So in this podcast, I talk a little bit more about my personal experience growing up in contrast to what I've learned as an adult. It's been an amazing journey, absorbing "truths" , discarding "truths" and finding out what is personally "true" for me. I think that's part of the beauty is realizing that TRUTH- can be subjective.

In this episode I speak about gratitude, in regards to showing appreciation for where I'm at now, in comparison to where I once was. My childhood was ripe with a whirlwind of emotions. I felt everything deeply and on so many levels simultaneously. Being an empathic child, a highly intuitive & curious child, didn't necessarily mesh well with the structure of the family I was born into. I hope everyone is keeping their vibes high...
