(00:51):
You decided to share it with everybody else. You had
all week to do the All yeah, and you share
because you know what kind of god I am? You
weren't the you know what kind of guy I am? Out?
All right? Everybody I heard everybody else did it better
than share? Share? That's fair, That's how I am. All right?
All right? Well you are Rod Parker and I am

(01:12):

where fifteen minutes could save you fifteen percent or more
on your car insurance. So visit guycode dot com for
a free rate quote. And we got a great show today.
You know what Chris yesterday. I enjoyed that Laker game

(01:35):
so much. Man, that was good. Did you see did
you even watch it? Did you see? Paul George? We're
gonna get into that. Will you introduce everybody? Okay, I'm sorry,
all right, I don't know why are you so excited?
I'm about to rip you. You ain't gonna rip you up.
I'm telling you. I know your little take. I heard
your little take on Colin, and you know what, it
was so good? Payed it again. They played it again, Colin.

(01:56):
They know they can't get enough. You're gonna get enough.
Go look at the download just just spiked when I
said something, spike stop it? Wow that me? Was that
for me? Yeah? I think that's just for that sad
part about it. It is bad. It is the odd couple.
And yes, we are back in full effect on Fox

(02:18):
Sports Radio. All the vacations are over and we mean
business now. Yes, indeed that's right. Our producer is Rob
g Alex is our engineer. Our sports anchor of course
is Depth Carson. And Elijah of course here uh streaming Facebook, Facebook, Periscope, Twitter, Twitter,

(02:42):
and Instagram and Instagram. He does it all. They are
all on the other side of the glass. Chris Boussard.
So you know what this on this TV theme song Thursday.
Let's kick some ass right TV themes? Yes it is.
You know what. I got an idea too, if you
can do it, Alex, all games show TV theme songs today,

(03:02):
try to game shows charge Sharks. Yeah, stuff like that
game show. Let's the Price is right? Yeah, come on down. Yeah,
Well we do have we do have some guests today.
We're gonna get to Brian Billick, super Bowl champion coach
with the Baltimore Ravens now NFL network analysts. He'll be

(03:26):
joining us robbing he dot twenty five minute. It does
a good job. Yeah. So then we got in the
second hour, Greg Jennings, of course, the Super Bowl champion
now Fox Sports NFL analysts. Always great to talk with Greg.
And then Antonio Daniels. He's a great he's a really good,
energetic analyst. He's with Fox Sports and Serious XM NBA Radio. Uh.

(03:51):
And remember we played for the San Antonio Spurs a
few other teams, and it'll be good to talk to
him because Kawhi Leonard makes his return tonight to San Antonio. Yeah,
they're not gonna boo him. You don't think no, and
we're gonna talking about it later. I don't think that.
I don't think they're gonna boo him. I think why why?
Here's the reason why they won't boo him. When you

(04:14):
help win a championship, it's hard to boot that guy,
even though he's no longer with you. When you when
you've been at a place and you leave and you
have him won or left anything behind, I think it's
I think it's way easier to boo even though it
would help an ugly departure. He helped him win a championship.
You never forget that as a fan. That's skip of
Skip Bayless is a fan of the Spurs. He won't

(04:35):
even mention Kawai's name. He's that mad. Yes, he calls
him number two. I thought Shannon Sharp had a great
uh idea. He said if he thinks the Spurs fans
should cheer him during the introductions. To your point, he
did help him win a championship. You never forget that, right,
and then during the game boo him. But well, because

(04:58):
it's reported that the Spurs is actually put together a
video tribute for him and Danny Green too, who's going
back there as well. Uh Dani will definitely get cheered,
but they put together a video tribute. So to your point,
the Spurs are trying to be class they should be classics.
I think Shannon's got a good idea. You boom when
he's got the ball, but you cheer him during the introduction.

(05:19):
And also on the program a little bit, we're gonna
give you a little Manny Machado update. We got some
information on that, and we'll talk about that. So we
got you covered football, basketball, baseball, everything on this program. Yes,
all right, let's get to I'm gonna set you up
so you can just go ahead and do your little
take that you think is so good. And then I'm

(05:39):
I don't saying the greatest. I just put the stuff
out there, you know what I mean. I'm I'm a
hot take specialist. That's what I do. All right. On
that note, the Oklahoma City Thunder marched into Staples Center
last night and put a one old seven, one hundred

(06:01):
beat down on the Lebron James less Los Angeles Lakers.
Paul George, who got booed every time he touched the ball,
was otherwise fantastic points for steals, having a career year
by far better than the pre injury Paul George. And
he just might. He's not quite there yet, but he could.

(06:24):
He could get himself in the MVP conversation and especially
and I don't think he'd win it, but he could
get himself in the conversation, especially when you think about
how poorly Westbrook is having a shooting slump. They're still winning, right, yeah,
And I don't think west playing horribly, but no, but
I'm just saying a shooting slump right right, because he
had a triple double. The average in a triple double, right,
So I'm just saying, but he's shooting what was he

(06:46):
last night? For twenty last night? And God that he
needed that lay up to help him get the double.
Before you, you know, start feeling yourself for your take,
that was a an injury depleted Who cares lay the
rosters there? You gotta don't matter, don't want to hear
about the James is out and then right Ron doesn't
talk about Kyle Kuzma gets hurt at halftime and doesn't

(07:09):
play the second that matter, It doesn't matter. You gotta
play who was on the on the floor, But just
don't act like it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. How
does it not matter? Because that has nothing to do
with whether Paul George could score thirty seven. No, it
does because you know that you don't know that you're guessing.
You do not know that. I don't know, but don't
act like that's not a factor. Now, the bottom the

(07:30):
bottom line. I'm the best player in the world. And
you already got your panties in a bunch over this take,
because I'm all right, boxers, dig it, boxers. Here's my point.
If you're a Laker fan, you had the right to
boo Paul George last night because he's going to be
the reason why the Lakers don't win a championship. Shop

(07:53):
it in the lebron era and hear me out if
you had stopped it this year with you not this year.
And here's the reason why hear me out. First of all,
the Lakers took him for granted. And let me tell you,
people like to be pursued, women, men, people in general.

(08:15):
You want to feel like I'm wanted. And you thought
magic Rob Polinka he's coming. He's been saying for two
years he's coming. So we're not gonna do anything. We'll
just even though there was an offer, a BS offer
that they gave the Pacers, they knew that they wouldn't accept,
so they said, okay, fine, we'll just hold on to

(08:35):
our pieces and we'll wait for him to come, because
of course he wants to play for the Lakers. This
is one of the all time great franchises, not in
the NBA, in the history of sports in this country.
Hold on, be quiet, Chris Broussard, this is my stage today.
And then everybody laughed at Okay, see, they're dumb. Why

(08:58):
would you give up for him? He's going to the Lakers,
he told everybody's going to the Lakers. Why would you
do that? You're dumb. He goes to Oka. See, he
loves Westbrook. He loves the atmosphere, he loves the ribs,
he loves everything about that town. That's right, what a coupon?

(09:22):
He loves it. And then Lebron James comes, Oh, yeah,
here we go. Here's our number two player that we need.
Number two. Yeah, what do you mean number two? No,
I said Lebron. And then they Paul George the number two.
Not only does he not interested in coming, he won't

(09:42):
even take a meeting with Magic Johnson, one of the
all time great figures in this country, this league, everything.
He won't even have a cup of coffee in a
sweet role with magic. No, thank you, sir, I'm not
interested in that La the Lakers, Burger King, I mean
King James, I'm not interested in any of that. No. Stop.

(10:09):
And here's how so, if you have that Paul George
that we saw last night and playing his best basketball
on this team right now, the Lakers would be in
a real uh contention to run at the Warriors and
be a real force in the Western Conference. They're not.
It's fraudulent right now. I don't care what their record

(10:31):
is right right now, they're on pace to win forty
two games. That's what they're on pace for. Stop. Is
that true? Hold on, Yeah, they're on pace for that.
Here's the other part. Not only not only does he
not come, So here's this is what he costs the
Lakers and why they won't win a championship. Had he come,
they would have been able to keep their young core

(10:52):
that they got from those five losing seasons, right, the
core players. They would have been able to do that,
but instead they couldn't do it. So now, not only
did he not come to be Lebron's number two guy.
Now for the Lakers to even get a number two guy,
they're gonna have to make a trade and trade some
of those guys, those pieces that they thought they were
gonna hold on. And then when they go through the

(11:15):
four years and Lebron doesn't win a championship with this squad,
then they won't have those young pieces. When Lebron is done,
he has officially become the King Killer. That is one
Paul George. The Lakers will not and ot win a championship.
And Paul George is the reason. Why are you done?

(11:36):
Are you done? You're so proud of yourself for your
your little take and you think you did a little research.
They're gonna have to lose this important cast. First of all,
there's so much to get into, but let me just
say this. Let me give Paul George props for doing

(11:57):
what he wanted to do. Do what made you happy?
I'm happy for him. And what I like about what
he did is he said, you know what, I'm betting
on me. I'm betting on me and Russ. I don't
have to just go and join the best player in
the world and Russ and I like that, Okay, so
that's fine. PG thirteen did his thing. However, while on

(12:22):
a personal note, he made the right decision for himself
to make him happy. From a basketball and a business perspective,
he made a mistake. He should have gone to the
Los Angeles Lakers, where he could have a great chance
to win a championship. If not this year, then certainly

(12:44):
next year. He becomes one of the great Lakers. Now,
he's not gonna be on Magic's level, Kobe Shaq, Kareem Lebron,
but he would have been a historic Laker along the
lines of a Paw Gasaw. But he's more colorful. He's
a more charismatic, energetic player. His game is more exciting

(13:08):
than pals. So he would have probably been even more
popular than Pau Gasol. So he would have he would
have business ventures would have flown his way. He's a
basketball he would have become He would have had so
many other opportunities around the league. He would be being
talked about, like Kevin Garnett told Anthony Davis. When Garnette

(13:30):
he loved Minnesota, he didn't want to leave Minnesota, but
he wasn't winning in Minnesota. He wasn't getting even to
the playoffs for the most part in Minnesota. For several
years after that, they missed the playoffs. When he went
grudgingly to the Boston Celtics, he was he was the
talk of the league, him, Paul Pierce, ray Allen. They

(13:53):
won a championship and he loved it. It's something about
being in the mix every single year. And Paul George,
had he come to the Lakers joined Lebron James, he
would have been in the mix every single year. Now,
you're not winning the championship. You don't know that. Chris

(14:14):
don't know that. I know that. I don't say two
weren't gonna be the Lakers. You were wrong. You don't
know that. First of all, that was fourteen fifteen. I
don't care when you were wrong on that. I watch
you back then on ESPN that you're gonna sit here

(14:34):
and tell me that Oklahoma City team that couldn't win
the championship with Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant is going
to win one with Paul George and Russell Westbrook. You
have no idea what's gonna happen in the Western Conference.
You just don't know yet. You don't know if that's
gonna join anything. They can't say they not gonna win.
I know I know one thing they're not winning that

(14:55):
the Lakers aren't gonna win. They wouldn't he would have
had a better chance. And you're gonna you're gonna sit
here and tell me he would not have had a
better chance playing with Lebron James. But it tells you
all you need to know. He didn't want to play
with Lebron, just like most people. That's why I'm telling
you they won't win because they won't be able to
get a guy. And I'm telling you again, Chris, we're
gonna get into that because you know who they're getting

(15:15):
they're gonna get. And no, I didn't hatop it the
rate you are they're getting that. He don't know this
clear cut. They have written on the wall. We have
been seeing that. They said that they were gonna get
Paul George. Everybody that they bring up that they were
gonna get didn't come through. Kawhi let it. Oh yeah, hey,
san Antonio, might as well just trade him to lake

(15:36):
It because that's where he's going. Anyway, say something too quickly,
Let me say something, because you're sitting here talking about
like acting like it's a nightmare to play with Lebron Jane.
Ask Chris bosh nobody even knows who he is. Let
me ask Kyrie Irving. Who wont who got to play
on the biggest stage in the worst bosh Man? Really? Yea?

(15:58):
Let me finish this, Chris Bosh who and Kevin Love
who are going to likely be in the Hall of
Fame because they played with Lebron James? Why is Chris
Brons even still relevant today? Everybody? Because he won championships
with Lebron. If he had played in Toronto for eleven years,
you don't know he made game every year and gone

(16:19):
out in the first round or not even made the
playoffs some years, would he still be relevant right now? Yes?
You know why he wouldn't You know why? Because Tracy
McGrady made it on those same stress was five times better.
Tracy McGrady got out of the out of the first
round one time. And I don't care. I meant it.
You have brought it up that he about the playoffs.

