a Maryland at this island now,
but it was a very predominantly white area.
And she was very heavy on the fact that, oh, these guys use racial slurs and
they and she kept on that, like that they were just the worst people ever.
(31:08):
They were not only like rapists and murderers and violent, but they were also racist.
Racist and so she's a you know
a female black victim talking to
more likely these you know white cops and she's going they said this they said
this and so i'm sure that bought her some some sympathy because the cops are
like whoa yeah not even gonna doubt her for one minute because you know i'm
(31:31):
not gonna be that guy like you
know yeah okay like whatever you said is probably true let's roll with it.
I'm, I'm getting some, some bad vibes. And I mean, I see, I don't want to ruin
the story because I'm picking up on something and I'm, I'm not liking it even more.
So my first, my first thought, I have some thoughts and my brain is slowly starting
(31:51):
to piece things together.
And I, I'm not, I'm not liking where this is going, man. Ooh,
you got them thoughts, huh?
Yeah. That shit gets me in trouble. So thoughts do not recommend.
End so so
she you know she comes in and
they they actually they they interview her right and they're they're
(32:12):
basically trying to like they're trying to talk to
her and again she's sobbing she's inconsolable and she keeps saying like you
know this is my fault like i you know like you said if i wouldn't forgot my
card like no this would happen you know this is all my fault and they're now
the cops are kind of suspecting her or that she's lying and so they're kind
(32:32):
of saying like Like, hey, is there anything you want to tell us?
Like, do you want to just get it off your chest? Like, is there something you
need to tell us? Is there something you're not telling us?
And she's cool as a fucking cucumber, bro. She's like, nope.
No, that's it. Like, everything I said is true. Now, I will say this. Her attack...
Every single one of her cuts were superficial.
(32:55):
So she was attacked. She did get cut. But it's almost like whoever attacked
her wasn't really trying to do damage.
Sure. Not like they were trying to cut her up. Right.
And nothing was life threatening. She had to get like some stitches on her forehead.
She did have to get some stitches between her pointer finger and her thumb, which sounds horrible.
(33:17):
Ooh. Which, when I heard that, I was like, oh, her finger guns are fucked.
That's sad. Can't fire with these bad boys for a little while.
Keep them holstered. That's right. I got blanks in this one.
There's some guys saying that.
(33:38):
Shooting blanks. Shooting blanks is a duster.
Her duster 2000 so they said okay so the cops are like look she's fucking lying we got to catch her,
now earlier i said like they did find they found blood from from both the victims
(34:00):
inside the car so they said okay we'll start with this we'll bring her back
in we'll talk to her and we'll see if she lies about something small so we can
you know if she does that then we're gonna we're We're going to hone in on her.
Then we know she's fucking hiding something.
Yes. So they bring her back in and they're like, hey, you know,
they're just asking her random shit.
They're asking her about, you know, things that she knows about Jaina.
(34:21):
And they're kind of kind of keeping it like almost like they're just trying
to get more information on on everything. You know, it doesn't look suspicious at first.
And then they kind of bring up the car and they're like, oh,
like, did y'all ever go anywhere together?
And you can kind of tell that she catches on after a minute because she starts to shut down again.
And the cops are like well have you ever been in her car and she's like no i
(34:44):
don't think so you know i i don't think i've ever been in her car so they're like okay so she's lying.
Now this is where they say okay we got her we're gonna press her so britney goes home,
and i guess she's doing some thinking she's talking to her family and she comes
back to the cops and she goes oh hey i actually remembered something about what
(35:07):
happened you know like uh,
yeah yeah so she comes back to the station and she brings you know her sister and her older brother.
And she tells the cops that she's like, oh, hey, actually, I do remember I have
been in her car. And they're like, oh, okay, no shit.
But, you know, you're not fucking telling us nothing. Do tell.
(35:28):
Yeah. I can't wait to hear this one. Yeah. So this is what she says.
She said the evil, you know, guys demanded that she go outside and move Jaina's car down the road.
Because I guess it was parked in like a no parking zone. and she
said well they didn't want the the you know the cops to show up
(35:49):
so they said go in there get her
car move it down the road and then
come back and if you don't you know we
know where you live we got your license like we will
come find you and so she
says she obliged you know she went and did that which is
just yeah i yeah heinous murderers are very conscientious about like like civil
(36:15):
parking laws that's right they're number one like we don't want her we're gonna
bash her brains in but if she catches a ticket i'm gonna feel really bad about
that so it's kind of like that one guy was like hey is somebody gonna turn my car off like,
you're worried about the wrong shit my guy like i don't even understand this.
