Speaker 1 (00:02):
Suppose Robinie Kibb now with Correos the podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Good, it's Robin and Kip with Choreo. It's on demand
the podcast. We have a clue for you. At halfway
through the podcast, we're going to help you find us
in our hidden location where we're recording this podcast from.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Yes, we're in lockdown in some remote part of somewhere remote.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
I don't know who it is.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
I don't know. I don't know where we are.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
I don't reckon. There's bushes, yeah, we know that. Take
your pick.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
There's a lot of that in Brisbane.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
Yes, so let's yes.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
When we come back at half time, we'll give you
that clear and there's something else as well.

Speaker 5 (00:48):
Well.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
It was interesting because we've spent our first night together,
the woman that stopped me from snoring and dealt with
my sleep Apne. I wanted to know whether I made
a sound last night, so I need to ask you
that question.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
I wouldn't. Yeah, yeah, you were past it. Crew. It
wasn't a lot of help, but I have a report
for you.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Okay, good.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
At halftime.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Now with Glorios the podcast, we are live from our
hiding place somewhere in Brisbane. We don't know where it is,
but if you can find us, we've been here for
about twenty one hours now.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
That is yep, first.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Person to find us with twenty thousand dollars. So we
arrived yesterday just before nine o'clock.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Yeah, we were fully blindfolded, taken from the studio by
men in black literally, and yeah, made our way here
and we've been locked up and a little weary this morning.
I think it's fair to.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
Say we gave it. We had a bit of first
night fever. As always that was always going to happen.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
You will hear what happened is the morning progresses. But
if we're sounding time, it's because we are.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
We are.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
When we first walked in the door, you filled out
the recording device and got our first impressions at this place.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
Let's have a listen. Kitchen looks good. I think we've
got a proper coffee machine.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
There's fully stocked fridge, a barbecue, so we're going to
be good.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
As far as that's concerned. There's wine. Yeah, it's a
great getaway.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
It's clearly there is a lot more space than I
thought that you awful people would give us. We've got
a workout space, but I also feel like there's lots
of little nooks and crannies. So my fear was that
we would actually not be able to get away from.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
Each other at all.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
And not because that bothers me because I'm used to
being with people twenty four seven, but I know this
one as in, kid, white men will not cope if
we are up his grill the whole time. So you
can absolutely like, yeah, there'll be.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
A place that I can hide from people.

Speaker 5 (02:50):
Yeah, so that's good.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
That's good for all of us.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
So that was the early good impressions.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
Have you hidh Yes, yeah, he absolutely has. I mean
none of you noticed that I was dealing with a
crisis till about three hours in, but I noticed straight
away the kipper. Anyway, we'll talk about the crisis later
as well.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
Yes, but that was all. That was all good and well.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
When we were happy with the kitchen facilities, and then
we discovered the bedrooms.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
We're up in a bedroom with three single mattresses that
Corey does not fit on at all.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
Yeah, well, most of my body fits.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
There's just like a little black curtain petition between each mattress.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
It's like a sad office place where we're just petitioned
between us.

Speaker 4 (03:40):
So we're sleeping in the same room. Yeah, we have
a sheet between us.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
The best place i've been kidnapped to what. I was
very excited until I came up to our bedroom. I
thought this, this is looking pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
But now I realize that we're just we're going to
be well, I knew Buckleys chance get in the room.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yeah, did you really think we'd get a bedroom?

Speaker 4 (04:00):
Actually?

Speaker 2 (04:00):
I thought they were just going to be bluff and go,
it's going to be terrible, and then we'd get there
and it'd be nice.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Oh no, this is better than I thought.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yet.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Yeah, I'm a little concerned. I wake up at least once,
if not twice a night, and I've got to get
downstairs to a toilet in downstairs. Yeah, so I've taken
them one closest to the stairs, so if you hear screaming,
you know I haven't made it. Yeah, and we'd say
we're better who knows where.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
This is the first bedroom I've slept in with a
camera pointed at the bed.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
Not the first time for you, obviously, No, clearly.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Do you want to know you guys sleep like the dead? Yeah,
the last did you hear me get up. I got
up a couple of times.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
Now, did you get up and start getting ready this morning?

Speaker 4 (04:56):
About an hour before I wanted to? I did not.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Okay, to be fair, there are ten people in our
space doing this stuff to get this show to air,
and you two are lying there like loungely.

