Bo Benson, Fox Sports Radio Producer. Both ready for action,
He's ready to go. Also a chance at last call,
your chance to chime in on something maybe you missed
earlier in the program. So a lot to get done
(01:21):
in this final hour. On a worship Wednesday indeed.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
And Rob G.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
Josh Allen finally talked about his mega deal, the most
guaranteed Moulah money in the history of the National Football League,
at least for now, two hundred and fifty of the
three hundred and thirty million dollars guarant chee Ching Balling
and Rob G. He had some Boston comments, didn't he, Josh.
Speaker 4 (01:49):
Allen, Yeah, because you mentioned the two fifty guaranteed, and
that is the headline. That's what all the agents are saying.
That's what ESPN, Fox Sports putting all on the mask at.
The only problem though, is when you look at the
average annual value, he's only at only right, it was
fifty five million dollars, which sounds like a lot, except
that deck is at sixty. So Josh Allen was on
(02:11):
a podcast that dropped earlier on Wednesday, and he was
asked about the idea of leaving money on the table
in Buffalo.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
Take a listen.
Speaker 5 (02:18):
It didn't seem like it's in my perspective, I was
taking a whole lot less the way that I make
sense of it. When when you start getting these fairly
big numbers throughout the entire league, it's weird to say this.
But what's what's five more going to do for my
life that I can't already do right now? It's not
that crazy to me, right Like, I live a pretty
good life. Got a house, got a car.
Speaker 6 (02:39):
We're good. It's good to know you got a house
in a car, very nice. Yeah, I would imagine he
does with fifty.
Speaker 5 (02:46):
This is.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Yeah, this is what's wrong with the NFL. And I
just can't get it. I don't understand it. I just don't.
I really don't what's wrong.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
When you have leverage, you should use it because it's.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
Not all only good for you, but for the other
people in the league, for the other players. Tom Brady
was the worst for NFL players, the absolute worst, accepting
less than his value.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
Oh he OpEd the team, that's why, and everybody used that.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Well, you know, Patrick Mahomes, tom Brady didn't take all
the money he could have gotten, and they wanted to. No,
that doesn't automatically mean you're gonna win a Super Bowl
because you take less, don't. They hire capologists and general
managers and people, that's their job. You don't want anybody
in discount. And when you do that, you heard it.
(03:40):
I remember when Alex Rodriguez was leaving the Rangers. He
had a deal ready to go to the Boston Red Sox,
and the Red Sox wanted him to take a bit
of a pay cut. The union said, no way, know,
how are you taking a pay cut? It ain't about
a Rod and the Boston Red Sox about the players.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
It's about all of them.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
And if a Rod takes a pay cut, guess what
they're gonna be asking everybody else to take pay cuts.
You gotta always think about the greater good, not just
your own situation. And the uh the Rams won a
Super Bowl and guess what they cashed out Matthew Stafford.
They didn't have a rookie quarterback. They didn't care about
(04:25):
no cap concerns. Look at what the Eagles have done
in the off season. Everybody they signed is the highest
paid whatever position, and they just won a Super Bowl.
What are they doing going out paying people? They're not
sitting here going, well, you don't you don't take as
much money. You know we could do other Stop it.
(04:46):
Stop enabling these guys to use you, because it's wrong.
And even with Joss's case, your money ain't no totally guaranteed.
Speaker 6 (04:57):
Not all of it majority of Still it's still not
all guaranteed.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
That's real, And my point is stop.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
Hurting your brother and who are looking for deals. We
talked about it. Seventy percent of the players are three
and a half years getting a cup of coffee in
a sweet role and they got to get a job
five years after they get in the league. Right, everybody
ain't generation of wealth and they're good to go.
Speaker 6 (05:29):
Then here's the thing with that rap. Everything you said
I actually get and I understand. However, we are part
of the reason why guys are doing this, and the
reason why they're doing this is because at a certain caliber,
the only thing we judge you by now is super
Bowl wins. Josh Allen, welcome to that category. Brother, all
we judge Josh Allen Lamar Jackson. Now, what's the thing
(05:49):
we say? Super Bowl wins?
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Let mean I just want to Yeah, so if we do,
he doesn't have a super Bowl and he's been a
failure when it comes to getting to the super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
He's still got the most money, So it.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Can't be super bowls because no, no, but but he
didn't get paid about and super Bowl.