So so so i'm sure the cops are listening to this shit they're going are you
(36:37):
fucking out of your mind like that's not gonna happen right like you know they're
gonna whatever i'm not even been to such on anyone like that's just the dumbest
shit ever heard so so now she has her siblings with her and the cops are like
okay let's do this let's try to talk to them and let's see if,
like they will talk to her and just get her to like tell us
what she knows can can you explain why
(36:58):
she brought the siblings i think just for
support it's just moral support okay yeah she probably i mean
i'm sure she was very close to them like like i said she had like
eight brothers and sisters like i'm sure they were close and she probably
didn't know if it was to like corroborate a story that
they had already worked out beforehand or no
i think it was like something where like she went home and was
(37:21):
basically telling them what happened and what was going on and she probably was like
oh shit i actually remember this and they're like yeah fuck let's go like and
like the older brother's like you gotta fucking go tell them like you can't
just sit here you know okay all right and the older brother so so they finally
he was an engineer he's a real smart guy and he i mean very like analytical
and they're trying to talk to him and they're like like, look,
this is the evidence we have.
(37:43):
You know, we believe that she either did it or knows who did it.
Like, it's just not adding up.
And they're like, you need to go in there and talk to her. Like you need to
get her to tell us what she knows, or this is going to be a long drawn out process
and she's going to get in more trouble. Right.
So he goes in there and he's, you know, trying to get her to like,
yeah, he's trying to like, say, Hey, look, what, just tell me what happened.
(38:06):
Tell me what happened. Tell me everything, you know, don't lie to me.
And she asked like, oh, are they recording?
And he's like, no, no, they're not. And I mean, yes, they are.
It's a fucking police station.
But thank God that they thought not like, yes, they are.
Did he did he think that maybe I mean, he's an analytical dude.
(38:28):
He probably knows. Right. And that's what I thought that I thought I was like,
maybe he knows and he's just trying to throw off. But I yeah, I don't know, man.
Like, it really looked like he maybe didn't. And so, you know,
it's like, regardless of how it happened, they, you know, she believed they were not recording.
Okay. But she still didn't like, she kept saying like, I don't want to,
(38:49):
because he was like, tell me what happened. Tell me what happened.
She's like, I don't want to talk about it here. I don't want to talk about it here.
Which, okay. So you do know something. Yeah. You're not going to say that because you don't know shit.
So might as well just fucking throw it out. Right. Yep.
So he keeps pressing. And one of the things he says, which I thought was interesting,
and you're going to learn a little more about her in a minute,
(39:10):
but he says, what happened between y'all two?
Did you try to steal something? Is that what's going on? Did you try to shoplift?
And she's like, no, no, no. I swear I'm not doing that this time. I'm better at that.
Yeah. And I thought that was interesting that he just jumps to that.
He's like, what'd you try to steal, motherfucker?
(39:30):
I know this is your fault. You're a little fucking thieving ass.
So you know older brother always knows man yeah
i i am the older brother so i
would know same same i'm i got
you know oldest i get it like you know everything about
your siblings right and sometimes you gotta be there
to say hey you're a stupid fuck but i love you hey you're a horrific murderer
(39:54):
and a sociopath let's go talk to the cops yeah right and so he you know like
i was was giving this guy kudos at first because he was like really just trying
to tell her like look you need to just it it you know what happened tell me
like he's just trying to get her to talk.
And he's saying like you know why did
y'all fight why you know what happened like he's trying
(40:15):
to get it out of her and then he starts telling her like look either way
you know every time you start talking to them you
look down you're looking to your left like you can tell you're lying like
he's trying to give her advice he's like you need to look over here and look
straight at this one one thing and just stick to your story like if you're gonna
lie you need to lie the right way and i'm like all right guys so and that's
(40:37):
look i mean i that's a weird situation to be in like it's your little sister
you're trying to help her but at the same time you probably know like she's
fucked like she's going to jail so maybe you're just trying to make her feel better about,
it's still your sister so it's yeah but yeah,
So I'm going to dive into Brittany's past just for a minute.
We're going to do a little quick breakdown.
She has a problem with stealing shit. You know, she did play soccer in the past.
