So we want to hear a little bit. You have
been around for how much of the Turkey Time this
is the twelfth annual one, so how many of these
have you done? So this is my tent one in

two seven and I was part of two thousand nine,
so that was my first one. So we got we
always gotta give on Davin, Joseph and and Enjoyment too.
Blood big ups, you know forgetting this thing in two
thouand seven, because you know, without those guys, you know,
nothing is as possible. So you know, those guys have
deserved the credit all the time, which is so cool.
What are some of your favorite memories and moments from
participating in and over the years? Our favorite? But I

just got to say that, you know, I enjoyed the
giving part of it. You know, these guys get to
come my hand and you know, and invest their time
and the energy you know, to give him back to
this community. So that's that's to me. That's a big thing.
That's awesome. And yeah, you guys raised so much more,
you guys Raissline's and that's hard. I try to get

at it. You know that that just take me how
big this thing is because they opened That tells me
how impressive you are that you convinced him. How did
that go? Social media was a rookie. Tell me how
this went when he was here is different than now rookie,
just not as much as much. You oh yeah, yeah

because when I came to him and asked somebody, he
was all on boy even he just man, just wouldn't
he actually offered more than what it's supposed to be.
How far we've come. This is good only here since
you've been here the whole time these two have been.
Tell me how you them grow and change since they
were we little rookies, these two were here. Oh, these
guys that came along way from when they came in here.

You know, first of all with with with Ali, you
know I didn't thinking about Ali. Alice a thinker, you
know overl thinker. You know, you know he's one of
these guys that that that that that if you asked
him how the earth is, it wasn't vented he to know.
He's always reading some kind of book that that that
that makes no sense, like you know, how how the

earth got around or something? You know what I mean.
He's he's a he's a smart and telling the guy.
You know, I love that And and the big man
over here. You know that that that the big left
hap over here and came a home long long ways,
you know, in his game and as a person. I mean,

this guy over here, you can tell he was he
was raised by you know, some good people. You know,
maybe like a good grandma or something. This guy, this
guy generally got a big heart. You know, a guy
a joke aron and have fun. Man, I don't think
you know all the years, I've never seen this guy
like with a frown on his face. I don't know
what do you do? Like like me? I called himself
like a Christian person and say, but you see this

guy always small and always got a good attitude of being.
I don't know how you do it. Man, all my sunshine,
you know, always making jokes. That's amazing. And now both
of you have played next to Alice since you've kind
of slid down the line here we laughed. Are you

feeling left out? Josh? Come say hello? We're talking about
TV babies. What's up? We got we got Evan Smith,
said Evans daughter Jocelyn. Over here, let's go out to
family affair out here. This is pretty great. I know. Yeah,
you guys, are you guys, she called me to come

I just left. We had we had a in admission
during the show. That's true. I like that. That was
kind of fun. We need random guess popping in. People
should just come by just random like people. Okay, So
I also want to hear what we're talk about the
fact that you played next to Ali. Both of you
guys are playing next alley. We were laughing that we

heard that a certain person stepped on Ali a few
times recently. Did he ever do that to you? He didn't,
So Donna has just tends to you to kick out,
as we like to say, more adopted. That's true for Yeah,
So what was it like playing playing next to this guy?

(05:44):
Early on? I didn't communicate, you know, I like, I
like my gals, you know, telling me what to do,
you know, you know, you telling me who ipposed the block?
And you know I have a hard time you know,
paying this him in that stuff, you know, and didn't
communicate too well with many times over there. Better now

(06:08):
he got you got big donning over there. So we
don't talk. Yeah, we actually don't talk about talk. Don't talk,
you know, that would make it work. Can't work. They
just improvised. We were also talking abot how asking if
they had it hardest rookies or not, and then how
they have treated the rookies. Now, so they had you know,

(06:29):
when I came in as a rookie, you know, we
had some like old veteran guys that really like treated
rookie is pretty bad. Now they had to easy man
he is Now I don't know what they do, so
I don't believe in hazing, So I don't, you know,
try to bother nobody. But you know, you know you
still these bookers got a way too easy now. I mean,

I mean I listen when I when I'm a roofia
they used to du don't take take guys up and
put them in the cold tub and time up to
the to the this is all hypothetical. No, how thankful
are you guys that this was not a thing that
happened to you, thanking this is the kind of veteran

(07:13):
guy you wanted here. Although now I noticed that is
this part of what's making you William come on the show.
And now we're making all the young guys do the
heavy lifting of turkey time. Yeah, it kind of feels
like we've rolling a little bit because you got the
young guys doing all the heavy lifting makes it easy.
Donovan made a good point that those are lifting a
thousand turkeys over the course of a night, can can
start to get can get a little touch of you.

So we're making them do the heavy lifting to night.
Is at the strategy here. They need to do the work.