Speaker 5 (05:10):
Running yourself.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
I didn't hear ten people. I heard one. Her name
was Robin Bailey.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I must try on and start earlier.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
Everyone could be sure. I think, what about your nightlight?
Oh yeah, it's scared to live in daylight? I set up.
I sent the night a battery operated sense of night
light on the stairs for safe she with They yours
the ones on the stairs.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
You're you're well right, thank you? I, like Corey, went
into a fit of panic when they turned on.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
It was like a floodlight.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
You find you sneaking out.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Well, hopefully we're not giving away too much about our
location because our boss is fretting because there's twenty thousand
dollars on the line. If you can find us, first
person knock on the door wins twenty thousand bucks.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
Another clues coming up soon as well.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Ron kid Now with Coorios the.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Podcast be the first person to find us to win
yourself twenty thousand dollars on the text line Haley's just
set us this four nine ninety seven three nine seven three.
If anyone around Brisbane, here's what sounds like a possum
grunting and screeching at night. That's probably kept trying to
give away his location so he can be found. You
would think being isolated in our house with no responsibility,

(06:27):
away from the kids would be an ideal break Ah,
love you.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
It is until it's not.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Yes, And we got here about twenty four hours ago
to this location, and we did have a lot of
fun yesterday, Are you sure.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
Yes, there was seventy drinking games and you guys were hilarious.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
And by toward the end of the night, just before bedtime,
when we were fairly inebriated, we were asked to go
into the diary room and just give our thoughts on
the day.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
So here's what happened.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
Day one, Night one. It's not as bad as I
thought it was going to be. We're having a lot
of fun downstairs. The bedroom situation is worse than I
thought it was going to because we're all in the
same room, like we're literally like, this is Corey's bed
that I'm sitting on right now.

Speaker 6 (07:13):
I'm not happy about the video has been recorded on
my bed.

Speaker 4 (07:17):
This is where I'm sleeping.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
But anyway, in my bed is a meter away maximum
Robin's better as a meter away.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
So that's interesting. I'm gon a bone bet with Kip.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Honestly, if he actually has drinking them write him in
and drinks for today.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
But anyway, look, guys, the other time.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
We've made a deal that we weren't going to have
any beers until after midday.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
We've had fun.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
We've been doing drinking games and with like the kitchen's good.
I'd like to go home like I've been like, this
has been fun, but I'm ready to go home now.

Speaker 4 (07:47):
Good times together. But look, here's the day too, and
we'll see what comes with it. I am having fun. No,
this is fun. I am having fun having fun? Why
why don't you believe it? And just joined us? Robin.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
Robin was supposed to make a diary entry, but she
forgot what she was doing, put on her pajamas and
came downstairs.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Can I just say I did not drink as much
as you, guys.

Speaker 4 (08:14):
I try to catch up.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
I do I do not like to drink during the week,
but you know, purebressia got the better. I mean, can
I tell you I sent a text to your wife, Corey,
oh while you were drinking, because one of the things
we were doing was that we were playing songs like
it were recrests and then just putting on songs, and
so I said, hey, lovely, this is us currently playing
your wedding songs Chigan. Please don't tell him, but even

(08:39):
at his drunkest, he wanted to play the songs he
played when he married you. Makes me cry how adorable
and heartfelt it is. And it's only day one. I
hope you're okay with this, but he's so respectful of you,
even when he's off his face.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
So lovely, you started playing your wedding songs. That's shit.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
It was good, yes, way well, but then you kind
of had this commentary and I said, I hope you're
doing okay with all this single parenting while your husband
gets drunk, although I'm sure you're used the broncos. And
she said, hello, sorry, you finally have my feet up.
This is at seven thirty six. Oh, that's very cute. Yes,
I do think I have a keeper he certainly can

(09:21):
be very sweet. Haha. I'm fine. He's been a five
four husband since the day I met him, so we
do okay when he's away. Hope you're all having a ball.
Fingers crossed you're found soon.

Speaker 4 (09:32):
Is that more correspondence than you've had with Tigan. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
Ron Now with Correos podcast, it's live. We're hiding somewhere
in Brisbane right now. If you can find us, you
win yourself twenty thousand dollars. You have to knock on
the door and you have to register before you do that,
just so we know that you're not someone just making
a delivery or whatever. And if you are registered, you
knock on the door first. You win twenty thousand dollars.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
I don't want to sound like I'm begging, but please
be in contact with us. Thirteen one oh sixty five
or four oh nine nine seven three nine seven three.
I feel like we've just gone on been landed on
another planet.