(41:02):
She played for Stony Brook College.
And I mean, she was really good. And she had friends there. Everybody loved
her. She was like an awesome athlete.
But they all knew that she would steal shit.
And actually, it was like well-known. like some
of the girls would tell like new girls like yo don't fucking
not lock your shit up because this little bitch will go fucking leave your bag
(41:22):
open yeah wow like that's some
dude i yeah i don't know that's that's
fucked but they're like yeah don't don't leave your shit around her like she'll snatch it
and they're like oh cool this is a great team yeah i'm just picturing like britney
with like eight soccer balls in her shirt britney did you did you steal the
no nope don't know what you're talking about i gotta go guys see you see you
(41:47):
see you branch in the morning the church.
My my nighttime service she's like
i gotta i gotta lay off the cheeseburgers you know exactly yes go for a little
jog yeah like all right the ball's like falling out the back shirt exactly y'all
saw that right y'all did see this this girl did just walk out like that right,
(42:12):
i love how she's stealing soccer balls like that's what she's stealing
like she's not stealing she's stealing soccer balls she
just like walks out she's like oh that's out of bounds i'm
just gonna take that home you know you know how criminals they
just they're always pushing the envelope i mean it was easy enough like taking
a couple bucks out of a purse like you know i'm gonna steal some lipstick throw
it in the pocket but that's the big score dude you can take the ball bag take
(42:35):
the ball like like they're losing the game and she just picks the ball up she's
like nobody's winning motherfucker like i'm taking this home i'm pregnant this
is my baby leave me alone this is my baby.
Oh no my baby what was that
i don't know what fucking show that was but somehow some some
(42:56):
girls trying to fake like being pregnant she's got like this ball
like thing under her shirt and like she like turns and
like hits like a counter and it just like gets pushed
to the side she goes oh no my baby like what
it sounds familiar it's gonna drive me crazy i wish i would even brought it
up um and i'm sure there's somebody listening going it's this and again you're
(43:19):
an idiot well that's that's when they can chime in on social media and yeah
tell us if you know what that was tell us and if you don't then you know you're not exactly
you're no better than us so we can all go fuck ourselves together united fuck
so that's that's called an orgy i'm gonna start making up names for the united fuck it's a fancy orgy.
(43:47):
So right so britney so
britney's path yeah she stole the soccer but she stole a lot of shit so
she would still like she was still like money out of her fucking teammates
you know purses and shit she would and it
didn't go away so she actually even when
she got to lulu lemon i think
(44:07):
right around this time they were actually planning on firing her
she had been kind of
caught stealing there like she had stole like a
co-worker's like perfume which you know if you
know anything about perfume that's just expensive and this
bitch like she was like said something to the girl she she
was like oh i really like your perfume and she's like oh thanks and then
(44:28):
like the next day that shit's gone you know
like you like you're a piece of
shit dude like you're gonna tell the girl like hey nice like you
know i i don't like thieves man i'm not i i don't like people that steal shit
like do not fucking steal shit especially like don't steal shit at all right
but especially from fucking other people that are like your peers like if you
(44:51):
are an asshole and and you steal something like from a fucking, you know,
big ass company and you, you know, whatever, you're still a piece of shit,
but like you're stealing from people that are on your same, you know,
tax bracket. Yeah. I was going to say, yeah.
Yeah fuck off you know so is it
just like fun is that is there is that what she i mean
is there any like details on that did she i mean
(45:14):
obviously it's a compulsive behavior but was she doing it just because like
she really thought she needed it was it just like a fun like she thought it
was fun to fuck around with people so jealousy so here's the thing about her
and and one of the i wasn't gonna i'm not gonna dive too much into the like
the whole psychology of it but there There was a bunch of things I was reading that,
(45:34):
you know, her childhood,
like she had the nine brothers and sisters.
And at some point, her family did pretty well. They did it in a nice area.
But at some point when she was a child, like I think she might have been in
her, you know, early teens or something like that.
The family hit real like hard times. Like they, you know, the economy dropped.
(45:57):
They had to like pull everybody out of private school.
They racked up a bunch of debt.
And there was some like studies and some articles that were saying like when
these kind of things happen, kids can develop this like unsafe feeling.
And it's almost like stealing and that kind of shit makes you feel like you're
(46:17):
in control of something sometimes, right?
Not excusing what she did, obviously, because it doesn't matter.