Favorite Thanksgiving foods. We'll start here and work our way
down thoughts for number one is stuffing for me? That's
my number one. And now this is a non traditional item,
but it's a a at my household. Is baking wrap
scalops because it's my favorite food. Just why not included
in Thanksgiving? I heard that's what the original. I've been

doing it in my household ever since I got paid.
That's wonderful. That's amazing, are you. Uh? Definitely stuffing as well,
because we do a unique thing we do. We put
two whole chickens in the stuffing. So we cut the
chicken up, cut the cut the meat off the chicken,
and put the chicken in with the stuff. And so
it's like its own base by So I'm a huge

not a huge turkey guy, love chicken stuff and though
chicken stuff that sounds pretty did he just revolutionized some
things here. It's amazing. My grandma, my grandma e Lane Candy,
who is probably gonna see this later. She revolution Grandma, Grandma,
thank you so much. Appreciate that I've heard, haven't you
said some pretty amazing things about you Grandma's cooking, especially pies.
Remember that my mother and my grandmother knocking out of

the park with everything they make. This is how to
create an alignment everybody. Oh yeah, my mom just sent
me cookies just just today. Chocolate. Didn't share with anyone. Actually,
it's like, well I hadn't opened them yet, it will
be shared, okay now they I'm not selfish. Ch I
can't eat all those by myself, all right, favorites foods
definitely stuffing and then uh consensus, man, I don't know

what how do you? How do you not know? Potatoes, gravy,
mashed potatoes and gravy. Can do mac and cheese at
your No, we do cheese. Potatoes don't do mac and cheese.
Mac and cheese. My sister isn't charging the mac and cheese?
Which one? Nice? All right? This is a very important question.
That's like a pet peeve of mine. So when do

you decorate for the holidays? Before or after Thanksgiving? I
don't when would it be acceptable for a person to
do this? If you don't do this, wrench over here
Thanksgiving Day the day after? You said, just that weekend,
But it's after a thing. Never do it before? Never.

(15:00):
This is why I had all of you guys on
the show. This is amazing. I mean who does that?
First of all? Every mall for yeah, have you ever
walked into a whole The mall just want people spend
money there, so like time to buy gifts. Can spend
your money here, you know? So for eating the Thanksgaving meal?
Is there a strategy for how to do this? The
most officially, do you eat before or do you save

(15:22):
every bit of eating for that meal? What is the
strategy to best you don't eat leading up to the day. Done,
done for sure? So that's the goal. And sometimes it
does all depends like are you a competitive eater? So
are you gonna like build your stomach, you know, and
actually be able to handle any expand it, bring it
back in, crush it later in the day, you know.

(15:46):
I mean, it all depends on how committed you are
to sleeping after the meal. I mean sleeping that the
person you committed your I feel like you sound very committed.
The Westerns and the can beescents committed to sleeping and
watching football afternoon. That sounds amazing. And our last one here, Uh,
if you had to cook the entire Thanksgiving meal yourself,

how what would you have and how would this go? Like?
What what foods would you be capable of producing? Like
if if I told you that thanks, you mean it
was all on you. What happens? A lot? You can
make a lot, I can cook, you know what? What
what would you make? Because you know that I can cook? Right?
What would you make? Um? He sounded real confidence. Yeah,

I made banana pudding. I made that. It was decent,
dec it got the best dessert at the thing. But
who voted on it? Because he didn't vote, it doesn't matter. No,
I'm not saying that at all. I was saying there
was no consensus. You know. Okay, well, I feel like,
how how do you feel like? Leonard Dan his first

appearance did really good. We might we might after the
coaching point with Sway after that it was just great.
I appreciate it. You know, it's very constructive criticism. And
I can take that. You know, coaching is very important.

guys want to accomplish in this game? I don't know. Yeah,
so I think we need to build on the run game.
I think we did a decent job. Oh yeah, getting
paid over hundred yards. Yeah, so I think we got

we'll go that's what you want Peyton to go for? Yeah?
I like that. That's a good goal. And overall, just
now knowing you're in this this stretch of all these
home games, know when the division ones are coming up?
How big is are these wins at home in particular? Now?
And just the need for is it momentum sort of
the thing that you guys feel like you're needing at
this point. Absolute, we just need a spark um, honestly,

just get out this little slump that we're in. You know,
get that first winning, then you know, let it let
us snowball. So you know we've got six more games, ust,
so just put it together one game at a time. Yeah.
So I think we've actually dug ourselves a little bit
of hole obviously, so um every game at this point,
it's just extremely important division game or not, uh is
is a need at this point, Every game is a

(18:45):
neat must wins for you guys now that you are
are not you know, rookie's game where you're fourth or
your players, you guys are some the vets on the team.
What is it that you guys feel like you can
do to contribute to the spark idea accountability? Honestly, just
make a shore where everybody is his own que and
on paste to what the goal is. Um obviously you
know we, like I said, we just gotta plug away,
flip the switch and just go like I said, starting

with on Sunday and then just you know, get rolling
