An Artist's Way of Healing is a new podcast that explores the idea that art heals individuals in the most beautiful, vulnerable, and miraculous ways. In fact, according to americanforthearts.org, at least 7 out of 10 Americans see the arts improving healing and healthcare experiences. As humans, we are constantly seeking for satisfaction in our daily lives and for new ways on how to cope with the many stressful situations that life brings our way. Whether you are facing a traumatic event, attempting to overcome an experience, trying to identify who you are as a person, or simply helping people with troublesome scenarios in their own lives, the arts could be a healing outlet and a way to help cope with these issues.
