Welcome to the Daily Happy Podcast! 🎉

I’m Suzanna Keith—wife, mom, marketing exec, recovering startup founder (yes, recovering), and someone who firmly believes that the world needs way more laughter and a lot less doom-scrolling.

Let’s face it: life’s been coming at us fast—and not always in the fun, rollercoaster kind of way. Between the never-ending bad news cycle and the daily chaos of modern life, it’s no wonder we’re all a little fried. That’s exactly why I created this podcast: a mini mood booster to start your day with a smile, a giggle, or at least a “huh, that was cute.”

Now, I won’t lie—I'm not a professional podcaster. If you’re looking for a polished, NPR-style production... I wish you all the best. This ain’t that. You will hear paper shuffling. You may hear a dog bark. And I definitely forget what I’m saying mid-sentence at least once an episode. Think of it as part of the charm—like the podcast equivalent of your favorite quirky friend who always brings snacks and bad puns.

Two to three times a week, I’ll drop a short and sweet episode with feel-good quotes, laugh-out-loud (or at least chuckle-worthy) jokes, and recs for books, movies, or podcasts that make life feel a little sunnier. We’ll wrap each episode with an inspirational quote and a  song that’ll make you want to dance, cry, or at least hum awkwardly in the grocery store lane.