(16:39):
There is not a person at it the Radies game.
I'm talking about his performance and what he did in
the postseason was garbage. And he's look at his face,
look at his stats. I'm telling you his Tracy, his
postseason Tracy McGrady. I'm telling let me finish watching him.

(17:00):
He was five times the player Chris Bobs was not
brought up the post. That's why we love Tracy McGrady
because he was so much better his game. He was
a top five player in the league. Didn't get out
one time in the first round. I don't think he
got out. I'm cutting you off. I'm cutting you off.
You just ain't. You aren't making any sense. Oh, you're

(17:20):
not making any ci couple will return after I dust
drive up during the break peace. This is Jeopardy. You
watched Jeopardy? Yeah, I love that show on TV theme
so on Thursday and to yad couple, I don't think
I've ever watched the full episode. That's a good show.

(17:41):
I've watched bits and pieces. It looks fine. The one
I'm not big on is the Wheel of Fortune. I
love Jeopardy because it just sometimes to hear those questions.
I'm impressed on how smart people are. Yeah, I mean
for people to know that stuff, I will, you know
when they go and they do like you know, English
literature and they come up with wonder do they give

(18:01):
people like books? Are there books that have all the
jeopardy questions or topic? But you just know what kind
of the world you're supposed to know all that stuff?
This is just stuff people learn and they are just
they retain information. That's really what it didn't you have
to study that stuff. Oh, I'm sure that they look
into stuff. Wow, all right, Well, something else to look

(18:22):
into is an automobile, a new one. Because car shopping
can be confusing, terms like dealer, price list, price invoice
get you all out of sorts. What you really need
is true Car because True Car shows you what you
really need to know what other people paid for the
car that you want. That way you can recognize a
good price from a bad price. Trust me, when you're

(18:44):
ready to buy a new or even a used car,
visit True Car to enjoy a more confident car buying experience.
And Rob Parker, you're proud of yourself. I think you
injured your elbow patting yourself on your on the back
for your little I felt hired. I don't like lebron
You're little tired. Paul George Rant. Let me tell you

(19:06):
something you didn't foresee Anthony Davis getting traded to the Lakers. Now,
will it cost them brandon ingram Linzo Ball and Josh
Hart or Kyle Kuzman. Yeah, it could, but you're getting
back Anthony Davis twenty eight points, twelve or thirteen rebounds,

(19:31):
two and a half blocks a game, young just about
to hit his prime. And you know what else, because
you won't be using salary cap room to sign him,
You'll instead be trading for him. You'll have cap room
to go out and build up your supporting cast. And oh,
before you say, nobody wants to play with Lebron James.

(19:55):
Role players love playing with Lebron. Shoot David up. Shooters
love playing with Lebron Anthony. They'll get Anthony Davis, Lebron
James and surrounding with shooters, and then they will be
in place to bring a championship back to LA. Now

(20:18):
do I have to do the mic drop? No? I
was already. I I did the mic drop to you done.
How you gonna answer that? I put it all out there.
That's my point, is not coming. He's not coming. I
said that about Kawhi. You said the same exact thing. No,
don't talk about said I never said Kauhi was definitely

(20:41):
going to the Lakers. I'm talking about you said that
that san Antonio should trade him to the Lakers because
he's gonna leave anyway, so you might as well get
these players from the Lakers. And they did what most
teams do, which is they don't trade with inside their
own So if Anthony Davis is coming leave, yeah, that
was a dumb one, but the teams have done it

(21:01):
as well. No, but I'm telling you most teams will
not do it. And there's no way New Orleans is
gonna trade him to the Lakes. So you said, I'm
telling you I'll wait for that day, it's not gonna happen.
What's gonna happen when he might come back at Leonard
leaves to that's different. What that's different then what I'm
telling you then not trading him directly to the Lakers.

(21:22):
So if you want to wait one more year, then
then we'll see. And Lebron's in his third year, he's older,
he's got injuries mounting up. You watch and see the
knock seven seven ninety nine or fix eight seven seven
nine nine six sixty three sixty nine. Let's go to
Joe in Atlanta. He wants to weigh in, Joe, welcome

(21:42):
to the odd couple. Hey, guys, what's happen? You wanted
to say, I totally agree with Rob right here. You
actually said that publicly? Yeah, that so Bish actually warned,
Uh Kevin Love about playing with Lebron. Love nearly left.

(22:03):
Huh warrened is a strong word. Well, he said, Okay, warned,
I'll use that word. Love nearly left and Lebron had
to tell him just to be a part of something special, Kyrie,
we're gonna retire or surgery, and he left or he left.
And also what Katie just said, these supersides around the league,

(22:25):
they see Lebron just trying to He's trying to team
up with these guys so he can add to his legacy,
for his for his own selfish reason. This guy see
what he's doing. Chris bosh the two championships he won,
being part of that recognized historically as a part of
that big three in Miami that failed. Do you think
that helped his legacy? It hurt him. I think it

(22:47):
hurt him how he was going out. I think when
when ill. Here's the thing. If Chris Bosch had been
a nineteen time All Star. He'd wink down like a
him All Star. He but he but he's been in
the left but he was pushed behind. He was a
third option on a team that only won was James

(23:08):
Championship on Now they won more championships, but he played.
They won two out of four. I mean that's this story.
I mean, look, I'm not saying that we're a historically
great team. I'm just saying that act like Chris Bosh's
career didn't benefit from being in my hand. I think
he got individual stats. Look at his numbers, but numbers
in championships. He's gonna be a Hall of Famer because
of everybody's in the ya men, I mean ka in

(23:32):
a basketball hall Hall of Fame and baseball the one
that's got all the different how many different ways can
you get into it? If you don't get into it
this way, you can get in through it through the
back door, the side door, the window. I can name
you a thousand players in the basketball Hall of Fame
and you would go who the NBA needs its own
Hall of Fame? All right, all the cowboys, We're gonna

(23:54):
move on to the NFL. Because I've just schooled you
ain't schooled me. Stop. That's your easy thing to always
say when you get, when you get, pimp slap. That's
what you got today. And you know you know why
the pimp slap slap because I used my backhand so
I don't leave any marks for the police. All right,
Oh you gave mcclap falsity. I was city. Didn't you

(24:17):
see how I was stopping on him during the break? Yeah?
I did see them, all right. I got his Cowboys
destined for another early playoff exit. Super Bowl champion coach
Brian Billick has the answer next. But first let's bring
in deb Carson. Dam How are you, dab? How are you?
I can't stand Chris Bussard. I'm telling you, you guys

(24:37):
are like an old married I'm right, you guys are
both awesome. Hey y, some baseball news guys. White Sox
have made an official offer to free agent shortstop Manny Machado,
offer reportedly closer to two hundred million than three hundred million,
according to USA Today. The Phillies have signed pitcher David
Robertson at to a two year deal, and this is

(24:58):
always fun. The Pro Football Hall of Fame class unveiled
its fifteen Modern era finalists for the class of twenty nineteen,
whittled down from the original ninety two players and eleven
coaches that were nominees back in September. The first time
eligible finalists are Tied and Tony Gonzalez, safety at red
cornerback Champ Bailey. Other finalists receiver Isaac Bruce, running back

(25:19):
Edger and James, safeties John Lynch and Steve Atwater cornerback,
Ty Law, tackle Tony Basselli, guards Steve Hutchinson, Alan Fanica
also a guard, offensive lineman, Kevin Mawai defensive end, a
defensive tackle, Richard Seymour, a couple of coaches, Don Corriel
and Tom Flores. And we've got some contributors and finalists. Contributors,

(25:40):
I should say, as finalists Pat Boland, the owner of
the Broncos, the vice president of player personnel and the
godfather of the scouting system, if you will, Gil Brandt.
And the senior finalists this year is safety Johnny Robinson.
So those are your finalists. Meanwhile, Eagles quarter back Nick
Foles returned from his rib injury with a full participant

(26:03):
in today's practice. He is on track to start Sunday's
Wildcard game against the Bears, and as far as the
coaching carousel goes, Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels declined an
invitation to interview for the Bengals head coaching job. Guys, now,
we'll be back to the odd couple in ten seconds.
But first, a word from farmers. From a car landing
on a roof to a car landing in the pool,

(26:24):
we've covered it. Talk to farmers. We know a thing
or two. Because we've seen a thing or two. We
are farmers under written my Farmers truck fire inshurance, exchanges
and affiliates products unavailable in every state. Rob Chris back
to you all. Yeah, thank you. It is the Eyes College.
To work with somebody professional. Thank you. It's good to

(26:44):
work with both. Will you stop, Rob and let me
read the promos? My goodness, it's the Eye Couple. Christmas
are Rob Parker. We're coming to you live from the
Geico Fox Sports radio studios. It's easy to say fifteen
percent or more in your car insurance with Geico. Go
to Geico dot com or call eight hundred and nine
four seven Auto. The only hard part is figuring out

(27:05):
which way is easier and as we enter wildcard weekend
in the NFL. Is great to bring in Super Bowl
champion coach and now an NFL network analysts, Brian Billick. Brian,
welcome to the Odd Cup. What's happening, Good afternoon. It's
great to have you on a lot of big games
obviously this weekend. But I think the sexiest in a

(27:26):
lot of people's eyes is the Dallas Cowboys in Seattle Seahawks.
What do you feel like, who do you like in
that game? And what do you feel like are the
keys for each team? Well, they're all great matchups, I think,
And it's interesting you're talking about two teams that are
very similar in style and what they want to do.
When they played in Week three, that was really the
seat change for the Seattle Seahawks where they kind of

(27:49):
fully committed saying, Okay, this is how we won our
other Super Bowls, so we're going to go back to
total commitment to the running game. Obviously, play good, solid defense,
and get good play out of your quarterback in their
case us So Wilson, Well Dallas, that's obviously the formula
for them, playing really good defense, running the ball with
Ezekiel Elliott. The addition of Mary Cooper has given them
that downfield presence as well. So these are two very

(28:12):
similar teams going at one another, and so it's going
to come down to first who can not make the mistake.
I mean, you look at Russell Wilson, He's a proven
commodity in terms of a Super Bowl winning quarterback that
you know can produce that level. Dak Prescott has shown
signs of it. So it's really going to come down
to which of these two quarterbacks can deliver. Because no,

(28:32):
both teams are probably going to run the ball pretty well.
If not, they're going to stay committed to it. Brian,
when you talk about Dak Prescott and you mentioned him
and the Cowboys in general, Cowboys have won only two
playoff games since nineteen ninety five, do you find that
hard to believe? And is this like the biggest game

(28:52):
for Dak because of the Steeler? I mean, because Dallas
doesn't have hasn't had a lot of success in the
postseason and there's some questions about him and whether or
not he should be paid and all that. Is this
a big game and a pressure game for that? Yeah?
I mean they're all pressure games, pressure games for everybody.
But obviously he has a lot writing on the line

(29:12):
with regards to truly solidifying is he that guy the
way Russell Wilson had to when he first got into
it and then obviously stepped up and proved just that.
And they have semi similar games in terms of the
way that they're able to play. So yeah, this is
very important obviously the Cowboys. That is surprising. You wouldn't
think of that franchise as having the last success in

(29:33):
the playoffs they have. You know, they're they're feeling the
pressure as well. They are a talented team, they feel
like they have a complete team. Plus they're playing at home,
so that's the additional Of all of all the wildcard
games on the weekend, this is the only one where
you know, and I got to make the pics like everybody,
I don't know any more than anybody else, but I
typically go with the home team because there's a reason

(29:54):
obviously that the home field advantage and the travel and
whatever it may be. But this is the one game
I don't know that Seattle. It comes down to Dak
Prescott versus Russell Wilson. Hard for me not to go
with Russell Wilson. It's the eye couple were joined by
Super Bowl Championship coach Brian Billick. Brian, you mentioned that
you liked the home teams. I'm wondering about Baltimore and

(30:16):
the LA Chargers. I really like the Charges. I think
they're probably the most balanced teams and then on a
lot of big games on the road. Yeah, do you?
I mean they obviously Baltimore beat them a few weeks ago.
I'm just thinking that them seeing Lamar Jackson in that
offense again, I would expect them to be more prepared
to kind of slow that down in the playoffs and

(30:38):
have a chance to win. What are your thoughts on that? Yeah,
and they're healthier than they were and that's important. So
I think all those things are true. But they're gonna
have to do some key things they didn't do in
the first game. They're capable of it, but now they're
gonna have to do the typical West coast to East coast.
How difficult that is. Baltimore at home can be pretty
darn good. But from a defensive standpoint, they're certainly capable.

