Der Frei Singer
Zuerst war die Welt für mich in Ordnung. Ich hiess Freysinger und wurde bei der Geburt mit einem Oskar ausgezeichnet. Doch, wie das Leben so spielt, kam ein Blitz aus heiterem Himmel und riss mich in zwei Stücke. Der erste Teil meines Namens machte sich frei. Der zweite begann zu singen. So entstand, in Partnerschaft mit TV Oberwallis, das Projekt «Der Frei Singer». Um sicherzustellen, dass «ds’Pünktli ufem i bliibt» und kein Ypsilon die beiden Teile wieder fusioniert, um also den kreativen Namenriss aufrechtzuerhalten, werde ich dem Publikum alle zwei Wochen zwei neue Mundartlieder präsentieren, die aus dem Riss hervorgekrochen und mir in Finger, Gitarre und Stimme geschlüpft sind. Ich hoffe dadurch dem abartig-schönsten Schweizer Dialekt, dem «Oberwallisertitsch», die Ehre zu erweisen, die es verdient. Mögen die Zuschauer- und Hörer «biim Züelose» genauso viel Freude empfinden wie ich beim Verfassen und Komponieren.