Speaker 6 (06:04):
I'm answering the conversation is giving yourself a haircut, giving
the team a discount is because guys say, will shoot
if I can just save a little bit, so this
we can go sign this guy so we can do this.
And you brought up Tom Brady. Tom Brady is who
these guys are trying to be like and or Chase.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
Yes, but Tom Brady and we have the facts, Rob
g was it the Boston Globe that wrote the story?
They didn't spend the money that they saved from Tom Brady.
You are and everybody says, hear what you're saying, But
where's Tom Brady? They always saying he did more with
less because he didn't get the big time receivers until
they got Randy Moss one time.
Speaker 6 (06:39):
Right, they had a run. I mean the second half.
They have some obscure weapons. But I totally get your point.
But here's the thing, though, guys are in as a
copycat league and Josh Allens, the Patrick Mahomes and Lamar
Jackson and so on and so forth. They're saying, I'm
to the point now we're just having a Wow, you
had a winning season, don matter. Wow you made the postseason,
don matter? They want to get to the super Bowl.
(07:01):
And then they want to win a super Bowl, and
they know they're so good, too great, that we're only
gonna judge them on super Bowl titles. So what happens
is they're saying, well, shoot, if y'all only gonna judge
me on super Bowl titles and wins, well, then I
gotta have Obviously the best team around me is as
much as possible. So part of that is me not
taking sixty million. I'll take fifty forty eight whatever and
leave a couple bucks or some other players. Or I'm
(07:24):
Joe Burrow and I'm going out of my way to advocate.
Please sign t Higgins, please sign. I'll restructure my deal,
Please sign Jamar Chase, whatever it takes. Because Joe Burrow's
in that category, he gotta taste of it. Went to
a super Bowl but didn't win. That's what we're gonna
judge Joe Burrow by now, by g golly, he threw
a bunch of touchdowns. So there's a handful of guys,
just a handful who realized for them, my legacy's gonna
(07:47):
be based off on how often I win, how many times, but.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
You can equate taking less money to winning, and that
is the brainwash that they've done to these players. You
can't show me where guys have taken less money and
it made it means that they won.
Speaker 6 (08:01):
But I can though Tom Brady and Patrick Mahos, the
two greatest quarterbacks of the last x amount.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Of years, they didn't use that. Patrick Mahomes is making
sixty million, fifty five million. They won last year. He
would have maken that money.
Speaker 6 (08:13):
He's not making sixty he's not making anything what he's worth.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
No, but he's still making a lot of money on right,
but he's not making the most.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
He's still won. And what he's restructuring deals.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Right, they've done is taking a why he's they've taken
away to web Here's doesn't make sense.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
And you know this about life.
Speaker 7 (08:31):
It's dumb.
Speaker 6 (08:33):
What you're saying may be true in a longer detailed example.
What they're seeing is the result you give it. I
mean Tom Brady, they know he took a pay cut.
All they know is the Patriots went on an incredible
twenty year run. Right, well some years in the between
you where they didn't win the Super Bowl, but they
were there. Patrick Mahomes, all he's known since the start
(08:54):
of him being a starter is pat Super Bowl and
Super Bowl runs and Super Bowl expectations, and they see
he got the four hundred some million, did well, that
ended up being a bargain right restructuring deals.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
That's what they see now.
Speaker 6 (09:08):
They're not going through the Okay, who else got the
money and did this in parts of the parson And
they're not parsing.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
Through all that.
Speaker 6 (09:13):
All they know is the two guys who had the
most success of the last twenty some years is Tom
Brady Patrick Mahomes, and neither one of them were the
highest paid guy. The highest paid guy, Dak Prescott did
make the posts.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
The Nick Foles win a Super Bowl and beat Tom Brady,
he did, Okay, I'm just saying there's guys who have won.
It's not the only way to win. And equating that
to Tom Brady where they've screwed players up and down,
all those defensive players when they had the top five defenses,
go back and call and look it up for yourself,
all those guys who didn't get paid and what they
(09:45):
did is they used those guys up and they didn't
pay them. Why would you agree to a system like that?
And why would you why would you allow yourself to
be used so that your your brother and the people
will help you don't get paid.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
I'm passionate about it because it's not the only way
to win.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Look at what the Rams did with Stafford and those
guys that they paid and people they brought in.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
It's not the only way to win. It's just that.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
Tom Brady, because his wife was a supermodel and made
all that money and whatever, they didn't spend that money
on players.