(31:00):
That defensive group and the rush with Ingram and Bosa
coming off the edge of those safeties that are more
like linebackers that are so effective. You've got to build
the box. You have to be a plus one against
the Baltimore raven offense. By that, I mean to take
on the option. You have to have one more cattler,
one more defender than they have offensive guy. You gotta
stack that box in whatever fashion it takes. And does

(31:21):
that leave you vulnerable to the play action, the big
play down the field? Possibly, but ken Lamar Jackson make
enough of those plays. You know they can run the
ball and beat you if you don't give them that advantage.
So job one is they've got to You saw Cleveland
do it in the second half. They gotta stack that
box and take away the option. Offensively, you are not

(31:42):
going to beat the Baltimore Ravens thinking and dunking the
ball down the field or just running it. You've got
to get the big plays, Philip rumors, and this offense
is capable of it. But they didn't in the first game.
They had the exact opposite numbers and a team that
hadn't turned the ball over a lot, and the Ravens,
as good as the defense is, really hadn't generated a
lot of turnovers. They had three turnovers. They had zero plays.

(32:02):
I'm talking about the charges now, zero plays over fifteen yards.
They got to flip that. They've got to get three, four,
five big chunk plays and they can't turn the ball over.
Now they're capable of it. But will they do it
going into Baltimore. I think that's going to be a
tall task. What about the Colts. They're the hottest team
in the NFL, finished up nine and one their last

(32:23):
ten and they basically won a playoff game to get in.
They had to beat the Titans on the road. They
got that done. They're only they were a small underdog
at Houston. Do you like Andrew Luck in that squad? They? Yeah,
I do like what they're doing. The protection has been stunning,
what they've done, the different showing what Andrew Luck can
do when he gets the protection, the pressure they sacked

(32:45):
in the two games with Houston, they have twelve sacks
against Deshaun Watson. That's a lot. So that's obviously gonna
be job one for Houston. But I think Houston could
be the surprise team in the AFC playoff picture. To me,
they are the most complete ballance team offense, defense, the
offense running and throwing the ball now they've they've had
some up and downs with it. But if you look

(33:06):
at the other team, Kansas City, you know, is awesome,
great passing games, but they just the defense is really questionable.
New England you never bet again to Brady and Belichick,
but with obviously with Brady and Gronk and they just
look a little old. They're beginning to show their signs
now maybe they get in the playoffs and turning around.
So the AFC teams, this could be very interesting. I think, yeah,

(33:30):
I'm picking Houston at home because I think they could
be that surprise team. Brian moving over to the NFC,
how do you explain Philadelphia and this Nick Foles phenomena.
I mean, I think Carson Wentz is a better quarterback,
but they look better with Nick Foles behind center. How
do you explain this? Yeah, it's hard to explain because

(33:51):
it's not like Carson Wentz played poorly. They played very
very well. So their issues and losing when Carson was
in really had us to do with Carson Wentzton and
the rest of the team. I don't know whether it's
the team they've played, the way they're responding to Nick Foles.
Who knows obviously. Plus they have the pedigree. That's the
thing they have going into Chicago and again went in
against Chicago. Against that defense in Chicago's going to be

(34:14):
a tough task. But if I'm done Peterson, I'm standing
in that very first meeting saying okay, everybody with the
Super Bowl ring, stand up, and in that room in Philadelphia,
three quarters the team is gonna stand up because they
just want it and say, okay, so we know what
we're doing doing, we know what this looks like, compared
to Chicago, where it's probably only a handful of guys
that know what this is about. So I'm going to

(34:35):
play on that trump card of we know how to
do this because we've done it. Now. I'm not sure
they can go in. I think that defense is spectacular.
I think Mitchell Bisky can be just good enough at home.
But I believe that Nick Foles is going to have
to have the kind of game like he did against
Houston a few weeks ago, where they couldn't run the
ball for squad, he threw for almost five hundred yards

(34:56):
and four touchdowns. They're gonna need that kind of game.
I don't know if they can do that against Chicago Bears. Hey, Brian,
we got about thirty seconds. I'm just intrigued. The Giants
GM basically was noncommittal about Eli. You had a quarterback
like that, what would you do? Would you just cut ties,
let him go on about his way, or or keep
him around to try to help the young guy you're
gonna put in his place. It's an organizational keeping the

(35:20):
young keeping around for a young guy that never works. Okay,
I'm sure Eli wants no part of that. They got
to make an organizational decision. How close were we to
be good? Is it gonna sit within the window, because yes,
Eli can still play. If not, if we truly have
to stuffle this, Eli favor cut him loose, let him
go someplace else, to a team that is better structure
for it. And now the big question is okay, so

(35:41):
now where do we get our quarterback? Where do we go? Bro?
You're here on behalf of SeatGeek dot com. Can you
tell us about that? Yeah, you want to go to
one of these playoff games or any athletic event, or
are you going to go to the theater you want
to go see your favorite concert? Can go to SeatGeek
dot com. They've got millions of tickets. They've got a
great radio system, tells you what kind of deal you're getting.

(36:02):
Every transaction is guaranteed one dot Com and you put
into promo code Billick, you're gonna get twenty dollars back
on your first purchase. All right, Brian, thanks a lot.
We appreciate the time. The last game I went to,
I think that guy must have used your service because
he was definitely a geek sitting next to me. All right,
all right, Brian, see you. He didn't really like it

(36:28):
better ones. I don't know how much you're saying, but
it was one of your better He just hung on
talks to Row for like ten minutes after. Hey, how
are you doing? What's going on? All right? I firmly
believe that athletes should get as much money as they
can get. Joe Paper, just don't ask me to be
the one to give it to you. I'll explain next.

(36:49):
It's the eye couple Fox Sports Radio. From a heart
of a little landing on a car to a load
of concrete falling on one, We've covered it. Talk to farmers.
We know a thing or two. Because we've seen a
thing or two, we are under written my farmers Struck
fire insurance exchanges and affiliates products unavailable in every state.

(37:13):
A new come on down, Roy Parker is in Heaven
and it's a TV theme song. Thursday, absolutely in Heaven,
the game show edition. Come on you watch the prices right?
Oh yeah? As a kid this this probably has to
go down as the greatest game show ever. Probably not
Do You Want to Do Love? Though? Probably my favorite ever.

(37:36):
It's family feud. Really on the board, there's a question. Yeah,
yeah Dawson now Steve Harvey I think is good. But
just remember when Richard Dawson used to kiss all those
women in the mouth, in the mouth, mouth about the
mouth he did, I think you you know autumn, every

(37:57):
single one, not every He was a little frisky with it.
So doubt about that. I'm telling you I've seen them
kissing them here all right. When you're shopping for your
car insurance, consider this. Guico has been saving people money
on car insurance for over seventy five years. That's three
quarters of a century. So if you're serious about savings,

(38:20):
it's simple go to Geco dot com. After seventy five years,
they know how to save you money. Speaking of money,
Rob Parker not saving any two huge free agents still
out there in baseball. Well, but days Harper man him
child out at the holidays are over. It's here it comes.
You know what we thought a few weeks ago when
the Dodgers made the trade trade y'allsel Pleague and a

(38:40):
few others, that they were clearing room for Bryce Harper's
it's a good question. And now Bryce Harper had a
five hour meeting with the owner of the Nationals. They said,
seeing that, yeah, I think it's unfinished business. They offered
him originally ten years, three hundred million out, saying that

(39:00):
it's been antied up to three hundred and fifty million
from the national Da've offered three that that's the toss
the conversation. No officially, but on the other side we
hear now that the Manny Machado is leaning towards the
White Sox offer, which I'm not so sure yet, Chris.
We'll have to wait and see, but uh, supposedly they're
ready to It could be closer to as that reported

(39:23):
two hundred million verses three hundred less years, though not Rob. Look,
please put your Major League Baseball palm palms like you
would have to be nuts and I like Bryce Harper.
I'd love to have him with my squad and Machado.
Look the antics I can do without. But he's a
great player. But you would have to be out of

(39:45):
your mind to give any player a ten year contract.
I'm sorry. Name me one that has lived up to
one of these huge ten year, two hundred and fifty
ten year to seventy five, teen year to forty million
dollar contract. Name one, CC Sabatia. Please what They won

(40:07):
a World Series with him, didn't they? What do you
gotta do to satisfy you have ten years? You could
be good for the majority that didn't win. He was
good for the majority? Was What was his contract? Yeah?
I think he wound up getting like not three hundred,
but uh, he got a big contract. I'll have to
take a look at the exact names. I mean how
I'm looking at Miguel for a picture. Ye, ten years

(40:30):
to ninety two he got like two forty nine a
couple of years ago, played less than forty games. He
also won the Triple Crown. He did some stuff. They
went to the World Series. Tigers looking right now now
they're not good. So now you gotta pay him for
several years even Alex Rodriguez. I mean Texas ended up
regretting that huge deal they game him a few years ago. Yeah,
he came with the Yankees, right, the Bulls didn't work

(40:52):
out because they haven't made the playoffs. Yeah, he'd been
an All Star like one time in the last decade.
I'm just saying, like, look, I want to to get paid.
I just don't think it benefits the team. Well, I
think they look at it long term, like the money
only goes up though it doesn't go down. All right,
it's the Eye Couple, Chris and Rob. Keep it locked
and we'll be back NFL, NBA, all that. Yeah, we

(41:15):
are the Eye Couple. I'm Chris Bruce Aud alongside my
partner Rob Parker, and as always, we are coming to

a free rate quote. Rob Let's move to the NFL,

(41:35):
where the Antonio Brown Pittsburgh Steelers saga still remains hot,
and it's gonna remain hot for a long time. But
there's an interesting you know why, because it's personal now, yeah,
you're right, it's personal question. This is not just about
playing the game. It's personal. It's definitely personal. I mean

(41:56):
the way he kind of Antonio Brown was on Instagram
with James Harrison. James Harrison, one of the most outspoken
critics of Mike Tomlin and Antonio Brown, goes on Instagram
with Harrison during Mike Tomlin's press conference yesterday. So that
was definitely a slap in the face. So, as you said,

(42:18):
it is personal, and it's also become personal between another
former Pittsburgh Steeler, Ryan Clark, who's an analyst on ESPN.
He had played with both Harrison and or I'm sure, yeah,
he played with Harrison and uh Antonio Brown. And we also,
I know we worked with him because we we if

(42:41):
I remember correct, when he first started. We broke him
in on the first take, and he used to work
with us in the beginning. And now he's moved on
to you know, being an NFL analyst and whatnot doing
stuff too, But he has been he has not held
his tongue about Antonio Brown. And here's what he had
to say. Antonio Brown is walking past the weight room

(43:04):
and training camp and right now we hear that Mike
Wallace has turned down his deal. He's going Antonio is
going into his third year. You're here that Mike Wallace
has turned down his deal. And I knew already that
they were going to offer Antonio. And he's walking past,
and I turned to the strength coach and I say,
when you give him money, you're going to create a monster.
That day in practice, Antonio and I almost get into
a fight because he's saying things the coach Labot. He's

(43:25):
screaming at Coach Labo, screaming at us defensively, don't touch me.
I'm the franchise, this and that. Because he already had
that mindset, and now with success with money, these things
come and you hear more about theom some things that
we don't need to bring up now. But when it
comes to just being a good teammate, when it comes
to just being supportive, to understanding that you're trying to
achieve one goal, that doesn't matter to him. What mattered

(43:46):
to him is nineteen attempts, fourteen catches, one hundred and
eighty five yards, two touchdown against the Saints. That's what's
important to Antonio Brown. And Antonio Brown responded on Instagram
calling Ryan Clark and uncle Tom, which is just about
the worst thing you can say to an African American man,
no doubt or person. Basically means your sell out, your

(44:08):
sell out, and basically you you speak for the man.
You rip that, you know you're ripping on other black
people for the man, right, That's what you are, your
sell out Uncle Tom. So that's what he called. I
don't want to hear Clark, you don't want to be
called that. And de'angelo Williams, he had some criticism of
Ryan Clark as well. Rob Gee, why don't you read

(44:30):
the tweet that de'angelo put out? Yeah, from former Steelers
running back DeAngelo Williams says, Hey, at real, Ryan Clark,
you do know sharing personal stories from your playing dames
from the locker room and your title with being a
professional journalist is a conflict of interest, you know how
as a player and I have no experience like you
with both sides, Guys are gonna be at your neck

(44:52):
for what you said. End quote interest now here, what's
your take? Here's my take. I unders stand this. This
is the slippery slope. As an analyst, you want players
to uh be able to understand and no they're no
longer players, and if they have to criticize a person,
they because most there are many ex players or coaches

(45:17):
or front office people who will not be critical and
those guys about what's happening in the game, and those
guys normally don't last a long time because the problem is,
if you're not gonna shed any insight to it, what
what what's the purpose of having you? Okay, So I
get that that's what we want. We we're bringing you
on as a former player, right because you've you've been

