We talk about resistance in coaching, and what you notice. There’s mention of systemic practice and ritual. This is about noticing and naming - as an offer, in partnership. There’s a subtle difference when done well from typecasting or diagnosing. Brene Brown says that the opposite of pathologising is normalising.