Speaker 6 (10:18):
But you're missing the massive point, or let me not say, Hey,
maybe you're not missing, but my point is they look
at who is winning and the two guys who have
dominated the last twenty years trying to tell you and
it's not equated to that, and it's and some of
that got nick Foles we never saw again. So they
don't have a sustained but he want he did, That's
what I'm saying. But they're trying to just to me
(10:39):
that the only guys who won the guys who pay
cuts that would buy that, guys who have had to
sustained success, not one offs, but you can, that's what
they're saying, not one offs.
Speaker 7 (10:49):
They don't.
Speaker 6 (10:50):
Josh Allen doesn't want to be Nick Foles. We don't
even know where's nick Foles, But I don't even know
where he is in life. They don't want to be
nick Foles.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
But he's not even He hasn't even won anything. They
want to be there. He got paid.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
He didn't win anything when he was on a Rockie
when he was on a rookie contract, he didn't win.
Brock Party on the rookie contract. This is last year
he didn't win. Oh yeah, have a rookie deal and
then you can put all these other pieces and weapons around.
He didn't win. So it's not about money, is what
I'm trying to tell you. It's a fallacy. It's phony
(11:23):
because if what you're saying is right, then Brock Party
and all these rookie guys should have been able to
win because they have more money to spend on the
other pieces.
Speaker 6 (11:33):
But you and you're naming the guys. Rock Purty has
had a two chances he won. But he's had chances.
You can't guarantee you win. Says he went to the
Super Bowl once, saying there with the forty nine ers,
he had a chance to be in the super Bowl.
He had a chance to get there, so he went one.
So Rock Party has put himself in a position to
have a chance and you can't guarantee you win. Patrick
(11:53):
Mahomes got there this year. That's what I'm saying. He
got there this year. All you want to do is
you're in the year out, have a chance. That's all
you want to be able to do. They don't want
to play with that. They don't want to play Just
be a decent team. Way that you should only put
that on a quarterback and tell us because the money
that you just tell everybody it's the guys, because the
(12:13):
bulk of the money goes to them.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
And you know this run, I.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
Just gave Miles garrett the most money for not you
you think that that team just got better, they're gonna
win aluo.
Speaker 6 (12:22):
But we're talking about the quarterbacks you're naming, and that's
that's one. That's a guy we're saying every year it
ends up being less money to say he.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Says he wanted to win. That's a conress. That is
a great point because he shouldn't take less money. He's
the best defensive player in the league.
Speaker 6 (12:38):
Why should he take less And I'll tell you why.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
Because he doesn't have a legacy. That doesn't matter.
Speaker 6 (12:45):
Miles Garretts could literally never win anything, and he's going
straight to all the fame.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
We'll say he's one of the best d ns of
all time.
Speaker 6 (12:51):
The quarterbacks know they're only they're judge based off winning,
and their legacy is based off championships.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
Miles Garrett cound literally.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Never win it as one of the greatest quarterbacks who
ever played in the National one.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
And if he won three, he might be the.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
Nobody says he don't throw him out, but he could
be nobody.
Speaker 6 (13:09):
Nobody had he won he won a few. It's the truth,
just it just had he won a few, he could
be considered you making your brainwashed. Like the other NFL
players believe I'm telling you what Sam Brady thing is
a false You can say that, but when they follow
the look at the ball.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
Guys. The Boston The Boston Globe.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
Globe Thank you wrote a big story about this and
showed how they didn't even spend the money.
Speaker 6 (13:34):
I'm not arguing they spent we talked about, but what
I'm saying is, guys see that if I make money
the focal point that that's all that matters. They may
not work out where we're winning. That's I don't I
want a bunch of money. I got a bunch of money.
I don't need to be the highest paid. I'm locked
in on trying to win. That's what he's saying. I'm
telling you you can be. And then you met at
Sakwan Barkley. Then you met it for sake giving him
(13:57):
all about you can't get all the bag?
Speaker 1 (13:58):
I said that, why would they do that when he
already had two years left on a deal?
Speaker 2 (14:02):
That was my.