(45:40):
in there, right, right, you you can tell us what
it's like to be in the lack. But you're not.
But you're not a reporter, and that's the problem. Sometimes
they dress up guys and act like their reporters interviewing
other athletes. They're not reporters that they have been trained.
Someone's getting handed you a sheet and you're asking some
questions and none of them are hard Chris, because they
wouldn't do the interview, so so they portrayed his act

(46:02):
like the reporters. Here's the problem I have. And with
the Ryan Clark story. That Ryan Clark story is like
him taking a personal shot at somebody that's not real insight.
If no, no here not to me from this damnpoint.
What would you say, Chris? If somebody you're about to
get your pay day in the NFL and you're telling

(46:25):
some other guy don't pay him, he's gonna be a monster.
That ain't something you're gonna react to nicely. That's a
that's a personal shot against you. He said that when
he was a player. No, but I'm saying, but you're
still you're still ripping on me. You're saying he shouldn't
have said that as a player. No, But but what
he was a player? What's your What would be your

(46:46):
reaction if I told if I told Fox they're about
to sign you to a big deal, and I say,
to your face in front of other people at Fox,
don't give Chris Boussard that deal. You're gonna create a monster.
Would you be How would you react to that? Is
what I'm asking you. Well, that what I'm saying. I'm
not trying to choose side between I'm gonna your question

(47:08):
Ryan and Antonio. But what I will say is at
Ryan Clark, I think was thinking of it as we're
trying to win. We're trying to win again, We're trying
to win a super Bowl. That story wasn't let me
let me finish. You ask me a question. We're trying
to win a super Bowl and this guy's attitude is

(47:29):
already bad, and if you give him more money, it's
going to get even worse, and that can keep us
from winning a super Bowl. That's how I think he
was coming at it. You say you can talk about
he said out in public, and are you saying he
shouldn't have said it period, or he shouldn't have said

(47:49):
it on esp and the Scott van Pell I'm saying,
when he said it, what kind of reaction do you
expect to get. They don't like each other, they don't know,
but I'm saying, and it goes, well, we almost gutt
to a fight on the field. Of course, you almost
got into a fight. You're talking about my business to
other people in a locker room. If you got something
to say to me, come to my face. He said

(48:10):
it to the strength and conditioning coach, and he set
out to me that No, but it doesn't I'm fine
if you don't like him, saying, I'm saying, that doesn't
show me the insight about if you told me about
some situation or whatever where it was a game and
he didn't care about the score because he had gotten
his numbers. That story would give me more insight to

(48:33):
he doesn't care about anything other than his numbers. That
thing about him having an argument over you talking about
him getting paid doesn't demonstrate to me that that that
he's not about winning. That's what I'm talking about. That's
fine to me. To me, it does. It tells me
how a teammate, a former teammate of Antonio Brown saw him.

(48:55):
Now that's one teammate. Maybe the other guys or some
of the other guys didn't feel that way. But as
I think, I don't think Ryan Clark did anything wrong.
I think Ryan Clark and I don't think he told
like to D'Angelo Williams tweet, I don't think he told
any state secrets. If it was a player's only meeting
that he had been like, look, we had a player's

(49:16):
only meeting, and so and so went off on Antonio
Brown and they almost got it. Now you're sharing secrets
that weren't meant to leave the locker room. All he
said was his own personal feelings at that time years ago,
and he just refused it. To illustrate the point he
was trying to make that in his mind, Antonio Brown

(49:38):
is a selfish player. I think that's all he was doing.
I think there are there are plays I thought he
really gave a lot of insight. I think I didn't
get the insight from that. But I think sometimes you're
in different circumstances. There are times when, uh, everything is
not on the record, and but I'm I'm just saying

(50:00):
there is a time and then you try to play
the role of reporter after the fact. I think that
that's a I'm not I'm just saying. Clark's not saying
he's a reporter. He's he's he's never claimed to be
a report. That story this, he's an analyst. Let me see.
He just so he ripped him to his face in public,
and he's telling you that he's selfish because he he
shouldn't he because you ripped on him forgetting what he said.

(50:23):
What he's saying, he said, I felt before the money
even came, nobody said it watching this is what Ryan
Clark said watching Antonio' Brown with the Pittsburgh Steelers during
his time there, he felt he was a selfish guy
and he felt like it when the money comes up,
if they pay him, he's going to get even worse.

(50:46):
And he's saying, this is what I'm talking about, a
guy that doesn't show up to practice the week of
your biggest game of the season. But that's what it illustrated.
It was an illustration. But but but that doesn't that
that what he said doesn't illustrate that, Chris, And what
I'm saying is no, it doesn't it say it just
says that's how he felt. You're saying that they gotten

(51:07):
that he's making. Antonio Brown turned on Ryan Clark because
Clark started talking about his money. Clark was saying, before
the money's even in new but I thought this guy
was a problem and the money was just exacerbated. That's
a different comment than saying what he said in the
locker room to somebody. To act as if you won't
get a negative reaction when somebody says, don't pay that

(51:29):
dude because he's only gonna turn into a monster. How
do you take that? You should and if you're gonna
say that, you don't say it in front of other people.
You say that to his face. Now, if he told
me the story that he thought he went to Antonio
Brown and said, dude, you're selfish. You got your priorities wrong.
I had a one on one with him and we
had a private conversation and I said, blah blah blah

(51:51):
blah blah. I buy that, Chris, But you're just ripping
a guy in the locker room because he's about to
get paid. Okay, I'm just saying, I mean, seriously, you
had every every guy in the life. If he's saying
that wouldn't sit right with me. If I think if
we work together, and I think you're a prima donnah, selfish,
you're not gonna help the company improved, you don't care

(52:15):
about this, Then you're free to say that what you want,
and now you gotta answer the consequences, and he did.
They almost got in the fight. Ryan Clark, though, is
going on TV. He's not hiding from saying he wants
to say. I'm just saying, now I get where you're
coming from. Players shouldn't talk about each other's mind. That's
the only thing I've always said. But it's my money,

(52:35):
Why does that? It's a team game. But and if
Ryan Clark is thinking, if we give this dude a
certain amount of money, he is going to take away
from the team with his attitude, That's what he was saying.
But did he take away with the production of what
he did? They how much winning have they done? Fifteen
touchdowns and fifteen games plays for the most they won

(52:57):
that game, won game. He wasn't there for they won
that game that But you're telling me what he did,
that's not what I said. It is an issue, But
I'm just saying what Ryan Clark said and put out
there that didn't give me more insight to him. I
thought I thought it was really good in that regard.
But you know the issue. Look, it's people you work with,
and I don't think you would go up to somebody

(53:18):
at FS one and and be like, don't don't give
him a show or pay him and because he's this
so that you would never do that, Chris, You wouldn't.
There are people that do that. You what, you wouldn't
do it. I wouldn't do it. There are people that
do that, and you know what, I wouldn't do it.
There are people that do that, And you know, I
think also it's a difference because it's a team dynamic.

(53:39):
I get one guys on the team. If you're trying
to win the super Bowl. That have the right attitude
if you if he told me that story, all I'm saying,
and that was him and him and Ryan Clark and
a B and he went up to him and said, hey, dude,
I think you're way too selfish. And he told me
some story that he sat them down after a game
and he really felt that way. I would be like, okay,

(54:02):
I get that, and his reaction was this or that.
But he was on the guys on the verge of
getting paid. And you know how football is, right, you
could get hurt on any play and then you're gonna
say in front of other people, don't get that, dude,
no money. He gonna be a monster that that. I
just don't understand if I may be because I would
hate you to teams gets out of bottle from some place. No,

(54:24):
it is your place. I don't care about the team
he would he signed. This guy is gonna hurt our team.
That's what he is essentially saying. I just I don't
mean I think he's I think and if he got
the guts to say it, then say it because we're
trying to win. My concern, I think he's playing your pockets.
Get it's not your money. You don't own the damn team?

(54:45):
Who are you? Who are you starting to fit you?
But you don't own it. You don't own the team,
and he's free to give it. You're gonna tell the
team not to who to pay and who not to
give your who you think? Now Again, I'm not trying
to say whether he's right or wrong. I'm just saying
he has a free the freedom to say what he's saying.

(55:06):
I don't think it's his place. That's That's my only point.
It's not who's Ryan Clark. You ain't the GM. You
ain't dishing out the damn money. It ain't your money
to give. Ain't your money. I like when keep your
passion guts to save what they feel to your soul.
He had the guts to save it. And how would
he feel it when the people went up to him
and said, why would you pay this guy? He gets

(55:27):
burnt all the time or whatever somebody has. I mean,
you just this is a man's game, man, I get it.
I get it all Coombaya in the locker. I didn't
say that. I'm just saying I think he's out of line,
all right with your whatever this is all samet Saythangelo Williams, though,

(55:50):
uh is that again? I don't think Ryan Clark was
sharing any real quote unquote state secrets. He was just
saying his own personal feeling. He didn't say yeah, when
DeAngelo played on the team, he told me this about somebody. Right,
he didn't do any of that, and I would say

(56:11):
he did that. DeAngelo. I was like said, uh of
Kobe said, Shack pays off his women. Well you know
what I mean, get it what we're what we're what Ryan? Uh?
DeAngelo has to understand the full context. Now you're saying,
you're criticizing Ryan Clark for giving up information or time

(56:32):
in the locker room conversations and all that on behalf
of Antonio Brown, who Facebook lived your coach in a
postgame meeting. Just understand what I'm saying is understanding the context.
That's not the right context. That's not what I'm talking about. No,

(56:53):
I'm not going to I'm saying, in response to DeAngelo
Williams and the tweet, all right, was Ryan Clark out
of bounds for revealing a locker room story about Antonio Brown,
former wide receiver at FS one. NFL analyst Greg Jennings
has the answer. Next, it's The Old Couple of Fox
Sports Radio Greg Jamie's be sure to catch live editions

(57:13):
of The Odd Couple with Chris Broussard and Rob Parker
week days at seven pm Eastern four pm Pacific. From
a dog accidentally flooding a living room to a dog
taking a joy ride, we've covered it. Talk to farmers.
We know a thing or two. Because we've seen a
thing or two. We are farmers underwritten my Farmers truck

(57:35):
fire insurance, exchanges and affiliates products unavailable in every state.
Let's let's play a few grils. Yes, I love a
family feud. I still watch it every blue moon, every
once in a while. One hundred people survey top five
answers on the board. Here's the question. I'm gonna saying,
I've never seen a bad family fee. No. No, it's

(57:57):
a lot of energy. It's a fun show. Some of
the answers are terrible, you know, like people are like, wow, yeah,
I'd like to get my family on there. Maybe we
should get Uh. It comes to Brassard family when they
do the you know, you know, Steve Harvey's across the hall.
I know, I've never seen him up in here, though
we didn't make it happen up here up well, he

(58:18):
does a morning show, all right? Well, a new car, Rob,
a new car, you hit it on the head. Car
shopping can be confused and turns like dealer price list,
price invoice. True Car shows you what other people pay
for the car that you want, so you can recognize
a good price from a bad price when you're ready

(58:38):
to buy a new even a used car. Trust me
visit True Car to enjoy more confident car buying experience.
We've been talking about the Antonio Brown really not just
Antonio Brown versus the Steelers, but Antonio Brown versus Ryan Clark.
We want to give you a chance to weigh in.
Hit us up at eight seven, seven ninety nine on five.

(59:00):
Definitely want to see what side you fall in on
on this eight seven, seven nine nine six sixty three
sixty nine. Let's start with Mark in Sacramento. Mark, Welcome
to the eye couple. What's going on? Jill Man? How
are you man? How are you pretty good? There's two
wrongs here, small one in a big one. The small

(59:20):
one is I agree with Rob. You don't talk about
another man's money. I just don't care what's sending yet,
just don't do it. You check that out of your mouth. Now,
if he wants to say that, he thinks he's going
to become a problem because he's got an eating he's
got a control. He can say those things. You leave
the money out of it. But that was his whole point.

(59:40):
But but you can't even say it if you're not
bringing up No, I'm gonna say yeah, yeah, that's that's
all point. That's my point though, is that? And then
he says it to other people in the locker room.
Do you know what I mean? He send it to
the strength coach. What a team is different, you set
it to the strength. College team is different than a corporation.

