Bumper City
New futuristic scifi horror detective thriller audio drama. Former police officer turned to the private sector after coming into conflict with corruption within his own department. A dystopian future, Bumper City, aka New Vegas, is a town filled with advanced technology and violence at every turn. When an old informant comes to Alton for help in fighting bogus drug dealing charges, the detective finds his informant has information regarding a high-profile serial killer operating on the outskirts of the city, near the mining district. At the same time, a young woman comes to Alton in hopes he will help find her missing Aunt, a working woman in the same area as the killer. Soon however these two cases will collide with one another, and Alton will find himself caught in the crosshairs of corrupt political officials, a dangerous killer, and a conspiracy that could tear apart the city of New Vegas entirely. Haunted by a past he’s spent his whole life working to make up for, Alton must push himself to his limits to help protect his client’s life, even if it means confronting a mysterious figure from that very same past.

In the first chapter of this futuristic detective thriller, the story begins with Detective Alton Cold racing across the city to confront a deadly cabal of wealthy elite.
When an old informant comes to Alton for help in fighting bogus drug dealing charges, the detective finds his informant has information regarding a high-profile serial killer operatinig on the outskirts of the city, near the mining district.
A young woman comes to Alton in hopes he will help fin her missing aunt, a working woman in the same area as the serial killer.
Alton and Bessimer discover New Vegas Police have secretly closed off the Wildlife Refuge. Alton sneaks in to find the homicide unit in the beginning stages of a murder scene.
Rollins escorts Alton from the crime scene and orders him to stay away from the investigation. As Alton exits the Wildlife Refuge, he spots a suspicious van parked on the street. Alton tries to approach, but it speeds away causing Alton and Bessimer to pursue. A high speed chase ensues through the city ultimately ending in a seedy part of town known as the Red Light District.
Alton picks up Nevaeh at the Elkhorn Motel mere blocks away from the city riots. Alton breaks the news to Nevaeh about her missing aunt as the two travel to Durant's apartment. Alton hopes to find information about the case, but when they arrive the block is dark and eerily quiet.
Alton and Nevaeh go to Sophia Durants apartment to search for clues about her disappearance. They discover someone has already broken in and ransacked the place. A deadly confrontation occurs when Nevaeh is grabbed by one of the serial killers dressed as the Pagliacci Clown.
