Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs* is a whimsical children's story set in the fictional town of Chewandswallow, where food falls from the sky like weather. Instead of rain, snow, or wind, the townspeople experience showers of pancakes, storms of hamburgers, and even spaghetti tornadoes. While this food-based weather is initially fun and convenient, it soon spirals out of control as the portions grow too large and dangerous. The townspeople are forced to flee the town in search of a new home, leaving behind the bizarre world where meals once fell from the sky. The story is told through the lens of a grandfather's bedtime tale, delighting children with its imaginative and humorous premise. An excellent tool for teachers, learning to read & learning English.
