We've only got so many trips around the sun.  And so each opportunity we have, each unique situation we have might be our only change to act with purpose.  So, in any situation, resolve to make it count. 

Before we can act with intention, we must first decide the person we want to be.  Let's talk a bit about that decision.

Recently, I was asked to write down what I'm most proud of.  For this episode, I'd like to share a bit of my response because doing so will set the stage for what I'd like to accomplish in our time together.  Walk with me for a while and let's talk about it. 

For this first episode, before we get into character building and taking responsibility for ourselves and becoming the best version of ourselves, I’d simply like to suggest something to you.  Something easy, but meaningful.  Something that can impact folks more deeply than you might think.
