Hi there! Welcome to ”Insights of a Survivor,” a podcast dedicated to survivors of trauma, emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and any form of deep-seated pain. Many of us spend years trying to heal but find ourselves stuck because we don’t always address the trauma itself. Trauma becomes lodged in our brains, bodies, and spirit, and it must be targeted where it’s deeply embedded. This podcast is where trauma meets empowerment. I’m a certified life coach and trauma survivor with over ten years of experience in helping at risk communities.