Like fix your shit. Like I can't blame everything on my childhood or I'd be fucked.
So, you know, but it's one thing to point out and go, okay, maybe that's what
started this. But then you become an adult and you hopefully stop. Yeah.
But now she was about to get fired. So Lululemon, the managers had noticed that
(46:40):
these things were happening and it was apparently pretty hard to fire people at this company.
Like you had to have a lot of reason and a lot of paperwork.
And so at the time they were like, all the managers were like on alert.
They were like, hey, if she does it again and somebody catches her,
that's it. She's gone. on.
So now what actually happened that night is, you know, cause she finally started
(47:02):
fessing up. She started telling them, you know, what happened.
And she says, Hey, you know, I really did leave my card.
Like that really happened. She said, but what we find out is the actual motivation
for this is as they're leaving Lululemon that night,
(47:24):
they have this thing at Lululemon where they check each other's like bags and
stuff like that to make sure like no merchandise is gone.
Yep. And I'm sure you've been somewhere like that. Like I used to work at the gap. Yeah.
That's, that's what they do. You worked at the gap. I worked at the gap.
Yep. They checked my purse every night. That's amazing.
That's some white people shit right there.
(47:45):
That's where I got my favorite pink polo, my friend. Oh yeah.
You got your Starbucks and you're headed to the gap. It's going to be a good fucking day.
That's awesome and my toyota celica.
Hold on okay i pause you
ever have you ever seen seinfeld you've watched seinfeld of course okay
(48:06):
there's one episode where like elaine is dating.
This guy and she thinks the guy's like mixed like
he's like half black half white and he thinks
that she's spanish for some reason and they
both like don't talk about it but they just think it through the
whole episode and at the end of it
they're sitting at that booth in that coffee shop and it's
(48:27):
like when they find out that neither one of them are mixed
with anything and because they find out because
the waitress says something to him and she goes wait a minute
so like you're not mixed he's
like no you know i'm white and she's like and he goes you're not
spanish and she's like no and he
goes oh he's like so we're just some white people
(48:48):
and she's like yeah he's like all right and
he looks upset he goes you want to to go to the gap and she's like
yeah let's go fuck all
i love it
i love stereotypes i've never been to the gap but it's still funny
you've never been i've never been it's not
what it used to be it we used to be top notch man and
(49:10):
then then with the downfall of malls in america and
the rise of amazon and that was it man and now what now we're all poor white
people because of that you know know yeah this is white people we're past our
prime i'll say this i wore lugs okay that's all i'm gonna say i wore lugs around
that time so what are lugs.
(49:32):
Yeah i know i know uggs i know like like the
moon i know uggs i don't know lugs i wore lugs
i was shopping in the whole opposite end of the mall okay yeah
yeah listen i'm not
i i i would shop at like hot topic man
like i i wasn't you know i i was pierced even
at a young age and tattoos and stuff but i
(49:54):
worked at the gap i was i mean it's
not like it was against my will i was pierced you did
like you were assaulted i was pierced pierced me
they made me listen to the metal like i'm
sorry you pick which ear whichever one
is the not gay one nothing nothing against
(50:15):
that but i'm not i'm not
trying to wear it on my sleeve the fucking year i forgot
about that that was a big deal remember that dude you want to get your ear pierced
it's like wait a minute whoa like yes i need to know which side of all right
i got i i did get my first piercing was my ear one of them i still don't remember
which one i got pierced but i do remember that it was a thing that one meant that you were,
(50:40):
a gay man and so yes you're i mean you're married now with some kids i think
you got the right one pierced but i don't know i got over it or maybe you got
the wrong one pierced i worked through it you know all right that's fine whatever
happened happened man i mean he i'm sure he loved you so.
So, so I want you to look up lugs later and you'll just laugh your ass off.
(51:01):
So, we're back where they got to check each other's stuff to see,
make sure no stuff is going missing.
So, Jaina sees that she has a pair of yoga pants in her purse.
And they still have the tag on them. So, she's like, hey, listen,
you're already on thin ice.
Did you pay for these? And she said, yeah, yeah, yeah.
(51:22):
She said, I bought them from, I think it was like Aya.
I can't say her name, but it's like E-I-L-A. but she basically says like yeah
i i bought them from a different sales associate.
