Garden Convos

Garden Convos

The content we consume influences the way we live our lives and ultimately we live lives that bear good fruit or bad fruit. The conversations here are both biblically-based and mental-health informed, as I am both a follower of Jesus and counseling graduate student working towards becoming a licensed professional counselor/mental health services provider. No matter who you are, this podcast is for YOU! My heart is to build one another up and encourage you to know yourself and your Creator, while standing firm in Biblical principles that guide us to live our most fruitful lives. Let’s grow together!

Esta conversación subraya la diferencia entre tomar responsabilidad y un diálogo interno tóxico, fomentando un cambio hacia palabr...

We anchor our hearts in Scripture—remembering that the Lord is our helper, refuge, and hope (Romans 8:18; Revelation 21:3–4)—and reflect on how a life set on this changing world will always be restless, but a life set...
