Thinking Independently powered by Good Life

ABOUT: Entrepreneurs are born out of a desire to fix, to innovate, to act. Conor Delaney, founder and CEO of Good Life Companies, a financial services company supporting independent financial advisors, is entrepreneurial in all he does. Bold, authentic, and unabashed in his beliefs, he has persevered in health, family, and business by thinking independently. In this series, Conor is joined by guests from the financial services industry as well as entrepreneurs, wellness gurus, community leaders, mentors, and others to share experiences that led to abundance, success, and wellness in the journey to a Good Life. THE HOST: Conor Delaney is founder and CEO of Good Life Companies. Along with his role in financial services, Conor is a serial entrepreneur committed to making an impact. He started his career as a financial advisor while still in college. Instead of an internship, he was going to get paid for doing the job. By 26, he was the top advisor among more than a thousand at his firm. At 27, he launched his practice in the independent model, giving him a path to build something better. The business started as one financial planning practice serving a niche market of investors in small-town America. It has grown into a model of service and support to more than 200 financial advisors and tens of thousands of investors nationwide. After losing his father following high school graduation, he sought purpose and set out on a path of empowering others with access to health and financial independence. Along the way, he has inspired an overabundance of ideas, fearlessly poked bears in the name of disruption and change, ran more than a dozen marathons around the world, remained grounded in his faith, and has always been thinking independently. His commitment to health and wellness launched Good Life Organics, Good Life Fitness Institute, and other companies rooted in a passion to serve others and proliferate overall wellbeing. A father to 5 young children, he is married to his best friend and college sweetheart, Liz.