Speaker 4 (10:10):
It does feel very isolated.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
We've been here for twenty four hours now and we're
we're sleeping in one room together. We're broadcasting in this
room very close quarters.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
Tim A Binjapilli, good.

Speaker 7 (10:23):
Morning, wanting guys, how are you holding up?

Speaker 4 (10:26):
Hey? Tim? Really good, actually better than others. Did that's Tim?

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Have you seen I know that there's a billboard clue
around Brisban on like a ten billboards around brisban Have
you seen it?

Speaker 6 (10:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (10:40):
Sure, I have the first thing this morning.

Speaker 3 (10:42):
Oh okay, great, Well you're really invested.

Speaker 4 (10:45):
What does it say to him?

Speaker 7 (10:48):
All right?

Speaker 5 (10:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (10:52):
But it did it help you, Tim?

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (10:55):
It has Yes, as you said, Robin, I'm failing invested
in it. I'm following all the clues, listening as much
as I can, and I believe my clues are pretty
much close to where I think you guys could be.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Which is where where do you think we could be?

Speaker 7 (11:11):
Well, I'm kind of keeping that close to my heart.
I don't want to yea, So.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
Fair enough for you better start doing knocking my friend.
Are you going to do that today?

Speaker 7 (11:21):
No? I think kind need a few more clues under
my cup first, but I want to try and at
least get you out of there quickly as I can, Robyn,
So thank.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
You, thank you.

Speaker 8 (11:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
I don't need to spend any more than absolutely necessary.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Yeah, Jake out of short clips on the phone as well.
Thirteen sixty fives out number.

Speaker 9 (11:39):
Hey, Jake, Hey, how are you yours?

Speaker 4 (11:42):
Good mate? You have to give it away where you
think we are?

Speaker 9 (11:44):
Yeah, I'm going to have a world guest. Just as
I was playing hide and seek around Brazzy, I would
be hiding in that pink mansion on the water there.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
I know the one.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
The one is if you're going to Hawthorn on Blimba
and you can see it from west End.

Speaker 9 (11:58):
Yeahs at it? Yeah, abandon I don't know. I'm open.
I don't want to be knocking on the door just
in case a random bloke is there and it's probably
a rude awakening for him. But I'm going to lead
to say that it is abandoned and that's where you
guys are hiding out.

Speaker 3 (12:16):
Maybe that's Elvis. Finally, is it looks like Elvis could
have lived there.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
I mean you said he could be here where we
are right now. Elvis could be here in this pure.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
Where we are don't know. I have no idea.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
I hope we're not in that house because I'm fairly
certain there's monsters in the ro Now with Correos the podcast,
Pretty Woman the musical is coming to Brisbane, as she
Brisbane is going to be the first place.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
First place in Australia. It's done so well in America
and the UK. And of course Brian Adams was here
last week doing a sold out show at the Entertainment Center.

(13:09):
Now hearing that last song, when I was talking about
the fact that I was getting nervous that I had
to sit down with him, that I had like three minutes.
It was an exclusive. I was the only radio person
to speak to him. You set me a challenge, Kip.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
We're not going to hear smmer shot. I don't know
inappropriate in a hook movie.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
I will ask him for you. How exactly would you
like to phrase that question?

Speaker 2 (13:33):
How are you going to work summer of sixty nine
into this prostitute movie?

Speaker 4 (13:36):
Tastefully?

Speaker 3 (13:38):
I might not ask that, And yet and yet I
did excellent, excellent, Here we go. You slate it last night.

Speaker 4 (13:48):
Thanks.

Speaker 3 (13:50):
I'm kind of amazed at nine o'clock in the morning
and you're upright yeah.

Speaker 6 (13:54):
And that is a saggering feet, isn't it?

Speaker 4 (13:56):
How was it?

Speaker 5 (13:57):
How did you?

Speaker 3 (13:57):
And Joe Brisbane? Very much?

Speaker 4 (13:59):
I had a great time.

Speaker 6 (14:01):
The whole tour has been great, you know, so, I
mean we kind of got a feeling about it about
Christmas time, but you know, all the shows has sold
out ahead of times. So that's the first time that's
ever happened to me here in Australia. No, yeah, definitely.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
Why now that's so hard.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (14:21):
It's happening everywhere, not just in Australia. It's become sort
of a global thing.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
Pretty Woman the Musical. It's an extraordinary film. It's so iconic.
How did you write the songs for it? Did you
watch the movie?