Speaker 6 (14:02):
Football saying, be happy that he got the bag man
at sa Kwonker.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
They gave him the bag. But now you want to
get Josh get the bag.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox eight seven seven
nine nine six sixty three sixty nine is the phone
number something I'm really passionate about. Did you have a
problem with Josh Allen taking less money from the bills?

odd couple.

for life out here. All right, we're talking about more money,
less money quarterbacks. Josh Allen specifically take a less not
worried about the money, trying to win.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
We'll we got who got a seven? Seven, ninet nine?
Speaker 1 (16:54):
On Fox Tony in DC, You're on the couple of
Fox Sports Radio. What's up, Tony?
Speaker 9 (16:59):
What's good? It's always good to talk to the Jordan
of radio. Rob Parker, my man j He made his
championship teammate Bill Cartwright, Elton hold on.
Speaker 2 (17:09):
We got to set it down.
Speaker 6 (17:10):
You gotta at least give me Rod or something, Bill,
Bill cart Right, dollidvill mean, I did run three with you,
but come on.
Speaker 9 (17:15):
Bill cart Right, he's a champion. But hey, I agree
with Rob Man. Especially with the NFL. You gotta get
all the money you can. I'm a Cowboys fan, but
I'm not mad at that getting every nickel. It's not
Dack's job to watch the cap and manage the cap
and all that, because in the NFL, your next play
could be your last play, and you gotta get all
(17:38):
your money you can. And these guys, like Rob said,
oh to each other to get the best, Yes, And.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
It's to each other like, like when you do that
and you compromise them, Yeah, you could do that. Most
guys aren't going to get a Tom Brady or Patrick
Mahomes contract.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
And that's the part that's not fair.
Speaker 6 (17:56):
Here's where I would challenge that, right, and then what
is Jerry Jones are screaming broke can't buy, Nobody can't
get any players couldn't get there is he broke? They're
not realize Okay, bro when I'm talking about Cat Broke, right,
that's what he's talking about. And that's he's now Derek
dak Prescott, you he ain't gonna be winning Onne Tony.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
Okay, Well he's deciding that that he doesn't want to win.
Andre in Massachusetts. You're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio.
What's up, Drake?
Speaker 10 (18:19):
Hey, how you doing? Thanks for taking a call.
Speaker 3 (18:21):
Listen.
Speaker 10 (18:21):
I got to borrow a statements from Huey Long, you know,
infamous politician. You know, every man a king, but no
man wears the crown. I do feel the quarterbacks do
need to leave a little something out there for the
teams to have the ability to get the other playmakers
to put around them in order to be successful. Yes,
I know what you're talking about rob get all your money,
(18:41):
you know, having a strong union, so on and forth.
But I don't know if that model can be successful
in the NFL, where they have the hard cap and
it's just a.
Speaker 2 (18:50):
Difficult But teams have one though.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
We've had Andrew Brant, who was in the package front office.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
He says, teams dre can do whatever they want.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
If they want to kick the can, if they want
to spread out the bonuses, they can do whatever they want.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Just look at what Philadelphia has done. And you know this.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
Every time they make an announcement that's a high running
bike ever. It's the highest paid linebacker ever. It's the
highest paid dB ever. Like like, that's what they're doing.
Speaker 6 (19:19):
Yeah, Jalen, Jalen not being top one or two or
three does help, but they're paying breaking people off.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
I'll give you that. Joe Burrow referenced that.
Speaker 6 (19:27):
But we'll see how long it lasts because Jalen, now
they want a Super Bowl, right, He's gonna be like, I.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
Want to get paid now. Bryan in Michigan, you're on
the couple of Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 11 (19:37):
What's up, b What's going on Fellas show tonight?
Speaker 2 (19:41):
I'm you know, Brian, you know it. You know it.
Speaker 11 (19:47):
Even though I agree with Rob, I think by taking
less money you are doing a disservice to your fellow
fellow worker. Absolutely, But from a fans perspective, I want
to say, you know, the one thing that the one
point is as when you're looking out here and you say, hey,
oh look at Tom Brady, look at Patrick Mahomes. They
(20:07):
took less money. Our quarterbacks want to win. I think
it does gives a certain rally to the fan base
and things when you see your quarterback doing that versus like.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
Dak so Oh yeah, no, it's a narrative and they
use that against the other quarterback they do, and it's
not fair. That's all I'm saying is that's not your job.