(01:00:03):
We don't play in tournaments. We're not you know, we're
not a team. It's not a sport. He's trying to
win the championship. He's lucky to get his teeth knock.
But they almost they will not fight. It was just fine,
Like I said, if you can back it up, if
you you say it with your chest and all. That
didn't fine. All right, let's go to Jake him. I'm
sorry him and Bakersfield him. Welcome to the eye couple. Hey,

(01:00:28):
what's going on, fellas? Happy New Year? Happy New Year.
Let me get a Ryan Clark side here, Antonio Brown,
Dez Bryant, Odell Beckham Junior. Those guys need to shut up.
They got paid already because they're the one that ruined
it for the other receivers that are not gonna get
paid because this whole deva mentality of me me me receivers.

(01:00:49):
It's over and the owners. Everybody's getting tired of it.
You know what, I'm why, Because you play football and
you make money, you can't say anything. I'm hi me.
I'll never buy an into that. Never well, you know,
I never care people's money. Trust me. I make my
little money and I don't care about nobody else's. But
everybody's got a freedom of speak. Everybody can say what

(01:01:10):
they want, even those guys that position. Those guys are
normally divas because they catch the ball. It's a high
profile position and you get a lot of praise and
a lot of people are they love the guy who
catches the football. I get that, but I'm just saying
this whole notion that you should just get paid and
be quiet and don't say anything. I'm not buying saying that.

(01:01:31):
I don't think anybody's saying you can't you can't say anything.
They're saying you don't have to be trusting over water
coolers on the sideline. Well, but you don't have to
be showing not showing up for practice. That might be
a week of our biggest game. That might be your
passion though. Sometimes guys I play different differently, But you
know what, everybody got a sense of self control. You
can control yourself. Everybody's not that way when other guys.

(01:01:53):
Everybody can control themselves. Tom Brady's gone off on his
offensive coordinator on the on the sideline. First of all,
I didn't say anything about of physical coordinator. No, I'm
just saying that you don't necessarily have some of them.
I don't know what I'm what I'm saying. One guy
does it. He has passionate for the game, and he's
just passionate about any other guys A jerk, That's all
I'm saying. Which one is Antonio Brown just did? I'm

(01:02:15):
not I'm not going off on I told you I'm not.
That's what I'm saying. So so what I'm saying, I mean, Antonio,
this is totally different from being animated on the sidelines.
This was not showing up for our big practice, our
biggest game in the season. That's not what I'm talking about.
I'm just saying the way the people response, the way

(01:02:35):
people respond. I don't think TIMI said that. Nobody says
he Na Odell Beckhammy named like the wee receivers just
because what old Hell's had had issues. He hasn't had
any issues. Has he performed to some degree? Okay, I
don't remember missing practice. What does that have to do
with anything. It's not just missing practice. The ride receivers

(01:02:57):
are deva That's what they are, though, all of them.
Everybody that Greg Jenny's like that. Greg was a different guy,
but a lot of those big time receiving love. It's
Julio Jones like that. He's just he doesn't get that.
He doesn't get it. He doesn't get enough ball. So
I mean, come on, these dudes aren't like that. Keith
from Illinois, welcome to the Eye Couple and go steal

(01:03:19):
a nation this week. But it's all right, I'm going
for the Bears down. Look at you and you just
quickly sold out your team. Huh hey man, Roman, I
guess and too, Brown is a prima donna, but he
still should his ass up for the big game. Bottom line,

(01:03:40):
that's not what we're are debating because there's no debate there, right, Chris,
that's not there's no debate on any side there. We
know that you go to practice, so we already know that.
All right, Rob, Let's get in Greg Jennings, he is
a wide receiver and was a prima donna and green Man.
That was the problem, Greg, Rob just saying all receivers. No,

(01:04:02):
I didn't say you basically said I said that. I
said Greg Jenny's isn't Julio Jones, isn't DeAndre Hopkins. Yeah,
but I'm just saying this, guys, that's what they That
doesn't mean you have to be that great. Get in here, Hey, Greg,
what's up to us? Man? What's what? See? This is
the problem that I have when people say receivers are

(01:04:22):
divas is they take the few that act out and
that cause these issues, and then they say all wide
receivers are divas. Because if you look at the landscape
of receivers right now, how many receivers do we talk
about in this manner? Right? It's only a few. You're
absolutely right. Let me see, Jerry Rice wasn't diva? Who else?

(01:04:43):
Come on? But that's right, the greatest ever was not
exactly All right, let's get you, let's get to h
this whole situation down. No, no, no, I don't want
to hear that. Let's go somewhere else. Yeah, go ahead,
tell me. I'm asking about the whole Antonio Brown's situation
not so much to missing practice and we all we
all get that that, no one will ever accept that.

(01:05:05):
But wherever you where are you with the Steelers? Do
you try to move him no matter what, even if
you have to take a hit. Can he come back?
Do you want him? How do you deal with this? Greig?
I mean all of the above. You have to move him.
He doesn't want to be there. You shouldn't really want
him there if he doesn't want to be there because
of your cultures, the culture that you're trying to create,
the culture that you have not created is because of

(01:05:28):
what you've allowed him to do. And if you bring
him back, it only says so much about what you're
really willing to do for your culture moving forward. And
if I'm Mike Tomlin when I'm giving a press conference
and I'm covering. I'm he basically was covering up for
Antonio Browns in so many words, not calling, not saying
that he quit on a team, making sure that he

(01:05:51):
worded things properly in case he has to put up
with this next season, meaning the Rooney family brings him
back and doesn't shop him. He did everything that he
should have done, and yet Antonio Brown gets on Instagram
and Facebook Live and all these different platforms and he's
showing up his coach like that's a complete slap in

(01:06:13):
the face. You can't bring that back into your locker room.
If I'm the Pittsburgh Steelers, Greg, do you have a problem.
I'm sure you saw what Ryan Clark, the former Steeler,
said on ESPN. De'angel Williams, former Pittsburgh running back. He
was critical of Ryan Clark, saying, you know, you shouldn't
be talking about stuff that you did as a player,

(01:06:34):
so on and so forth. Do you have a problem
with what Ryan Clark said about Antonio Brown I don't.
I don't. That's his job to inform the viewer, to
inform the fans, and come from a perspective where no
one else can. And he witnessed it firsthand. He gave
us an inside view of who Antonio Brown was before

(01:06:55):
we we we found this, Greg, I totally disagree with you.
That's not what he gave us. What he did is
he told him I'm giving him my opinion. But Greg,
I think what that that was. Yeah, when I when
I dissed him in front of other people in the
locker room, he got a hissy fit and we almost
had a fight. He said to to He said to

(01:07:17):
Antonio Brown in front of other people, don't give him
no money because he's gonna make him a monster. How
would you react because someone was to tell somebody not
to pay you and that you're gonna be a monster
when you get paid. I don't even understand how you
supposed to react to that. Hope would tell you. Let
me tell you something. Some of your some of your
best friends, some of your truest friends, are the ones

(01:07:40):
who are going to tell you truth, whether you agree
with your face not in public. He said it. He's
when where he said it? He said it obviously in
front of Antonio Brown in their environment, in that family
dupe as environment. So where else should you say it?
And now all of a sudden he's been four or

(01:08:02):
five years removed from the game, and he can't share
that story. You want him to just take that. I
don't say that. I didn't think that that story shed light.
If you told me a story where he didn't care
about something and it was only about his numbers or whatever,
but that story there, I can understand why Antonio Brown,
if you want to go man to man and come
to my locker and say you're a selfish sob and

(01:08:25):
and if I owned the team, I wouldn't pay you,
I could understand that story. But for you to say,
don't give it, don't pay that dude, he's gonna be
a monster in front of an athletic trainer, and that
ain't no teammate as an athletic trainer. He didn't say
don't pay the dude. He said if if you pay them,
if you pay him, and then hold on, Rob, I

(01:08:47):
gotta are you in agreement with what Antonio brother story? No,
not at all. I'm just he's being him. He becomes no,
I'm not No, I'm not his game. I understand what
he's doing now because he wants out. How do you
get out? How do you get out? You make a
mess of everything, you wreck everything. I get what he's doing.
There's there's other ways to go about business. And then,

(01:09:07):
trust me, I understand. I know because I chose it
because I was bitter and the way the way I
felt like Aaron Rodgers and I had our relationship was going.
I felt like, you know what, I'm just gonna say
whatever I want to say. And that wasn't the way
I should have handled it. Was what I said, true, absolutely,
but I should have handled it differently. And Antonio Brown,

(01:09:28):
when all that dost settles and he has moved on
or his career is over and he looks back, he's
going to wish he had handled it differently, all right,
I get that. I just thinking it's become personal now,
and once it becomes personal and not just about, it's
a personal thing now. And I just thought, I'm not

(01:09:50):
saying that that Ryan Clark can't give us insight. That's
what he's there for as an analyst, and you know me, Greg,
as a reporter, I'm all about getting to the story.
I just think that story wasn't the story I wanted
to hear, where he basically was ripping on Ryan Clark,
was ripping on him publicly in front of you want
to stay inside the locker room in front of teammates

(01:10:11):
or whatever. I just thought that wasn't a story that
showed me why Antonio Brown was selfish because he because
he wanted to get paid. I just didn't look at
it that way. Well, him him pulling off the stunt
that he did during the press conference, is that selfish?
That is enough right there? Yeah, that's selfish, that's selfish.
I get that. I'm just saying the money part, I

(01:10:34):
have a problem, just like I had a problem with
the players ripping on Levion Bell for wanting to get
paid before he got hurt. I mean, I just I
just didn't agree with that. I understand. But what what
what Antonio Brown has done. He's been selfish from day
one when he went if we go back to the

(01:10:54):
beginning of the season, when he wasn't getting the targets
that he felt like he should have been getting, and
Juju Smith Schuster was and he was becoming their primary
ghost to guy. Because of all the coverage being leaned
over towards Antonio Brown, he was that was unsettling for him.
Even in Whens, it was unsettling. So once that becomes

(01:11:15):
a problem and you know the history of where you
are meeting that they don't. We don't keep receivers around here.
It's always next man up. How do we know that?
With Plaxico Berth, with Santonio Home, with Emmanuel Sanders, with
Mike Wallace. He's been he's been through that, so now
it's your turn pretty much to watch this next guy.

(01:11:36):
Doesn't mean that you can't do what you're doing and
be productive, and you don't mean a lot to what
we have going forward. But I know what I've seen
over the course of my career in my time period here,
and I don't want to happen. Don't want it to
happen to me. I just feel like he's going about
a completely wrong, highly productive talent that he is. We

(01:11:56):
all understand that. I think he will have a productive
career moving forward, but I just don't think it's gonna
be with the fifth first Dealers. All right, Greg, great stuff, man.
We appreciate the insight. We know you hanging with your family,
so I have a good evening. Absolutely you're having fun.
We are, man, we are. That's going to Harry Potter stuff, Hi,

(01:12:17):
bubb appreciate, thank you, all right, Thanks God. More of
the I Couple coming up next. But first let's get
to Deb Carson for the latest in sports Debb. Hey, damn,
come on down, you're the next conduct all is right? Hey?

of twenty nineteen has been whittled down to fifteen, and

(01:12:38):
among those fifteen finals or three first year eligibles tight
Antony Gonzalez, cornerback Champ Bailian, state safety Ed Reid. The
NFL announced a partnership with Caesar's Entertainment, the league's first
ever casino sponsor, which reportedly is a three year deal
worth thirty million dollars per year. And some NBA news.
Lebron James was the top overall vote getter in the

(01:13:00):
first returns of the NBA All Star balloting, just over
a million votes for him. In the East, Janna Sona
Tacumpo of the Bucks the leading vote getter with just
over nine ninety one thousand votes. Fun story we talked
about last month, Steph Curry's flippant comment about you know,
the moon landing being made up and uh and being

(01:13:21):
conjured up by Stanley Cooper well tonight as a wink
and a nod to NASA. He's going to wear a
NASA themed pair of under Armour Curry six signature sneakers
with the visiting rockets in town. Afterward, he's going to
sign the shoes and auction them off on eBay through
his foundation, and the proceeds are going to go to
a local STEM education program in the Bay Area. Are

(01:13:42):
they gonna be those those white nurses shoes that he
tried to sell? Hey, he wore some a few days
ago that were fresh, but remember those those big works.
I like the under arms They didn't sell that, those
white ones, dab. I don't think you would wear some
fresh stuff though probably not. We can tune in though
at TNT of course, at ten thirty Eastern time to

the intro. That's good, is Rob ge. That's what they did.
They cheered him. They cheer him. That would be more
Texas like would be to cheer him and then put
them during the game. They should cheer him because he

(01:15:08):
helped him win a championship and the finals MVP playing

I was on for. That's from the seventies, for sure.
It is this a Newlyway game. No, I was gonna

(01:17:16):
play that, but I switched it for this. This is
Hollywood Squares. Hollywood Squares. Wow. Newlywag game was another one
of my favorite. Oh yeah, that was Hollywood Squares too.
I would like to go on the Newlywag game. What

(01:18:03):
know that? Ain't nobody you wore talking about whoever, whatever,
whatever you want to No, it's shop talk, Yes, sir,
it is. Shop Talk is the segment in the show
where we take a minute to take a look outside
of the world of sports because we have other interests,
as you know. And this week's topics come to us
courtesy of The Atlantic. Now, I'm sure everybody here on

(01:18:25):
this show where all adults, we know what a A
sectomy is out while there's a new trend that's sweeping
the country. Supposedly it's called the brosectomy. And what it
is basically is where is that when you cut off
your friends? No, I'm sorry, it's where a group of friends.
You missed that all, go ahead, a group of friends.