Speaker 4 (14:36):
A lot of hard work.

Speaker 6 (14:37):
I mean it was one of the most odious songwriting
feats for me. There was a lot of back and
forth thing all the time. If you think about the movie,
the movie is basically a series of close ups. So
how do you take that concept and bring it to
the stage, and not only that, take it to the

(14:58):
stage with song that move it from one scene to
the next. It was a really big job. Really yeah, Yeah,
it was really a big job. And I don't think
I quite grasped how big a job it was when
I got into it, But slowly but surely I realized
about six months in that we had our work cutout

(15:20):
for us.

Speaker 3 (15:21):
How many times did you see the film?

Speaker 6 (15:23):
I didn't pay attention to the film at all. No,
I didn't want to. I wanted it to be a
completely original Obviously, we're taking the storyline from the picture,
but I didn't need to go I didn't need to
go back to the picture to know the story.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Ah, okay, because I know that with the Googo Dolls,
they went and watched the film, came home and in
twenty minutes wrote the song Iris because they were inspired.
So you totally did it from your heart rather than
from someone else's view.

Speaker 6 (15:52):
I'm sure they did it from their heart as well,
And everyone has different ways of methodology of how they
want to create. So for me, it was just, you know,
I like to work from scripts.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
Please tell me that some of your songs, the ones
we love, are in it, like Summer of sixty nineties
written for a song about a hooker and a billionaire.

Speaker 4 (16:12):
Sure, no, it's not.

Speaker 6 (16:17):
It would be it's not about that, and it's not
and it's not in the musical, Okay.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
So none of your songs that we would know and
love her in there.

Speaker 6 (16:25):
No, No, there's a complete original band, all brand new songs.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
Well, do you have a favorite?

Speaker 4 (16:32):
I do.

Speaker 6 (16:33):
I love the song You and I and also I
just wanted to let you know that I did a
whole album. I recorded a whole album on this as well.
So there's the original Broadway cast album, but there's also
my album of all these songs as well, So if
you're interested, you might want to listen to that.

Speaker 3 (16:52):
And what's that called pretty Woman?

Speaker 4 (16:53):
It's called Pretty Woman the musical, but.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
It's just it's my name and any chance of you
playing Edward All they're casting for it now though.

Speaker 6 (17:06):
I mean, it's like it's like she already knew the
answer to that question beforehand.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
You look again, do you know why I knew the answer?

Speaker 4 (17:13):
You know what they don't. They don't want a toad playing.

Speaker 5 (17:18):
That's not fair.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
Do you know why I knew the answer? Because you're
touring in America and Canada in October and it's opening
here in October.

Speaker 10 (17:25):
Correct?

Speaker 4 (17:25):
What was a trick question?

Speaker 3 (17:27):
Thank you so much, Thank you for being in our
fair city. It's going to mean so much to Brisbane
to have this musical open here, so you'll enjoy it's
quite fun.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
Brian Adams with Robin here. He did not enjoy that question,
but I said.

Speaker 5 (17:40):
I'd do it.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
Did you see how creep I moved on and then
tried to scoop back onto something that he feels nice.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
Now he referred to himself as a toad. Is he
sort of how's he going?

Speaker 3 (17:51):
No, he's not toad like he's tiny, yeah, yeah, yeah,
and I'm not the tallest human on the planet. He's
in his six but he's great. Yeah, okay, yeah, I
mean I put some photos up on my socials of him,
and he's very passionate about this show and no summer
of sixteen.

Speaker 4 (18:11):
And we will have.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
Some tickets to the show as well when it opens
here in Brisbane. Now, Marla's on the phone out of
Windham West thirteen one sixty fives our number, ifever you
want to get involved with the show, Hey.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
Marla, Maria. Oh, Maria, I apologize glasses. Sorry.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
Did you meet Brian Adams?

Speaker 11 (18:32):
Oh yes, Robin, thank you so much.

Speaker 8 (18:35):
I heard you and I went.

Speaker 11 (18:38):
I dropped my daughter at school, quickly went home, looked,
looked for my thirty three year old waking up. The
neighbor's shirt that's got full of holes and looks like
I was leaving under the bridge. Ended up. I got
on the train, got off at q PAK.

Speaker 8 (18:56):
I was the only person there because obviously no one knew,
and I had a gut feeling and I waited at
the entrance of the car park when you come in
to q pack and all of a sudden, I see
this white audi. He winds down the window and he
goes He said something like, oh my god, I like
that shirt. And I turned around and I said, yes,

(19:16):
look at the date nineteen ninety two. And we started talking.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
Yeah, sole minutes and so you got it because you
knew Roman was going to interview him there.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Well, so.

