My mission is to empower Christian women to grow in confidence and transformation from life after trauma through foundational faith, connecting with like-minded community, and adopting healthy boundaries with self and others. A Believer, wife, social worker, and lover of all things Old Hollywood. I tried to shortcut my way through healing where I thought just knowing where my trauma originated from was enough, but in fact that was a small fraction of the work. In return, I suppressed my emotions, alcohol became my vice, and I blurred the lines of healthy boundaries. I finally realized healing was not linear and true transformation was taking responsibility {daily} of my emotions and responses. By combining simple trauma- informed strategies and biblical principles, I adopted healthy boundaries within myself, loved ones, and other relationship dynamics. Now I’m on a mission to help you to become the healed, confident, and transformed woman that God has called you to be! If you are ready to break ties with trauma by learning healthy boundaries to be a better, lighter, and peaceful you that welcomes self-awareness, renewed confidence to form healthy relationships, and draw closer to God then I invite you to join me on this journey and share your story.