(01:18:46):
It's just so used to not give it a rim shot.
Oh my, go ahead. He's just like Rob is never
gonna say anything that deserves a m They have a buddy,
he's gonna get a vasectomy. So what they'll do is
they'll use as em it's used to number one, go
out and have a guy's getting, you know, to quote
unquote say goodbye to another one's manhood. At number two
as an act of solidarity. This is the weirdest part.

(01:19:07):
At least one of the other friends will get a
vasectomy with him, just to let him know, like, hey, bro,
we got your back. Well that's now you better be
a van exactly. So here's the question, what are your
thoughts on the bro sect? To me? Well, I think
I'm the only one here who's actually had a vasectomy,

(01:19:27):
and uh, are you all right? I'm fine. Like Rob Ge,
when we were talking about it before the show, you
were talking about it like it was some traumatic experience.
It sounds scary. You go in, they knocked me out
with something, put me to sleep, and when I woke up,
it was over, and it was I was, you know
you for that day. You about a day or two

(01:19:49):
and you kind of, you know, sluggish, But it was fine,
no problems whatsoever. So as far as the bro sect
to me, um, I take offense to say, and you
you know you lost your manhood because I'm still all man. Dang, Chris.
I was just about to say, I don't see it
as saying goodbye to your manhood. I say it you're

(01:20:12):
saying goodbye to child support payments potentially, you know, I mean,
I mean, you you have more manhood. Now you have
more freedom, don't you You know what I mean? It
was Yeah, that's what I'm saying that it didn't. I
didn't look at it as taking away your man See,
you know what, I thought I was having one of those.
But then I realized it was a moil and he
was that funny and he took off too much, explained

(01:20:42):
some things right, But I don't. I mean, it's just enough.
Just go out with your buddies. Why has it gotta
be like some a clip party. I don't understand. Yeah,
just just have a weekend with your buddies. You gotta
it's gotta be always around something wrong. Why can't you
just go rot? Look? Rob g needs that type of

(01:21:05):
excuse to get away from his wife. He can't just
tell her, Ya, we're going to Vegas. We're gonna have
a good weekend. So that's an extreme measure to get
away from your wife. Now, Rob, would you say that
you and your buddies had Hey, I'm just gonna go
to Vegas and not tell them what you were really doing. Hey,
I'm gonna come clean. How much time do we have
I'm gonna come clean? Real quick. We got a minute.

(01:21:28):
We used to have bachelor parties for me and my
married friends, for guys on our softball team who weren't
getting married. You have to explain it. We would just
have a bachelor party just to get away, just to
get away. I'll watch to our wives or our significant
others that we're going to a bachelor party for a

(01:21:48):
guy on the team, and there was no gotta get married.
That's it. I'm being honest. Maybe that's why I'm not married. Now,
that was your prosecting me. The more we understand, right,
that's a good story. It is the eye couple, Chris
brus Rob Parker, keep it locked. Yes, indeed, I am

(01:22:14):
Chris Brussard alongside my partner may Man Rob Parker, And
as always, we are coming to you live from the
Guy Coode Fox Sports Radio Studios. Fifteen minutes could save
you fifteen percent or more on your car insurance. Visit
guecode dot com for a free rate quote. We want
to clear something up. We were talking about Kawhi Leonard's
return with the Toronto Raptors to San Antonio for his

(01:22:37):
first game back there. He was booed. We had we
had said he was cheered during the warm up or
during the introductions. It's not true during the game. No,
he was booed during the pregame, the introductions, and every
time he touched the ballast. At least the people down
there are consistent, right, and they cheered. They gave Danny

(01:22:59):
Green is standing right. So just for for whatever it's worth,
all right, we're gonna bring in our next guest. He
played for the San Antonio Spurs, won a championship. They
didn't boo him in the San Antonio Spurs. He now
works the Fox Sports and Sirius XM NBA radio and
he's an analyst also a studio analyst for the Oklahoma
City Thunder and the New Orleans Pelicans. A lot going

(01:23:22):
on with both teams. So it's a great time to
have on. Antonio Daniels. Antonio, Man, how you doing, Welcome
to the odd couple. I'm good, Chris, what's up? What's up?
How have you on? Man? I'm good Man, I ain't
blessed now as a former Spur who you had great
times down there? Does it bother you what happened that

(01:23:42):
they booed Kawhide? Do you think they should have cheered him?
Because he helped him win a championship or what Listen,
it's San Antonio's home for me still. And I can
tell you one thing about Sanios. They are passionate about
their San Antonio Spurs, so you wouldn't expect anything else
because the way it went down. I'll see it this way,

(01:24:03):
both sides are at fault. Kauai and it team or
I fought Antonio skirt has some fault. No matter as well.
No divorce that is one sided. It just doesn't happen.
But for Spurs fans, they wanted to hear something from Kauahi.
That's it. They just wanted to hear something like, you know,
this is your the guy that everybody expected the torch

(01:24:25):
to be passed to from Tim Duncan, and he basically said,
you know what, I went out. I'm not giving you
a reason, rational or explanation why I went out, but
I went out. That rev went over quite right with
Saint Antonio Spurs fans. What do you think the Spurs
did wrong? And are you surprised? I mean, Papavich has
always you know, gotten along well with his players. Were
you surprised that it went so badly with his star yeah,

(01:24:50):
you know what, I am surprised because Papa is is um.
He's like the player whisper a year prior. La marqus
Are said, I went out too. Next thing, you know,
he's told the seventy two point three million dollars cities,
you know. Um. And when I say both sides are
at fall, and I say, you know that, maybe both
sides say they could have done things different. Maybe if

(01:25:13):
you're a great Papa viction the San Antonio Spurs, you
don't start calling Kawhi out publicly with the whole you
know what, because that you have to ask his team
that sort of yeah. Yeah, And he also sent out
his attack dogs because uh, you know Jnoboli and also
to wind up saying some stuff. And you just said,

(01:25:36):
I said to myself, that's unusual, you know what. I
mean that that would come from those guys and they
had to get the green light from Pop. I'm sorry,
I don't I don't know about that. I'm not over
about I'm not sure about getting the green light from
from Pop. About that. I don't know. I've never seen
that in that organization, So it seemed weird to me.
You know why, you never seen that organization because Kim

(01:25:57):
Duncan or David Robinson have always been a part of
that organas and I said, when Kim Duncan walked out
that door, that a huge piece of its first culture
was walking out with it. A year later, La Marcus
Archers has to be traded. Yeah, two years later, Kawhi
Letter has to be traded. I guarantee you if Kim
Duncan was still in the San Antonio Spurs uniform, Kawhi

(01:26:17):
Letter or LaMarcus Arsers, either one of those guys were
asked out. Well, you surprised like that? You know, all
the stuff that comes out of Kawai's camp, We've never
heard it from him, but like he's not interested in
playing with Lebron James and coming to the lake because
he wants to come to Los Angeles but play for
the Clippers. When you hear that stuff, are you surprised

(01:26:39):
by that or not? Well, you know, for me, it
just comes a point where you started, Like for me,
I stopped listening to all the other stuff until you
hear something from him. You know, everything just seems to
be pure speculations, and until you hear Kawhi Letters speak
on what's next? For why Leonard, what he wants, what

(01:27:01):
he expects when he wants to play. It's hard to
take any of this stuff like serious because I have
a hard time thinking because it was something about Paul George.
Paul George was gone a year ago. A year ago,
it was again Oklahoma City wasting their time trade for
Paul George. You know, next thing, you know, the summer
comes around. So at first Paul George signed in three
to four year extension and as a free agent in

(01:27:23):
Oklahoma City. So you never know the relationships that get developed,
what kind of success if that team has, what that
does that player? Like, free agency is a crazy thing,
So I it's entertaining to talk about, but we honestly
won't know until we see how this season ends up
unfolding for the Toronto Raptors. But I say this, Kevin
Durand did did say right that it's a toxic situation

(01:27:46):
around Lebron? Right? Can you buy into that? No, toxic
is a bad word to use. Yeah, yeah, like that,
that's that's the wrong that's the wrong adjective. It's a
lot of different associs you can use, Like basically, if
you're Kevin Durant or if you're Jimmy Butler, or if
you're Kawhi Leonard, your fear is becoming Chris Bosh and

(01:28:07):
Kevin Yes, thank you. They were third Eye, Dwayne, Wayne
and Kyrie Irving didn't become okay Mark, Kyrie also asked.
He also asked out. He also went it out. So,
so here's my thing. As great as I think Lebron
James is, and I do think he's great, one of

(01:28:29):
the best players to ever lay some up. If you
are a player alongside Lebron James, to be at your best,
you have to have a certain type of skill set, right,
and that skill set is catching and shooting. That's not
creating for yourself. So if I'm Ray Allen at the
end of his career, if I'm Mike Miller, if I'm
James Jones, if I'm Shane Battier, if I'm Kyle kob

(01:28:51):
if I'm j R. Smith, I love playing with Lebron James.
But if I'm Derrek Rose, if I'm Isaiah Thomas, if
I'm Dwayne Wade the second time around, if I'm Rodney Hood,
I don't I feel you. I think you're absolutely right.
It'sdi couple were joined by NBA champion and analyst Antonio Daniels,
You're right, and I think the reason Kyrie could make

(01:29:13):
it work was because as great as he is with
ball handling all that other stuff exactly, he could catch right.
You're right. And it's very rare that guys that play
with Lebron had that balance, you know what I mean,
It's really rare that guy in the NBA as a
whole had that balances. You'll be word of the other yea.
You know. That's why Kevin Durant fits so good in

(01:29:33):
Golden State because all of their skill sets fit with
one another. They can all catch and shoot, so none
of them need the ball. But Kyrie Irving is a
guy that's probably the best ball handler in the league
right now and considers but then if need beach, he
doesn't need the ball because he could scrape the floor
because he had that balance in the ability to be
able to restrict the floor by catching the shoot. That

(01:29:55):
wasn't Dwayne Way strength, that wasn't my dad Thomas' strength,
one of those guys. I don't think Lebron and Wade
were a great fit. I think they both were just
so good individually that they made work for a couple
of championships. You know, I agree, And honestly, if you
look at those two big threes meeting Lebron Wade and
Bosh and Lebron Kyrie and Kevin Love, the guy who

(01:30:18):
had to sacrifice the most is the third guy. So
Kevin Love and Chris Bosh, those are the guys that
really had to sacrifice the most, because those are the
guys that had to put their egos on the shelf
for that to work. Kevin Love was once thought of
at the best part, one of the best part boards
in the league. And think of Chris Boss's reputation when
he came to Miami and those guys became third options,

(01:30:39):
kippy toeing the three point line. They weren't playing through
those guys. That is a lot to sacrifice for success,
and they threw it. Though. You are an analyst for
the Pelicans, and you know all the rumblings out there,
all the talk about and to most. But let me
let me ask you this before we even get to
that part. What type of fit? I mean, his game

(01:31:01):
isn't catching shooting. You know, hypothetically, if they end up
playing together, how do you think that would work? Lebron
trying to get me in trouble. That's why trying to
Chris trying to do it. Don't do it. Don't do it,
don't do it. No, I ain't trying to get you

(01:31:22):
in trouble, man. You know that, all right? All right,
but let me ask this is what I'll say. With
Anthony Davis being well number one, Lebron James won't be
the best player on to play it forever. You know
what I mean. That's not could come pretty quickly, right,
you know that that decline eventually, that decline is going
to come. So Lebron or or Anthony Davis if he

(01:31:46):
happens to play with Lebron, if that happens to hypothetically speaking,
it's different than Chris Bosh. It's different than Kevin Love
because Chris Bosh or Kevin Love aren't Anthony Davis. Anthony
Davis is easily one of the top five players in
the world. And I can tell you this, there is
nothing that I can see it happened for the New

(01:32:09):
Orleans Pelicans to trade Anthony Davis outside of Anthony Davis
going to Dell Dempson saying, look, just like Paul George
did the Indiana when I become a free agent. I
am not coming back here again. Beside that they are
holding onto that mid they are holding onto that talent
because that's not through the year. Well, what they're gonna
I think what's gonna happen Antonio, is that this summer

(01:32:30):
they're gonna offer him the Supervix. He's gonna turn it
down and they're gonna realize, Okay, we gotta do something
right now. I mean, this team is underachieved. You got
some great you know, obviously a d but Julius Randall's
having a nice year. Drew Holiday is a borderline All
star type player. But not to mention merritation Alfred Payton,
who are hurt? But why is this Wayne on the team?

