Stationed at remote outpost amongst a constant drizzle of radio static, he monitors the scruffy airwaves and reports his findings to an un answering ”HQ”. From interviews, to music, inexplicable broadcast intercepts and the supernatural, 83 experiences a variety of Limbo goings on both on the airwaves, and at the outpost itself...
