Your new bestie, coach, mentor and sister in Christ that cannot wait to speak life into you and activate you to take action in the life that you have been so blessed with. I remember the days where I was hiding behind the very things that were robbing me of all of my time and energy. I was crippled by fear of failure, the opinions of others and lacked major boundaries. I was operating in a lack mentality in my motherhood, overcommitted to things that weren’t fully serving me and not letting my husband in on my mind battles. Not to mention allowing my relationship with God to be on the back burner because hello- there was no time for that. That was a recipe for disaster that quickly led to burn out and frustration. It wasn’t until I realized that I was absolutely not alone, and so many other women were struggling with the same things that I began to be honest with myself. I have since been able to apply a framework in structuring my life that has changed everything for the better. Through this podcast I will share with you HOW to: • Discover, design & develop a vision the vision God has for you • Simplify your daily systems to bring transformation in your mental, emotional & physical health • Embrace the power of consistency and release the perfectionistic mindset once and for all • Heal from your past and not let it hinder your future • Find joy in your Journey to Becoming all that God has created you to be I am honored to be on this journey alongside you, grab your amazingly oversized water bottle & let’s live out our God dreams, together!