And so she said okay well we'll find that we'll find out and so she calls her
and they're like she's like nope i didn't sell it to her so she says all right cool she's like look,
(51:45):
nothing we can do about this tonight but tomorrow we're gonna go ahead and tell the manager and
they're gonna deal with it like i'm not gonna deal with it now at
this point britney's kind kind of freaking out because like i
said she had this this big interview coming
up like it was like a second interview at this big gym i
think it was called equinox it's like a real famous like just big time gym
(52:07):
and she wanted to get
that job and she's probably thinking all right well if i
get fucking fired right now for for stealing like
i'm not gonna get this job so she she walks
away they lock up the store and at this point
that's when hey yo britney britney trying to
steal an an entire smith machine can we just like just like
(52:27):
imagine that she's just like yanking that shit out the door
hey every day every day
they open the gym it's like a couple feet to like to the left inch closer he
just sneaks it out and they're like one day it's like out in the parking lot
over the next two years she gets into her fucking house and she's just working
(52:48):
out like doing squats what a bitch dude that's amazing,
They're like, I swear there was a Smith machine right here. It's like behind them.
She's like, bye guys. She throws a shirt over it. They'll never notice it. One fucking t-shirt.
(53:11):
It's hanging over the barbell.
Worked for the soccer balls.
She's like so convinced. She's like, I'd steal anything.
So anyways, they're leaving. They're leaving the store, and she's freaking out.
So at this point, she does call one of the other sales associates because she
didn't have Jaina's phone number.
(53:32):
Okay. So she calls one of the sales associates and basically is like,
hey, I need Jaina's phone number. I need her to open the door for me.
And so they're like, okay, and they give it to her. So she texts her and says,
hey, I left my MetroCard.
And I think Jaina even said like, oh, that's fine.
Like even if we can't find it like i'll give you mine which of course
(53:53):
like she's like fucking a great person yeah so
now britney's a
fucking bitch and she hasn't said everything she
hasn't like completely fessed up she never has she's silent treatment with with
the cops but this is what they have kind of pieced together from what they have
from what she has told her so they go back and And Brittany's already made up
(54:18):
her mind that she's not going to get caught for this.
And when they get to the store and unlock it, it appeared that she,
you know, they walked to the back, they're looking for it.
And that's when she grabbed, you know, like one of those like metal rods and
like snuck her and started hitting her.
And this would make sense that the attack kind of covered with the amount of
(54:41):
blood there was. the attack took place to where I think Jaina was trying to,
you know, reason with her and run at the same time and be like, you know, it was shock.
Like what is fucking going on? And when the Apple employees who still fucking suck, yes.
You heard them, the girl saying we can talk, stop.
(55:01):
Like, yeah, what are you doing? Stop. Like she's trying to talk sensitive to her.
And this girl is spending what's probably 10, 15 minutes, just violently assaulting
this girl, you know, with, with different.
And, and, and I said, I listed to like five different
fucking weapons so she's going and getting different things and coming back
and still hitting this girl crazy you ever you ever have dreams like that where
(55:25):
you're trying to like like kill someone that's attacking you and it's taking
you like forever to do it or is i or am i the only psycho no tell me more on the podcast right now,
talk to me buddy no it's okay it's okay this is this is that'll be some of the
patreon content we'll just uh google in deeper police department.
(55:50):
Singe recording tell me all about it my guy,
okay never mind you're right you're right i mean people have this kind of i
had one One time when I was younger where I was, I mean, I was like 10 and there's
this like fucking piece of shit guy.
He was like 15, which back then he was like huge and just this older kid.
(56:13):
And you're like, wow, that's funny.
But he was like trying to fight me all the time.
And I think I had a dream that, you know, like we fought and I got,
you know, I had him on the ground and I'm like trying to punch him and like nothing's landing.
Like it's just, I'm hitting the ground and he's like moving his head.
Ed he's like i get that all the time not a reeves like matrix shit yeah i'm
(56:34):
like fuck you know so then i'm like okay cool i'm just gonna bring a baseball
bat to school like i don't know,
it was probably i gotta be a problem solver man if i can't
hit him with my with in the dream then we're gonna figure something out
i just imagine like how
crazy it is that she had the dedication just keep trying new
things like i feel like if i like like did my took the
(56:56):
first bar and like whacked and like nothing
happened to be like oh shit what did i just do you know
okay so you're right i'm glad you
said that because because so real quick
so she so this happens right and now and i'm
gonna get to this part real quick because what you just said but britney
spends like seven months waiting on her court date so she's in jail waiting
(57:18):
on this and just a side note they recorded her phone calls i mean obviously
you know you're in jail and she spends like the main thing she's concerned about
is like how she fucking looks like she's like oh my god like my fucking hair
my nails like whatever I just wanted to point out that she's a fucking piece of shit so so.