And you know what, the Lions had the same amount
of money to spend as everybody else in the league,
and they still haven't gotten to a super Bowl because
the general manager who's spending it might not be good.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Okay, but they saw it very well. I was talking
about during that time horrible.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
They still had the same cap It doesn't mean that
that you're going to win because you don't have the
big contracts all your quarterbacks not making a lie.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
It's what I'm saying. Somebody could also misspend.
Speaker 6 (20:56):
The money, They missed everything, whatever you want to say,
they missed all right, Bo, you better start getting ready.
We got the hot seat just a moment right now
is what's joining with Martin Wie.
Speaker 3 (21:04):
Be sure to catch live editions of The Odd Couple

Couple are making it hot in here.
Speaker 3 (21:22):
Sit your butt down in cooking the hot seat?
Speaker 12 (21:27):
What is that in the beginning, A fast forward thing, right,
Thanks for the new one, radw You just gave like
three four drops in a row right there.
Speaker 4 (21:39):
Yeah, and with that in mind, it is the hot
seat here on the Odd Couple of Fox Sports Radio.
Same when we in buy one of our Fox Sports
teammates to get into the square circle with the.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Tag damn Champions of the World.
Speaker 4 (21:51):
Right, Rob Parker, Calvin Washington, the Odd Couple Tonight's victim.
You hear him on the weekends Fox Sports Radio producing hits.
You also check out his pot cast, The Sick Podcast,
The Dodgers Zone.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
I personally like the swingshift before better, but it is
what it is. None other then Bo, what a what
a boring podcast? Every week they're gonna go on and say.
Speaker 1 (22:10):
The Dodgers are gonna win four hundred games and they're
gonna win the World Series for the next ten years
in a row.
Speaker 13 (22:17):
I kind of want to know why Robb g likes
swing shift more than the Dodgers on.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
There's only one change? Oh how ye don't say that? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (22:27):
Yeah, chif with the O G triple og that I
never got invited on.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
Yeah how both both starting already? All right? I got
you know this works.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
Bo's got three hot takes an event two on one
against the odd couple. Let's get started. Take number one.
BO noted ball nowhere says that JJ Reddick should win
the NBA Coach of the Year. Bo, you got thirty
seconds that your case.
Speaker 13 (22:51):
Look, it's very simple to me. Uh, nobody expected the
Los Angeles Lakers to be the two seed. Let alone
have Luka Doncic and Lebron James on the court at
the same time. A lot of people pick Kenny Atkinson,
but the Calves play in the East, so they're disqualified
JJ Redicks Coach of the Year by one simple thing.
He's not Darvin Ham. If you saw that picture of
Darvin Ham watching Giannis or uh Tyrese Haliburton shoot that
(23:15):
three yesterday, hands in his pockets, not doing anything. I
know he's assistant, but that is what he did last year.
He stinks JJ's.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
Bo.
Speaker 1 (23:24):
Have you been watching the NBA, you and Shaq, cause
you're two guys who are in the.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
Running for m V for Coach of the Year. N
it ain't pat Riley.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
JJ Reddick, Brodie Bickerstaff Junior.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
Do you know what he's doing with the Pistons? No, yes,
I don't want Yeah, I know you don't.
Speaker 1 (23:43):
Shack and Kenny Atkins. It has turned up the Calves
who were good earned a Bickerstaff into a dynamo the league.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
Come on, it's not even close. They're in the et.
Speaker 13 (24:01):
The West is harder. If the Lakers come through this
schedule there the next stretch of games they have like
even just two games under five hundred in that schedule,
it should lock it up for JJ Reddick. It's not
even close.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
All right.
Speaker 6 (24:16):
First of all, let's go back to the real Coach
of the Year is Chauncey Billups, rob.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
Get it from.
Speaker 6 (24:21):
I'm sorry, Chauncey Billups is the coach of the year baby,
Detroit Pistons, Detroit Basketball.
Speaker 2 (24:28):
No, it's absolutely not JJ.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
Now.
Speaker 6 (24:30):
JJ has done a good job as of late. We'll
give him that, But first of all, the season ain't over.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
Okay.
Speaker 6 (24:35):
If mets around and all of a sudden drops to
the fourth and fifth seed, then what do you say, right?