Speaker 5 (19:33):
Amazing.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
You're the type of person that can find us in hiding.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Man, get a same please just tomorrow to do.

Speaker 5 (19:43):
Well.

Speaker 2 (19:43):
First person to find us wins twenty thousand dollars ron.

Speaker 5 (19:47):
Again now with Glorios the podcast.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
Halfway through the podcast. Okay, so this is the clue.
It's exclusive to the podcast to help you find us.
If you can knock on the door tomorrow morning during
the show and you win yourself twenty thousand dolts. So
the clue is south of Chamside.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
There you go. That's helpful.

Speaker 4 (20:10):
So it rules out a lot.

Speaker 3 (20:11):
We're not in North Lakes then, No, not.

Speaker 4 (20:13):
A Kabulcha, none of those spots.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
Okay, thank you.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
South of Chamside, come and find us and when yourself
twenty thousand bucks.

Speaker 6 (20:20):
It's still a big area's still plenty.

Speaker 3 (20:25):
So did I make any noise last night while I
was sleeping?

Speaker 4 (20:28):
So what are you wearing? What type of gearsky? Friends?

Speaker 3 (20:31):
So I have you know Sarah, she's a dental techniqist
and she helped me when I because you know, when
you have sleep happening, even if it's mild, the solution
tends to be one of those big machines. And because
I'm also on asthmatic, just having that around my face
was so freaky for me, so I didn't want to

(20:51):
do it. And she has a company called sleep All Australia,
and so she specializes in helping people who've got really
big issues around sleep. And she said, no, no, no, you
don't need the big machine. You just need a mouthguard
and it forces you have to go through it's a process.
So you start they do a mold of your teeth
and you start with one bottom jaw and then they
keep pushing it out. So in the end, what it

(21:14):
does is it opens up your airways so that when
you're sleeping on your back, particularly because snoring happens when
your airways shut down, right and you hear that?

Speaker 4 (21:24):
Yeah, I used to.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
But now with this thing, it's I mean, I'm probably
a heavy breather, but I don't snore or do it well.

Speaker 2 (21:34):
Our bedrooms we have nothing in between our bedrooms.

Speaker 4 (21:37):
Our bedroom. We're all in one room.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
We've got like a sheet between us that's being held
up by like some type of particle board.

Speaker 4 (21:43):
And I can tell you, Robin that I didn't hear
a peep. Yeah, I heard a bit of breathing from you.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
You broke up a lot during the night. You were
you'd move around, or maybe you were.

Speaker 4 (21:56):
Fast asleep, you were just a bit I was getting
a bit hot.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
Yeah. And also you're on a single bed and how
tall are you?

Speaker 5 (22:02):
Sick?

Speaker 8 (22:02):
Now?

Speaker 4 (22:03):
I heard I thought I broke the bed.

Speaker 2 (22:05):
I didn't know how, I hope on the spring twinge
in the nine, I'm like, what just happened?

Speaker 4 (22:11):
You are they?

Speaker 10 (22:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (22:13):
It feels like the whole bottom part of your leg
is off the off the mattress, like from your calf on.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
It's my angle just they're lower calf I'm guessing you're
used to it.

Speaker 4 (22:24):
Yeah, Yeah, it doesn't bother me. What are you six
four six four?

Speaker 3 (22:28):
Why do I say that in old metric? What is that?
In one hundred?

Speaker 4 (22:30):
And everyone still does it.

Speaker 3 (22:36):
Anyway, He's he's on a single bed. Yes are we?

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Yes, So come and find us if you could any time. Yeah,
and we will reward you with twenty thousand dollars. We're
south of Turma side.

Speaker 4 (22:46):
We know that.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
Good luck.

Speaker 5 (22:50):
Now with Courio podcast.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
Broadcasting live from our hiding place.

Speaker 2 (22:56):
We've been here since just before nine o'clock at the
end of the show yesterday, so about twenty one hours.
First person to find its wins twenty twenty thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (23:07):
We've used our time, well, haven't we? We have so far.
I have such a great time. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
We've been having a lot of fun thinks on it.
And let's make it very clear. A couple of people
have been texting me, like my friends said, no, you
cannot win.

