Someone’s In Here explores our cultural relationship to the bathroom; a topic that everyone can relate to but one that is almost never treated with the dignity that it deserves. The podcast follows host Ben Castleman on a journey as he talks to family, friends, scientists, doctors, CEOs, and even pornstars to figure out why talking about the bathroom, especially talking about poop, is so taboo and if it should be. While these conversations are almost always funny, they also examine the lessons and stories that we’re missing out on by not taking sh*t seriously. We hope you’ll come along for the ride.
Introducing: Someone's In Here. A podcast where we share stories about going to the bathroom. Episodes starting Tuesday, August 20th. Tune in and subscribe, wherever you get your podcasts.

Meet Ben Castleman and his family. His dad has given them all a nickname and there are mixed feelings about it. Plus, a story about drugs and friendship, a pitch for poop positivity, the poop family origin story and an episode that may or may not be as interesting to as big of an audience as some true crime thing.
Is it appropriate to talk about taking care of business at your place of business? Plus, an accident is hidden from a therapist, a scientist creates a new name for poop, and a people person weighs in on human problems.

Sometimes our bodies surprise us; on rare occasions they do things that we didn’t even think were possible. In Episode 3, we dive into the True (...Poo?) Crime genre and discuss a night when my friend Max's body did something truly mysterious. As a poop journalist and a witness of the shocking events in question, I led a thorough investigation to see if we could solve a decade old mystery.

Does talking about the bathroom make you less desirable? This week we present the Someone’s in Here Guide to Couples Pooping. Plus, a bathroom air freshener brand unwittingly becomes an enemy of the poop positivity movement. What do they have to say for themselves?

What to expect when you're expecting to start taking responsibility for poop and pee that is not yours. We get a crash course in helping others, specifically, babies and toddlers, go to the bathroom. Plus, a special guest who very recently wore diapers herself.

When we think about diapers, who do we think about? And who do we exclude? We're asking because... adults wear diapers too! And we've been quiet about it for too long. Today, we start a 2-part exploration of the less visible populations of diaper wearers. Plus, we stumble upon a diaper controversy.

Three straight episodes on diapers? Does this podcast have a diaper kink or something? And what would a diaper kink even look like? Should we keep that on the ABDL? Guess there's only one way to find out.