So is it just based off of today? Also, you
gotta look at the fact that what the Pistons have
done over the last couple of seasons has been nothing.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
When thirty games totally give or take, now.
Speaker 6 (24:48):
That all of a sudden got a chance to be
a four seed, and we're not even gonna talk about
what Oklahoma City is doing. They're demolishing the league right now,
eleven games up on the Nuggets. So absolutely I love JJ,
good haircut, but not coach.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
Of the year. M hmm man.
Speaker 8 (25:02):
What a heated debates by the odd couple, And said
philosopher himself, Bo Benson, I actually didn't listen to any
of that because I just felt, you know, that's fun
of this new draw. So I'll get the points of
the couple there just because Rob give me a new draw.
Speaker 2 (25:14):
Then you will take that. By the way, you actually
sound like the thing.
Speaker 6 (25:18):
That's why I said you sound like the thing.
Speaker 2 (25:22):
The damn son, damn son? Do I need to add
damn son? And then you can put it together. Give
me a fresh take, go.
Speaker 8 (25:32):
Damn son, all right, give me like the dust round
you guys, talk some more, right.
Speaker 2 (25:36):
All right, we'll get you. That's right.
Speaker 4 (25:37):
Here we go, Level number two of the hot seat
gets hotter as you get down the takes.
Speaker 2 (25:42):
All right, here we go.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
Bo Benson says, that's Sam Donald, the new QB one
in Seattle will lead the Seahawks to the postseason in
year one.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
Bo, you get thirty seconds those.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
Why all right?
Speaker 3 (25:53):
To me?
Speaker 13 (25:53):
It's pretty simple two things. Sam Donald played exceptionally well
last year. The last two games shouldn't take away from
what he did. But it's not so much that he's
going to Seattle. It's just that the rest of the
NFC is due to fall off. That happens every single year.
The Lions are replacing two coordinators. I don't think they're
gonna be as good as they have been. The Washing
Commanders are not gonna win seven games at the final
(26:14):
final buzzer like they did last year. There's a spot
in the playoffs of the Seahawks. Donald's gonna be good.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
There Can we make a wing bet on this? Yeah? Well, okay,
let's make a wing bet.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
Sam Donald is not leading the Seattle Seahawks anywhere.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (26:32):
First of all, nobody wanted him, even though he won
fourteen games. That should tell you something. And then he
goes up there and two best receivers are gone. They
have a terrible offensive line and they gave up their
best offensive lineman. How in the world is he going
to be protected and who is he throwing to?
Speaker 2 (26:50):
It's going to be a disaster.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
Bo imagine having diarrhea with no toilet paper round.
Speaker 13 (26:59):
Well, we saw get through the draft. There's plenty of
wide receivers in the draft. There's plenty of guards and
centers in the draft. The Seahawks have a talented GM
that I believe has won a Super Bowl. Plenty of
time to figure it out. But Sam Donald is a
new man. He's a new player. I think that the
fourteen games of Samdarnald last year are more like the
more like he is now than the last two represent.
Speaker 11 (27:22):
Bo.
Speaker 6 (27:22):
I love you like a play cousin, but you must
have CTE. That's what's going on right now. You dealing
with CTE. First of all, the best player on the
Seahawks is a twelfth man the fans. That's the best
player on our whole entire team. This is absolutely not
gonna be kissed. They're not even gonna be the third
best team in the NFC West. You got the forty
nine ers who are still gonna be better. Your Rams
who are gonna be better. They's got the Boonte Adams and
(27:43):
they kept Matthew Stafford, so I'm not even worried about that.
Speaker 2 (27:45):
Don't disrespect the Lions like that. All right.
Speaker 6 (27:47):
The Lions didn't even lose a single player. It aint
only a matter of fact. It got a couple of players,
and you still got the commander of the Packers. You
got the Eagles.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
Stop it? What are you talking about?
Speaker 9 (27:56):
Rob Parker?
Speaker 2 (27:57):
I am appalled? Oh whatch you thnna did?
Speaker 3 (27:59):
Rob?
Speaker 8 (28:00):
It's already well known and documented on this show. You
dislike black quarterbacks, but now white quarterbacks too. I need
some representation on the odd couple. Bo Benson gets the.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Baby, all right?
Speaker 4 (28:11):
We got last McDonald is that the guy the hot
is taken and I both says Fox read to produce
your boat bens here with the odd couple. There's nothing,
and I mean nothing, nothing wrong at all with boneless wings. Bo,
you got thirty seconds explain yourself.
