God’s scale of generosity is not bound by our expectations, requirements or judgements. What might feel too late to us and to the world may be perfectly on time for God.
The church runs on forgiveness.
Forgiveness is not one practice among many for the Christian community of faith. It is not a menu option that we might choose from time to time. It is woven into the very fabric, the foundation, the bedrock of the community. A church that has forgotten how to forgive is a community that has ceased to be a Christian church.
b God calls us to be gentle on the person and hard on the conflict. Gentleness, vulnerability and patience allow a heart to transform. Grace is a conduit for a liberated soul, giving you the freedom to fly.
Do our part in love and leave the rest to God.
We are called to give our lives away in a thousand small ways as we follow Jesus: feeding the hungry, caring for the sick, welcoming the stranger, befriending the lonely, speaking the truth even when it is hard or dangerous, giving up our Sunday morning to make it easier for others to worship the way they need to.

Bringing our gifts together in Christ is what makes the church. Church is not a building but a people. We who are many, are one body in Christ, like an orchestra playing individual instruments coming together to play a beautiful symphony.
We need each other to live in unity under God. We are stronger together as one. The church is a collective unit functioning to represent Jesus on earth.

God is welcoming new members into his community as additions, not replacements. The grace of God is a bottomless well, an ever expanding universe. His kingdom is open to all who maintain justice and peace.

No two storms are the same and it's impossible to prevent or predict them. During difficult times, seek God’s kingdom. God provides peace, unity and purpose amidst the storm.
We pray, “Gracious God, grant us the eyes and heart to see and recognize your miracles in all we do. Bless us with an unspeakable peace so that all of our being humbles to your majesty.”
If God is for us then who can be against us? The Holy Spirit helps us in our weaknesses. When life gives us questions we cannot answer, we look to God's unshakeable love.
We know the story ends with God reconciling the world. His kingdom will come.
Why isn't God fixing the world? We may want to bring justice into our own hands. But Jesus teaches its not up to us to remove the weeds from the wheat.
It is not up to us to decide who is worthy. God, the Great Gardener will decide. We can focus on our mission to make disciples of all nations, loving god and loving people.
Jesus shares the good news through the Parable of the Sower. God is free from our worldly obsession with success. God the Sower spreads grace, wreaklessly cultivating joy and peace.
Father Biddy returns and discusses the freedom we can appreciate because of God. He is your praise. God is greater than all, high and lofty. God's attention is directed to those lowly and left out.
By living God’s desires and hopes for us, we are free. The sun shines on all with no room for partiality. Let us rejoice.
Especially during election years, we see the manipulation tactics of advertising on display. Marketers call you to action by appealing to your self-interest. To the contrast, Jesus calls us to take up our crosses.
But choosing Jesus, you can become whole. Jesus is love, and love is more powerful than any worldly interest. Surrender to Jesus and discover holistic healing and an abundant life.
Our faith is only as strong as our belief. And our belief is as strong as our actions.
To become closer in relationship with God, focus on relentless faith. God is sovereign AND love. Walk in faith so God’s will can be done on earth as it is in heaven.

The Feast of Pentecost invites us to embrace our beliefs with great conviction and welcome the spiritual phenomenon of the Holy Spirit in our hearts.

We celebrated Senior Sunday with our graduating seniors. One of our amazing high school seniors, Kennedy, preached the sermon. She shared her experiences and finding comfort in Jesus.

Death is scary for us all. Jesus spoke as the comforter and encourager.
"I am the way, the truth and the life." Jesus says to follow him and not fear. Perfect love casts out fear. and Jesus loves us perfectly. Jesus continues to encourage through compassion and love.