So she is found guilty of a first degree murder and she sentenced to life in prison.
(57:43):
And the, the judge had actually said that at one point, and he like scorches this bitch, dude.
I mean, he goes off on her and he just pretty much tells her like,
you're the worst of humanity.
Like, you know, go fuck yourself. I'm sure he said it way more,
you know, intelligently, but.
I would have respected him more if he just said it like that.
Yeah. He's like, go fuck yourself. And then like throws the, the, the gavel.
(58:05):
He's like gavel drop gavel drop but
he said that he had went home one of the nights during the trial and like it
kind of what i had like you doing earlier with like swinging 20 times he said
he he kind of mimicked that right and he went to his table and just kind of nonchalantly did 300.
(58:27):
You know swipes and he said it
took him 10 minutes and now this is just
him fucking standing there there just non-stop doing
the same thing yeah you want to add in that the person
was fighting back yeah that she was running that you
had to change weapons so he basically tells her he said look i
don't want to hear this shit that you flipped out he said you had plenty of
(58:49):
opportunities to stop and look at what
the fuck you were doing and go i don't want to
kill this person today yeah he said but you kept doing
it you kept going on and so now you've got
jana who is a fucking fucking apparently a
model citizen and this motherfucker comes in
and just ruins her shit and says you know
(59:09):
what i want to steal these fucking yoga pants i'm going to commit murder because
i want a fucking job at a gym and being a personal trainer
who is probably going to suck anyway let's be honest so
yeah he just went off on her and like i i love
that shit right i love when the judges like get they get
there like the final word you know yes like some jerry springer shit
yes yeah well because they're doing
(59:30):
what we want to do that's we're all
sitting here thinking the same thing we're like thank god somebody did
this i and you did
mention this motherfucker i just want to note that so i don't know
if i don't know but that was great that
was great you said my face lit up i lit up
i didn't hear what you said for the next 10 seconds because.
(59:52):
I was just pump i was just fist pumping
the airs soundtracks coming
out so they're just so i really
wonder dude i wonder if the judges when they get a case like this if they're
you know they're sitting there and they're like you know they know the case
is coming to an end and they're like oh all right here's my time to shine and
(01:00:14):
they're like yes what am i gonna say you know because they're i mean obviously
like everybody's like watching them and you know it's a big deal And some of these judges,
like, man, they do some fucking mic drops,
like big respect because they say some shit that I'm like, wow.
And then I forget that, you know, they went to school for 100 years and they're
actually very intelligent. So, like, no wonder. Yeah. Yeah.
Now they're probably going to use fucking like what chat GPT to write their shit. Trash.
(01:00:41):
So one thing that this was, I didn't want to ruin it and get ahead and just,
you know, because I didn't want to be a twat.
But yeah, well taught me, bro.
It had occurred to me this whole time. I'm like, okay, I bet you she's fucking guilty, dude.
Like it occurred to me. Maybe it's just too coincidental that these dudes showed up,
(01:01:02):
you know, but i'm so slow right i'm
still thinking that she orchestrated it
with two guys you know that's that
was my first thought i was like oh man she did this and then
oh they kind of cut her and or like tied her up and
everything and then even after it's like well they started
you know well the cops arrested her i'm like well they better
(01:01:23):
find the two guys too you know that's good
though you know so
yeah yeah well because you don't think that
that this girl could do that like you're as capable of that
yeah you don't think that her co-worker you know
this this tiny chick is gonna like do this like
violent violent crime like yeah maybe she
(01:01:44):
set it up yeah i mean whatever like because then you're kind of you know
you're you're involved but you're not hands-on yeah.
Yeah yeah it's a different level you know you could turn away
at the death blow or whatever you know you right like
it's like saying hey i ordered the attack but i'm not on the front line
like you're just gonna say like cool like you're not involved in
it but yeah no i mean it's so it's crazy to think like no
(01:02:05):
it was her it was her she she flipped out and you
know the one thing i didn't mention she did have a past like with the
stealing but she also had a a past like with some violent tendencies where she
had this this ex that she dated he was a dentist and i guess he had come out
and said like yeah you know they they i think they did it for like a year and
(01:02:26):
he admitted like she was she was violent towards him she would like attack him and when they argued.
