Be Brave is a podcast all about the ups and downs of eating disorder/anorexia recovery. We talk about the challenges, uplifting aspects, strategies, funny stories and tips for overcoming an eating disorder. As an individual that has struggled with a severe eating disorder and overcome it, I hope to provide personal insight as well as empathy and understanding that can only come from someone who has been in a similar position.
In today's mini episode, we talk about the comparison between life with anorexia/an eating disorder and life if you choose recovery.
Whilst no one chooses to have an eating disorder, you can choose recovery. I know it might be hard, but I also know that you are strong and brave enough to do it!
