Jennifer Tedmori is an American sports and entertainment lawyer and former child actor who just wanted to make an all around fun and healing podcast. Centralizing on neurodivergent guests who are amazing storytellers, Jen has insightful conversations with some of her friends from a variety of walks of life (actors, musicians, lawyers, medical and ADHD experts, pro wrestlers, and more!) Her solo episodes highlight her mental health struggles with ADHD/Anxiety/PTSD and the natural healing processes that has help her grow and thrive, in the hopes to share what she has learned to help those struggling with their brain function.