(01:32:56):
All this speculation and yeah, and I'm gonna tell you
my issue with this, I'm gonna tell you my issue
with this because it is a distraction. It is a distraction.
Free agency is a distraction. There's the reason Paul George
is playing so much better this year than he did last.
No doubt, free agency is not an issue. There is
something to be said for the comfortability factor. What I

(01:33:17):
wish would happen is I wish Anthony Davids would shut
it all down, shut it all down, just stop answering
questions about it. Basically, you tell the media listen, y'all
can ask me all y'all wants to about playing with
le Bron, about free agency, about being traded. I would
not answer Pelican and kill something else happened. He did
that last night in Brooklyn. He did, he said, when

(01:33:39):
they asked a question about frustration and all this about
playing somewhere else, he said, Nope, next question. He's not
going to entertain that every night. And that's exactly what
he needs to do. And I don't blame him. How
about we just mentioned Paul George. I told Chris that
I think Paul George will be the reason why the

(01:34:00):
Lakers don't don't win a championship during Lebron James's run.
And from from this standpoint, they had a chance to
get him right with Lebron without having to give up
any pieces of the young players that they have, you
know what I mean. And by him not coming, uh,
it really like you know, they they're gonna if they're

(01:34:22):
gonna get another person, they're probably gonna have to give
up some pieces to what they have in order to
add that other player, and had they and had they
gotten him, and look at the way he's playing now,
they would really be viable in the Western Conference to
maybe make a run at the you know, the championship
with the way he's playing. Plus they would still have

(01:34:44):
their young pieces that they have. Do you think that
you know what I see? I mean, honestly, I'm gonna
tell you what I didn't understand because we have this
conversation constantly this summer. If I'm obviously I'm not, I'm
magic cop Linka. If I have to get rid of
brandon Ingram and gosh harder brandon Ingram and you know women,

(01:35:06):
they're young guys to get Kawhi Leonard, I'm doing it.
I'm doing it because what you're doing is you're banking
on something that's not for sure, right, potential over over production. Right.
But but now what look at what Kawhi Leonard's doing.
Look at what he's doing. Is that like you? But

(01:35:28):
you have to to basically take advantage of Lebron James
peak years, if you want to call him peak, He's
still the best on the planet. Take advantage of this
Lebron teams why you have him? Well, see, I'm with you.
I'm with you. I'm sorry, go ahead, I'm saying I'm
with you on that because I think that everybody thinks
Lebron is going to be the same player four years
from now, and I'm telling you it's misguided. He won't

(01:35:51):
be that guy. And you just saw with this injury.
You know how it is as a player, the longer
you play and the older you get, this chances of
of something happening. It's just right, that's Father time right.
And I thought that when the Lakers had an opportunity
to acquire Kawhi Leonards, you gotta do it, and everybody, well,
you don't want to give it these young pieces, Well

(01:36:12):
you want to maximize Lebron James White you have him,
because if it's two or three years down the line
and Lebron James says decline now, you're gonna need someone
to step up and be that next Lebron James, which
is not easy to find. Antonio, I was talking to
a scout today and he told me that he thinks
Oklahoma City is a real threat to Golden State in

(01:36:34):
the West. Do you feel that way? I think they are.
I mean I could actually beat them and get to
the finals or just gonna play himself. I give a
little bit of both. I give a little bit of
both because the reason I say that is because one
is because of how good Oklahoma City is defensively. They're really,

(01:36:56):
really good defensively. That is there, that is there. Their
calling card is the defensive side of the ball. But
they struggle to suit the ball and that's what worries.
But then also on the flip side, I say this,
and I say this with confidence. Going State is not
who they woke last year, then not who they walk
in the past two years. They're not Kevin. You don't

(01:37:18):
think this is just bored no more whatever, No, no, no,
you know what. Kevin Durant is Kevin Durant. Okay, Stef
Curry is Deep Curry. Klay Thompson is dealing renown with
what Paul George dealt with last year with free agency.
That's not boredom, that's reality. Draymond Green is a shell
of himself. That's not boredom. That's lack of confidence and

(01:37:42):
the intangible things that are standing in the way of
fIF team being who they once were. I'm you know
what people are guarding Draymond Green like this is the eighties,
you know like that, that's not boredom, that's Draymond Green
not having the ability to knock down shot. And if
you don't have to game plan offensively for Draymond Green,

(01:38:02):
that changes everything. What about what I'm sorry, I'll just
say Boogie Cousins when he comes back, Will that give them, like,
you know, like a new spark or something, you know,
a new toy to play with? Yeah, for sure, Because
I mean as much as people want to say, you know,
you don't know how Boogie Cousins are gonna pull man.
Boogie Cousins has twenty seven, thirteen and six last year.

(01:38:23):
You know that don't grow on trees. That does not
grow a tree. So one way of another, because the
thing is this what people forget about Boogie Cousins is
as dominant as he is down low, there are two
things he can't do. He can step out and knock
down that three and he is a great passer to
be a big man. So even if Draymond Green isn't
doing Draymond the Green type thing and he's struggling, you

(01:38:45):
have someone else that you can play through which you
can rest Kevin Dwan and you can rest Steph Curry
at the same time, because now he makes their bitch deeper,
which has been your problem. The problem is the other guys.
It's not just Steph Curry and Claig Thompson and Kevin Durant.
If those other guys, they're not producing as they once

(01:39:05):
work because David West is not there. Guys, Opportunia is
not there. Some of these other guys that they had
there on their championship runs that would influence you in
their run aren't there anymore. So they need boogie cousins
right now. Last question, Antonio, Uh, what do you think
of Lebron James saying, oh, he's the greatest of all.
I'm gonna be honest. I did not have a problem
with it. I don't mind have a problem with it.

(01:39:27):
Isn't that's something that people say to about you. You
don't say yourself it is. But come on, man, okay,
let's let's have a real conversation, because now what happens
is now I see everywhere is Michael Wilbonds interview with
miche Listen, we all know Michael Jordan was not humble.
He was not not in that interview. He came on

(01:39:48):
very humble, man, I have to give credit to those
guys that came before me, and I get it that
sounds fantastic, But Michael Jordan would tell you on the
floor he was the greatest of all compet Titian like
I'm playing against you. Lebron is just patting himself on
the back and saying that was the reason, that's when
he knew he was the greatest. It's self serving. It doesn't,

(01:40:10):
it doesn't have any classes. It's but the thing is,
it's self serving, like, that's not the culture we live
in today. This is the social media era. That is
the the retroflection of the social media era and the
times that we live in. Well, I'm sorry you having
some humility. Shouldn't shouldn't have to deal with what time
you know you are with Lebron James Hayter stopping. No,

(01:40:32):
I'm not. I'm not saying it's right, but but okay, question, Rob,
did you see Michael. No, I know he trashed everybody.
It was a terrible speech, but I'm still saying he
didn't pat himself on the back to say, yeah, I'm
the greatest and everybody knows it. I just think that's
something something that you should let other people say your

(01:40:54):
work speaks for itself. You don't have to say that.
You don't go into the club and announce you the
best looking guy in the club, or or or or
you you got the most money. You just don't do that.
There's something there that doesn't seem right. I get your
thought process. I completely understand that. But with for me,

(01:41:14):
if kareem a do what your bar came out and
said he was the greatest of all time, I would
never problem. But you know he wouldn't know it. See
c c Rob. I saw Antonio play at Bowling Green
and he was always telling everybody he was the greatest
player right in the history of the Mac. So not
only are you trying to get me fired, I thought

(01:41:35):
it was better this, Chris. I'm just great. Yeah, he
was killing us there. And you know, Antonio, the Mac
produce some y'all, especially that era. Yeah you know what
I mean? Yeah, bonds will while he Erbia Boyens Earl Boykins. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
that was a that was a great time. That's right,

(01:41:57):
the shock of the Mac. That's right. Hey man, stuff
you on again. You do a great job. Man, We
appreciate it for sure. Just let me know, all right, brother,
all right, just don't rip on Lebron next time. Okay,
all right, Rob Parker's calling Paul George the King Killer.
He'll tell you why. Next is the Eye couple of

on a TV theme show Thursday. I have no idea

(01:43:24):
what this one is. What is it? It's a game show.
I'm trying to tell something from the sixties, seventies two,
the Newly show What's my line? What's that? Yeah? That
was not one of my popular shows. But I look
about that that in you, Alex, You digging into crates. Yes,

(01:43:45):
like some of these old themes. Man, you know, but
that type of beat. You could mix that up. You
chop that up, put a little hip hop beat behind it.
That could be dope. Why are you telling everybody when
I'm working on Yeah, you probably are. They don't know
DJ ve tables, God bless you, thank you. That's right?
All right, Rob, Look you've been bugging me since the

(01:44:08):
first hour. Will we let you go off on your
ten minute? Paul George is better than Lebron James. That's
not what it said. It was like that he will
cost He's gonna wind up going down as the King
Killer because he's he's going to ultimately stop the Lakers
from winning a championship because he didn't come to join
Lebron James. And you know what my take was, so

(01:44:28):
hot that even Colin Calherd had to play the second day.
Can we hear that if they had him right now
they would be viable right now this year to have
a shot in the Western Conference. Right now, he's the
king killer. He will be the reason the Lakers do
not win a championship during the Lebron years. I look

(01:44:50):
at it just the opposite is that Paul George might
not joining Lebron and choosing Westbrook over Lebron guaranteed he
will never be in a finals and he could have
been with Lebron, but instead Lebron now will go to
his second or third option named Anthony Davis, who was
obviously a better player than Paul George, and he will
over time end up in finals and win one. Colin roasted,

(01:45:14):
He didn't roast me. Roasted you. Colin, you're burning up ashes.
I see the smoke just huming up. I think that,
uh after that performance, and you know my take or whatever,
I think one of the Fox bosses came over and
tapped Colin on the show and said, I think Rob
should do to show them all. Alex. That was right

(01:45:37):
on time, every time, right on time. But look you,
I think Colin made a good point, right, and you
look you're right. I agree with your first statement, which
was if Paul George, and I said on Undisputed the day,
I hadn't even heard your take, but if Paul George
came to the Lakers this year was pretty much definitely
be whether record wise or not, but they would be

(01:46:00):
the second best team and we would work with Lebron
he worked. You heard Antonio Daniels. He can't catch and
sh yes, that's why can do everything else too. That's
a better match than a D. I understand it is.
He needs a better individual player, but it doesn't as
far as I'm a better match. But I think just
look just like way, Just like Way, Hed and Kyrie
weren't great fits, but they could work because they're so good.

(01:46:24):
I think a D and Lebron would work because they're
both so good, not because they're the perfect fit. I'm
just curious. I mean, I think some people when they
hear my take, I think they stopped, they scratched their head,
and they go, I think Rob's onto something. I think
that's what that would be A first. That's what's going
on all day around sports America's like, did you hear that?

(01:46:45):
Rob Parker hot take. You act like you said, well,
what you look the Paul George come here. That's true,
but they won't win. They'll never win. They won't win.
You're just throwing something at the wall hoping in four
years it sticks. It's going to work. I'm telling you,
it's not that that changed everything. And you notice Magic

(01:47:09):
and Rob Pa Lincoln. They thought it was in the bag,
they thought they had him. Everybody kept talking about it.
Oh yeah, the Lakers gonna be in contention. And they
got the young core still too, you know what I mean.
And it didn't happen. They had a chance to get
both of those guys, and one guy blinked and said no,
thank you, and so much so Chris, that he wouldn't

(01:47:30):
even have a cup of coffee in a sweet roll
with Magic. He wouldn't even meet Magic. What disrespect is
that the Lakers wanted him? But you you right, what
you're missing is there? How should I say it? There?
Pursuit of George did lesson and that from what I'm told,

(01:47:55):
that may have been a factor him, but you can't
They didn't keep pursuing him as much as they probably
should have. But you have two people want to be pursued,
and I think that was part of it. He can
like he was like after the second Yeah, And you
can't think of it that way because you know, Lebron
can't win without that other guy, somebody else. But if
he's gonna get Anthony Davis Man, he's not getting them

(01:48:17):
eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox. They're gonna get
their chance. Hit us up eight seven seven ninety nine
on Fox, We're gonna get you. In the last segment
of the show, you'll be you'll be able to weigh
in on the Lebron Paul, George, Anthony, you your lockstep
with Colin. Well, what I think you're missing, Rob is

(01:48:37):
that like you're putting it all on Lebron not winning.
Lebron's got his three rings. Lebron's that's not what he
came here for, even you view Lebron is the second
greatest player of all time. But after after this failed
four years in LA, he might think he's gonna fall.
He might fall. You're just saying that to stick with
your your rep. No, if he comes here, it doesn't

(01:49:00):
fit your rep as Lebron hater number one, Why one
b No, if you admit he's the second greatest player
of all time. But this is what I want to
say to you, Paul George, now again for personal reasons,
do what makes you happen from he is? But look
if he look at Kevin Garnett. Kevin Garnett's numbers were

(01:49:23):
better in Minnesota. He it was his team. He was
the man, but it wasn't he really Look he was
a superstar, but he was two years my point. He
wishes now he had gone to Boston younger because every
single year, even though they only won it once, every
single year they were in the hunt, they were relevant.

