In our society there is a belief that crying is embarrassing or crying is a weakness, but perhaps crying is a needed emotions because it helps in the process of letting go and letting God. Perhaps it gives us the opportunity to let go of the overwhelming fleshly emotions and develop a strong reasoning and faith. Perhaps it is our body's ability to let go of the emotional "build-up." Perhaps that's another reason...