Speaker 2 (23:18):
You know me.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
I can't tell you anyway, but yeah, we can't leave
until we're found, like until someone knocks at that door,
and you have between six and nine o'clock to do that.
We are locked down.

Speaker 4 (23:30):
Yeah, we are in this together.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
So I kind of thought that it would be great
to use my wu woo to try and understand our
characters a little bit better now. Linda is a very
dear friend of mine. She lives in Adelaide. I've known
her for over thirty years. She was actually a bridesmaid
at my wedding to Tony. Yeah so my boy's dad.
But she has a passion and a hobby of studying

(23:56):
Chinese horoscopes as well as like normal astrological horoscope like
youllow cancer.

Speaker 4 (24:01):
Or she works them all in together.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
Yeah, she waks them all in together. She also uses numerology.
She's really good. Shelley does it as a hobby, but
I said, can you read these guys? And she was
absolutely brilliant. She started with Corey Cory, you.

Speaker 10 (24:16):
Are on the cuff of librin and scorpio. You are
also born in the year of the Dog, and you're
a wood dog. So what your numerology and astrology tools me.
You're a highly charismatic character. You kind of always in
for a bit of fun. You don't like it when
it gets too dull. If people make you do the

(24:36):
same thing over and over again, you get very bored
with that. On the flip side, you can be a
bit over critical if we step on your toe, you
have no problem telling people that you're a bit pissed
with them. Being born in the Year of the Dog,
you can either be someone's best friend or their enemy.
If I was to liken you to a dog, I'd

(24:58):
probably be calling you a pitbull terrier. Yeah, so you're
a good looking rooster. You feel pretty strong in yourself,
quite comfortable that you don't care less what anyone thinks
about you. But you will also like to work one
and one.

Speaker 5 (25:13):
With group fair.

Speaker 4 (25:17):
Very very very close. I disagree with you, laugh at
I disagree with the pitbull.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
It wants to be a pitbull. Then we go to
a completely different character, and that is the one of
Kip Whiteman.

Speaker 10 (25:33):
Hip is a cant Srian born on the fourth day
of July. He is born in nineteen seventy six. So
you're the dragon. You tend to be the fire dragon.
You're able to see both sides of a picture, so
you're quite You're very intuitive. You will often sit back
and you'll watch people have conversations and you'll let them

(25:55):
kind of wind it out, and then you when you've
got something to say, you'll just opinion. You'll say it.
You are very mindful of other people around you and
how they might be feeling. That you need to pay
more attention to your intuition and don't allow yourself to
jump into your head too much. So you're also highly sensitive.

(26:16):
So whilst you're born in Year of the Dragon, and
you can smoke people really well. So if you get
pissed man, look out for all.

Speaker 8 (26:25):
The line comes out.

Speaker 10 (26:26):
You will smoke them, and then of course you retreat
as a camp Syria and retreats as well. You go
back into your cave until things have settled down, and
then you'll come out again. Being the nineteen seventy six dragon,
you're also a good looking rooster. And when a dragon
actually falls in love, they actually like shiny, bright looking girls.
So I'm assuming that your partner's a good looking girl.

Speaker 4 (26:51):
That last part any more correct, Okay, and.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
Then you come to me.

Speaker 10 (26:57):
I'll assure you guys, have well and truly met the
Scorpion Robin, and that she's also born in the Year
of the Monkey, the Earth Monkey. So what that means
about her is that she is a highly sensitive person
and very emotional. Being the Scorpio, loyalty is incredibly important
to a Scorpio person. If you step on their toe,

(27:18):
look out if you cross them, or if you say
something about them behind their back and they find out
about it, that means you're dead mate, and you're off
the Christmas card list. She likes to be busy, She
likes to juggle thing. She likes lots of things on
the go all the time. Her destiny is a number three,
so it's all about communication and her need to be

(27:40):
with people constantly. So she is a very caring person.
On the flip side, she can be, however, a little
controlling and a little defensive. So you'll know when you're
getting conversation with Robin that she's always up for a
good rousting conversation and a good argument. She doesn't back
down easily. She follows her heart and if it doesn't

(28:04):
feel right to her, she'll certainly let you know about it.

Speaker 7 (28:09):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (28:11):
Well, the most important thing is while we're in lockdown
for hide AND's sake, is how do we get on together?