And it got so bad to the point with them that when he moved on and he was like
hey like we're not together no more like i'm seeing somebody else like she would
stalk them she like broke in their house and of course stole so she was she
was kind of unhinged but okay but again you know you attack somebody like and you freak out like.
(01:02:50):
Okay it it's not good but you
know okay it happens and you know whatever like
you said she hit her yeah and then you're like oh i should
have done that yeah sorry instead she just continues to
do it for tim and why this girl's like begging for her life yeah yeah that's
yeah and still it's you know not to not to beat the dead horse here but when
(01:03:12):
when you're talking about the listening in and her saying things like the maybe
we can talk about this i was like wow like Like, what kind of, I guess you just,
I'm still envisioning a large human beating her.
And I'm like, well, I guess you just kind of just trying to swing it for anything,
you know? Like, hey, we could talk about this as you're getting like beat up, I guess.
I'm like, that's just such a weird thing to say instead of like screaming for
(01:03:34):
help or, you know, something like that.
But now that you know it's her, it makes sense. Now, yeah, it clicks.
But yeah, and I guess it just took me too long.
You're just a good storyteller, man. And that's why, you know,
I, I, I didn't see through it right, right at the beginning,
but you don't say hats off to me is what I'm gonna say on that one. That's well, yes, sure.
Just to toot my own horn, you know, you're smart.
(01:03:56):
I'm stupid. You're beautiful. I am not very attractive, but you know what?
I also have the benefit of knowing the stories that are going to help. Yeah.
And being a psycho where I just know all these, but like I said, that's fine.
Are now i do want to mention this before is
so she did her brothers jana's
(01:04:18):
brothers they actually started a foundation and i'm
going to put this in the in the notes too because you know
people hear this story and they want to look this up and and support it
but it's like the it's called the jana troxel murray foundation and it basically
supports you know like i said she was into all kinds of stuff she was into you
know rock climbing and and you know kayaking and skydiving and just just being
like a fucking bad-ass and this basically supports like kids that want to get into that stuff.
(01:04:43):
And that's pretty cool. So if people can, um.
But yeah, so, you know, again, stealing is wrong.
Don't do it. But fuck, that is an overreaction to that shit, right?
Like, you got caught, okay? Like, it happens. You got caught.
Get fucked. Like, just let it go. Yeah.
Take your licks and let it go. I mean, you know, what's even worse is she probably
(01:05:08):
still would have got that fucking job.
Like, you're a personal trainer. Calm the fuck down. Yeah. Yeah.
That's what made me think about the stealing the smith machine
because i'm like well what can i mean she got obviously money you
know but working at a gym it's not like merchandise is just sitting
around popping two and a half pounders in your
bag and walking out maybe i and they might
(01:05:29):
not even do like they might not even fucking call like they probably
won't even call the references they're like oh you're a trainer cool come on
like i don't give a shit you know yeah oh lululemon yeah
exactly that's there's zero overlap in
abilities here other than right right can you
can you talk with people sure but i
mean but again none of these people really have a lot
(01:05:49):
of reason for the horrible things they're doing and that that's something that
you're going to see a lot of and you know but i
i did want to point out because so far a lot
of the people that we've covered have been
you know neglected horribly or something like that where you know
she had a a really really good upbringing she was just a
bitch that we know of right i mean
(01:06:10):
yeah but i'm assuming it was good like like look she
had nine siblings and one of them was a fucking engineer and none
of them are in the news for you know violently murdering somebody so i'm they're
doing pretty good she was just a brat dude she was a fucking brat and then she
turned into a fucking psychotic killer and you know again somebody that was
(01:06:32):
awesome got taken away and and replaced with a fucker.
So, but yeah, I mean, not anymore.
She's in jail, but yeah, it's still, it's just that shit kind of whatever.
Trash just trash so fresh yeah but
that's what i was like i was you know last week i was like lulu living we're gonna
cover you know i knew i just wanted to say it was
(01:06:53):
a clothing brand and like just kind of leave it at that but yeah i knew this
was a little different there's a lot of big stories around major brands right
like yeah isn't there like an italian brand that's like pretty close to the
mafia or something like that i was like where is he going with this man well Well, I'm sure.
I mean, Italian, but I mean, I've seen Goodfellas. I know everything there is to know about Italians.