Speaker 13 (28:28):
It's just chicken. It doesn't matter what style it comes in.
It goes into my mouth and into my stomach and
I eat it. There's more sauce on boneless wings. It's
easier to eat. It's just it's not a contest to me,
like it's a mess to eat regular wings. If I'm
going out, I don't want to have to like wipe
my hands all the time. I can use a fork
with boneless wings. There's no problem with it. They're all wings.
(28:50):
It's all food. What's the big deal.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
There's no such thing as boneless wings. I got one
question for you. If the chicken was boneless, how did
it walk?
Speaker 2 (29:02):
Stop it bow?
Speaker 1 (29:04):
It's ridiculous. The chicken nuggets, that's all. They are boneless wings.
There's no such thing. You're just eating chicken meat and
nick coldon in a wing so that you will buy it,
and groups of ten.
Speaker 13 (29:18):
Exactly, they're chicken nuggets. That's fine. It's all chicken. Why
do you think Taco bell is gonna introduce nuggets? Everybody
wants in on the boneless wing craze. It's all the
same thing. What's the top selling item at McDonald's chicken, McNuggets,
boneless wings. It's fine, it's just chicken. The form doesn't matter.
It's chicken. It's delicious. We all love it. We should
come together on this topic.
Speaker 6 (29:39):
First of all, it's about bone in that's what we
want with the bought the actual real chicken wing. I
had a bone to pick with you. Stop being lazy, okay,
it's hard to eat. No, I think you gotta work
a little bit. Just stop being lazy. And also wipes,
that's why they give you, sir, both here's your order
of wings.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
They give you some wipes. They bring them right to you.
You don't even have to do anything they I ain't get
a wipes like Rob is doing you right now.
Speaker 6 (30:02):
You're wiping you down with this dag on hot seat
right now, all right?
Speaker 2 (30:05):
And I don't even know what the bonus chickens are process?
What is it?
Speaker 6 (30:08):
They ground up all the random chicken and form it.
I want to know that kid, Damn hacked it off
the chicken and put it in the.
Speaker 8 (30:14):
Friar Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, the Moment of truth?
Did Rob Parker create a better intro for the Hot
Seat than the original one design? I didn't even listen
to anything. You guys had to say, turn off the music.
It's time. Are we ready?
Speaker 2 (30:27):
That's here? Here we go.
Speaker 7 (30:29):
Damn song temperashure.
Speaker 3 (30:33):
They're making it hot in here.
Speaker 2 (30:36):
Just because of that couples.
Speaker 12 (30:38):
That's fine, great job Bo, great job.
Speaker 7 (30:47):
Damn song temper ship Yo.
Speaker 6 (30:50):
That's going on somebody's mixtape right now. That's how they's
starting to mix.
Speaker 7 (30:55):
Damn songure.
Speaker 6 (30:59):
Rob.
Speaker 2 (31:00):
Then the mixtape era, that's mixtape era right there? Oh god,
that would you find this? Where you find this? Driving
by the way. That might be the best thing you
did since I've been here.
Speaker 6 (31:08):
Wownd this was this on when we were you know,
the mixtape era.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
You had to be there. This was that was like
you heard that you knew some Wayne was about to
come out, some.
Speaker 7 (31:17):
Damn son.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
You in the background. What is this?
Speaker 7 (31:24):
What is that?
Speaker 2 (31:25):
Does that mean that? Great job? Great job Bo? Yes, Paul,
thank you, my man, thanks for dropping in. I still
think you might be dealing with CT You talking about
Seahawks and the.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
Playoffs and you know what, wipe off that barbecue sauce
off your bowless wings?
Speaker 9 (31:36):
How that?
Speaker 2 (31:37):
Yeah, stop being lazy? All right?
Speaker 6 (31:39):
Just where you gotta just you know what I'm saying,
Find an angle and attack, all right?
Speaker 2 (31:43):
All right? That was fun.
Speaker 6 (31:44):
We got last call, a whole lot of stuff we
got into throughout the show. You might be mad you
couldn't get in early. Now's your chance to do so.
Eight seven seven ninety out of Fox. Maybe they want
to Tello how wrong he is and that bone list
wings ain't a real thing.