Speaker 10 (28:17):
Yeah, an astrological point of view, the cancer and the
scorpio are absolutely best of friends. But with Corey being
a liberal Scorpio, look, he's got enough of the air
water combination that you're both going to get on really well. Anyway,
the drag and the Dog and the monkey actually are

(28:38):
harmonious in terms of friends being able to work together.
So I think for different reasons, you're actually going to
work together well. So if you want to have fun
and be playful with then Corey and Robin are going
to bring that out. Kip is the one in the
background that'll actually be there to ignite things and to

(28:58):
make things happen. He'll throwing the grenades for you, and
you two guys will respond accordingly.

Speaker 4 (29:04):
He's on the ruins the party.

Speaker 10 (29:07):
Well ruins the party or ignites the party.

Speaker 4 (29:10):
There you go, oh yeah, god, we're on the party.
Last we got to work.

Speaker 5 (29:21):
Now with Correos the podcast.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
Robin, why will we hear? You're able to watch last
night's maps.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
You're able to block the sound without drinking games and
playing guitar a.

Speaker 4 (29:33):
Little time and goodness for me? Right, someone had to.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Work because there was a brand new couple that entered
the experiment. We had a wedding last night, and what
is so well, there's there's a couple of really unique things.
The guy's name is TJ, but the woman's name is Beth,
and she is very unique and.

Speaker 12 (29:55):
Beth, I'm twenty eight, I'm singles and I've never had
a relationship.

Speaker 4 (29:59):
I need help.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
So you're telling me that in your romantic world you've
not had a boyfriend.

Speaker 3 (30:06):
Yeah, never was twenty eight. Never never had a boyfriend.
But it gets better because she's local from Brisbane.

Speaker 12 (30:17):
I run a salon and so I manage everyone. I
look after all my team. I absolutely love taking care
of people and being the goal to person.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
So I think she's a Brisbane hairdresser, which means people
would know lovely Beth and she does seem really lovely.
But she still lives at home.

Speaker 12 (30:36):
Yeah, I live in my parents. It's pretty sudden air.
I'm twenty a get out house. My family's beautiful. Like,
I do really love living at home, but it's obviously
time to like leave the nest.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
They don't want me to leave. I'm the favorite dog.

Speaker 3 (30:50):
Why were they not?

Speaker 4 (30:51):
Okay, So she's a pom too, Yes, So.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
She's from Northern England. She's been here for about fifteen
years though on how they say that if you live
in a place up until the age of seven, you'll
retain the accent.

Speaker 4 (31:03):
Really, I I was older. I was like eighteen.

Speaker 3 (31:05):
I was going, you've taken away from just playing.

Speaker 4 (31:11):
This girl from Brisbane. I'm still having.

Speaker 5 (31:14):
Mom and dad.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
Eight and just to look at her picture of just
googled her. There's nothing wrong with her, like you know
what I mean, I thought we expect that. She says,
twenty eight, you never had a boyfriend. I thought maybe
she was there was some type of dispicarement, but sorry.

Speaker 3 (31:32):
Do you know seriously, there are so many people living
at home six five who is still living at home
over the age like the.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
Legal mom which your mom twenty eight is twenty eight
is too long to be with mum and dad.

Speaker 3 (31:47):
When did you leave?

Speaker 2 (31:48):
I think I was just before I was eighteen seventeen still, yeah,
I was twelve.

Speaker 3 (31:52):
Oh yeah you went to and you lived in the
middle of nowhere.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
How were you?

Speaker 3 (31:57):
Yeah, I was seventeen since I finished school, I was out.

Speaker 5 (31:59):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (32:00):
And my mum, I mean, you know, blessed her single mum.
I think she was like, yeah, I've had enough of you.
If you go and you I've had enough of her.

Speaker 4 (32:07):
Baby. Kids just aren't doing their job enough these days.
They're not annoying the parents enough.

Speaker 3 (32:13):
I think it's also cost of living. But I am
curious to know if there are people who've never left
home who are in their.

Speaker 4 (32:18):
Thirties, yeah, or even forties.

Speaker 3 (32:20):
Now, if you've got a brother that has never left home?

Speaker 4 (32:24):
Yeah, doob men?

Speaker 3 (32:26):
Who's still living at home? Thirteen one O six five
Ronie Kid now.

Speaker 5 (32:31):
With Courios the podcast.

Speaker 4 (32:34):
Well, the game is live. We are in hiding.

Speaker 2 (32:36):
No one has knocked on the door yet, so the
twenty thousand bucks is still up for grabs if you
can find us twenty thousand dollars. Just got to register
now to Kiss ninety seven three dot com dot au.
But we've been talking about masts this morning, and specifically
a Beth from last night.