(01:49:45):
They were one of that handful of teams that could
win a title. Paul George, as much as I like, okay,
see they're not winning the title. Oh you know you
you want to say, we can't say for sure that
we're gonna make it home tonight, I don't say that,
I know, but I just like that's that's all that
you're saying. Rob. There is no way this Oklahoma City

(01:50:08):
thunder team is going to win an NBA champion. I
can't wait. You said that in two thousand, George. Hey guy,
you keep bringing that up and you don't know what
I said in two thousands. I do. If I say
George should would have went to the Lakers, he would
have been playing for championships every single year. Eventually it

(01:50:29):
would have become his team, his homes as a child,
his childhood favorite team, and he would have had just
he would have been like so much more relevant than
he is now. I'm sorry. He would have in college, right,
he's never going to play in an NBA. Finally, let
alone that you don't know that, But I know you

(01:50:52):
don't know. Anthony Davis is gonna end up with the Lake.
I know he's not coming because every player that they've
tried to bring for Lebron or get him, they don't
come everybody. He can be trade. They've they've tried to
be trading. They tried to do that. Oh that the
Spurs are so dumb. Why wouldn't they take the Lakers
players for Kauwahi. He's leaving them anyway. He's not gonna

(01:51:13):
be there, so they might as well just trade him
to the Lakers because that's where he's gonna go. That
was Chris Buzard. That's what you said, Chris, and it
didn't happen. And I told you they weren't going to
trade him to the Lakers over Pop's dead body. You
keep making up these things. You two said that. Don't
you remember we were doing weekends. I told you I
don't remember doing it. It was it was that take

(01:51:34):
that got us the full time shows. I think he do?
You do misremember? Thank you. Look, Anthony Davis. At the
end of the day, this is gonna work out better
for the Lakers because they're gonna get a better player
in Anthony Davis than Paul George and they're gonna have
cap room to go out and getting Lebron's getting older

(01:51:56):
by the day. You're right, I mean they get him
this summer or probably next season. During next season, that's
when they get him. All right, We'll have more of
the I couple coming up and we will get to
your call. So hit us up eight seven seven ninety
nine on fix. I know it's gonna be tough for
the people who agree with me trying to get in,
so just be patient. Eight seven seven nine nine six

(01:52:18):
sixty three sixty nine. But first, before we get to
your calls, let's bring in Deb Carson for the latest.
Hey guys, well, Kawhi Leonard still being relentlessly booed there
in San Antonio. Spurs lead Toronto seventy six fifty one,
nine to go in the third and so far Kawhi
Leonard just eleven points on the night, five of eight,

(01:52:38):
shooting one of three from the free throw line. By
the way, so we might be a little jitters may
not the same team without Kyle Lowry. No they are not.
But but debas it true that Kawhi yell beck at
the crowd. But at least I get to leave tonight
and you have to stay here. I did not hear
that that might have been? Was that Charles Barkley? How

(01:53:04):
you inspect our podcast to San Antonio to move up
the rankings of the podcast Power Required? Don't we love
you San Antonio, Texas? I got you. I can't wait
to go on the Riverwalk. The River Walk is great.
Metierra by the way, a great Mexican restaurant. Uh. In
other NBA news, Lebron James the top overall vote getter
in the first or terms of the NBA All Star balloting,

(01:53:26):
just over a million votes so far. Jannis of the
Bucks with nine one thousand, the most in the Eastern Conference.
Candidates for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of
twenty nineteen were whittled down to fifteen finalists, and among them,
three first year eligibles died and Antonio Gonzalez, cornerback Champ
Bailey and safety ed read news from the coaching realm.
Patriots offensive coordinator Josh Daniels has said thanks, but no

(01:53:49):
thanks to an invitation to interview for the Bengals head
coaching job. The agent for Pat Fitzgerald says the long
time Northwestern coach is not a candidate for any of
the NFL head coach each vacancies and that he plans
to stay with the Wildcats. And finally, baseball news, the
Chicago White Sox, according to USA Today, made an official
offer to Fridge in shortstop Manny Machado. The offer reportedly

(01:54:11):
closer to two hundred million than the three hundred million
dollar mark. And we will be back to the odd
couple in ten seconds. But first award from farmers. From
a hotter balloon landing on a car to a load
of concrete falling on one, we've covered it. Talk to farmers.
We know a thing or two. Because we've seen a
thing or two. We are farmers. Underwritten my farmers, struck

(01:54:32):
fire insurance exchange cent affiliates of products unavailable in every
stake Chris, Rob back to you, Thank you Dad? You
bet all right? It is the Eye Couple Chris Brussar,

(01:54:54):
five years, you know that they know how to save
you money. Did Paul Georgie decision to stay in Oklahoma City?
Derail Lebrin's chances at a title with the Lakers? Will
continue the conversation with you eight seven, seven ninety nine.
On Fox, It's the Eye Couple. Fox Sports Radio's to
a car landing in the pool. We've covered him. Talk

(01:55:16):
to farmers. We know a thing or two. Because we've
seen a thing or two. We are farmers underwritten my
farmers truck fire insurance exchanges and affiliates products unavailable in
every state. All right, It's the Eye Couple. Chris Bruce
Sor Rob Parker. Final segment of the show. And it
is a TV theme song on Thursday. What in the

(01:55:38):
world is that? So you've never been a fan of
Dealer No Deal Huh? Is that what this is? Yeah?
That show was kind of sing it in my life.
Everybody gets a fist bomb. Yeah, that's the that's really
that doesn't sound like a theme show because he doesn't
shake hands. No, he just fist There's a lot of
guys like that who don't want to get sick, so
they just do that. They don't want to like shake hands. Jeremophobic,

(01:56:00):
I get it, all right. All right, let me tell
people this, Rob. When you're shopping for car insurance, consider this.
Geico has been saving people money on car insurance for
over seventy five years. So if you're serious about savings,
it's simple go to Geico dot com. After seventy five years,
they know how to save you money. All right, you've
been waiting to weigh in on the lebron Paul George,

(01:56:22):
Anthony Davis and then some eight seven seven ninety nine
on Fox eight seven seven nine ninety six sixty three
sixty nine. Now's your chance to have your say. Let's
start with Don in el Passo. Don Welcome to the
Eye Couple. Hey, Hey, hey man, what's going on from
the Sun City. I'm good man, We're great man, Thanks

(01:56:43):
for calling. Yeah, yeah, let me tell you. Let me
tell you what's all Mama. When y'all talk about Anthony
Davis and Lebron's that's just the new age version of
Kareem and and mats. See if Lebron gets older and
he loses some of his athleticism, what's gonna happen is

(01:57:05):
he you can turn in the magic and then he
got Kareem down in the post, and you got all
the ingredients that how that make a team all over again? Yeah?
But you know what, and you know what, don thanks
for the call. They'll win a championship in nineteen eighty one.
Thank you. We Affony Davis doesn't play like Kareem in
the post, but they could be a good tan, a

(01:57:27):
great talma. They'd fit together as much as Magic and
Kareem did. They were a perfect match. But they'd be great.
They no doubt. And Kevin and Wisconsin, you're on the
odd couple of Fox Sports Radio. What's up, Cavi? Hey?
How you doing? Robin? Oh? You can't say up to me?
What's up? Brother? How's it going? Chris? I know you

(01:57:48):
ros Boy, because I see you agree with Rob Boy.
You work at Sporty Cats in Detroit or something. I
got a lot of family out in Detroit. But look,
I love both of y'all. If joy watching both two
of my favorite guys to see on TV analysts on
the radio. But the reason why I'm calling it and

(01:58:11):
I agree with Rob, but not for the reason you
think I agree with Rob. The reason why I agree
with Rob and I think he's got a great point.
Everyone is just going past the fact. This is where
we agree that Lebron is getting older, and yes, his
body has made it thus far, but it's a young

(01:58:32):
man's game and he's not gonna be the same Lebron
as the years go on, even two years from now.
But the point I think that everyone is missing and
I'm not just saying it because I'm from Wisconsin, but
I don't see I think that you have to respect
the fact that Yannis is on the rise and the
Bucks will be in the finals. It's not this year,
the next year and Lebron and the Lakers cannot beat

(01:58:56):
the Bucks, and you gotta respect the fact that they're coming.
And this is this is this guy is a consistent
three point shot away from being the best player on
the planet. I mean, look, Jannie is tremendous. Appreciar the MVP. Um,
but they gotta like you. We always you gotta do
something first. No, not in the let's set and I

(01:59:18):
like to buck there. They're they're coming, they're doing real well.
All right, Let's go to Dana in Palmdale, that's the
hometown of Paul George and Rolling. Oh yeah, man, Rolling?
All right, Dana, what's happening? And welcome to the Eye Couple. Hey,
what's up? Rob? What's up? Chris? How you guys doing
a good man? Hey? Rob, you are definitely on something. Man,
I'm gonna tell you right down. You think that Paul

(01:59:40):
George is a is a keen killer? Yeah? You guys,
you guys just pitching about Jannie. You gotta do it
in the playoffs, remember playoff p has struggled. That's that point.
That's not forget about that. And um, I just want
to say this real quick because I didn't get a
chance to get on you guys show last night about
the Michael Jordan on being humble and stuff like that. Rob,

(02:00:03):
Michael Jordan humble can't go in the same sing No,
he's been humble in public. He's never said he's never
said that he's the greatest player day now. He's never
said that, Rob, Rob, can you just answer me this.
When you are in a when you are being adducted
into the Hall of Fame, that is supposed to be
the most humbly experience. That was a bad speech. I've

(02:00:24):
said that he made a mistake doing that. There was
no reason to do that. That was dumb. I agree
with you. There was no way rip your high school
coach and all that what are you doing? Speech was
bad And at first I thought, Okay, he's just bringing
up some of the guys that were there, you know,
everybody when he when he was coming up like he
mentioned his high school team, and then then they started

(02:00:48):
getting Crim's worth. It was not good. All right, let's
go to Paul in Los Angeles. Paul, you're on with
Chris and Rob. Hey man, if you guys remember those
Warrior teams when Mark Jackson was coaching. Nobody knew those
guys work, and all of a sudden, now they're champions.
Lakers got some Lakers, got a good young players that's
up and coming with lebron Man. Paul George is gonna

(02:01:11):
regret the heating sign with the Lakers because they're gonna
be the team that beast the time they they won't
even be there. If they're gonna get Anthony Davis, they're
gonna have to give them off. So this whole and
are you telling me lines always Steph, No, Loo, But
look at it, man, those babies Pat McCall players, they're

(02:01:34):
gonna be some good players. And then they got young ladys.
Oh yeah, let's yeah, let's put Linzo on the line
to win the NBA. The young lags stop with that.
Everybody in the league got young legs stopping everybody but
Lebron Paul I ain't work it out about what about
Justin and Utah. You're on the young Couple Fox Sports
where you got thirty seconds. Hey, yeah, I'm actually with

(02:01:56):
your guy in la Um. I feel like we've got
a young core. I feel like we have the pieces
that we could in three or four years. The Warriors
are going to dissipate three or four years time. In
his sixteenth season, Justin stopping. I wouldn't let you buy
a three piece for me. What are you talking about? Pieces?

(02:02:21):
Last call, Tyrone, you got three Is that it? Yeah?
Sorry Tyrone calling tomorrow. It's the Eye couple. Chris Bruce
are Robber. We've had a lot of fun with you guys,
a lot of fun, good show, his hot takes, but
I left him in ashes. I'm hot. I can't see
rob I just see a pile of ashes and smoke.
You gotta have the bones, all right, I couple Fox
