Starting as an educational show for young people, Lifeline explores the human stories past and present that behind Antimicrobial Resistance (or AMR), which is the biggest threat to global health you might never have heard of. Originating in Scotland, it has toured around the USA and will be coming to London in 2026. The podcast explores this challenging topic through the eyes of scientists, patients, campaigners, writers and musicians. So, what is AMR? How do we prevent it? And how on earth can a musical about antibiotics make any difference?