(01:07:20):
So anything you want to know. You got Boston? Nailed down. You got Italians?
Nailed down. Yeah, you know. Fucking My Cousin Vinny. I know my biological clock.
Any other good movies that I need to know of, I'll learn about the entire world.
(01:07:40):
You're just just a master of cultures that's
right that's right exactly i've seen the
forrest gump so alabama's covered which by the way is a solid fucking movie
i'm just gonna go and say that like that movie is fucking 100 amazing that's
that's one of those if it's on i'm not turning it just they stay in there are
(01:08:01):
parts of it i don't like the chick i don't like the girl man She's a bitch.
I hate it. I love it because of him. I hate it because of her.
She's a bitch. He's waving at her. He's jumped off the boat. He gets the AIDS.
He's so nice. She's just a fucker.
(01:08:25):
The kids are throwing rocks at him. They're shitheads. That movie's great.
I can't say ice cream without Lieutenant Dying Ice Cream.
I can't have ice cream unless I've said that. and
hats off to lieutenant dan who's a fucking legit badass
like no legs up on the top of that boat screaming
you know that dude that dude's on
another fucking level man like you know he's that guy makes me feel like a pussy
(01:08:50):
so well he's not real so don't do that he's not real but still i i like i like
to make myself feel small so i will never be lieutenant dad,
Screaming at yourself in the mirror Yelling at my legs Damn it.
(01:09:11):
That's why I fucked my leg You can just be a little closer to that,
I'm like hobbling around I'm like my inner Lieutenant Dan's coming out Piece
of shit Piece of shit with your two legs Exactly Just hating myself for it Just self-loathing,
You start wearing really big
pants so you can't tell that you really even have like two separate legs.
(01:09:35):
I'm gonna have to go get another pair of lugs for this shit.

do some things by state we're gonna pick a
state and just tell them about the horrible people
that they have given the world just make
(01:10:18):
everybody feel bad about where they live i like it
we're traveling across america one piece of
garbage at a time that's right that's right before
we go international like we'll start here i mean we've already fucking done
canada like i mean it's an international national podcasts i like it we're big
in norway i'm just gonna point that out we're fucking huge in norway so shout
(01:10:42):
out to fucking the norwegians over there just like blowing us up that's amazing.
Like i didn't even know they spoke english so i don't know that's i'm
an idiot so all right guys they they're
all of a sudden zero norway listers like they're actually
using this podcast to learn in english they're playing
in the classroom that's the fucking bad idea this motherfucker
(01:11:04):
this mother fucker they're
in class doing it you're not saying it say it with more anger say it more anger
inga come on inga say it this motherfucker there you there there you have your
salmon you know you weren't getting your your locks for breakfast,
(01:11:27):
can't wait till these kids show up and some fucking in charleston on their school
trip fucking learning about american history these motherfuckers with their
finger gun gang t-shirts.
We love america yeah that was german we're kind of in germany too so don't hate
(01:11:51):
us too much for our horrible accents but um i anytime i do a german accent it sounds two ways.
It sounds either gay or angry. That's all I can do.
Because I'm like, oh, yeah, I'll go with that thing.
It just sounds so... It's one extreme. I can't sound like a normal German person.
I'm either just horribly upset or...
Or I'm like, heading downtown to have a good time with the fellas.
(01:12:14):
That's the only two German accents I could do.
Which neither one are German, so that's great.
You've just learned a gay accent and an English accent.
I know all my accents from Family Guy. That's the problem.
Yeah. The only accent I've ever learned is how Peter does it on Family Guy.
(01:12:37):
So that's kind of how I formulate myself.
It's the lays but we'll do we'll do a show where we just do accents that's that's
it that's it pick your accent learn it we'll do the entire show where one of us has an accent,
you gotta you gotta answer everything in
(01:12:58):
like a fucking korean accent oh my god
it'll flip a coin dude like that'll be the live show right it's like somebody
can type in an accent you just just gotta fucking pick it up oh man the most
offensive show ever oh my god yes i mean that comes with a big disclaimer at
the beginning right like the disclaimer says don't listen,
(01:13:23):
please turn this shit off don't listen you will sue us,
you are better than this it's just a fucking motivational thing are you really
is this all you have to do in your life right now like,
you can do something else like go slap a child more productive than this shit
(01:13:45):
kick a puppy do something.
Music.
