The Becks watch Hollywood's remake of the famous Chinese Film, The Eye. It's not very scary, although it has some interesting moments. We also talk about, The Frighteners, Twilight vampires, real life eye horror, and future episode plans.

You may be thinking... this isn't a horror movie? And you'd be right, but only partially. This film came from legendary director and animator Don Bluth and it definitely has horror elements. The Becks discuss this movie, the state of animation, animal testing, the lack of parental oversight for kids on the internet, and much more.

In this episode The Becks discuss the 2004 thriller film starring Johnny Depp and John Turturro. Based on the novella Secret Window, Secret Garden by Stephen King, this film received mixed reviews and is sometimes overlooked. From mental health, suspenseful twists and some outright cringy moments, this episode is full of all sorts of interesting moments.

Join The Becks as they discuss this 1928 short story written by H.P. Lovecraft. From strange dreams, cults, Lovecraft's overt racism throughout the entire story and an ancient cosmic being called Cthulhu, there is much to discuss in this episode.
