Enraged, he embarks on a ruthless quest for vengeance against the Germans. Along the way, he encounters Bertha Kircher, a mysterious German spy, and an Englishman, Harold Percy Smith-Oldwick. His journey leads him into a lost city ruled by a savage queen and filled with deadly lions. Ultimately, Tarzan discovers that Jane is still alive, shifting his focus from revenge to rescuing her.
