*Top Five Percent Podcast* Do you feel hopeless from past trauma-related depression? Does isolation hinder your ability to function? Do you wish you could release limiting mindsets and believe you had worth? Do you desperately wish you could reconnect with God and other women to help you heal naturally but don’t know where to start? You are not alone, friend. Welcome to Heal Depression with God. I’m Beth, a certified Christian life coach and daughter of the King, who once struggled with depression and anxiety from childhood trauma. I'm a cancer survivor, too. Now healed by God, I started this podcast to encourage other women with past trauma and help them to heal. A mom of five and grandma, prayer warrior, encourager and loyal friend, I enjoy helping other women find healing and flourish in confidence. Whenever I can, I enjoy dancing with my grandkids, hiking majestic mountains and savoring the sunrise. It was not that long ago that I sobbed in deep depression as I battled breast cancer and worked through hurt from childhood trauma. I believed lies of worthless and thought God had left me. The shame and sadness overwhelmed me, to the point where I considered taking my life. At my lowest point, God reached down into the pit and transformed me with His love and grace. It wasn’t until I began connecting with my Heavenly Father by reading the Bible, journaling and enjoying nature that I believed my life had worth. I started healing, by renewing my mind and heart with His truth. I've healed depression naturally with God's encouragement, now living joyfully and confidently. I can help you heal, too. In this podcast, you will receive Biblical encouragement, natural ideas for healing and building self-esteem. You will understand your God-created design and discover support to help you heal naturally and flourish. If you’re ready to ditch depression and rise in resiliency and confidence, then stroll with me through mountain meadows. We will heal together, as we journey towards hope, healing and new beginnings. We'll skip in the sunshine and transform like butterflies. Join me on Heal Depression with God, where together, we can discover a new day dawning.
