Do you desperately wish you could connect with God and other women to help you heal naturally but don’t know where to start? You are not alone, friend. Welcome to Heal Depression with God. I’m Beth, a certified life coach and daughter of the King, who has conquered cancer, overcome depression, and enjoys dancing with her grandkids. I am a mom of five and grandma, prayer warrior, encourager and loyal friend, who enjoys helping other women find healing and flourish in confidence. Whenever I can, I enjoy skipping through fields of wildflowers, hiking majestic mountains, and savoring the sunrise. It was not that long ago that I felt alone and isolated, sobbing in deep depression as I battled breast cancer and worked through hurt from childhood trauma. Though I was a Christian at the time, I felt believed lies of worthless and thought God had left me. The shame and sadness overwhelmed me, to the point where I considered taking my life. It wasn’t until I began spending time with my Heavenly Father and understanding His great love for me by reading the Bible, journaling and enjoying nature that I believed my life had worth and I could heal depression naturally, rising up to a joy-filled life. In this podcast, you will receive Biblical encouragement, natural ideas for healing and building self-esteem, and community to help you heal naturally and flourish. If you’re ready to ditch depression and rise in resiliency and confidence, then stroll with me through mountain meadows, as we journey together toward hope, healing and new beginnings. Join me on Heal Depression with God, where together, we can discover a new day dawning.