Speaker 4 (32:50):
Who's a brezy pom a little bombshell last night.

Speaker 12 (32:55):
Yeah, I left for my parents. It's pretty sudden air.
I'm twenty get out of the house. My family's beautiful, Like,
I do really love living at home, but it's obviously
time to leave the nest.

Speaker 4 (33:08):
They don't want me to leave. I'm the favorite dome.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
Why were they not?

Speaker 4 (33:11):
She's twenty eight. It is pretty sad in it than you.

Speaker 3 (33:15):
We want to know who's still living at home? We
do have some galactic donut vouchers to give away. Taylor
of Cannon Hill, go and tell us who it's.

Speaker 4 (33:25):
Kind of the opposite where the parents where the parents
and we ran away.

Speaker 7 (33:29):
From home because we wouldn't move out.

Speaker 4 (33:32):
So how old were the kids twenty seven, twenty three
and twenty four and you just left? We moved to
another house or they?

Speaker 3 (33:43):
Why?

Speaker 4 (33:45):
How could you let them do that? The little chicks
the chat over the nest.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
Well, you score a hundred bucks to spend at Galactic Donuts,
don't share them with the kids, Taylor, they're all yours. Yeah,
Galactic Dannuts. Wh's a Queensland own and created business available
in Daisy Hill, morey Field and Calandra. We've got more
people who are a little bit too old to be
living at home joining us in just a second.

Speaker 3 (34:09):
Yeah, we're one of our own teams still in which
we'd all forgotten.

Speaker 4 (34:13):
Who knew he was thirteen?

Speaker 2 (34:15):
One six fives our number ifever you want to get
involved with the show Ron.

Speaker 5 (34:20):
Now with Correos the podcast.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
We're not desperate for you to find us yet, but
I'm sure it's coming. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (34:29):
Yeah, we've been here for about twenty two hours. Maybe
the puzzles are going to do us in.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
We're going to have a crack at a puzzle after
the show today, be a bit more constructive.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
Than a drinking game which was happening. Yes, absolutely, you won't.
You won't be surprised to know that these two did
not notice that I was not engaged with really anything
for a couple of hours.

Speaker 4 (34:49):
We're absent for about three hours. You were helping out
a young fellow that had the crash.

Speaker 3 (34:54):
But yeah, so this is exactly what happened. They haven't
taken our phone's office. They have completely disabled any location setting,
so we don't know where we are. But almost immediately
as soon as I arrived, I've got a phone calls
to say that my middle son Luin had been in
a car accident. Why does that happen all like stuff?
All times? And I mean, first of all, I was like,

(35:16):
you're okay, but it looks like his car has been
written off. Really he couldn't drive it. He got taken
out way for it gets so much worse. It got
taken out by truck, isn't he Well? The first photo
I see of him in hospital with a neck brakes on,
and I'm just going so I was kind of dealing

(35:37):
with that. And you know the other thing is, you know,
because I'm I've been really hell bent in particularly in
the last eighteen months and making my boys sort of
stand on their own two feet because we were too
a meshed and I needed them to kind of realize
and if their dad had been alive, he would have
kind of pushed some of those more practical things, things
like car insurance, things like you know, all that logical

(35:58):
stuff that with paperwork on terrible at but surprisingly enough,
only three weeks ago, I just I said to him, mate,
have you got insurance on that car? And he's like, no,
I don't think so we got insurance three weeks. Three weeks, yeah, right,
So so I was I was kind of because he

(36:18):
had a sow neck, he's got whiplash, and I mean,
he's fine, He's fine. I didn't know that for a
little bit. And I was like, but I spent the
time talking to the insurance company and sorting out because
he works, he uses a car for his job, so
you know, he had to get a new car. So
that's what I was doing, and you too, We.

Speaker 4 (36:37):
Were practicing harmonies the wagon. I'll think when you're on
the phone to the hospital.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
What I learned though, it's you know, and I don't
know if this is tell me what you think about this,
because you know, in a group of women, women are
be going as everything, okay, is there anything I can do?
And I when I showed you the photo of learned
in the next prace, You're like, oh, oh, oh, okay,
are you okay? And I'm thinking maybe I should just
be more communicative and go.

Speaker 5 (37:08):
Boys.

Speaker 4 (37:09):
My kids had an accident, can you kay? I said,
is he okay? I'll make sure he was all right,
And then when he said yeah, it's all good.

Speaker 5 (37:17):
